This study examined factors that prevent older adults from using computers and/or smartphones for their health information search and health management. This study conducted face-to-face survey of a total of 240 older adults aged over 65. Based on the responses of open-ended questions, this study conducted semantic network analysis. The results showed that low level of perceived usefulness(PU) (e.g., information I want to find, detailed information, and trustworthiness) and perceived ease of use(PEOU) (e.g., how to search for information, how to install applications, and visibility) are main factors that prevent older adults from using computers and/or smartphones for their health information search and health management. Furthermore, based on the results of semantic network analysis, further hierarchical regression analysis confirmed that PU and PEOU were positively associated with intention to use mobile application. Thus, the results imply that increasing older adults' PU and PEOU can promote their intention to use mobile application.

In information age, sharing about the information and various techniques to control other computers which are connected in network started to appear. One of these techniques is remote control system. However, conventional remote control systems have had a lot of inconvenience to use because of limited functions. For example, it always has to connect to the electricity supply to operate the server program. Also, one-to-one remote control is only possible by one's permission. In order to solve the problems of the conventional remote control system's limited functions, this paper implements the system which applies the WOL(Wake On Lan) function to be possible remote power control to multi client computers by one server computer connected to a lot of client computers not one-to-one.

The biotechnology is the study of biochemical and biological processes in living things. This study aims to show that "Computer-assisted language learning (CALL)" and "Mobile-based language learning (MALL)" actually influence education, deviating from the traditional "drill and practice" method in foreign language education and learning due to the development of information and communication technology (IT). Specifically, for first-year college students who have relatively poor English skills and do not feel enough motivation for English learning, I will produce educational video content using multimedia authoring tools and upload it to the e-learning system. Video content is configured to be accessed and utilized through various media such as computers, smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Ultimately, an exploration of educational value behind the utilization of IT devices in English language Teaching(ELT) and the Second Language Acquisition (SLA) theory behind effective instructional use of such technology are presented. That is to say, the effectiveness of language learning using information and communication technology (IT) is introduced. The article closes by suggesting how to use computers and mobile media for 'Flipped Learning'.

Development of network and computer technology results in many studies to use physically distributed computers as a single resource. Generally, these studies have focused on developing environments based on message passing. These environments are mainly used to solve problems for scientific computation and process in parallel suing inside parallelism of the given problems. Therefore, these environments provide high parallelism generally, while it is difficult to program and use as well as it is required to have user accounts in the distributed computers. If a given problem is divided into completely independent subproblems, more efficient environment can be provided. We can find these problems in bio-informatics, 3D animatin, graphics, and etc., so the development of new environment for these problems can be considered to be very important. Therefore, we suggest new environment called InterCom based on a proxy computing, which can solve these problems efficiently, and explain the implementation of this environment. This environment consists of agent, server, and client. Merits of this environment are easy programing, no need of user accounts in the distributed computers, and easiness by compiling distributed code automatically.

The purpose of this study is to examine possibilities of industry secret information leakage through IoT devices and to prevent information leakage from the perspective of administrative and technique security. From the administrative security perspective, first, it is important to face the possibility of industry information data leakage through anyone who can access companies and should establish guidelines to limit the use of IoT devices when entering companies. Second, security management guideline should be prepared by companies or upon user's request and use of any electronic devices sharing wireless internet connection should be eliminated or restricted. From technique security perspective, channels that sharing IoT devices in computers should be controlled since industry secret information are stored in computers and servers. Furthermore, IoT devices that accessing wireless internet network or devices that already registered should be regularly checked in order to minimize any information leakage. Lastly, data and information stored in computers and servers should be encrypted.

This study is aimed to investigate ethics cognition to information of youths who are main users of computers, but yet not built up the own ethics and the sense of value, as ethical problems are raised in information-oriented society. The research was focused on youths ethics cognition to information according to contact of multimedia pornography, surreptitious use of others and abusion of indecent languages in chatting. The survey was conducted to 520 students from middle and high schools in Jeju region and analyzed Probit Regression. The major results of this study are as follows; First, most of youths possess own-computers, and use Internet. Second, looking into experiencing or not according to sub-spheres of ethics cognition to information, the experience of contacting multimedia pornography was few. but the primary place of using it was a house. Most of youths approach multimedia pornography in awareness of a ban on youths' contact. The experience of surreptitious use of others was less than other spheres, and mainly only once. The number of youths who have an experience of abusing indecent languages was less than that of youths who don't have, but the frequency of was high when the youths have an experience. Third, the experience or no experience on each sub-sphere has a significant difference on personal-relative variables such as gender, age, education levels, number of siblings, academic records, personal expenses, relationship with friends. The experience or no experience on each sub-sphere has a meaningful influence upon family-relative variables such as father's education levels, Job, mother's age, education levels, employment, family type, monthly household expense. The experience or no experience on each sub-sphere has a meaningful influence upon PC-relative variables such as deviation experience in PC rooms, the experience of request for age confirmation(I.D. card), average use hour of PC rooms. The experience or no experience on each sub-sphere has a more meaningful influence on personal-relative variables and PC-relative variables than family-relative variables.

The concern of this paper is to provide learning opportunities to participate in the class of statistics with interest for the students who dislike mathematics and especially find difficulty in understanding statistics. The students were encouraged to arrange data collected in their daily life by the use of spreadsheet program and to interpret the result of data with graphs, so that they could have a great interest in statistics and make steady progress in their voluntary study. The further study to use computers in teaching mathematics should be continued and recommended in the rapid age of information and knowledge-based.

The challenge of education reform and the demand for textbook revision were inevitable as to help people manage changes in the twenty-first century. The 7th educational program not only has different educational goals, purposes and methods compare to the previous 6th program, but also introduces an epochal plan so called "free-choice learning" which involves considerable choices on the part of the learner as to what and which subject to learn. For the education on mathematics, applying computer and calculators to the studies were one of the goals educational process. This research encompasses ways to approach computer application in the 7th high school s on mathematics. The main contents of our paper are analysis of 16 different kinds of high school textbooks, its status of uses in each textbooks, math relating programs, use of computers, use of programs, use of computers in each textbooks and use of internets.internets.
