In this study, the configuration and tension of a towing cable for side-scan sonar are predicted in an ambient flow and at an unsteady towing condition. The governing equation of three-dimensional dynamic analysis for a flexible cable is solved using a finite difference method. We successfully predict the configuration and tension of a side-scan sonar and designed the towing system. It is found in static analyses that the side-scan sonar must be towed to keep a its stable depth at a reasonable speed. The study also reveals in the transient analyses that the dominant component affecting the top tension is the tangential drag force for the larger towing speed than the critical speed, and the self weight of a towed instrument for the smaller towing speed than. It should be maneuvered for a towing vessel with good consideration for the impact effect in a cable due to tension peak when a towing speed is suddenly increase. The developed program can be applicable for three-dimensional dynamic analysis of a towing system for various marine survey instruments.

이 연구는 지방 기록관리의 현재 상황을 살펴보고, 우리나라 지방 기록관리가 갖는 보편성과 특수성에 대하여 파악한 뒤, 기록관리의 활성화 방안에 대하여 제시한 것이다. 단, 역사기록중심의 관리체계를 주요 논제로 하였다. 우리나라 지방의 역사기록과 관련한 사업을 추진하는 몇 가지 유형은 지역사 발간사업, 지방문화원의 활동, 역사기록수집 및 정리사업 등으로 볼 수 있는데, 현재까지는 많은 지역에서 활발하게 진행되고 있지 못하며, 그 성과도 미미한 상황이다. 따라서 기록관리법에서 제시하고 있는 관련 내용을 적극적으로 해석하여 각 지방에서는 행정기록의 관리는 물론이고 역사기록의 관리를 능동적으로 수행할 필요가 있으며, 궁극적으로 양자를 통합적으로 운영하는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 수집을 효과적으로 하는 것은 역사기록관리 업무의 관건이다. 전문가들이 참여하는 '위원회'를 두어 기록의 수집계획부터 수집된 이후 프로세스까지 심도있게 수행해야 한다. 그리고 수집과정에서 기록물을 소장하고 있는 사람들과 역사기록 관리의 중요성과 필요성에 대하여 공감대를 최대한 형성하면서 적극적인 홍보를 해야 한다. 결론적으로 지방에서는 저마다의 기록관리 장단기발전계획 수립, 기록관리 전문가 확보, 기록정보콘텐츠 서비스 등을 통해 지역의 역사기록관리가 활성화되도록 해야 한다.

도시공원은 도시 자연경관을 형성하고 도시민의 건강과 휴식공간을 제공한다. 또한, 도시민의 정서생활 향상을 도모하는 도시계획 시설이다. 현재 도시공원은 국토 및 도시정책 패러다임의 변화로 양적확보뿐만 아니라 질적 관리가 필요해지고 있으며, 수요자 중심으로의 시각 전환이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시민이 공원으로부터 받는 서비스 수준을 파악하기 위해, 도시인구 수요에 맞게 양적 공급적정성을 분석하고, 조성된 공원의 질적 수준을 평가하였다. 평가를 바탕으로 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면을 종합적으로 분석하여 도시공원의 분배적 형평성을 판단하였다. 도시공원의 양적 공급서비스 수준과 질적 평가 결과, 도시택지개발로 공원의 부지가 확보되고 최근에 공원이 조성된 지역을 중심으로 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공받고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 최근에 조성된 공원일수록 다양한 시설을 설치함으로써 공원의 질적 수준을 높이고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 이 연구방법을 통해 도시공원 서비스 공급 시 양적·질적 측면을 종합적으로 분석하여 적용한다면, 더 효과적인 공원녹지계획이 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 제주특산식물인 좀향유의 현지 내･외 보존을 위한 기초 연구로서 증식체계를 마련하고 전처리제 처리에 따른 발근 특성과 시비에 따른 유묘의 생장 효과를 등을 알아보았다. 온실과 밀폐상의 온습도 조사결과 평균 온도는 비슷하였으나 공중 습도는 온실보다 밀폐상이 높은 습도를 유지하였으며, 좀향유 삽목 후 온실은 10일, 밀폐상은 7일만에 최초 발근을 확인하여 밀폐상의 빠른 발근율을 보였으며 온실과 밀폐상에서의 생존율, 발근율, 뿌리수 등은 근소하게 밀폐상이 높게 조사되어 온실보다 밀폐상이 효과적이었다. 발근억제물질 제거를 위한 전처리제 처리는 AgNO₃ 77.5%를 제외한 다른 처리구에서 95% 이상의 높은 발근율로 조사되어 좀향유의 경우 발근억제 물질은 적은 것으로 판단된다. 유묘의 용기별 질소 시비량 및 Osmocote 시비시험 결과 시비량과 용기의 조건에 따라 생존율과 생장 등에 차이를 보였다. 배양판에서 완효성 비료인 Osmocote를 시비한 결과 생존율, 지상부, 지하부 생장 등이 가장 양호하여 좀향유의 유묘 증식을 위해서는 Osmocote 시비가 바람직 할 것으로 판단된다.

