We study backward extensions of 2-variable weighted shifts with finite atomic Berger measure. We provide a necessary and sufficient condition for the subnormality of such extensions. As an application, we give a simple counterexample for the Curto-Muhly-Xia conjecture [10].

This study sought to search for the new alternatives and direction to develop and strengthening rural youth education in Korea. The study was conducted through literature review on articles, proceedings and other sources relevant to the pending issues and difficulties of rural youth education in Korea. Some of the critical needs for improving rural youth education in Korea included the following aspects or alternatives; 1) Strengthening the partnership between rural adult and youth would be necessary to gain broader support and to establish the increased awareness of adults for rural youth education. 2) Better coordination and cooperative efforts should be emphasized among various programs and institutions in implementing rural youth education policies and programs. 3) Developing a strong link between the agribusiness sector and the rural youth education system should be strengthened to produce the effective results. Further activities to develop and implement diverse programs and projects to cope with new trends In farming and agriculture as well as changing trends in marketing sector of agribusiness and rural communities in Korea. The rural leadership and community networks should be established for improving the effectiveness of rural youth educational activities.

본 논문에서는 이처럼 중요한 역할을 하는 무릎의 굽힘(flexion)과 폄(extension)에 대하여 측정을 한다. 무릎과 엉덩이를 펴고 골반을 중립상태로 두고 엎드려 무릎을 구부리고 편다. 일반인의 도수 측정 각도는 구부렸을 때 $110^{\circ}$에서 $135^{\circ}$ 사이의 값이 나온다. 여기서 구부렸을 때 고통을 호소하면 무릎 관절 및 근육에 이상이 있는 것이다.

In this paper, by introducing three parameters A, B and ${\lambda}$, and estimating the weight coefficient, we give a new extension of Hardy-Hilbert's inequality with a best constant factor, involving the Beta function. As applications, we consider its equivalent inequality.

This study investigates the importance of brand and retailer associations when consumers evaluate a product category extension in the context of brand and retailer collaborations. Although brand extensions are considered to reduce costs for introducing a new product category, limited study has focused on the role of brand and retailer associations in the context of brand and retailer collaborations. Using a total of 440 participants, a hypothesized model was tested using a structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that brand and retailer associations influence the perceived fit between a brand and a retailer. In addition, the image fit and quality fit are significantly related to brand and retailer attitudes as well as brand extension evaluation. Since consumers may use their associations with brands or retailers when they perceive product differentiation, market position, and brand extensions, the role of brand or retailer associations is important to marketers, retailers, and consumers. Given the importance of brand and retailer collaborations as a brand positioning strategy in the global branding and retail setting, the findings of this study contribute to brand and retail management by providing empirical evidence on how consumers perceive new products from extended brands in the marketplace when a brand collaborates with a retailer.

The objective of this study is to analyze the problems of disposal and collection, including administrative management of agricultural PE waste and suggest effective management measurements. Information regarding problems of agricultural PE waste management were collected from field survey of farmers, regional governments and officials. On the national level, the low ratio of collection for optimal treatment of agricultural PE waste is a critical problem. , the negative discharging behavior of farmers, an illegal incineration and landfill of farmers and a lack of education and extension etc. An ambiguity of the management principle to agricultural PE waste, the differences in management among the regional governments, a lack of will of the regional governments and officials to realize SARD and lack of education and extension etc. are some of the problems in administrative management of agricultural PE waste collection. The major suggestions of this study are as follows : (1) to strengthen education and extension, (2) to adopt an improved economic incentive system and strong, lawful regulation simultaneously, (3) to use temporang collection and permanent collection site, and (4) to organize "OTC(Optimal Treatment Conference)" composed of farmers, regional cooperative, PE producers etc. for operating an effective management system.

The axes of upper forearm coordinate system have been considered as principal axis of each segment which was component of elbow joint. The purpose of this study was to verify whether the mean direction(principal axis) of instantaneous axes of rotation for pure flexion/extension motion coincided with the flexion/extension axis of upper forearm coordinate system. The same procedure was done for pronation/supination motion. Furthermore, it was tested indirectly that there was an interaction effect between the two rotational motions. The results showed that most segment coordinate axes statistically were not consistent with the mean directions of flexion/extension and pronation/supination axes of rotation. From the results, it would be concluded that the ISB coordinate systems was proved to be a little valid for human movement analysis. There also was an effect of pronation/supination angles on flexion/extension motion.

가시광 통신은 빛을 사용한 통신방식이며, RF 통신에 비해 단일 공간 내 보안성을 보장하는 장점이 있다. 하지만 빛의 가시선을 벗어난 영역의 경우 통신단절 현상이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 가시광 통신의 커버리지 확장과 통신단절 현상을 극복하기 위해 릴레이 모듈을 제안한다. 제안하는 릴레이 모듈은 target ID를 포함한 데이터 패킷을 인접한 가시광 모듈을 통해 순차적으로 전달함으로써 데이터를 송수신한다. 데이터 전송 실험을 통해 전송범위의 확장과 가시선을 벗어난 영역에서의 데이터 수신을 확인하였다.

Further education for teachers is required for reforms of elementary education curricula and their career development. Principles of relevance, selectivity and hierarchy should be followed in the construction of further education curricula system for math teachers of senior high school. The following curricula should be included in the system: A. moral elevation and idea renewal curricula; B. theoretic curricula on math education; C. curricula on math education design; D. curricula on math education research; E. curricula on modern educational technology; F. curricula on knowledge renewal and extension.
