친환경 식품 전문점의 점포속성이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향: 배송 서비스의 조절효과 (Effect of Eco-Friendly Food Store Attributes on Perceived Value and Loyalty: Moderating Effect of Delivery Service)

  • Purpose: The online market is growing the most in history due to the expansion of non-face-to-face commerce. In addition, as consumers' interest in health, food safety, and environment increases, interest in and consumption of eco-friendly agricultural products is also increasing. Therefore, in the case of a specialty store that sells eco-friendly organic agricultural products, a marketing strategy that can increase customer loyalty by reflecting these consumer needs is necessary. In this study, the store attributes of eco-friendly food stores are classified into location, assortment, price, quality, and employee service, and the effect of each store attribute on utilitarian and hedonic value is investigated. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were customers who visited an eco-friendly food store. Of the 511 survey responses, 311 were used for statistical verification, excluding 200 who had not visited within the last 3 months. For statistical analysis, Smart PLS 3.0 was used, and after checking the validity and reliability of the items, hypothesis testing was performed. Result: As a result of the study, it was found that assortment, quality, and employee service among store attributes had a positive (+) effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Second, location had no significant effect on utilitarian and hedonic value. Third, price did not appear to have a positive (+) effect on the utilitarian value, and it was found to have a positive (+) effect on the hedonic value. Fourth, It was investigated whether the presence or absence of delivery service had an effect on store attributes between utilitarian and hedonic value, and it was found that there was a significant effect between employee service and hedonic value. Conclusions: Among eco-friendly food store environment management will be required in order to provide food that meets the tastes and needs of consumers by diversifying the taste, standard, and quality grade of food, and to maintain or improve the quality. In order to unlike other stores, eco-friendly food stores have high price resistance from the point of view of consumers, so it is necessary to diversify promotional media such as YouTube and SNS to raise awareness of eco-friendly organic food.

온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 서비스 이용의도에 관한 연구: 의인화의 매개효과 (A Study on Intention to Use Online Shopping mall Chatbot Services: Mediating Effect of Anthropomorphism)

  • 본 연구는 UTAUT 이론을 적용하여 온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 서비스 이용의도를 살펴보고 이들 간의 관계에서 의인화의 매개효과를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경남지역 A대학 재학생들 표본집단으로 2024년 5월 1째 주부터 2째 주까지 약 2주간 온라인 설문조사(Google Docs)를 진행하였으며, 응답한 250명 중에서 불성실응답자 5명을 제외한 245명을 최종분석에 사용하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 서비스에 대한 UTAUT 요인 중에서 성과기대, 노력기대, 촉진조건, 사회적 영향은 의인화에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상대적 영향력은 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 노력기대 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 서비스에 대한 의인화는 이용의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 서비스에 대한 UTAUT 요인 중에서 성과기대, 노력기대, 촉진조건, 사회적 영향은 이용의도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상대적 영향력은 촉진조건, 사회적 영향, 성과기대, 노력기대 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 온라인 쇼핑몰 챗봇 서비스에 대한 UTAUT 요인과 이용의도간의 관계에서 의인화의 매개효과가 확인되었다. 연구결과는 학술적으로 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 이론에 기여한다. 또한 챗봇 의인화가 고객의 기술 수용을 촉진할 수 있음을 확인하였다는데 실무적 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과는 챗봇 서비스의 인간적 요소가 기술 수용에 중요한 역할을 하며 이를 통해 사용자 경험과 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 경남지역 A대학 재학생을 대상으로 한정되어 있어 결과의 일반화에 제한이 있을 수 있으며, 향후 연구에서는 지역적, 인구학적 다양성을 고려한 더 광범위한 표본을 선정하고, 다양한 수집 방법을 활용하여 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 강화할 필요가 있다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 도입특성이 조직의 성과기대 및 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 혁신확산 이론 관점 (A Study on the Effect of the Introduction Characteristics of Cloud Computing Services on the Performance Expectancy and the Intention to Use: From the Perspective of the Innovation Diffusion Theory)