This study aims to develop a form-finding algorithm for a single-layered pneumatic membrane. The initial shape of this pneumatic membrane, which is an air-supported type pneumatic membrane, is to find a state in which a given initial tension and internal pneumatic pressure are in equilibrium. The algorithm developed to satisfy these conditions is that a nonlinear optimization problem based on the force method considering the deformed shape is formulated, and, it's able to find the shape by iteratively repeating the process of obtaining a solution of the governing equations. An computational technique based on the Gauss-Newton method was used as a method for obtaining solutions of nonlinear equations. In order to verify the validity of the proposed form-finding algorithm, a single-curvature pneumatic membrane example and a double-curvature air pneumatic membrane example were adopted, respectively. In the results of these examples, it was possible to well observe the step-by-step convergence process of the shape of the pneumatic membrane, and it was also possible to confirm the change in shape according to the air pressure. In addition, the calculation results of the shape and internal force after deformation due to initial tension, air pressure, and self-weight were obtained.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the village project for conservation and improvement of rural tourism village. So, in this study, the current rural tourism village and storytelling planning are examined and the village project presented in village planning is also examined. And this study propose the storytelling implementation of the village project through the case study related with the Susanri in Jeju. The results are summarized as follows. Firstly, it is important that each village projects are storytelling for tourism resource and improve rural tourism village. Secondly, it is necessary to define story range, action planning, and management agency of village projects. Thirdly, it is desirable that the village projects should be carried out as reviving the local community. Comparing to the storytelling tourism plan, there are few rural tourism plans so far, so, it is difficult to applicate the system of the village project, but, continuous studies in this line can help the rural tourism plan to ensure practicality.

The purpose of this study is the improvement of the existing trolling hauler, which has only one wheel to wind a main line, for saving man power around the coast of Jeju island. The trolling hauler manufactured for a test performance consisted of the wheel part of a main line and the roller part of a leader line including labor-saving devices comprised of a friction clutch, a fastener and springs. Even though this existing electric hauler system is convenient to control the wheel speed and the winding direction, it is apt to cost high and to corrode quickly at sea. Therefore, to remove these negative elements and to operate rollers for hoisting a leader line of the trolling, hydraulic motors were used separately. As a result, according to using of labor-saving devices, the towing tension occurred in operating in fishing ground could be selected moderately without breaking of lines and the operating efficiency of the trolling hauler was verified.

Jeju Province has unique geographical and climatologic characteristics compared with other areas in Korea. Thus it needs to evaluate the status of nationwide notifiable infectious diseases(NND) continuously. The aim was to conduct a descriptive study for NNDs in Jeju Province, 2001~2019. The source of data was on the Infectious Disease Statistics System operated by Centers for Diseases Control & Prevention in Korea between 1 September 2001 and 31 August 2019. When calculating the proportion of the sum of years showing a higher incidence in Jeju province than nationwide divided by the sum of comparing years, the NDD with the proportion of the sum of years over 75% in 2001~2019 included varicella and syphilis. The results support significant evidence to plan strategies and distribute community resources for the control and prevention of NND in Jeju Province, Korea.

지방자치제의 정착으로 시군구 단위의 통계 작성이 요구되었을 뿐만 아니라 IMF사태로 실업자 통계가 정치 사회적인 이슈가 되면서 시군구별 실업자통계 작성이 필요성이 제기 되었다. 현재의 경활조사 체계에서 시군구별 실업통계를 작성할 수 있는 2종의 소지역 추정법을 제안하고 실제 경활조사 자료를 이용하여 충북 시군구별 실업자를 추정하고 추정법의 효율을 비교하여 소지역 추정법의 적용 가능성을 입증하였다.

A 1-year and 8-month-old male, thoroughbred horse showed fever ($39.8^{\circ}C$), cardiac murmur, tachycardia up to 80 beats/min, anorexia, depression and lameness for about 2 months. The dead horse was referred to pathology laboratory at the College of Veterinary Medicine in Jeju National University. At necropsy, Severe protruding multiple rough cauliflower-like yellowish red nodules ranged $5{\sim}6{\times}2{\sim}3cm$ in size were attached on the mitral valve of the left heart. A yellowish red long stick-shaped thrombus $15{\times}3.5{\times}1.5cm$ in size was also present inside the right ventricle. Multifocal infarcts were scattered in the myocardium and renal cortex. Histopathologic examination revealed that morphologic diagnosis were vegetative endocarditis, thrombus in right ventricle, infarcts in myocardium and kidney, pulmonary congestion and edema, and splenic congestion. The isolated bacteria from vegetative lesions and thrombus were confirmed as Escherichia (E.) coli based on the bacterial culture and VITEK 2 system. Based on the gross and histopathologic features, and bacterial test, this case was diagnosed as vegetative endocarditis with thrombus formation associated by E. coli in a thoroughbred horse.
