Nowadays, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has been a competitive edge of many companies. It is critical for companies to get and maintain profitable customers. For the purpose of sustaining this competitive edge, companies should manage the Customer Information (CI) more effectively The major goais of this research are 1) to identify the activities of the Customer Information Management (CIM) and the factors influencing on the CIM, 2) to show the relationship between the proficiency of the CIM and the CI Quality, and 3) to verify the mediating effects of the proficiency of the CIM Process between the influencing factors and the CI Quality. An empirical study was undertaken to test the hypotheses with data from 65 companies. Multiple regression analysis and ANOVA were employed to test the hypotheses. We found that 1) there are 6 activities in the CIM process and 5 factors affecting the CIM, 2) the proficiency of the CIM process is closely related to the CI Quality, and 3) the proficiency of the CIM process plays the mediator between the influencing factors and the CI Quality.

Based on the previous studies on sinkholes and ground subsidence conducted until date, the factors affecting the occurrence of sinkholes can be divided into natural environmental factors and human environmental factors in accordance with the purpose of the study. Furthermore, to be more specific, the human environment can be classified into the artificial type and the social type. In this study, the assessment indices for assessing risks of sinkholes and ground subsidence were developed by performing AHP analysis based on the results of the study by Lee et al. (2016), who selected the risk factors for the occurrence of sinkholes by performing Delphi analysis targeting relevant experts. Analysis showed that the artificial environmental factors were of significance in affecting the occurrence of sinkholes. Explicitly, the underground factors were found to be of importance in the natural environment, and among them, the level of underground water turned out to be an imperative influencing factor. In the artificial environment, the underground and subterranean structures exhibited similar importance, and in the underground structures, the excessive use of the underground space was found to be an important influencing factor. In the subterranean ones, the level of water leakage and the erosion of the water supply and sewage piping system were the influential factors, and in the surface, compaction failure was observed as an imperative factor. In the social environment, the regional development, and above all, the groundwater overuse were found to be important factors. In the managemental and institutional environment, the improper construction management proved to be the most important influencing factor.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to analyze factors influencing the dependence of the elderly. Method: This research was designed as a descriptive study. The subjects were 103 elders living in Seoul. Data were collected from December 2004 through January 2005. The instrument used in this study was the elderly dependence scale developed by the Park (2004). Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 11.0 for Windows. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression were done. Results: In the results of regression, residence, education, vision and age were extracted as factors influencing the dependence of the elderly. The regression model explained 33% of the variance. Conclusion: Considering the results above, we need studies on the dependence of the elderly using more independent variables, on the changing pattern of dependence and influencing factors by longitudinal design, and on the elderly with functional limitations or cognitive impairment.

This paper deals with the selection of the important Influencing Factors (IFs) under accident management situations in nuclear power plants for use in the assessment of human errors. In order to achieve this goal, we collected two types of IF taxonomies, one is the full set IF list mainly developed for human error analysis. and the other is the IFs for human reliability analysis (HRA) in probabilistic safety assessment (PSA). Five sets of IF taxonomy among the full set IF list and ten sets of IF taxonomy among HRA methodologies were collected in the study. From the review and analysis of BRA IFs, we could obtain some insights for the selection of HRA IFs. By considering the situational characteristics of the accident management domain, candidate IFs are chosen. Finally, those IFs are structured hierarchically to be appropriate for the use in the assessment of human error under accident management situation. Three nuclear accidents such as TMI. Chernobyl and JCO were analysed to validate the proposed taxonomy.

Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems(IS) have been discussed in many literature. However, limited theoretical development or empirical research have examined the effectiveness of hospital information systems(HIS). This study set out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of HIS through theoretical studies based on Management Information Systems, and then empirically tested hypotheses related to the model. The model was tested using LISREL analysis on the sample of 274 respondents who have worked with the HIS. The major results of this study are as follows: First, system characteristics and organizational characteristics have a statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis 3, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, was not supported by the results, though. According to these results, system quality, information quality, service quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success. The study's findings also indicate DeLone and McLean's model is correct in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and organizational effectiveness, mediated by user satisfaction, is an important one.

Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of depression and to identify the influencing factors of depression. Methods: The data of the 2006 Youth Health Risk Behavior web-based Survey Collected by the Korea Center Disease Control was analyzed by Chi-square test, logistic regression using the SPSS program. Results: The influencing factors of depression by general characteristics were gender, school, health status, socioeconomic status and living with both parents. The influencing factors of depression by health risk behaviors were perceived stress, sleep, effort for weight loss, smoking, drinking and drug use. Conclusion: This study suggested that Depression prevention programs should be developed in considering preventing and reducing health risk behaviors.

Effectively integrating information systems in mergers and acquisitions of large organizations can be critical to merger success. But the general literature on M&A focuses on the financial aspects of the acquisition process, rather than on the subsequent process of integration. This paper analyses the case of information systems integration in a merger of two Korean manufacturing organizations, and explores the factors influencing IS integration in M&A in Korea. To analysis this case and find factors affecting IS integration success, we use MIT'90s schema (framework) by Scott Morton that consists of 5 dimensions (strategy, processes, structure, individuals/roles, and technology). From the results of this case study, we found 13 factors and 14 propositions influencing IS integrations performance in M&A in Korean companies. This research helps the company to avoid mistakes and to manage IS integration in M&A. Also this study provides guide line for further researches.

It is the development of a mathematics teachers' teaching knowledge that manifests a mathematics teacher's professional knowledge growth. It is becoming a direct and effective approach of conversion of mathematical knowledge into the knowledge of mathematics teaching. Through the investigation, the study revealed that the knowledge conversion process of mathematics teachers in middle school is restricted by three aspects including eight factors. From this point, the authors have structured the path and model on influencing factors of middle school Mathematics Teaching Knowledge Conversion (MPCK), and discuss the mechanism of the transformation process.

The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing problem drinking among the Echo Generation in South Korea and provide basic data for early intervention and mediation of problem drinking among the Echo Generation. This descriptive study performed a secondary analysis of raw data from the 2018 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and used responses for problem drinking items from 999 Echo Generation participants born between 1979 and 1992. This study comprehensively investigated sociodemographic and health-related factors influencing problem drinking among the Echo Generation. SPSS WIN program (version 26.0) was used for data analysis. Gender (β=-.32, p<.001), education level (β=.10, p=.002), white-collar workers out of job (β=-.09, p=.041), and depression (β=.11, p<.001) were identified as factors that influenced problem drinking among the Echo Generation. Results of this study suggest that in order to prevent problem drinking among the Echo Generation, there should be user-customized prevention education and intervention programs.

Purpose: This study was to investigate the factors influencing hotel workers' health practice. Methods: This study was based on the partial PRECEDE model. The subjects of this study were 261 servers sampled at random from a hotel located in Seoul. For the statistical analysis of collected data, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and logistic regression were performed with the SAS (Version. 8.01) program. Results: There were statistically significant primary factors influencing different parts of health practice. That is, regular exercise was influenced by gender, age and marital status, diet habit was by marital status, and type of working, prohibition of smoking was by gender, age and type of employment, and drinking by gender and job stress. Conclusion: This study has a limitation in generalized application to hotels in this country because it is a cross-sectional examination about the factors affecting health practice in the employees of a hotel. Further study is needed with various and broad variables that promote health practice and contributed to the development of health promotion programs.