  • Our society has long been talking about necessity for innovation. Since companies in particular need to carry out business innovation in their overall processes, they have attempted to apply many innovation factors on sites and become to pay more attention to their innovation. In order to achieve this goal, companies has applied various information technologies (IT) on sites as a means of innovation, and consequently IT have been greatly developed. It is natural for the field of IT to have faced another revolution which is called cloud computing, which is expected to result in innovative changes in software application via the Internet, data storing, the use of devices, and their operations. As a vehicle of innovation, cloud computing is expected to lead the changes and advancement of our society and the business world. Although many scholars have researched on a variety of topics regarding the innovation via IT, few studies have dealt with the issue of could computing as IT. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to set the variables of innovation attributes based on the previous articles as the characteristic variables and clarify how these variables affect "Performance Expectancy" of companies and the intention of using cloud computing. The result from the analysis of data collected in this study is as follows. The study utilized a research model developed on the innovation diffusion theory to identify influences on the adaptation and spreading IT for cloud computing services. Second, this study summarized the characteristics of cloud computing services as a new concept that introduces innovation at its early stage of adaptation for companies. Third, a theoretical model is provided that relates to the future innovation by suggesting variables for innovation characteristics to adopt cloud computing services. Finally, this study identified the factors affecting expectation and the intention to use the cloud computing service for the companies that consider adopting the cloud computing service. As the parameter and dependent variable respectively, the study deploys the independent variables that are aligned with the characteristics of the cloud computing services based on the innovation diffusion model, and utilizes the expectation for performance and Intention to Use based on the UTAUT theory. Independent variables for the research model include Relative Advantage, Complexity, Compatibility, Cost Saving, Trialability, and Observability. In addition, 'Acceptance for Adaptation' is applied as an adjustment variable to verify the influences on the expected performances from the cloud computing service. The validity of the research model was secured by performing factor analysis and reliability analysis. After confirmatory factor analysis is conducted using AMOS 7.0, the 20 hypotheses are verified through the analysis of the structural equation model, accepting 12 hypotheses among 20. For example, Relative Advantage turned out to have the positive effect both on Individual Performance and on Strategic Performance from the verification of hypothesis, while it showed meaningful correlation to affect Intention to Use directly. This indicates that many articles on the diffusion related Relative Advantage as the most important factor to predict the rate to accept innovation. From the viewpoint of the influence on Performance Expectancy among Compatibility and Cost Saving, Compatibility has the positive effect on both Individual Performance and on Strategic Performance, while it showed meaningful correlation with Intention to Use. However, the topic of the cloud computing service has become a strategic issue for adoption in companies, Cost Saving turns out to affect Individual Performance without a significant influence on Intention to Use. This indicates that companies expect practical performances such as time and cost saving and financial improvements through the adoption of the cloud computing service in the environment of the budget squeezing from the global economic crisis from 2008. Likewise, this positively affects the strategic performance in companies. In terms of effects, Trialability is proved to give no effects on Performance Expectancy. This indicates that the participants of the survey are willing to afford the risk from the high uncertainty caused by innovation, because they positively pursue information about new ideas as innovators and early adopter. In addition, they believe it is unnecessary to test the cloud computing service before the adoption, because there are various types of the cloud computing service. However, Observability positively affected both Individual Performance and Strategic Performance. It also showed meaningful correlation with Intention to Use. From the analysis of the direct effects on Intention to Use by innovative characteristics for the cloud computing service except the parameters, the innovative characteristics for the cloud computing service showed the positive influence on Relative Advantage, Compatibility and Observability while Complexity, Cost saving and the likelihood for the attempt did not affect Intention to Use. While the practical verification that was believed to be the most important factor on Performance Expectancy by characteristics for cloud computing service, Relative Advantage, Compatibility and Observability showed significant correlation with the various causes and effect analysis. Cost Saving showed a significant relation with Strategic Performance in companies, which indicates that the cost to build and operate IT is the burden of the management. Thus, the cloud computing service reflected the expectation as an alternative to reduce the investment and operational cost for IT infrastructure due to the recent economic crisis. The cloud computing service is not pervasive in the business world, but it is rapidly spreading all over the world, because of its inherited merits and benefits. Moreover, results of this research regarding the diffusion innovation are more or less different from those of the existing articles. This seems to be caused by the fact that the cloud computing service has a strong innovative factor that results in a new paradigm shift while most IT that are based on the theory of innovation diffusion are limited to companies and organizations. In addition, the participants in this study are believed to play an important role as innovators and early adapters to introduce the cloud computing service and to have competency to afford higher uncertainty for innovation. In conclusion, the introduction of the cloud computing service is a critical issue in the business world.

