요리직업전문학교의 재취업 교육 환경이 취업 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Educational Environment for Reemployment of Cooking Schools on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 요리직업전문학교 재취업 교육을 받은 수강생들이 취업 후 요리직업전문학교의 교육 만족도가 취업 만족도에 영향 관계를 파악하기 위하여 요리직업전문학교를 수료한 후 취업한 243명 대상으로 만족도를 조사하였다. 이를 확인하기 위하여 SPSS 통계프로그램 14.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인 및 신뢰도분석, t-test, ANOVA 분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 교육환경 만족도는 교육 시간 만족, 교육 시설 만족, 교육 내용 만족으로 3개의 요인으로 분석되었고, 취업만족도는 급여 만족도와 업무 수행 만족도 요인으로 분석되었다. 가설을 검정하기 위한 차이검정에서 남녀와 자격증 유무에서 교육 시간과 교육 내용에서 통계적으로 유의하였고, 교육 시설에서는 유의하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 분산분석에서는 교육 만족도에서 부분적으로 가설이 채택되었고, 교육 만족도와 취업 만족도간의 회귀분석에서는 모두 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나와서 가설이 채택되었다.

Customer Satisfaction with Less than Container Load Cargo Services in HoChiMinh City, Vietnam

  • This research has four specific objectives: (1) identifying factors that affect customer satisfaction with less than container load (LCL) cargo services of logistics companies in HoChiMinh City (HCMC), (2) measuring the level of impact of the factors, (3) testing the difference in satisfaction among groups of customers with different characteristics in terms of type of business and time of using LCL cargo services, and (4) proposing some management implications to improve the quality of LCL cargo services. Researchers interviewed 210 customers who enjoyed the LCL cargo service in HCMC for at least the last six months, using the convenient sampling method. SPSS 20 was used to analyze the reliability of the scale through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, then exploratory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used. The results identified the six factors that influence positively customer satisfaction of LCL cargo services of logistics companies in HCMC, by decreasing importance: service process, image, resource, price, management, and outcomes. The results show that there is no difference in customer satisfaction with LCL cargo services by types of business as well as time of using services. The research suggests some implications for the management of logistics companies in HCMC to enhance customer satisfaction.

호텔 종사원의 직무만족요인에 관한 실증 연구 -서울지역 특1급 호텔을 중심으로- (An Empirical Study on the Job Satisfaction of Hotel Employees -Focusing on the Six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul-)

  • In the 21st century the service industry, particularly the hospitality industry, has the potential to develop into its golden age. In preparation for this hotels must maximize management proficiency by introducing reasonable and scientific systems into their current operations. The hotel industry takes it for granted that it can meet the final business goal by way of effective management of human resources. However, comprehensive papers on the subject of employee satisfaction have not appeared or been presented in Korean business studies. And although papers from abroad have touched on the subject they are not focused on the specialized domain of human resources as it applies to the comprehensive matters relating to job satisfaction as a corelationship to business success. This study focuses on some problems that must be overcome in achieving business objectives while striving at the same time to maintain satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that measure employee job satisfaction in the hotel industry. To establish the purpose I reviewed the definition of the job satisfaction. An antecedent study of job satisfaction and Questionnaires were used to acquire data, specifically, hotel employees were selected randomly from the six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul to respond to thorough questionnaires. As a result of the study on the variables of Sex, Position, Length of Service, Opportunity for Promotion, Working Conditions, Wages and Hotel Situation. As a whole, promotional opportunity, wages and working conditions were frequently cited as negative factors in the responses. A comprehensive approach that includes improving wages and that reflects management's sincere concern with the working conditions of the employees is urgently needed. Hotel management that is willing to examine employee satisfaction periodically and provide proper solutions can prevent dissatisfied employees from separating from their jobs. This study has some limitation in that it is restricted geographically and in research method. That is, only six super-deluxe hotels in Seoul were selected as the subject of study and only the questionnaire method of obtaining data was used out of various available research methods.

