This study was conducted to understand the current leisure activities and needs for future activities among middle-aged men and women. A questionnaire survey was conducted with participants in their forties and fifties of age, who were residing in a large city.'rho survey consisted of questions on current leisure activities, leisure satisfaction, and needs for future activities. Frequency, percentage, average, consisted and Chi-square tests were used for data analysis. The results of this study are as following; First, leisure activities are necessary to enhance the quality of life in terms of spiritual and psychological stability and physical health. Second, the participants are generally not satisfied with their current leisure situations, because of insufficient leisure time, high cost, and shortage of facilities and programs. Third, current leisure behaviors of the participants are restrictive and passive. However, they show a desire to engage in diverse forms of leisure including active and participant leisure activities in the future. Fourth, they wish to perform active and participant leisure activities (for example, indoor sports, continuing education, and taking walks) at places that are close to their residence in the future.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current and the future leisure activities of middle aged housewife living in the urban apartment. The data for the analysis are collected by the structured questionnaires. The data for 220 housewive who are forty's living in the urban apartment are analyzed using the descriptive statistics and the regression analysis. This study has resulted following major findings. 1) The current leisure activity participated the most frequently by the housewive is the family-oriented activity. The religious-sociable activity is found to be the least frequently participated by the housewive. 2) The leisure activity which the wive want to the most frequently participate in the future is also family-oriented activity. The self-developing activity is the one which the wive want to least frequently participate in the future. 3) The factors that influence the current leisure activities of the respondents are the occupational type of husband and wife, the educational level of wife, the age of the lastborn child and the leisure expenses. 4) The factors that influence the future leisure activities of the respondents are the occupational type of husband, the educational level and the occupational type of wife, the age of the lastborn child and the leisure time per week.

Being able to enjoy leisure time for adolescents is a necessary activity, for it helps them relieve their anxiety and stress and develop their potential. It is necessary to incorporate such spaces in the housing plans in advance and support diverse community activities. The current living spaces do not hold proper spaces and facilities for community activities appropriate for adolescents. Community facilities should be planned so as to reflect the needs of these adolescents, based on a clear survey in advance. The current study has conducted a survey to find out about the level of satisfaction and requests from adolescents on the leisure facilities their current living spaces hold. Based on this prior research, this study looks for solutions that could solve the issue at hand. The current community facilities are not convenient to support a diversity of leisure activities to the adolescents. The community facilities should be able to supplement information on the various activities put in place for the youth and widely supply the programs in demand. Furthermore, the adolescents wanted to form their own community within the facilities to practice their leisurely activities. We can safely assume that the youth's desire for more community amenities will increase for their own development.

Purpose: This study was to identify the correlation between leisure activities and smoking/drinking of middle school students. Methods: Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 298 middle school students from the $2^{nd}$ to $30^{th}$ of September, 2009. Collected data were analyzed statistically using frequency, $x^2$ test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. The study used the Adolescent Leisure Time Activities Scale (ALTAS) developed by Yin et al. (1999) for types of leisure activities and the Leisure Satisfaction Scale (LSS) developed by Beard & Ragheb (1980). Results: First, smoking/drinking caused significant differences in 'Socialization with friends', and drinking also caused significant differences in 'Sport activities'. Second, leisure satisfaction was positively correlated with 'currently drinking' (r=.126, p<.05). Third, significant factors influencing leisure satisfaction were grades, school life satisfaction, subjective health status, average daily leisure time, participation in leisure health program, and current drinking. These variables explained 23.4% of leisure satisfaction. Conclusion: School nurses should develop and run programs, which promote healthy ways for middle school students with wrong ways such as drinking to get leisure satisfaction. Also family, school and community should be cooperatively connected with one another.

