There are 395,789 people with hearing impairment in Korea, according to the 2021 Disability Statistics Annual Report by the Korea Institute for the Development of Disabled Persons. These people are experiencing a lot of inconvenience through hearing impairment, and many studies related to recognition and translation of Korean sign language are being conducted to solve this problem. In sign language recognition and translation research, collecting sign language data has many difficulties because few people use sign language professionally. In addition, most of the existed data is sign language data taken from the front of the speaker. To solve this problem, in this paper, we designed and developed a storage system that can collect sign language data based on multi-view points in real-time, rather than a single point, and store and manage it with high usability.

This study is focused on viewing the March 1st Movement, a national movement uprisen nationwide during the Japanese occupation period, and women's independence movement from an angle of worldpeace. The March 1st Movement was held nationwide when our national sovereignty was lost, and it can be defined as a form of peace movement in view of world history. Particularly, the March 1st Movement was the people's independence movement without distinction of class, region and sex. The direction of national independence and freedom implied in the independence movement during that time period needs to be interpreted newly in view of world peace. Firstly, the urgent task to complete during that period was to accomplish independence in view of the times and the national people, and it was a form of peace movement. Secondly, the women who participated in the March 1st Movement changed into spontaneous participants or activists for the national independence movement and, thereafter, continued a history of women's independence movement of Korea. Lastly, the March 1st Movement became widespread domestically and to foreign countries such as China, Japan, Russia, Europe and America, so that its spirit of freedom and peace appealed to the weak countries in Asia. Furthermore, it worked as a spiritual support for the independence movement of Korea. As mentioned above, the March 1st Movement needs to be newly understood in view of world peace, and, out of that movement, Korean women's independence movement deserves a highlight as a peace movement stream in the world history of women.

The purpose of this research is to examine ways to improve the quality of life of elderly people living alone in urban areas by identifying their stress, social support, and quality of life as well as analyzing the relationships between these factors. In this research, a questionnaire survey was conducted for approximately two weeks including 232 elderly people aged 65 years and above who were using 10 senior welfare centers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. The results of the analysis based on the collected data showed that of the stresses experienced by elderly people living alone in urban areas, the stresses of health, family, and psychological and social stresses had negative effects on social support and quality of life. Also, it was found that the social support of elderly people living alone had positive effects on the quality of life. Additionally, it was found that social support had a mediating effect in the relationship between stress and quality of life of elderly people living alone in urban areas. In other words, social support plays a buffer role in enhancing the quality of life regarding health, family, economy, and psychological and social stresses. This research has significant implications in that it was conducted on elderly people living alone, since elderly people living alone are not only under more stressful circumstances in a vulnerable environment than other seniors but also their quality of life is much lower. The implications of this research are that, from a social point of view, these elderly people living alone should no longer be neglected and that differentiated policy interventions for elderly people living alone is required.

In the short view, the medical fee regulation has contributed for patients by reducing their hospital expenses and helping them to visit hospital more easily. But, some medical parts have gone into red ink because the medical fee has been different with each item. So, that medical parts have been experienced the medical specialist shortage. And some hospitals have been interested in high-priced medical services to cover their deficit. Moreover, most medical doctors don't need to use low-priced medicine undergo these circumstance, domestic small and medium pharmaceutical company has been going into bankruptcy and the dependence on foreign drug company has been rising. If these abnormal medical service keep to patience, people will get more burden of medical fee cause 9 casual loop work very complicated. In other words, present medical fee regulation were made by some politicians who had plain thinking. Those who govern the people, therefore, stand for not present medical service user but the welfare and health promotion of people and give attention to desirable medical fee with systems thinking.

This paper presents a vision-based fall detection system to automatically monitor and detect people's fall accidents, particularly those of elderly people or patients. For video analysis, the system should be able to extract both spatial and temporal features so that the model captures appearance and motion information simultaneously. Our approach is based on 3-dimensional convolutional neural networks, which can learn spatiotemporal features. In addition, we adopts a thermal camera in order to handle several issues regarding usability, day and night surveillance and privacy concerns. We design a pan-tilt camera with two actuators to extend the range of view. Performance is evaluated on our thermal dataset: TCL Fall Detection Dataset. The proposed model achieves 90.2% average clip accuracy which is better than other approaches.

