배전용(配電用) 기자재(機資材)의 열화특성(劣化特性) 고찰(考察) (Researches on The Aging Characteristics in Distribution Facilities)

  • The distribution facilities fault has been anually shown about 13% all of the total distribution faults. Therefore, to prevent, the distribution facilities we have to manage them properly during their life time and enhance their quality and advance preventible maintenance, that is predictive maintenance or condition based maintenance. This paper presents the aging characteristics and the degenerating factors. Accordingly, improving the enhanced quality of distribution facilites is expected to contribute the electric power operation constantly.

설비 신뢰성을 고려한 제조경비 평가 (Evaluation of Manufacturing Cost Considering Reliability of Manufacturing facilities)

  • In this study, new way of evaluating manufacturing cost Is organized and applied. In real manufacturing circumstances, tolerances of parts and assemblies are closely related to the cost. Several researches have been tried to identify the relations and set models. Moreover tolerances have influences on the maintenance of the manufacturing facilities. However Past researches have not considered the processing cost for the failed products. Therefore maintenance costs are represented as stochastic expressions, which include reliability of assembly and facilities. The stochastic nature of the maintenance cost is modeled and solved using Markov chain approach. Results show that this approach gives reliable estimations with remarkable computing time reduction.

수자원시설물의 유지관리 체계 선진화를 위한 입법 및 정책과제 (Legislative and policy issues related to the advancement of the maintenance system of water resource facilities)

  • 본 연구에서는 수자원시설물의 노후화 정도와 관리현황 등을 조사·분석함으로써, 수자원시설물의 유지관리 체계 선진화를 위한 입법 및 정책과제를 제시하였다. 수자원시설물의 노후화를 분석하기 위해 한국시설안전공단에서 운영하는 시설물통합정보관리시스템의 자료를 수집하여 분석에 활용하였다. 시설물별, 종별, 시도별, 등급별로 구축된 안전등급 자료를 이용하여 위험시설물 비율과 고령화율을 산정하여 수자원시설물의 현황을 분석하고 수자원시설 관련 지침 및 매뉴얼을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 1) 수자원시설물 범위의 재조정 및 지침·매뉴얼의 보완, 2) 재해여건 변화를 고려한 유지관리 체계의 구축, 3) 시설물통합정보시스템의 개선 및 표준연계서비스 활성화, 4) 시설물의 자산관리체계 구축의 네 가지 입법 및 정책과제를 제시하였다.

  • To obtain basic data used for establishing the criteria of deterioration in renovation of educational facilities, current problems of material and method and quality improvements were examined. In this study, the elementary schools built 20 and 70 years ago were unintentionally chosen and studied. With the data of the repair of old educational facilities, the results are as follows. The First problem is that the construction priority which was based on non-experts decision. The Second problem is that maintenance method which changes the materials after their life was ended. So, refer to remodeling of educational facilities, the selections of proper materials and methods to use of each function were main object in this study.

대학 기숙사 시설의 사용자 만족도 향상을 위한 효율적인 유지보수관리(O&M) 방안 제안 (Suggestions on Efficient O&M Plan for Improving Users' Satisfaction on the University Dorm Facilities)

  • An university dorm has significant implications in terms of providing residential, living, and learning spaces. With its supportive function, a dorm enables each university to provide higher level of education. The operation & maintenance(O&M) condition of the dorm has a decisive effect on the students' satisfaction. Accordingly, high levels of O&M services should be performed for students. However, Korean dorms are being operated and maintained by their own O&M guidelines without the consideration of spatial characteristics of dorm facilities and the comprehensive and systematic understanding on effective O&M processes. Given the fact that dorm facility can be a crucial factor in determining the entire quality of university and its O&M condition is closely related to the satisfaction of students, it is imperative that we need to pay more attention to the O&M condition and services. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to improve dorm students' satisfaction levels by applying different O&M method, preventive maintenance rather than reactive maintenance which has been performed so far. In ordering for doing it, 'Facility Management(FM) Standard' from KS, 'Facility Performance Indicator(FPI)' from APPA: Leadership in educational facilities and 'Building O&M Inspection Manual' from Korean Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport were analyzed to come up with 15 significant O&M factors. After extracting O&M factors, the survey was conducted to determine importance rate and performance rate of each O&M factor. Using the Important-Performance Analysis(IPA), the priority of 15 O&M factors was established. The result of this research will be helpful for the efficient dorm facility O&M services and for facility managers to appropriately allocate the limited resources and human power.

북한 주요 인프라 실태 예측에 의한 유지관리 수준 분석 및 평가 (Assessment and Analysis of Maintenance Level According to Actual Prediction on the Main Infrastructures of North Korea)

  • 최근 한반도는 동계올림픽 단일팀 참가, 남북정상회담 이후 남북 경제협력 방안이 본격적으로 논의될 것으로 보이고, 도로, 철도 등 남북 주요 인프라에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그리고 대부분의 북한 시설물은 고령화, 노후화 및 유지관리 불량 등 시설물의 안전성과 기능성에 대한 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 북한 인프라 개선 및 개발에 대한 새로운 전략을 마련하기 위하여 성능관점의 북한 유지관리 수준을 분석하고 남북 상호 인프라 유지관리 수준을 비교하였다. 본 연구결과, 북한의 도로, 철도 등 국가기반시설과 전력 및 통신, 상하수도 등 생활기반시설의 유지관리가 매우 취약한 것으로 조사되었고, 이에 대한 보수 보강 등 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 안전과 성능에 대한 평가를 통해 남북 유지관리 수준의 격차를 줄이고, 향후 통합 한반도 안전 및 유지관리 체계를 구축하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

퍼지이론과 전문가 시스템을 이용한 철도 전력 설비의 고장률 평가와 유지보수 우선순위의 결정 (Estimation for Failure Rate of Railway Power Facility and Determination of Maintenance Priority Order using Fuzzy Theory and Expert System)

  • As the Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) is being studied, maintenance tasks can be performed effectively through the Risk Priority Number(RPN) evaluation about the components in the system. The RPN is usually calculated through arithmetical operations of three values, Severity, Occurrence, and Detection for each facility. This RPN provides information that includes risk level of the facility and the priority order of maintenance tasks for facility. However, if there is no sufficient historical failure data, it is difficult to calculate the RPN. In this case, historical failure data from other sources can be used and apply this data to korean railway system. In this paper, it is proposed that a new methodology to model the failure rate as a fuzzy membership function. This method is based on failure data from other sources by means of the fuzzy theory and the expert opinion system. And considering assessment tendency of each expert, distortions that happened when the failure rate of facilities is estimated were minimized. This results determine Occurrence values of facilities. Taking advantage of this result., the RPN can be calculated with Severity and Detection of facilities by using the fuzzy operation. The proposed method is applied the rail-way power substation.
