주문 처리 최대화를 위한 창고 물류시스템 분석 (Analysis of Warehouse Logistics System for Maximizing the Amount of Order Process)

  • The distribution cost increases constantly because of the growth of yield, globalization of accounts and the generalization of e-commerce. This paper is concerned with scheduling on the allocation of workers to maximize the amount of order process in warehouse logistics system. The problem is to determine the number of operators in each process by the sequential time zone. We considered that the number of operators is restricted to the current level and also the process time is changed by putting some resources into the process. In each stage, we suggest some considerations for the allocation of workers and estimate the maximum amount of order process of the alternatives. We analyzed the alternatives using simulation s/w Arena with real cases.

밀기울 첨가 반죽의 물리적 특성 (Rheological Properties of Dough Added with Wheat Bran)

  • The rheological properties of wheat flour dough were investigated in the dough added with 0, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30% of wheat bran. The ratios of ash contents in wheat flour and wheat bran were 0.43% and 5.28%, respectively. The ratios of fiber contents in wheat flour and wheat bran were 0.18% and 11.86%, respectively. The farinograph water absorption was increased as the amount of wheat bran was increased. Both arrival time and development time of the dough added with wheat bran were longer than those of wheat flour. As the amount of wheat bran was increased, the weakness was increased. The extensograph showed that extensibility and resistance to extension of dough were decreased, while the ratio of resistance to extensibility(R/E) was increased with increasing the amo unt of wheat bran. The maximum viscosity by amylograph was decreased gradually with the adding amount of wheat bran, while the gelatinization temperature was slightly increased with wheat bran.

A Study on the Optimum Scheme for Determination of Operation Time of Line Feeders in Automatic Combination Weighers

  • In an automatic combination weigher, the line feeders distribute the product to several weighing hoppers. The ability to supply appropriate amount of product to the weighing hoppers for each combination operation is crucial for the overall performance. Determining the right duration of operating a line feeder to supply a given amount of product becomes very challenging in case of products which are irregular in volume or specific gravity such as granular secondary processed foods. In this research, several schemes were investigated to determine the best way for a line feeder to approximate the next operating time in order to supply a set amount of irregular goods to the corresponding weighing hopper. Results obtained show that a weighted least squares method (WLS) employing 10 data points is the most effective in determining the operating times of line feeders.

어린이집의 재원 시간과 영유아들이 경험하는 일상적 스트레스의 관계 (Correlations between the Amount of Time Spent in Child Care Centers and Children's Daily Stress Levels)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore potential correlation between the amount of time children spent in child care centers and their daily stress levels. The subjects of this study were 165 children (aged 2~5) who attended a child care center in Seoul. Children were interviewed individually, and tested using 23 picture cards which describe a range of stressful situations. The results of this study were as follows: the children's age led to significant differences in their stress level. The age at which the children first entered the child care center had no significant impact on their stress level. However, the times spent in child care centers showed a significant correlation with stress. The longer time the child spent in the center, the higher the degree of stress they encountered.

  • This paper presents a new adaptive fast motion estimation algorithm along with its architecture. The conventional algorithm such as full - search algorithm, three step algorithm have some disadvantages which are related to the amount of computation, the quality of image and the implementation of hardware, the proposed algorithm uses spatial correlation and a slope of motion vector in order to reduce the amount of computation and preserve good image quality, The proposed algorithm is better than the conventional Block Matching Algorithm(BMA) with regard to the amount of computation and image quality. Also, we propose an efficient at chitecture to implement the proposed algorithm. It is suitable for real time processing application.