환경 스트레스 관점의 치유환경 디자인요소의 치유효과 연구 (A Study on the Healing Effect of the Design Elements of the Healing Environment from the Environmental Stress Point of View)

  • 본 연구는 환경심리학 내용 중 하나인 환경 스트레스 관점으로 치유환경 디자인요소의 치유효과를 문헌 및 이론 중심으로 분석하였다. 치유환경 디자인요소의 객관적 치유효과를 고찰함으로서 계획적이고 체계적인 치유환경 구성에 기여할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 3단계로 구성되어 있다. 첫 번째는 환경스트레스 이론 3가지(주의회복이론, 진화심리이론, 환경스트레스 모델)를 고찰하여 치유환경의 이론적 개념의 근거가 어떤 관점에서 파생되고 발전되어 왔는지 학문적 근거를 살펴보았다. 두 번째는 치유환경 디자인요소에 대해 고찰한 국내외 선행연구 16건을 분석하여 본 연구의 분석틀로 활용하였다. 세 번째는 치유환경 디자인요소의 치유효과를 객관적 연구방법으로 증명한 11건의 국외연구를 고찰하여 분석틀로 파악하고 치유환경 구성 시 디자인요소의 적용근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 치유환경 개념은 라자러스의 심리학적 스트레스 이론, 얼릭의 진화심리이론에서 발전된 것으로 스트레스 감소에 영향을 미치는 비침습적 치유도구 중 하나로 활용가능함을 제시하였다. 두 번째, 치유환경 디자인요소는 물리적 환경, 심리적 환경, 사회적 환경으로 구분하여 총 15가지 요소로 정리하였으며, 자연친화성, 심미성, 개방성 순서로 선행연구에서 가장 많이 언급되었음을 알 수 있었다. 세 번째, 치유환경 디자인요소의 치유효과를 고찰한 선행연구에서는 자연친화성, 심미성과 관련된 연구사례가 대부분이었으며, 치유환경의 시각적 요소가 실제 스트레스 감소에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 알아낼 수 있었다.

병원 행정인력이 인지하는 조지.직무특성, 임파워먼트, 직무만족 및 조직몰입간의 관련성 (The Relationship of Organizational and Job Characteristics, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Perceived by Hospital Administrative Staffs)

