Dietary life is said to be consummated even to a phase of art from phase of survival, recognition, selection and preference. Dietary life, from a sheer earing, is now transforming itself into a joy, and therefore, function of foodstuff packaging demand diversification rather than a simple packaging. Recently, socio-economic environment is showing conspicuous changes in that there are increasing number of working couples nuclear family, old-age population, social activity and improvement of living standards. Such a change in the living environment has much impact on our dietary life. Particularly, an age when cake and cookies of western origin were all but strange is gradually phasing out, while it is deemed to be improper to overlook the fact that bread and cakes are solidifying their position as part of foodstuff meanies for on dietary life. Of cakes and cookies, cakes have come to enjoy a position whereby they are regarded as part of an imperative for family banquets, various get-together and birthday celebration, etc., with a significant improvement that caters to our taste vis-a-vis an stage of introduction of cakes. At the time when reined foreign bakeries, one after another , are contemplating to make an inroad into Korea, and when the distribution market is to be opened fully in July of 1993, Korea bakeries that have been building up their position within the domestic market are expected to face a considerable number of difficulties. This study examines machine learning cross-validation to utilized create ROI for classification of land cover. The study area located in Sejong and one KOMPSAT-3A image was used in this analysis: procedure on October 28, 2019. We used four bands(Red, Green, Blue, Near infra-red) for learning cross validation process. In this study, we used K-fold method in cross validation and used SVM kernel type with cross validation result. In addition, we used 4 kernels of SVM(Linear, Polynomial, RBF, Sigmoid) for supervised classification land cover map using extracted ROI. During the cross validation process, 1,813 data extracted from 3,500 data, and the most of the building, road and grass class data were removed about 60% during cross validation process. Based on this, the supervised SVM linear technique showed the highest classification accuracy of 91.77% compared to other kernel methods. The grass' producer accuracy showed 79.43% and identified a large mis-classification in forests. Depending on the results of the study, extraction ROI using cross validation may be effective in forest, water and agriculture areas, but it is deemed necessary to improve the distinction of built-up, grass and bare-soil area.
House management is very important in water resource protection in order to provide sustainable drinking water for about four millions population in northern Taiwan. House management can be a simple job that can be done without any ingredient of remote sensing or geographic information systems. Remote sensing and GIS integration for house management can provide more efficient management prescription when land use enforcement, soil and water conservation, sewage management, garbage collection, and reforestation have to be managed simultaneously. The objective of this paper was to integrate remote sensing and GIS to manage houses in a water resource protection district. More than four thousand houses have been surveyed and created as a house data base. Site map of every single house and very detail information consisting of address, ownership, date of creation, building materials, acreages floor by floor, parcel information, and types of house condition. Some houses have their photos in different directions. One house has its own card consists these information and these attributes were created into a house data base. Site maps of all houses were created with the same coordinates system as parcel maps, topographic maps, sewage maps, and city planning maps. Visual Basic.NET, Visual C#.NET have been implemented to develop computer programs for house information inquiry and maps overlay among house maps and other GIS map layers. Remote sensing techniques have been implemented to generate the background information of a single house in the past 15 years. Digital orthophoto maps at a scale of 1:5000 overlay with house site maps are very useful in determination of a house was there or not for a given year. Satellite images if their resolutions good enough are also very useful in this type of daily government operations. The developed house management systems can work with commercial GIS software such as ArcView and ArcPad. Remote sensing provided image information of a single house whether it was there or not in a given year. GIS provided overlay and inquiry functions to automatically extract attributes of a given house by ownership, address, and so on when certain house management prescriptions have to be made by government agency. File format is the key component that makes remote sensing and GIS integration smoothly. The developed house management systems are user friendly and can be modified to meet needs encountered in a single task of a government technician.

As the population decreases in an aging society, the average age of drivers increases. Accordingly, the elderly at high risk of being in an accident need autonomous-driving vehicles. In order to secure driving safety on the road, several technologies to respond to various obstacles are required in those vehicles. Among them, technology is required to recognize static obstacles, such as poor road conditions, as well as dynamic obstacles, such as vehicles, bicycles, and people, that may be encountered while driving. In this study, we propose a deep neural network algorithm capable of simultaneously detecting these two types of obstacle. For this algorithm, we used 1,418 road images and produced annotation data that marks seven categories of dynamic obstacles and labels images to indicate road damage. As a result of training, dynamic obstacles were detected with an average accuracy of 46.22%, and road surface damage was detected with a mean intersection over union of 74.71%. In addition, the average elapsed time required to process a single image is 89ms, and this algorithm is suitable for personal mobility vehicles that are slower than ordinary vehicles. In the future, it is expected that driving safety with personal mobility vehicles will be improved by utilizing technology that detects road obstacles.

