오늘날 통신네트워크는 음성과 데이터의 통합으로 가는 것과 동시에 새로운 서비스가 요구가 증가됨에 따라서 NGN으로 변화하고 있다. NGN은 Service, Transport, Distributed Processing Environment의 3개 계층으로 구성된다. 여기서 Service 계층은 다시 애플리케이션 계층과 Service Component 계층으로 구분할 수 있다. Parlay Group은 third-party 애플리케이션 제공의 실현을 위하여, 애플리케이션과 Service Component Layer사이에 인터페이스로 개방형 Parlay API를 채택하고 있다. Parlay API를 사용함으로써 third-party 업체들은 네트워크 제공자가 제공하는 Service component위에 있는 애플리케이션 레이어 즉 새로운 애플리케이션을 개발을 하게 될 것이다. 본 논문에서는 third-party 서비스를 이용한 Third Party Call Control (TPCC) 서비스를 구현 하였다. TPCC서비스는 Parlay APl와 Parlay X APl를 사용해 각각 구현하였으며 Transport layer에서 시그널링 프로토콜로는 SIP를 사용하였다. 또한 각 구현사항들에 대하여 성능 측정을 실시하여 비교하였다.

Third-party funding in international and domestic disputes is a fast-growing trend and it is increasingly used by large, solvent companies that simply wish to share risk in their finance. On January 10, 2017, the Civil Law Amendment Bill was passed in Singapore and on June 2017 an "Arbitration and Mediation Legislation (Third Party Funding) Bill" in Hong-Kong had a third-party funding to finance the international arbitration and other dispute resolutions expressly approved. This arbitral tribunal's expanding discretion over critical interim measure of security cost was in issue. In Essar v. Norscot (2016), the arbitrator found that the additional third-party funding costs were recoverable as "other costs of the parties." In here, the decision showed the issue of a tribunal's power over cost measures could spread out to be reviewed and broadened through the legislative process. A recent investor-state arbitration case of ICSID, RSM Production Corporation v. Saint Lucia, covered the express awarding of security for costs where a claimant was funded by a third-party funder. It seems inevitable that the volume of third-party funding industry will grow more as time goes on. The next step would be to formulate guidelines on how to determine criteria against which an application for security for costs is measured.

Purpose: This study focuses on lean implementation evaluation in Third Party Logistics (TPL) industry by using the lean principles measurement from Toyota Ways which consist of 14 principles. The core goal of this study is to appraise the lean implementation level in Third Party Logistics in East Java of Indonesia in order to achieve efficient logistics, distribution and transportation activities. Research design, data and methodology: This study uses a sample of 80 respondent who are Third Party Logistics managers in East Java Province, Indonesia. Data collection uses a questionnaire and standard statistical test was performed in order to analyze questionnaire. Results: The implementation level of lean management in Third Party Logistics shows that application of principle 3 (utilizing pull systems) has a higher score than the other principles. This situation shows that management give the best performance in plan process. They prioritize customer requirement in every process designed. However, the principle 8 (using reliable technology) show the weakness performance. Conclusions: Overall, this study shows the Third Party Logistics in East Java Province of Indonesia have applied the lean principle quite well, although the scores are only slightly above the average. This condition provides a strong basis for further lean implementation, especially for improving logistics, distribution and transportation activities in Third Party Logistics Business.

Nowadays, third-party applications form an important part of the mobile environment, and social networking applications in particular can leave a variety of user footprints compared to other applications. Digital forensics of mobile third-party applications can provide important evidence to forensics investigators. However, most mobile operating systems are now updated on a frequent basis, and developers are constantly releasing new versions of them. For these reasons, forensic investigators experience difficulties in finding the locations and meanings of data during digital investigations. Therefore, this paper presents scenario-based methods of forensic analysis for a specific third-party social networking service application on a specific mobile device. When applied to certain third-party applications, digital forensics can provide forensic investigators with useful data for the investigation process. The main purpose of the forensic analysis proposed in the present paper is to determine whether the general use of third-party applications leaves data in the mobile internal storage of mobile devices and whether such data are meaningful for forensic purposes.