  • In general, empowerment is defined as the motivational concept of autonomy and self-efficacy. Recently, the concept of empowerment is applied to improve organizational staff's job satisfaction and organizational commitment in many organizations. Empower-ment in service organizations, i.e., hospitals, has certainly generated more publicity than any other organizations. The objectives of this study are, first, to measure the degree of hospital employees' empowerment using Spreitzer(1995)'s empowerment theory, second, to analyze the causal relationship of organizational and job characteristics, a degree of empowerment, and organizational performance(job satisfaction and organizational commitment), and third, to offer the strategy for the improvement of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Spreitzer insists that the empowerment is composed of 4 dimensions(meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact). And he argues that various work-related characteristics is a direct cause of empowerment and the indirect cause of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, mediated by the empowerment latent variable. In order to perform this study, data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from hospital employees working in administrative department of 3 university hospitals in Inchon and Kyunggi-Do region. The number of cases is 181(response rate; 86%). The Collected data were analyzed with SPSS Ver. 10.0 and AMOSV Ver. 4.0. First, to test validity of variables, the factor analysis was used. Second, to test reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficients was calculated. Cronbach's alpha of empowerment variable is 0.8323 showing that there's no problem in regard to the internal consistency. Also the Cronbach's alpha of other variables are 0.8301 of the degree of perceived control, 0.6705 of job characteristics, O.8787 of compensation, 0.9254 of job satisfaction, and 0.8389 of organizational commitment, respectively. Among the questions of job characteristics, two survey questions are deleted due to lowering the reliability. Third, to test multicollinearity and correlation of variables, the correlation analysis was performed. There was no problem of multicollinearity. Finally structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis was conducted to find the causal relationship of organizational and job Characteristics, empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The 16 variables are included for the SEM analysis. The major results of this study are as follows: First, in the case of model fitness, the condition of x$^2$ statistic(92.187) is not fully satisfied, but the indices of GFI(0.912), AGFI(0.863), NFI(0.917) and CFI(0.928) are partially satisfied, which needs to upper 0.90. Second, in the result of hypotheses testing, all hypotheses are accepted and have a positive effect in 95% or 99% confidence interval(P<0.05 or P<0.001) except the effect of compensation variable on empowerment(P=0.082). Third, in regard to the direct, indirect, and total effect of variables, the direct effect of perceived control, task characteristics, and compensation on job satisfaction are 0.728, 2.264, 0.328 and on organizational commitment are 0.094, 1.411, 0.418, respectively. Also the indirect effect of perceived control, task characteristics, and compensation on job satisfaction are 0.311, 0.196, 0.028 and on organizational commitment are 0.210, 0.132, 0.019, respectively. Thus, these findings imply that various work-related factors are direct effect of empowerment and indirect effect of result variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also These results showed that the workplace empowerment is significant mediating factor of employee's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

로이적응모델의 가족건강사정에의 적용가능성 (Feasibility of Application of Roy's Adaptation Model to Family Health Assessment)

  • This article was intended to survey whether Roy' Adapation model ('Roy Model') can be applied to family health assessment and to study whether application of the Roy Model to a Korean family is feasible. under the Roy Model, a family is viewed as an adaptation system having a series of process of input. process, feedback, and output. Further, the Roy Model indicates that a family contains Physiolosical, self-concept. role function and interdependent mode in respect of internal or external stimuli. In the event where the family health assessed, the adaptation mode of that family must be assess at the first stage. Then, the focal, contextual, residual stimuli affecting the family must be assessed. In 1984 Hanson suggested four types of family adaptation mode based upon the Roy Model and thereby enhanced the possibility for family health assessment. In order survey whether the Roy Model can be applied to the Korean family, the author of this article contracted adults of 169 who live in 'A' city to make open questions regarding family and then analyzed responses from them by utilizing Roy model. This study categorized family Adaptation mode based upon the' four types of family adaptation mode developed by Hanson. As a result of this study, family adaptation mode was categorized into 117 concepts. Those 117 concepts are consisted or Physiolosical mode of 47. self­concept mode of 56, role function mode of 9 and interdependent mode of 5. Further. stimuli affecting family were classified based upon Roy's definition as to three types of stimuli. Stimuli on a family are comprised focal stimuli concept of 19, contextual stimuli concepts of 19, one residual stimuli concept. this result implies that the Roy's Model can be applied to Korean family. Physiological mode shows meaning of survival. while self-concept mode reflects meaning of growth and emphasizes harmony among the family based on the familism. The role function mode shows continuity rather control of family member. By contrast, interdependent mode shows interaction with community to which the family belongs. but the degree of interaction does not appear too high. The analysis of family stimuli led this study to conclude that troubles within a family. changes in family structure and diease of family member generate stimuli. However, an application of the Roy Model contains the following problems: First, Roy argued that the family adaptation mode should be assessed at the first level family health assessment and then stimuli affecting family adaptation should be adaptation assessed at the second stage. To the belief of the author of this article. however, for checking family adaptation level. focal, contextual, residual stimuli should be confirmed by assessing stimuli at first stage. Then, the family adaptation mode in respect of such stimuli should be assessed. The rationale for this is that the family adaptation level is determined depending on degree of strength of focal. contextual. residual stimuli. Second. Whall (1991) raised a question 'Does one assess family adaptation mode and intervene in the stimuli?' 'Likewise, assessment of the family adaptation should be made in the following manner in order for family health to be enhanced. Third. Roy believes that additional stimuli (such as contextual and residual) are same as internal process (including nurturance. support, and socialization). However, the basis for this Roy's belief is not too clear. In spite of these problems which the author indicated above, it can be concluded that the Roy Model can serve as a good device for an assessment of family health and that the Roy Model can be applied to a Korean family. Finally, further research of family adaptation theory and family nursing theory is required for a development of these theories.