알칼리 용융 및 수열 합성에 의한 석탄회로부터 제올라이트 A의 합성 (Synthesis of zeolite A from coal fly ash by alkali fusion followed by hydrothermal treatment)

  • 석탄회를 NaOH로 용융시킨 후 수열 처리에 의하여 제올라이트 A를 합성하였다. NaOH/석탄회의 비, 용융 온도, $NaAlO_2$의 첨가량, 수열 처리 온도 및 시간이 생성된 제올라이트의 종류와 결정도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 결정도가 높은 제올라이트의 생성에 필요한 최적의 NaOH/석탄회의 중량비는 1.2, 최적의 용융 온도는 $550^{\circ}C$이었다. 용융된 석탄회로부터 $Si^{4+}$$Al^{3+}$의 용출은 교반 시간의 영향을 받지 않았다. 생성된 제올라이트의 형태는 첨가한 $NaAlO_2$의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 적은 양의 $NaAlO_2$를 첨가하면 제올라이트 X가 생성되나 $NaAlO_2$의 양이 증가하면 단일상의 제올라이트 A가 생성되었다. 수열처리 시간과 온도가 증가하면 제올라이트 A는 hydroxysodalite로 변화 하였다. 승온 속도를 낮춰 반응 온도까지의 도달시간을 증가시키면 결정도가 좋은 제올라이트 A를 얻을 수 있었다.

An optimal continuous type investment policy for the surplus in a risk model

  • In this paper, we show that there exists an optimal investment policy for the surplus in a risk model, in which the surplus is continuously invested to other business at a constant rate a > 0, whenever the level of the surplus exceeds a given threshold V > 0. We assign, to the risk model, two costs, the penalty per unit time while the level of the surplus being under V > 0 and the opportunity cost per unit time by keeping a unit amount of the surplus. After calculating the long-run average cost per unit time, we show that there exists an optimal investment rate $a^*$>0 which minimizes the long-run average cost per unit time, when the claim amount follows an exponential distribution.

여러가지 가열방법에 따른 채소의 Ascorbic Acid 잔존량 (Retention of Ascorbic Acid in Vegetables as Influenced by Various Blanching Methods)

  • Retention of ascorbic acid in vegetables as influenced by various blanching methods was measured and the effects of blanching time, amount of water added, and with or without lid on the retention were compared. It was found that blanching with small amount of water and without lid generally retained the higher activity of ascorbic acid. Although steam blanching showed the highest retention of the vitamin, the longer heating time was needed to blanch the vegetables. Blanching by microwave oven has revealed that addition of small amount of water did not affect the retention. From the scoring difference test for texture of blanched spinach, the samples which were indicated as best in texture by the 8-panel members have retained 73~96% of ascorbic acid and samples blanched by microwave oven for 60 seconds showed highest retention.

Marbling and Its Nutritional Impact on Risk Factors for Cardiovascular Disease

  • This review addresses the role of fat in beef palatability and healthfulness. Particular emphasis is placed on the content of oleic acid in beef, and how this increases with time when cattle are fed a grain-based diet. Oleic acid decreases the melting point of lipids from beef, increasing the perception of juiciness and improving beef flavor. Clinical trials have demonstrated that ground beef containing elevated oleic acid increases, or at the least has no negative effects on the concentration of HDL cholesterol. The amount of fat in published ground beef intervention trials greatly exceeds the amount of fat in equivalent portions of beef from U.S. domestic or Korean Hanwoo cattle. Thus, we conclude 1) Beef cattle should be raised under production conditions that increase the concentration of oleic acid in their edible tissues (i.e., by grain feeding over extended periods of time); and 2) The amount of fat consumed in a typical portion of beef will not increase risk factors for cardiovascular disease.

서울시와 대전시 거주 부부의 성역할태도와 가사노동시간 (Sex Role Orientation and the Household Work Time of Husbands and Wives in Seoul and Taejon)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of sex role orientation on the amount of household work time by husbands and wives in Seoul and Taejon. The data were collected from 100 couples in Seoul and 142 in Tadjon. The Major finding were as follows: 1. Taejon did not differed from Seoul in sex role orientation of the couples. 2. Sex role orientation of wife was related to the amount of time that husband spent on meal preparation and cleanup, clothing care, and child care. 3. Total household work time by husbands in Taejon was affected by the sex role orientation of himself, but the couples in Seoul and the wife in Taejon was not.
