간호대학생의 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy on Ego-Resilience of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 자아탄력성의 관계를 확인하고 자아존중감과 자기효능감이 자아탄력성에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 2016년 9월부터 2016년 11월까지 G시에 위치한 4년제 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 서면동의를 받아 247건의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 22.0 Statistics Program을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과 자아존중감은 자기효능감, 자아탄력성과 순 상관관계를 보였으며, 자기효능감은 자아탄력성과 순 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 자아존중감, 자기효능감이 자아탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 59.2%의 설명력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생이 앞으로 임상 현장에서 경험하게 되는 다양한 스트레스 상황을 적절한 대처하고 적응하면서 전문직 간호역량을 높이기 위해 대학교육에서부터 자아존중감과 자기효능감을 증진시키려는 노력이 필요하다 여겨지며, 자아존중감과 자기효능감을 활용한 자아탄력성 향상 프로그램 개발과 적용이 요구된다.

정신과 외래 환자가 지각하는 낙인과 자기효능감 및 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구 (Self-perceived Stigma, Self-efficacy and Quality of Life in Psychiatric Outpatients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore self-reported perceived stigma, self-efficacy, and quality of life among psychiatric outpatients Methods: In the present study, researchers analyzed the survey responses of 195 patients recruited in the S hospital psychiatry outpatient clinic. The measurement tools used in this study were the "Devaluation & Discrimination" scale to determine perceptions of stigmatization, general and social efficacy scales to measure self-efficacy, and the "General Well-Being Index" to measure quality of life in psychiatric outpatient. Statistical analysis included means with standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficients to identify relationships between the variables. Results: There was a significant difference in self-perceived stigma and quality of life in psychiatric outpatients (r=-.233, p=.001) and a negative correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life (r=-.424, p=.000). Correlation analysis results support the hypothesis that higher self-perceived stigma scores were related to reduced quality of life among patients with schizophrenia (r=-.231, p=.021), while there was a positive correlation between self-perceived stigma scores and self-efficacy scores among patients with bipolar disorder (r=.362, p=.013). Conclusion: The findings suggest that nursing imtervention strategies should include education programs to reduce stigmatization and enhance self-efficacy and quality of life among patients with chronic psychiatric illnesses.

중년부부의 주관적 건강상태, 결혼만족도, 자기효능감이 노후준비에 미치는 자기 효과와 상대방 효과: 상호의존모형(APIM) 적용 (Actor and Partner Effects of Health Status, Marital Satisfaction and Self Efficacy on Retirement Preparation of Middle Aged Couples: Actor-Partner Interdependence Model Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the actor and partner effects of health status, marital satisfaction, and self efficacy on retirement preparation in middle aged couples using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model. Methods: Participants were 121 middle aged couples living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Daegu City, Korea. All measures were self-administered. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. Results: 1) Wife's self efficacy and marital satisfaction showed direct actor and partner effects on retirement preparation in middle aged couples. Wife's health status showed an indirect actor effect through wife's self efficacy and marital satisfaction on wife's retirement preparation, and showed an indirect partner effect through husband's self efficacy on husband's retirement preparation. 2) Husband's self efficacy and marital satisfaction showed only direct actor effect on retirement preparation. Health status among the husbands showed an indirect actor effect on husband's retirement preparation through their self efficacy and marital satisfaction, and an indirect partner effect through wife's marital satisfaction on wife's retirement preparation. 3) The actor effect size of health status on self efficacy and marital satisfaction was larger among husband's than wife's. Additionally, the partner effect size of health status on self efficacy and marital satisfaction was different between the two groups; however, the actor and partner effect size of self efficacy and marital satisfaction on retirement preparation was the same for husband and wife. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that nursing intervention strategies for improving self efficacy and marital satisfaction are strongly needed to enhance retirement preparation of middle aged couples in Korean community.

중학생의 자기효능감, 자기주도학습, 학교적응과 학습몰입 간의 관계 분석 (Structural Relationship among the Self-Efficacy, Self-Directed Learning Ability, School Adjustment, and Leaning Flow in Middle School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship among the self-efficacy, self-directed learning ability, school adjustment and learning flow in middle school students by the structural equation modeling analysis. The subjects of this study consisted of 553 middle school students. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations and structural equation modeling analysis by using the SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 statistical program. The results of this study were as followed: First, there were significant correlations among the self-efficacy, self-directed learning ability, school adjustment and learning flow. Second, the self-directed learning ability and school adjustment directly affected the learning flow. Third, self-efficacy and school adjustment variables indirectly affected learning flow. The indices of the best fit model on these variable were adequate. This study shows that the self-efficacy, self-directed learning ability, school adjustment are the significant predictor for the learning flow during adolescent.

뇌졸중 환자의 불확실성, 생리적 위험지표, 자기효능감이 자기관리에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Uncertainty, Physiologic Risk Factors, Self-efficacy on Self-management in Stroke Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of uncertainty, physiological risk factors, self-efficacy, and self-management among stroke patients and to identify factors influencing their self-management. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was used for this study. A convenience sample of 149 patients with stroke were enrolled at C national university hospital from February to April in 2016. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and electronic medical record. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: There were significant negative correlations between uncertainty and self-efficacy (r=-.56, p<.001); between uncertainty and self-management (r=-.56, p<.001); and between total cholesterol and self-management (r=-.23, p=.005). There were significant positive correlations between self-efficacy and self-management (r=.78, p<.001); between uncertainty and total cholesterol (r=.24, p=.003). The significant factors influencing self-management were uncertainty and self-efficacy. Theses variables explained 62.7% of the variance in self-management. Conclusion: The results suggest that intervention programs to reduce the level of uncertainty and to increase the level of self-efficacy among patients would improve the self-management of stroke patients.