Baik-Eui is the white clothes and Korean typical way of wearing, Baik-Eui was used by the over 80$\~$90 percents of people, which proves that Baik-Eui was the very clothes of common people. Moreover, even King himself in Koryo Dynasty is said to have worn white clothes when he was out of official hours. And wearing Baik-Eui was regarded as polite manners among the noble men in Yi Dynasty in spite of strict prohibitions of wearing it. That fact proves that it was loved by Korean people in general. Baik-Eui can be found its origin from many peoples of North East Asia in ancient time. Some say that wearing Baik-Eui is considered as a kind of worship of the sun, or purity of Korean people. But from the economical point of view, Baik-Eui was primitive in it's color. It means that their clothes were made from original clothes, not dyed. This study on the social reasons affecting to Baik-Eui, they are summarized as follows; 1. This Baik-Eui had been originated from the ancient economical and rigid circumstances of society. Everlasting poverty and diprivation of joy in life of Korean naturally made them have inclination of wearing it 2. Also common people were restricted in their choice of dress color by government. Even rich could not wear a colored clothes except the dyes permitted by them. 3. Socially, People wore white clothes through various kinds of ceremony, among which funeral was the most important. As we had the large family system, and usually the funeral at that time was longer in its period than now. Thus, Korean got accustomed to wear whit clothes more and more.

I have tried to find a concept among different perspectives on knowledge management. Third, Organization has to be controlled by information based control system for the effective linkage of several sort of information. Fourth, Shared culture of knowledge internalized by all members must help organization generate and articulate a new form of knowledge. Finally, Several information technologies and instrumental system may faster creation of knowledge. Especially, in this paper, focused on role of knowledge-based people. The study tries to explore the ideas of the 10-20 generations to find improvements in the education policy for future South and North Korea relationship and provide implications on the current unification education and the South and North Korea relationship. Furthermore, through the ideas of the 10th and 20th generations, the goal was to draw in-depth discussions on how to view relations with North Korea for the future development of the South Korea. Afterwards, a total of 14 people(6 teenagers and 8 20s) were selected through a snowballing, and a total of 14 people from each group participated in three focus group interviews. The results were as follows. First, the participants in this study on South and North Korea relation reported three perspectives: the 'nationalist view', the 'pragmatic view' and the 'ideological and systemic view'. Second, There were both negative and positive about North-South relationship. But positive emotions and attitudes were mainly influenced by the media, and negative those were influenced by repetitive and compulsory education. Unlike passive interviews in the first session, during the course of the interview the study participants expressed their opinions and talked about the future of the South and North Korea relations. It is the value of the study, and provides future generations with a sense of what education is necessary in designing the future of Korea, interacting with South and North Korea relation.

We have examined the development and conceptual definition of shamanism and divination through significant characteristics of various illnesses. However, the terrminology has been inconsistent and its real conceptual meaning is not well defined. Divination is a historically dominant religious practice which represents the core of Korean folk culture. Despite prevalent prejudice toward its primitive nature, we cannot deny its profound relationship to our unconscious, especially our reliance on its religious role whenever we face crisis or conflict. It is therefore appropriate to use the term divination in this context. Shamanism originated as humanity's oldest mode of communication with divine - a religion, The shaman is not a sorceress but a priestess, a healer, a spritual guide, a leader, a mystic, traditionally having a different significance from that of the contemporary diviner or "shaman". The traditional concept of illness has been profoundly altered to serve new functions: while the shamanistic view is based upon spiritual abduction, divination on the other hand invokes concepts of spiritual invasion phenomena such as spirit intrusion, taboo violations, soul loss, object instrusion, deviations from the appropriate spiritual path besiegement, and curess or predestination (the idea that the sufferer is born with his fate), We should therefore try to understand divination from a more holistic point of view, rather than attempting to fit it into the standrd medical illness. We must recognize divination as a phenomenon within our culture, since most people have a mixed conception of illness arising from a combination of divinational and modem concepts, Since divination's humanistic approach is ingrained in our people, to irresponsibly ignore the spiritual aspects of treatment would exert a negative influence on our culture, Especially now, while attraction is focused on Korean culture and its influence on every aspect of our livies, it is important for nurses to expand our horizons in order to create a way of nursing more suitable to Korean culture. Increased importance is now being given to the opinions of patients themselves about their own illness and health, so nurses should seek to understand how patients accept their illness and what particular kinds of help they expect to receive. Consequently, an understanding of traditional divinations will enable us to utilize these characteristics on the job in order to enhance nursing care.

There are many types of linguistical system generally being used in modern society and it is essential to understand the primary components comprising the linguistical system when communication by the language system. Therefore, the purpose of this report is how the sign system can be convenient, handy, safe, comfortable, and confusion-proof to the occupants as the public media; easily understandable to the individual by the development and constitution of effectual signage system concerning guidance, direction and safeguards in thee visual linguistics point of view. Consequently, the sign system have been studied based upon the theory of visual perception considering the cognitive and sociopsychological affects of user.
