When anodizing the Al in the acid electrolyte, it is well known that the parallel pores grow continuously perpendicular to the surface. This fact can be used for the manufacturing of the porous membrane, if thc pores pass through the anodized foil. Anodizing both surfaces of the Al-foil spontaneously in 20$^{\circ}C$, 2% oxalic acid under tile potentiostatic condition, it is found that the harrier layer remaining in the midst of the foil finally disappears and thc pores pass through the foil. And examined the porous structure change when the voltage is changed during the anodizing treatment. From the result, it is revealed that the new pores and cell grow, adjusting themselves to the final voltage. The characteristic of the porous membrane is greatly dependent upon the diameter of the pore and the cell. So studied the relationship between the voltage and the diameter of the pore and the cell quantitatively with the aid of field-assisted dissolution concept. And derived the following two equation, Pi = 8.32Vi, Ci = 26.80Vi. These equations are in good accord with the experimental data above 30V, but do not accord nuder 30V.

To investigate the influence of different burial conditions on the seepage characteristics of loose sandstone in the leaching mining of sandstone uranium ore, this study applied different ground pressures and water pressures to rock samples at different burial depths to alter the rock's seepage characteristics. The permeability, pore distribution, and particle distribution characteristic parameters were determined, and the results showed that at the same burial depth, ground pressure had a greater effect on the reduction in permeability than water pressure. The patterns and mechanisms are as follows: under the influence of ground pressure, increasing the burial depth compresses the pores in the rock samples, decreases the proportion of effective permeable pores, and causes particle fragmentation, which blocks pore channels, resulting in a decrease in permeability. Under the influence of water pressure, increasing the burial depth expands the pores but also causes hard clay particles to decompose and block pore channels. As the burial depth increases, the particles eventually decompose completely, and the permeability initially decreases and then increases. In this experiment, the relationships between permeability and the proportion of pores larger than 0.15 ㎛ and the proportion of particles smaller than 59 ㎛ were found to be the most significant.
Eight tight sandstone reservoir samples from $He_8$ and $Shan_1$ Formations of the Sulige Gas field were selected to perform gas-water micro-displacement experiment based on authentic sandstone micro-model. The gas pressure-relief experiment was proposed for the first time to simulate the pressure change and gas-water percolation characteristics in the process of gas exploitation. The experiment results show that: (1) In the process of gas accumulation, the gas preferentially flows into the well-connected pores and throats with large radius, but rarely flows into the area without pores and throats. (2) Under sufficient gas drive, the water in pores and throats usually exists in the forms of 'thin water film', 'thick water film', and 'water column', but under insufficient gas drive, gas fails to flow into new pathways in time, so that the reservoirs with large pores and throats are high in water cut. (3) Under the same water saturation, the reservoirs with better petrophysical properties has higher gas recovery factor within unit time. Under the same petrophysical conditions, the reservoirs with lower water saturation show higher gas recovery factor within unit time. The higher the permeability, the stronger the liquid carrying capacity of reservoirs.
We analyzed the three-dimensional distribution of micropores and internal structures in both fresh and weathered granite using micro-focus X-ray computed tomography (micro-CT). Results show that the pore radius in fresh granite is mostly in the range of $17-50{\mu}m$, the throat radius is in the range of $5-25{\mu}m$, and the coordination number (CN) of pores is less than 10. In contrast, the pore radius in weathered granite is mostly in the range of $20-80{\mu}m$, the throat radius is in the range of $8-30{\mu}m$, and the CN is less than 12. In general, a positive linear relationship exists between pore radius and CN. In addition, both the size and the density of pores increase with an increasing degree of rock weathering. The size of the throats that connect the pores also increases with an increasing degree of weathering, which induces fracture propagation in rocks. Micro-CT is a powerful and versatile approach for investigating the three-dimensional distributions of pores and fracture structures in rocks, and for quantitatively assessing the degree of pore connectivity.
The present work was conducted to investigate the effects of NaF concentration in phosphate and silicate-containing alkaline electrolyte on the morphology, thickness, surface roughness and hardness of anodic oxide films formed on AZ31 Mg alloy by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) method. The PEO films showed flat surface morphology with pores in the absence of NaF in the electrolyte, but nodular features appeared on the PEO film surface prepared in NaF-containing electrolyte. Numerous pores ranging from 1 to $20{\mu}m$ in size were observed in the PEO films and the size of pores decreased with increasing NaF concentration in the electrolyte. Surface roughness and thickness of PEO films showed increases with increasing NaF concentration. Hardness of the PEO films also increased with increasing NaF concentration. It was noticed that hardness of inner part of the PEO films is lower than that of outer part of them, irrespective of the concentration of NaF. The low hardness of PEO films was explained by the presence of a number of small size pores less than $2{\mu}m$ near the PEO film/substrate interface.