종교와 항일독립운동, 그리고 쟁점 - 무극도 사례를 중심으로 - (Issues Involving the Relationship between Religion and the Anti-Japanese Independence Movement: A Case Study of Mugeukdo)

  • 1945년 해방 이후 한국 사회는 일제강점기와 항일독립운동의 기억을 끊임없이 소환한다. 그 과정에서 소수의 신종교단체들이 항일독립운동의 주체로 호명되지만, 종교와 항일독립운동을 연결하는 논리는 미약하다. 이러한 상황을 고려해, 이 연구의 목적은 정산과 무극도의 활동을 항일독립운동의 차원에서 조명하고, 이를 통해 종교와 항일독립운동을 연결하는 과정에서 발생하는 쟁점들을 성찰하는 데에 있다. 이와 관련해, 종래 항일독립운동과 연결된 정산과 무극도의 활동에 대해 대순진리회의 내부 자료(제II장)와 외부 자료(제III장)를 분석해 향후 과제를 제기하면서 종교와 항일독립운동 사이를 연결할 때에 성찰해야 할 부분들을 제시하였다(제IV장). 구체적으로, 제II장에서는 정산과 무극도의 항일독립운동에 대해 가족을 배경으로 한 정산의 항일의식과 3·1운동 참여 지시, 그리고 무극도의 산업활동으로 구분해 검토하였다. 제III장에서는 제2장의 내용에 대해 외부 자료들을 활용해 검토한 후 정산과 신자들의 항일독립운동에 대한 교단 내부와 외부 자료를 적극 발굴하는 일, 아울러 천자등극운동과 후천개벽 등을 항일독립운동 차원에서 조명하는 일을 연구 과제로 제시하였다. 정산과 무극도의 항일독립운동에 대해 전자는 무극도 내부와 외부 자료의 교차 검토를 가능하게 자료 내용의 신뢰도를 높이는 데에, 후자는 종교적 항일독립운동의 외연을 확대하는 데에 기여할 수 있다. 이어, 제IV장에서는 종교와 항일독립운동을 연결할 때 성찰할 부분으로 세 가지를 제시하였다. 첫 번째는 종교 관련 활동의 포함 여부를 결정하기 위해 항일독립운동의 범주 설정 기준이 필요하다는 점이다. 두 번째, 환원주의적 접근은 항일독립운동가들이 '신종교 형태'를 취한 이유, 그리고 종교를 가장했다고 평가한 단체들이 해방 이후에 종교적 정체성이나 성격을 유지·지향하는 이유를 설명하기 어렵다는 점이다. 세 번째는 종교와 항일독립운동 사이의 연관성을 정교하게 밝히기 위해 '부수적 차원'과 '목적적 차원'을 구분해서 '그 활동이 종교적 세계관에 근거하는지의 여부'와 '그 활동의 최종 목적이 항일독립인지 종교적 세계관의 구현인지의 여부'를 살펴야 한다는 점이다. 앞으로, 항일독립운동에 대한 사회적 기억 장치들을 고려한다면, 종교계나 학계는 이 주제와 관련된 연구의 활성화를 위해 필요한 자료들을 발굴하고 축적하는 일에 관심을 가질 필요가 있다. 동시에, 이러한 관심은 항일독립운동의 근거를 종교적 세계관에서 찾으려는 노력을 수반해야 한다. 정산과 무극도의 여러 활동을 항일독립운동 차원에서 정교하게 조명하는 일도 이러한 관심과 노력을 통해 가능해질 수 있다.

