  • Reinforced concrete structure can be strengthened by glass fiber reinforced plastic thin panels. The GFRP-Thin Panels are manufactured by pressing form and their application technique are similar to steel plates. The use of FGRP-Thin Panels presents several advantages. The advantages of this structural system are the case of application, the elimination of joint and corrosion at the epoxy-panel interface. This paper introduces the method of manufacturing about GFRP-Thin Panels, mechanical properties and the application of reinforced concrete structures.

직류 대향타겟스퍼터링법으로 제작된 ZnO 박막의 c-축 배향성 (C-axis Orientation of ZnO Thin Films Prepared by DC Facing Targets Sputtering Method)

  • We prepared ZnO thin film with Facing Targets Sputtering system that can deposit thin film in plasma-free situation and change the deposition condition in wide range. And prepared thin film's c-axis orientation and grain size were analyzed by XRD (x-ray diffractometer). In the results, we suggest that FTS system is very suitable to preparing high quality ZnO thin film with good c-axis orientation.

Explicit incremental matrices for the postbuckling analysis of thin plates with small initial curvature

  • The postbuckling behaviour of thin plates is an important phenomenon in the design of thin plated structures. In reality plates possess small imperfections and the behaviour of such imperfect plates is of great interest. To numerically study the postbuckling behaviour of imperfect plates explicit incremental or secant matrices have been presented in this paper. These matrices can be used in combination with any thin plate element. The secant matrices are shown to be very accurate in tracing the postbuckling behaviour of thin plates.