This informative piece delves into the intriguing and crucial history of third-party funding in Nigeria and its application in the Arbitration and Mediation Act of 2023. The article analyses the impact of this funding on cross-border transactions while addressing concerns about mandatory disclosure. The absence of remedies or sanctions for non-disclosure is also a matter of concern that warrants thoughtful examination. The article looks closer at the role of courts, tribunals, and arbitral institutions in addressing gaps in the Act. The development of CG technology throughout the 2000s brought about a significant growth in the animation market. This phenomenon led to an increase in the number of people required by related industries, which led to an increase in the number of related majors in universities. CG application technologies are becoming more common with the advent of YouTube and virtual YouTubers, but high technology is still required for students to get a job. This situation is not easy to include both technological and creative skills in the college animation curriculum. In order to increase students' creativity, we need a lot of production experience, which requires a lot of knowledge and time if we only use tools like Maya and 3D Max. In this paper, We tried to devote more time to storytelling by minimizing the technical process required for production and proceeding with repetitive or difficult processes for content creation using third-party programs. And through the 12-week class, the experimental production process was applied to the process from planning to completion of animation works that students would submit to the advertisement contest.

현 시대에서 기업 발전을 이루기 위해서는 자사의 핵심 분야에 역량을 집중시키고 기업 비용절감을 도모하고 고객에 대한 서비스의 질을 향상 시키는 등의 노력을 하여야 한다. 그중에서 기업들은 자사의 역량을 핵심 분야에 집중시키고 나머지 부분들은 아웃소싱을 통해 기업비용 절감을 실현시키는 방법에 관심을 기울이고 있고 특히 물류 부문의 아웃소싱에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 이유는 우리나라 기업물류비가 선진국에 비해 월등히 높다는 것 때문이다. 이와 같은 높은 물류비는 대외적으로 수출상품의 가격경쟁력 약화와 무역수지 악화를 초래하고, 대내적으로는 물가상승 요인으로 작용하여 우리경제에 큰 부담이 되고 있어 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위해 물류비 절감이 절실히 요구 되고 있다. 이러한 상황의 해결책으로 대두되고 있는 것이 바로 제3자 물류기업으로의 아웃소싱이다. 이에 따라 현재는 전문물류업체 등장과 함께 많은 기업들이 자사물류에서 제3자 물류로 전환하고 있다. 하지만 화주기업들이 제3자 물류기업들에게 통합적인 물류서비스를 위탁하는 경우는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 제3자 물류기업 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 프랜차이즈 기업 본 아이에프의 제3자 물류 활성화에 대한 사례를 통하여 향후 발전방안을 제시하였다.

안드로이드 마켓을 보면 서드 파티 어플리케이션이 상당한 비중을 차지하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 하지만 이런 서드 파티 어플리케이션의 보안 측면에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 그 중에서도 서드 파티 어플리케이션이 많이 사용되는 것 중 하나가 모바일 VoIP(Voice Over IP) 어플리케이션이다. 모바일 VoIP 어플리케이션 중에서 본 논문은 구글 보이스 서비스를 연동시켜주는 대표적인 3가지 서드 파티 어플리케이션의 사용자 인증 구조에 대해 알아본다. 그리고 안드로이드 파일 시스템 구조 속에서 사용자 계정 정보를 저장하고 있는 파일을 통해 계정 정보를 전달하는 흐름을 파악하고 현재 쓰이고 있는 방법에 대한 취약점을 통해 일어날 수 있는 위험 요소를 알아보고 타원 곡선 디피-헬만 키 교환과 해시 체이닝을 사용해 개선된 인증 메커니즘 방안을 제안한다.

This study applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate service quality of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. For this, 3PL service quality is conceptualized and measured using SERVQUAL's five dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Then, the AHP method is applied to determining the relative importance of five service quality dimensions and eventually selecting the best 3PL provider. Finally, this study conducts an empirical case study on four companies providing 3PL services in Korea to demonstrate the basic idea suggested in this paper. The results obtained in the present study indicate that responsiveness to customers is the most important factor perceived by 3PL customers and 3PL C is the best 3PL provider according to the overall service quality scores. In contrast to some previous researches, this study examined issues of service quality from the perspective of 3PL customers as opposed to the perspective of 3PL providers. In order for this study to be more complete, future research is needed in establishing a set of metrics to quantify each dimension of 3PL service quality proposed.

In the case of international trade, the role of 3PL (third-party logistics) providers, in recent years, has drawn more attention. At the same time, computers have become faster, cheaper, and more widely available. Thus. information systems have become commonplace to freight forwarders and the increased efficiencies to be gained in improving logistics has pushed managers to explorer a number of new ideas, technologies and methods of information management and automation. However, many companies are encountering difficulties to choose an information system flexible and satisfying all needs carrying on business. In this study RIA (rich internet application) technology based on Java Swing was introduced to the .freight forwarder information systems to provide richer user interfaces and a flexible web-based application. Also considered giving stakeholders in charge of logistics especially in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) cost-effective and performance-effective solutions with good accessibility of internet for smooth operations of their businesses.