  • 연구 목적 : 본 연구는 신학교육과정 재구조화를 위해 현장에서 신학교육과정을 경험하고 있는 학습자의 입장에서 신학대학 교육과정 운영 만족도를 조사했다. 이를 통해 현재 신학교육과정의 반성적 성찰과 교회와 사회 속에 영향력 있는 신학교육과정 재구조화의 기초를 제공하고자 한다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 현재 신학대학의 학부와 신학대학원, 신학석사, 신학박사 과정에 재학 중인 학습자 80명을 대상으로 현재 신학교육과정 만족도 분석을 위해서 설문조사를 실시했다. 설문조사 결과를 발전적으로 해석하기 위해 설문 참여자 중 무작위로 6인을 선정하여 심층면담을 실시했다. 설문결과 첫째, 현재 신학교육과정 만족도는 60%로 높은 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 목회 실천적 교육의 필요성 인식은 77.5%인데 반해 현재 신학교육과정에서 목회 실천적 교육이 이뤄지고 있다고 답한 비율은 45.5%로 필요성을 인식한 비율에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현재 신학교육과정이 미래 사회를 위한 목회역량을 키울 수 있을지에 대해서는 73.7%가 부정적인 응답을 했다. 마지막으로 신학교육과정 재구조화를 위해 시급하게 변화되어야 할 것에는 신학교육내용, 신학교육방법, 신학교육목적 순으로 조사됐다. 결론 및 제언 : 대전환의 시대 속에 우리 사회는 빠르게 변하고 있다. 변화의 물결 앞에 신학교육과정도 새로운 시대에 걸맞는 변화가 필요하다. 지금까지의 신학교육과정은 이론 중심의 지식 전달에 초점을 맞춰 왔다. 그러나 새로운 시대의 신학교육은 대전환 시대 속에서 교회와 목회자가 역동적으로 살아낼 수 있는 목회 역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 신학교육과정이 필요하다. 이를 위해 목회 현장과 맥랑성을 가질 수 있는 신학교육과정으로 재구조화되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 이론중심의 교육과정과 방법론에서 다양한 목회 문제적 상황에 적극적으로 대응할 수 있는 구성주의 기반의 학습자 중심의 다양한 교수학습방법과 대전환 시대 속에 변화되는 목회 현장에 적극적으로 적용될 수 있는 실천중심적 신학교윢과정의 재구조화가 필요하다.