간호사가 지각한 간호조직 문화유형 및 수간호사의 리더십 유형이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Nursing Organizational Culture and Head Nurse's Leadership on the Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of nursing organizational culture and head nurse's leadership on the job satisfaction. Methods : For the purpose, a structured questionnaire was conducted. The subjects were 232 nurses who were working in the 2 general hospitals. The data were collected from Sep. 1 to Sep. 20 of 2006. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression. Results : The dominant organizational culture of nursing organization was rank-oriented culture. The mean score of head nurse's transformational leadership and transactional leadership was 3.20 and 2.79 respectively. The best group of job satisfaction was affiliative-oriented culture group(3.31). The score of job satisfaction of transformational leadership's group was higher than that of transactional leadership's group. Job satisfaction was positively correlated with affiliative-oriented culture, innovative-oriented culture, task-oriented culture, and transformational leadership. Concerning of the job satisfaction, affiliative-oriented culture, rotation time and age explained 25.7%. Conclusion : The organizational culture and head nurse's leadership was correlated with job satisfaction. Especially affiliative-oriented culture and task-oriented culture influenced the job satisfaction. Based on the results, further development should be continued to develop the effective head nurse's leadership and organizational culture to improve the job satisfaction of nurses.

맞춤형 방문건강관리사업 활성화를 위한 직무교육 만족도 (A Study of Job Educational Satisfaction for Activating of Tailor Made Visiting Home Health Care)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to establish basic data for developing education program of tailor made visiting home health care. Method: For this study, the subject was recruited in one directorial area among 14 nation-wide areas. The data collection was done using self-report questionnaire developed by Korea Health Industry Development Institute. Ninety one questionnaires were analyzed and response rare was 88.3%. Result: The major results were as follows. Aspect of education operations, the satisfaction of education space was revealed high. However, the satisfaction of education time, hour, and schedule were low. The overall satisfaction of education contents were revealed high. The most useful curriculums were found Chronic disease management, Infant & toddler health management, and Case management of tailor made visiting home health care. However the most unuseful curriculums were Nutritional management according to subject's health problem, Health promotion for poor family, and Understanding of visiting service in community health center. Conclusion: With these results, it was identified that the most needed contents of tailor made visiting home health care education program. So these results will be used to develop the more effective education program to activate tailor made visiting home health care service in community health center.

짐바르도 시간관과 삶의 만족도가 기관 SNS 태도 및 구전효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Zimbardo's Time Perspective and Life Satisfaction on Organizational SNS Attitude and Word-of-Mouth Effect)

  • SNS를 통한 정부 중앙 부처 및 공공기관의 효과적인 대국민 소통이 나날이 중요해지는 현 시점에서 본 연구는 이들 기관 임직원의 시간관과 삶의 만족도가 기관 운영 SNS 태도 및 구전효과에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴 보았다. 본 연구는 총 136명의 현직 임직원을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과로 과거긍정적, 현재쾌락적, 미래지향적 시간관은 삶의 만족도와 기관 SNS 태도에 정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 한편 과거부정적 시간관은 삶의 만족도에만 부적 영향을 미쳤으며, 현재운명론적 시간관은 삶의 만족도와 SNS 태도에 부적 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 삶의 만족도는 기관 SNS 태도를 통해 구전효과에 순차적으로 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 정부 중앙 부처 및 공공기관 임직원의 시간관 및 삶의 만족도가 기관 SNS 태도 및 구전효과 인식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 밝힘으로써 대국민 소통 및 내부 커뮤니케이션의 효과성 제고를 위한 이론적, 실무적 함의를 제공할 것이다.

