The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of job satisfaction and life satisfaction on teacher-children interactions in kindergarten teachers. The tests of Job satisfaction scale, Life Satisfaction scale, Teacher-Children Interactions scale were administered to 320 public and private kindergarten teachers located in Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do. The statistical method employed for data analysis was Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of study were as follows. First, the higher factors of job satisfaction (the teaching consciousness, development, innovation, autonomy, fellowship, and reward), the higher the teacher-children interaction. The higher the workload, the lower the verbal interaction between teacher-children. Second, the higher the life satisfaction of kindergarten teachers, the higher the emotional, verbal, and behavioral interaction between teachers and children. Third, the relative influences of the predictors on the overall interaction between teacher and children are life satisfaction (β=.24), development (β=.22), and fellowship (β=.16) and the explained variance are 25%.

We are considering the discovery and the promotion of the talent from the viewpoint of education of talented children. The education that develops the talent is from "Individual needs for all children." Computer Algebra System (CAS) can be used as a new possibility in the education that develops the talent. We will need to take advantage of the research results from cognitive science. In order to fully utilize CASs in education, teaching methods that are based on cognitive science will be needed, and these are clearly different from those used in paper and pencil teaching.

유치원의 자유선택활동은 유아 스스로 놀이활동을 계획하고 이에 따라 활동영역을 선택하여 수행하는 자기 주도적 활동이다. 교사는 이러한 활동을 통해 유아들이 또래와의 친밀도와 사회적 관계를 파악할 수 있다. 이러한 활동은 현장에서 교사의 임상적인 관찰에 의해 자유선택활동의 평가와 분석이 대부분 이루어지고 있으므로 교사들이 모든 유아들의 활동 정보를 파악하기 힘든 현실이다. 본 연구는 효과적으로 이러한 활동 정보를 파악할 수 있도록 IoT(Internet of Things) 기술을 이용하여 유아들의 자유선택 활동 영역과 활동 시간을 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 이를 구현하였다.

A nutrition survey of 152 children , in the kindergarten attached to a proivate elimentary school of Pusan, was undertaken between Dec. 1 and Dec.14, 1993, to investigate dietary intake and nutrition status. The results are summarized as follows. 1) Compared with the Korean child development standard, their development conditions showed 113.1% , 102.2% , 103.3%, 101.75 in weight, height, head and chest, respectively. 2) By the standard of WLI(Weight Length Index) , proper to the children between age 4 and 6 , there proved to be 25% overweight and 4% obesity, 25% overweight and 19% obesity , 28 overweight and 26% obesity in 4-year-old, 5 year-old, and 6 -year-old children, respectively. 3) The children between age 4 and 6 averaged 37.6% in hematocrit and 12.4-12.8 5 in hemoglobin. these values were higher than those of the Korea child development standard. but the numbers of erythocyte, leucocyte and platelets were normal . Only a single child was considered suffering from aenmia . The 8% of them were over 200mg/이 in cholesterol, dangerously approaching the atherosclerosis. The 31% averaged 120mg/이 in triglyceride . And the 6% proved 100mg/이 in blood glucose when hung교. So it came out that not a few children had some factors dangers to diabetes, atherosclerosis and heart diseases : complications arising from obesity. 4) The intake of nutrients , except the 4-year-old children , ranged 108.4% to 2665 from the recommended value. The rates of carbohydrate, fat and protein to be much correlation among total intake of nutrients, development , results of blood test and WLI. The degree of obesity was proportionate to the intake of nutrients.

The present study was to find out the differences of fathers' involvement in parenting, role satisfaction, and young children's social competence according to fathers' socio-demographic variables, and the relationships among fathers' involvement in parenting, role satisfaction and young children's social competence. The subjects of the study were 175 five-year-old children and their fathers from public kindergartens in Chongju, Jecheon, and Danyang. Questionnaires used in the study were the measures of father's involvement in parenting(Lee, 1999), role satisfaction(Cho, 1998), and young children's social competence(Han, 1997). Data were analyzed with frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, F-test, LSD post hoc test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS program. Results of the study were as follows: First, there were differences in father's involvement in parenting, role satisfaction, and young children's social competence according to father's level of education, job, and income. Second, there were significant positive correlations among father's involvement in parenting, role satisfaction, and young children's social competence.

This is an example of ABSTRACT format Free-choice activity is child-directed time that young children decide to planning and acting for themselves.It is important time for young children to communicate freely with peers and activities through self-selecting, self-motivated and self-directed activity.Teachers want to maintain connectivity with young children and to work on specific learning goals and supporting friendships and modeling social skills and to make young children feel comfortable to explore in the classroom.However it is hard to gathering information about all children's activities fully by 1 teacher within limited class time and teaching environment.This study was conducted to monitoring system of free-choice activity and time selected by young children that make teachers to analysis the young children's activities effectively using NFC tags.