  • The great sudenn change of circle of dental laboratory technology brought mary discord between the new growing environmental group and the old group, In order to know the satisfactory degree of dental laboratory heads about all dental College, This Study was conducted for 49 detal technicians who graduated from junior laboratory heads in Seoul and Kyoung Gi area. The results are abtained as follow- 1. By age The degree of Satisfaction of items about all graduate dental technician were "41$\sim$45 age" group 26.53%), "46$\sim$50 age" group 22.45%, "36$\sim$40 age" group 18.36%, "31$\sim$35 age" group 12.24%, "51$\sim$55 age" group and "56$\sim$60 age" group 8.16% 60$\sim$age group 4.08% in order. 2. By Job Career. The Highest degree item out of Satisfaction about all graduated dental dental technician was 21$\sim$25 years group 28.5%, 16$\sim$20 years 20.4%, 11$\sim$15 years group 12.24%, 26$\sim$20%, 6$\sim$10 years group 4.08%, below 5 years group 2.04% in order. 3. By managing term of respondent's dental laboratory. The Satisfactory degree of items about all gradate technician were 7$\sim$10 years group 36.73% over 15 years group 22.45%, 11$\sim$14 years group 20.41%, 3$\sim$6 years group 14.29% below 2 years group 6.12% in order 4. By dental technician number of respondent's dental laboratory. The satisfactory degree intems about man were as follow; 6$\sim$9 persons group is 42.86 % The Satisfactory degree items about woman were one persons group in 34.69% 5. By born place The dental laboratory heads mean of inters about all dental technician were Seoul group 20.64 %, Kyoung Gi 17.20 %, Jen Nam group 14.99 % Chung Nam 9.5%in order 6. The satisfactory degree of items about all graduate dental technician were neither good nor bad group 32.65%, bad 6.12%, By ability of adaptaton, The satisfactory degree items about man were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 40.82%. The satisfactory degree of items about woman were neither good nor bad group 40.82% bad group 36.73%. 7. By sincerity. The satisfactory degree of items about man dental technician who graduated from Junior College were neither good nor bad group 52.02%, bad group 4.08, The satisfactory degree about woman dental technician graduated from Junior College were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 6.12%. 8. By ability of basical of items about man were bad group 40.82 %. The satisfactory degree about woman were 46.94%. 9. By cooperation relation ship. The satisfactory degree of items about man were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 10.20%. The satisfactory degree about woman were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 10.20 %. 10. By ability of work. The satisfactory degree of items about man were neither good nor bad group 48.98%, bad group 4.08%. The satisfactory degree about woman were neither good nor bad group 42.86%, bad group 6.12 %. 11. By the curriculum of the dental technician. The satisfactory degree of items about man were neither good nor bad group 67.35%, bad group 2.04%, The satisfactory degree about woman were neither good nor bad group 61.22%, bad group 6.12%. 12. By occupational satisfaction. The satisfactory degree of items about all graduate dental technician were fatisfied group 14.29%. By the out look of employment. The satisfactory degree of items about man greduate dental technician were neither good nor bad group 34.69 %, bad group 10.20%, about woman graduate dental technician were neither good nor bad group 44.90%, bad group 10.20%, Their employment prospect is not so bright or oprimistic due to the glut supply by graduates in the job-seeking market 13. The satisfactory rate on the artificial dental manufacturing world in terms of effects produced by juror College graduate dental technicians shared good group 40.82% bad group 2.04% 14. The top ratio, while the satisfaction reate on the academic study period of "3-year" group shared 22%, also the top ratio. 16. The improvement policy and prblematic issues presonted by the owner and operatore of atriticial dental manufacturing plants are as shown below First; The viewpoint that they contribute to the improvement of people's oral health in terms of their mission as artificial dental technicians. Second: The cultivation of basic technical ability to cope with clinical practice upon graduation Third; They require guidance in study and research in their filed of profession, that tray may beable to estaclish a from theory.

다문화가족 청소년의 국민정체성에 관한 연구 -Heater의 이론을 적용하여- (A Study on National Identity of Adolescents of Multi-cultural Family -An Application of Heater's Theory-)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가족 청소년 212명을 대상으로 Heater의 이론을 적용하여 그들의 차별경험과 문화변용스트레스 수준을 측정하였고, 이것이 국민정체성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자들의 차별경험을 측정한 결과 2.63(SD=.72)으로 나타나 보통수준보다 다소 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 그들의 문화변용스트레스는 2.48(SD=.65)로 나타나 보통수준인 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 조사대상자의 국민정체성 수준은 2.16(SD=.57)로 조사되어 보통수준보다 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 학업수준, 동거부모 형태, 모 한국어능력에 따라 집단별로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 조사대상자의 차별경험(${\beta}$=-.305), 동거부모 형태(${\beta}$=.286), 문화변용스트레스(${\beta}$=-.225), 학업수준(${\beta}$=.186), 모 한국어 능력(${\beta}$=.173) 등의 순서로 국민정체성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 다문화가족 청소년의 국민정체성을 향상할 수 있는 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다.