레스토랑의 지각된 혼잡성이 소비자의 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Perceived Restaurant Crowding on Satisfaction, Dine-Out Intention, and Dine-In Intention)

  • Purpose: In the post-COVID-19, many consumers still feel uncomfortable with crowding in closed spaces. This study investigates how non-crowding affects consumer satisfaction and restaurant visit intention. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from 350 people aged 20 and above. A total of 347 respondents, excluding 3 unfaithful respondents, were analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 program. Result: Both spatial and human crowding have significant effects on satisfaction. On the other hand, neither spatial nor human crowding directly affected dine-out intention significantly. In addition, spatial crowding was found to have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention, but human crowding did not have a direct and significant effect on in-store dining intention. It was found that satisfaction had a significant effect on both dine-out intention and in-store dining intension. Conclusions: This study has expanded the range of consumer behavioral intentions by applying a non-crowded environment (S) to the SOR theory. Also, Consumer behavioral intention was expanded by dividing visit intention into a dine-out and in-store dining intention. Therefore, we propose measures to minimize human crowding by introducing a system such as adjustment of store operating hours, reservation system, store opening time alarm system, and reduction of cooking time.

주부의 인지적 자원관리 유형에 관한 연구 (The cognitive resource management style of housewives)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the cognitive management style of housewives, to explore the effect of demographic variables on the style, and to investigate satisfaction of resources such as money, time and energy, according to different styles. For this purpose, the samples of 355 housewives were collected in Seoul. And various analysis methods, such as frequencies, percentages, means, chi-square test and GLM, were employed. The results of this study were as follows ; 1) Among 355 respondents, systematic managers, analyzing managers, holistic managers and feeling managers were 103, 96, 82 and 74 respectively. 2) Depending on information gathering and evaluation, the style was influenced by wives' education, wives' employment status, and family life cycle. 3) By style, satisfaction of resource was differenciated significantly. Between money, time and energy resources, especially, satisfaction of energy resource had significant differences.

치과 병.의원의 의료서비스품질이 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Dental Service Qualities on The Patient Satisfaction and Royalty in Dental Clinics and Hospitals)

  • The purpose of the study is exploring the relationship among patient perceived quality of dental care, satisfaction, and royalty in dental clinics and hospitals. The observation of the study is outpatient visiting dental clinics and hospitals located in Seoul and Kyung-Gi Do area, and surveyed the outpatients. The contents of the survey are consisted with questions including quality of care perceived by the patients, costumer satisfaction, and royalty, and measurement for each question is using five point Likert scale. According to result of bi-variate analysis, there was the significant relationship among specialized care, value of the care, and kindness in quality of dental services, level of care in dentists significantly influenced on costumer satisfaction and costumer royalty, and there was the significant relationship between costumer satisfaction and royalty. According to result of regression analysis on the costumer satisfaction, the costumer satisfaction positively related with the convenience of facility, specialized care, value of care, patient age, number of visit, and spend time for treatment, and housewives and self-employees were likely to satisfy on care than regular employees. By result of full regression model and reduced model on costumer royalty, satisfaction could explain 86% on the costumer royalty such as re-visit and promoting other people, and increase of explain power is not significant when other independent variables joined model (full model). Considering efficiency of model, costumer royalty could be explained by satisfaction only rather than other independent variables used. Finally, This study shows that the social-demographic variables of patient influenced the patient satisfaction, and the patient satisfaction influenced patient royalty directly.

  • Computer-mediated communication(CMC) media has various forms through the technical improvements of computer and network, and CMCs communication methods are also comparative free rather than any other existing media without the limitation of time and space. Various CMC media were adopted by a lot of organizations for their communication tool. Thus, it is important to understand relationships of affecting factors to user's communication satisfaction for choosing the effective CMC media in their organizations. In this paper, we identify factors that may affect the communication satisfaction of users that has utilized the CMC media, and validate empirically the relationships between the identified factors in KOPTI. In the research model developed and described herein, perceived media richness was significantly associated with communication satisfaction and perceived usefulness was significantly associated with perceived media richness. Furthermore, perceived ease of use was significantly associated with perceived usefulness.