등산객의 자기효능감과 몰입이 등산복의 기능성 만족도 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-efficacy and Commitment on Functional Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of Mountaineering Apparels)

  • This study analyzed how the self-efficacy and commitment on functional satisfaction and repurchase intentionof mountaineering apparels. The survey was conducted over the climbers with 298 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. The results showed that the self-efficacy of climbers were classified into self-regulated efficacy, self-confidence, and task difficulty preference, and the commitment of climbers were classified into behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment. The self-regulated efficacy and self-confidence influenced the behavioral commitment and the self-regulated efficacy influenced the cognitive commitment. The behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment influenced the functional satisfaction and repurchase intention of mountaineering apparels. The functional satisfaction influenced the repurchase intention of mountaineering apparels.

아동의 성별에 따른 어머니 양육효능감의 매개적 역할 : 아동의 자존감 모형 탐색 (Child's Self-Esteem : The Mediational Role of Mother's Parenting Self-Efficacy by Child's Gender)

  • This study investigated child's self-esteem by the mediational role of mother's parenting self-efficacy and its relations to perceived social support, parenting behavior, and stress, and to child's temperament and gender. Participants were 403 Korean children(188 boys, 215 girls) and their mothers living in Seoul. Structural equation modeling for boys and girls and their mothers indicated that parenting self-efficacy mediated the relation between social support and parenting behaviors including Warmth-Acceptance and Rejection-Restriction. In these models, parenting self-efficacy related to child's self-esteem through parenting behavior. Child's temperament related to self-esteem directly in three parenting behavior models. In Permissiveness-Nonintervention, parenting self-efficacy mediated between social support and self-esteem in both boy's and girl's models, between child's temperament and self-esteem in only boy's model.

임상간호사의 직무 스트레스와 자기효능감이 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job-stress and Self-efficacy on Depression of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose was to investigate the relations among job-stress, self-efficacy, and depression of nurses. Methods: The data were collected from a random sample of 213 nurses working in two general hospitals of a local area. A self-reported questionnaire was used to assess the level of job-stress, self-efficacy, and depression. Results: The mean score of job-stress was 49.1 and the score of job demand was the highest. The mean score of self-efficacy was 3.4, and depression was 18.2. The prevalence of depression was very high. The job-stress and depression were negatively correlated with self-efficacy. Hierarchial multiple regression showed that the self-efficacy and the high job demand, lack of reward, and organizational injustice of job-stress explained 53% of the variance for the nurses' depression. Conclusion: The findings indicated that the self-efficacy and job stress, especially job demand, organizational injustice, and lack of reward contributed to the depression. In order to prevent and decrease the depression, the developing programs to improve self-efficacy are needed.

컴퓨터에 대한 자기유능감의 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Affecting the Computer Self-Efficacy)

  • Recently, self-efficacy is one of the critical constructs that have been found to influence human decisions about behavior selection and the performance associated with the selected behavior. The construct has been widely adaopted and tested in the fields of social psychology and/or other behavioral sciences. In information system field, however, it has been hardly studied, although computer self-efficiency could have been an important factor explaining and predicting human computer usage behaviors. From this perspective, main proposes of the study are : (1) to develop a measure of computer self-efficacy, 2) to identify the factors influencing self-efficacy, and 3) to reveal the relationship between self-efficacy and computer usage behavior. By reviewing the literature, past experience, others'use, encouragement by others, and anxiety are selected as the factors influencing computer self-efficacy. Four hypotheses concerning the relationship between each of the variables and computer self-efficacy are tested by LISREL. One more hypothesis about the relationship between computer self-efficacy and computer usage is also tested. The results show that computer self-efficacy is significantly influenced by computer ansiety, encouragement by others, and computer experience, and that it is closely correlated with computer usage behavior.

초등영어과 자기효능감 개선을 위한 보충지도의 효과 (Effects of remedial instruction to improve self-efficacy in primary English learning)

  • The aim of this study was to examine the effects of remedial instruction on self-efficacy improvement in elementary school students with low self-efficacy, which may have been formed through negative experience with learning such as poor performance and poor grades. Nine 6th grade students with low self-efficacy were selected for the present study. A remedial class was set up and instruction was given once a week for 14 weeks. The purpose of the remedial class was to give the students a positive experience with English learning and have students reflect on their achievement. The contents and class activities were adjusted to the subjects' English abilities and also closely related to those of the regular classes so that students could have more confidence during regular English classes. The data were collected from a test of self-efficacy in English learning, achievement tests given before and after the experiment, achievement tests after each lesson, a general self-efficacy test, a basic questionnaire, interviews, journals, and students' self-evaluation. The results showed that the remedial instruction was very successful in providing students with a sense of achievement and improving students' self-efficacy in English learning. However, this study failed to find significant improvement in general self-efficacy tests and achievement tests given before and after the experiments. A longer period of remedial instruction may have been necessary to obtain more concrete results from the variety of data collected.
