  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the main issues and trends of Korean trade, and to draw implications for future research regarding trade rules. A total of 476 academic journal are analyzed using English keyword searched for 'Trade Rules' from 2000 to July 2022 in the Korean Journal Citation Index data base. The analysis methodology includes co-occurrence network and topic trend analysis which is a kind of text mining methods. The results shows that key words representing Korea's trade trend fall into four categories in which the number of research journals has rapidly increased, which are Topic 4 (Investment Treaty), Topic 7 (Trade Security), Topic 8 (China's Protectionism), and Topic 11 (Trade Settlement). The major background for these topics is the tension between the United States and China threatening the existing international trade system. A detailed study for China's protectionism, changes in trade security system, and new investment agreements, and changes in payment methods will be the challenges in near future.

  • Fisheries policy change from catching to farming requires more intensive consideration for aquaculture industry. The oceanic farm is a desirable cost effective aquaculture method. However. in odor to gather fish in the oceanic farm, eating sound or any attracting sound should be radiated through underwater loudspeaker. In this Paper, it has been found in literature that the frequency range responding to fish is about 16Hz to 13kHz but sensitive frequency range is about 150Hz to 2kHz and sound pressure level is about 100dB to 150dB reference $1{\mu}Pa$. Therefore, frequency range and output sound level of designed underwater loudspeaker has been specified as 150Hz to 3kHz and 100dB to 145dB reference $1{\mu}bar$. respectively To verify the stability and the endurance to the pressure of 40m water depth, manufactured underwater loudspeaker was examined before sea trial in manufactured water pressure tank which gives a maximum of 10 atmospheric Pressure. We experimented on acoustic characteristic with manufactured underwater loudspeaker under water depth of 10m.

  • A free-range wild raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides) was rescued with cachexia. Physical examination revealed generalized hyperkeratosis and alopecia typical of scabies as well as hypothermia (35.6℃). The patient was obtunded and severely dehydrated (10%). Hematological parameters included a low packed cell volume (PCV; 15%) and hemoglobin concentration, leukocytosis, and hypoglycemia. A blood smear revealed different subtypes of hypochromic leptocytes, indicating a regenerative response against severe anemia. This case was initially tentatively diagnosed as a severe anemia due to chronic external bleeding presumed to be caused by scabies-induced skin injuries. Darbepoetin alpha (DPO), iron dextran, and fluralaner were administered at the initial presentation, and supportive care including oxygen supplementation, warming, and nutritional support was provided. However, on day 5, the PCV dropped to 5.9% presumably caused by rapid rehydration due to drinking water ad libitum. DPO was boosted on days 5 and 6 along with daily iron dextran. On day 21, the PCV had recovered to 19.8%, and a blood smear evaluation showed a strong regenerative response. This case shows that even if severe anemia occurs in a raccoon dog, it can be managed with an appropriate response. In particular, since the rehydration rate due to food intake is faster than the hematopoietic response rate of raccoon dogs, the PCV may decrease rapidly in the early stage of treatment; therefore, diagnostic examination and additional medical management for hematopoiesis are necessary.

  • Acute puerperal uterine inversion is a rare postpartum obstetric complication; however, without rapid diagnosis and appropriate management, it is life-threatening. Substantial bleeding hinders the verification of a partially inverted uterus, possibly delaying the treatment. Herein, we present the report of a 32-year-old female presenting with massive postpartum bleeding managed by uterine artery embolization. The peculiar course of the uterine artery bowing inferiorly along the inverted fundus during embolization could uncover the uterine inversion, which was not diagnosed by physical examination and CT. In conclusion, uterine artery embolization is not only an effective therapeutic strategy for postpartum hemorrhage but also a valuable tool for diagnosing uterine inversion.

  • Although renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is a benign tumor, treatment may be necessary occasionally because it can cause potentially life-threatening retroperitoneal hemorrhage. Transarterial embolization (TAE) is a safe and effective treatment option to prevent the hemorrhagic rupture of AMLs and relieve the symptoms caused by enlarged lesions or active bleeding. However, there is no clear consensus regarding the indications for prophylactic TAE in patients with sporadic renal AMLs. In urgent TAE for bleeding AMLs, there is a likelihood of incomplete embolization when the focus is on stabilizing the clinical symptoms. This pictorial essay discusses the patient selection and technical considerations to achieve optimal therapeutic effects as well as the follow-up findings after TAE.

  • Left atrial appendage aneurysm (LAAA) is a rare heart anomaly caused by congenital dysplasia of the pectinate muscle or by an acquired pathological condition of the mitral valve or cardiac muscle. It is often incidentally discovered during chest CT or echocardiography as an abnormal dilatation of the LAA. LAAA is associated with life-threatening complications and most patients require surgical treatment. Therefore, it is important to evaluate associated complications as well as precise diagnoses. This report presents the case of a surgically confirmed LAAA in a 53-year-old female. We also discuss the pathophysiology of LAAA and significant findings related to mortality that can be detected on CT and MRI.

  • Endometriosis-related symptoms are believed to be alleviated during pregnancy. However, pregnancy complications, such as pseudoaneurysm of the uterine artery, rupture of ovarian or uterine vessels, and intraabdominal bleeding from decidualized deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) lesion have been rarely reported. Owing to the potential risk of rupture and resultant life-threatening complications, proper diagnosis and close monitoring of decidualized endometriotic lesion are very important despite its low relative risk. Till date, massive vaginal bleeding from decidualized rectovaginal DIE during pregnancy has not been in English literatures. Here, we present the first case of spontaneous massive vaginal bleeding due to decidualized rectovaginal DIE that occurred in the late third trimester of pregnancy.

  • We present a rare case demonstrating successful endovascular management of an arterioureteral fistula involving the abdominal aorta. Arterioureteral fistulas are rare but life-threatening, with mortality rates ranging from 7% to 23%. Early recognition and prompt management are essential for preventing catastrophic consequences, including hypovolemic shock. However, recognition of an arterioureteral fistula requires a high index of clinical suspicion due to its rarity and the lack of a sensitive diagnostic method. Arterioureteral fistulas could be induced by traumatic events in patients who have a history of pelvic surgery, radiation, and prolonged placement of a ureteral stent. Endovascular stent graft placement could be a valid treatment option for arterioureteral fistulas involving the abdominal aorta.

  • Vasculitis is a systemic disease, characterized by inflammation of the vascular wall. Although rare, it is sometimes life-threatening due to diffuse pulmonary hemorrhage or acute glomerulonephritis. Besides primary vasculitis, whose cause is unknown, numerous conditions such as autoimmune diseases, drugs, infections, and tumors can cause secondary vasculitis. Vasculitis displays various non-specific symptoms, signs, and laboratory findings; hence, diagnosis of the disease requires integration of various results including clinical features, imaging findings, autoantibody tests, and pathological findings. In this review, we have discussed the clinical, radiologic, and pathological features of vasculitis. Further, we elaborated the imaging findings and differential diagnosis of typical vasculitis that frequently involves the lung and introduced a new international classification of vasculitis, the Diagnostic and Classification Criteria in Vasculitis.

  • Hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm is a rare but potentially life-threatening condition that usually occurs after trauma. Early recognition and prompt management are essential for preventing catastrophic consequences, such as hemoperitoneum. We report a rare case of liver abscess caused by Klebsiella oxytoca resulting in hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm without iatrogenic injury. The unique feature of the present case is that the abscess cavity itself became a pseudoaneurysm as a result of fistula formation with the hepatic artery. Vascular complications should be considered in patients with unfavorable clinical course even in the absence of iatrogenic injury. Endovascular treatment is safe and effective.