Objectives : Cleanser is the most basic tools used in daily skin care. I made a cold process soap using Castanea crenata inner shell (CCIS). I'd like to study the effect of face wash using CCIS cold process (CP) soap on the skin. Methods : The same water and towel were used at the same place in order to examine the skin change state immediately before and after washing face. The skin test was performed before and after 10 minutes washing the face in order to remove these external environmental factors, such as lifestyle, alcohol, tobacco, and stress etc. As a control group, the cases of washing with water and foam cleanser (F/C), which is a popular commercial product, were set. Three cases were compared and analyzed. Results : In the case of water washing, there was a significant decrease in oil (U-zone) but that was not good effect. In the case of F/C and CCIS washing, there were significant decrease in oil (T-zone), pores and pigmentation, but the significance was bigger in CCIS washing. In the case of pores, there was a significant decrease in all three cases. Conclusion : In the case of F/C and CCIS washing, it showed the effect of reducing T-zone oil, pores and pigmentation. But the significance was greater in CCIS case than in F/C case. CCIS cp soap is considered as a form of face wash that is suitable for skin care.

The essence of subgrade mud pumping under train load is the migration of fine particles in subgrade soil. The migration of fine particles will change the pore structure of overlying ballast, thus affecting the mechanical properties and hydraulic properties of ballast layer. It is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to study the effect of fine particle migration on the pore structure of ballast layer under cyclic loading. In this paper, a tailor-made subgrade mud pumping test model and an X-ray computed tomography (CT) scanning equipment were used to study the influence of migration of fine particles in subgrade soil on the pore parameters (plane porosity, volume porosity, pore distribution and pore connectivity) of overlying ballast under cyclic loading. The results show that the compression of ballast pores and the blockage of migrated fine particles make the porosity of ballast layer decreases gradually. And the percentage of small pores in ballast layer increases, while the percentage of large pores decreases; the connectivity of pores also gradually decreases. Based on the test results, an empirical model of ballast porosity evolution under cyclic loading is established and verified.
The pore distribution of the cement mortar mixed with carbon nanotubes was found to have a large number of pores at (370~80)㎛, and the distribution ratio was larger as the carbon nanotubes were mixed. However, the pores with a fine particle diameter of (10-0.5) ㎛ were found to be larger as the carbon nanotubes were incorporated. However, the distribution of pores of the test specimens of conductive cement mortar with deterioration damage was found to be distributed in a number of particle diameters of (500 to 100) ㎛ and (10 to 0.5) ㎛. It is judged that the particle diameter of the internal pores increased due to the damage. However, as the mixing ratio of the test specimen with carbon nanotubes increased, the distribution of voids was relatively lower than that of plain, and it was judged to have excellent resistance to deterioration damage.
The pore size of nickel (Ni) bottom electrode layer (BEL) for low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells embedded with ultrathin-film electrolyte was controlled by changing the substrate surface morphology and deposition process parameters. For ~150-nm-thick Ni BEL, the upper side of an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) substrate with ~65-nm-sized pores provided ~1.7 times smaller pore size than the lower side of the AAO substrate. For ~100-nm-thick Ni BEL, the AAO substrate with ~45-nm-sized pores provided ~2.6 times smaller pore size than the AAO substrate with ~95-nm-sized pores, and the deposition pressure of ~4 mTorr provided ~1.3 times smaller pore size than that of ~48 mTorr. On the AAO substrate with ~65-nm-sized pores, the Ni BEL deposited for 400 seconds had ~2 times smaller pore size than the Ni BEL deposited for 100 seconds.
A light-weight aggregate with a surface layer was fabricated using glass abrasive sludge and expanding agents. The glass abrasive sludges were mixed with expanding agents ($Fe_2O_3,\;graphite,\;CaCO_3$) and formed into precursors. These precursors were sintered in the range of $700-900^{\circ}C$ for 20min. The sintered light-weight aggregate had a surface layer with smaller pores and an inner region with larger pores. The surface layer and pores controlled the water absorption ratio and physical properties. As the expanding agent fraction and the sintering temperature increased, the porosity and pore size increased. The light-weight aggregate with $Fe_2O_3$ and graphite as the expanding agents had a low water absorption ratio while the porous material with $CaCO_3$ as the expanding agent had a higher water absorption ratio and more open pores.