Purpose - The present research aims to assess the meaningful association between the extension of sports leisure culture and the spread of wearable devices. The research will discuss the current utilization of wearable devices in sports leisure and the present and future application of wearable devices in sports perspectives. Research design, Data, and methodology - We have investigated and conducted the qualitative content analysis (QCA) to obtain the adequate textual dataset in the current literature and conducted an in-depth analysis of the incorporation of cloud computing in the leisure sports industry by focusing on the development of wearable technologies. Result - From the QCA, it is evident that there is a meaningful connection between the extension of sports leisure culture and the spread of wearable devices, figuring out four kinds of associations as follows: (1) Monitoring the Impact of Sporting Activities, (2) Benefits of Sensor Technology, (3) Reducing Sedentary Behaviors, and (4) Measuring Workload done in Sport Leisure. Conclusion - The present research concludes that wearable devices positively influence individuals to participate in sports and leisure activities. Various technologies are very effective in motivating individuals to adopt sports leisure culture mainly because there is a certain degree of satisfaction that individuals gain in seeing the level of physical activities.

Purpose of this study is to draw policy implications for family resource management's strategies and leisure culture revitalization to Korean baby-boomers. This study review leisure activities characteristics of Korean baby-boomers and find their characteristics' impact on leisure economy. This research analyzed with raw data of "National Research Leisure Activities 2012" in different methods: analysis of frequency, multiple regression analysis, Correspondence Analysis, and etc. As a result, compared to all age groups in Korea, Korean baby-boomers current participation in leisure activities is low, but their expense on leisure is high. Their leisure activities are varied from different genders to their incomes. Especially, baby-boomers, who are on high income, participate in wasteful leisure activities and their consuming behavior will be the mainstream of Korean leisure economy, so economy, which is aiming for baby-boomers, will be invigorated when the economy is more concerned with use values toward time. Particularly, preparing for the retirement of baby-boomers, further researches based on integrated family policy should be considered plans and efforts on encouraging active volunteer works and participation in leisure culture revitalization of Korean baby-boomers.

To design common facilities that support residents' leisure activities is one of the comtemporary issues in Korea. People became interested in the leisure facilities in near-home environments. This trend encouraged this research study. The objectives of this study are: to analyze the current status and characteristics of leisure facilities in apartment communities, to examine the correlations among leisure facilities, and to suggest design considerations for Korean multi-family housing communities. Subject communities are located in the five metropolitan areas in the United States. The 460 apartment communities were randomly selected after a thorough review of a website for apartment finders. Among them, the 126 communities were selected for the analysis. Primary findings are as follows: (1) A total of 30 facilities were identified as the creational facilities in apartment properties. (2) Some leisure facilities were correlated with the other facilities, based on the Pearson's correlation analysis.(3) In addition to the facilities, some apartment communities provide leisure programs for their residents. These results suggest that architectural interventions and maintenance services as well should be considered in order to lead diverse leisure activities for residents.

Purpose: For several decades, there has been a variety of publications on refugee and enforced immigration studies, with the rising corpus of studies on obligatory displacement and sport reflecting relatively recent emphasis over the last decade. However, prior studies do not suggest and summarize regarding ethical perspectives in terms of participatory behavior of refugee youth in sports and leisure field. Research design, data and methodology: Unlike quantitative research method which tries to quantify the association between variables, the qualitative research design that was selected by the current study as a main methodology attempts to take a look at the current and past literature contents closely so that obtained datasets may be explanatory and abundant. Results: After thorough analysis, it was evident that in all research where ethical perspectives were utilized, there was increased participation in sports and leisure activities by the refugee youths, and it may be divided into three categories: culturally sensitive, contextual, and reflective ethics. Conclusions: The current research concludes that ethical perspectives are required to research refugee youth's participatory behavior in sports and leisure and many more ethical factors are aspired to, and they must be thoroughly evaluated before, throughout, and following the study.

The purpose of this study is to grasp actual status and needs of leisure of middle age. The questionnaire survey is used, the subjects are middle age from 40$\~$50's living in seoul. The questionnaire consists of leisure conscious, leisure actual condition, leisure satisfaction and need. Frequency, percent, average, $x^2_test$ and ANOVA are used for data analysis. The results of this study are as following; First, leisure is necessary to elevate quality of life in terms of spiritual, psychological stability and physical health. Second, the subjects are not satisfied with current leisure for unsufficiency of leisure time, cost, facility and program. Third, present leisure behavior characteristics are restrictive and passive. In the near future, however, they showed desire to engage in fivers forms of leisure including active and participant leisure. Fourth, even though current main areas for leisure activity are in their house, they are more likely to change from in the house to around and near there house.