This study is to interpret how landscape aesthetic characteristics of moderation, which is the point of human-oriented neo-confucianism vision, are projected to the landscape organization of a Dodong-SeoWon, known for its overflow to neo-confucianism grounds and standards among domestic SeoWon. The aspects of neo-confucianism discussion in the shape of Dodong-SeoWon with the beauty of from and contents dominating the landscape of Dodong-SeoWon different from constructive completeness as 7 external and internal landscape organization including placement, circulation, setting, vista, fencing, naming, and decoration are as follows. The left direction of Dodong-SeoWon, part of external organization, is the result of landscape organization that emphasized the stage of moderation through the unification of man and nature by naturalizing natural direction to human-oriented directions. Important aspects to rule external orders and standards of Dodong-SeoWon are principles of one classes based on ranks and bilateral symmetry that is the unity of setting and circulation landscape organization from penetrating the spirit of moderation with no bias. By securing territoriality by fencing the unity of verticality and horizontality, the landscape organization to reach moderation is expressed. Meanwhile, Suwoloo(水月樓) perceived on the floor of central assembly hall, the formation of time frame from roof piles of Hwanjumun(喚主門) as well as pilars of Jungjeongdang(中正堂), and rime link method inducing visual balance and openness through segment, combination, and others are vista organization that show the ideality of unique neo-confucianism building. Also as part of landscape organization contents. semantically, building name including arrangement from Taegukdoseol, ideological naming following the name of Ssanggye-SeoWon, which is the former body, the name of the hall symbolizing the transfer of neo-confucianism enlightenment, impartiality with no bias, as well as Geoinjae(居仁齋) and Geoijae(居義齋) based on olympic, are also results of applying neo-confucianism standards. Additionally. the SeoHoe(瑞花) expressing the change of IleumIlyang(一陰一陽) on the stylobate of Jungjeongdang, Saeho(細虎) which goes up and down, as well as Simul made of four dragons, are artistic expression of the moderation that symbolizes the harmony of ying and yang with no exceeding or insufficiency. As interest and consumption of luxury goods have become more popular, luxury goods market is growing rapidly. Consumers can acquire psychological satisfaction with material abundance by purchasing and using luxury goods. Also, from the view of corporations, luxury goods have price inelastic characteristics, so they can enjoy price premium and it is good to produce good performance. That is the reason why they should pay much attention to securing luxuriousness. This study examined the establishment of brands luxuriousness in Korean SMEs. First, it examined the world market of luxury goods industry and the present condition of Korean market. Then it identified the constituents of luxuriousness by examining the prior studies and related literatures, and designed a research model based on the theoretical grounds to suggest the methods of brand luxuriousness building of Korean SMEs. Luxuriousness can be defined as the attribute of product that distinguishes luxury goods from other products by consumers' perceptions, and the factor that provides situational benefits that motivate consumers' purchasing behavior. In this study, I identified the sub-dimensions of luxuriousness according to whether there are product related attributes and consumers' benefit in consideration of the problems of existing studies. Product related luxuriousness are classified into superiority(functional benefit) and scarcity(experiential benefit), while non-product related luxuriousness are classified into differentiation(symbolic benefit) and traditionality(exclusive benefit). The following are the ways to build brand luxuriousness. First, company can use product factors. High quality, excellent design, high recognized brand with strong, favorable and unique images can enhance the luxuriousness of brand. Second, company can use price factors. Consumers tend to perceive luxury goods as high-priced items, so lowering the price of product can undermine the luxuriousness of product. Third, company can use distribution factors. It is effective for making consumers to perceive the differentiation and scarcity of luxuriousness through limited distribution channel. In addition, store atmosphere suitable for luxury brands should be created. Fourth, company can use promotion factors. The more consumers are exposed to advertisements, the more positive attitudes toward luxury brands are made, and consumers recognize luxuriousness higher. Price promotion negatively affects consumers' perception of luxuriousness. Fifth, company can use corporate factors. Consumer evaluations of products are influenced not only by the product attributes but also by the corporate association and corporate image surrounding the product. Considering the existing researches, it is possible to enhance the brand luxuriousness through high corporate competence and good corporate reputation. In order to increase the competence of the enterprise, it is useful to approach multidimensionally in relation with the knowledge creation capability. In corporate reputation, the external stakeholders' reputation is important, but the internal members' reputation is also important. Korean SMEs will be able to build brand luxuriousness by establishing marketing strategies as above and/or mix(integrate) them according to the situation.

Recently, for a smart city, there is a demand for a technology for acquiring traffic information using an intelligent road infrastructure and managing it. In the meantime, various technologies such as loop detectors, ultrasonic detectors, and image detectors have been used to analyze road traffic information but these have difficulty in collecting various informations, such as traffic density and length of a queue required for building a traffic information DB for moving vehicles. Therefore, in this paper, assuming a smart city built on the basis of a camera infrastructure such as intelligent CCTV on the road, a solution for calculating the traffic DB of moving vehicles using Vision Tracking of road CCTV cameras is presented. Simulation and verification of basic performance were conducted and solution can be usefully utilized in related fields as a new intelligent traffic DB calculation solution that reflects the environment of road-mounted CCTV cameras and moving vehicles in a variable smart city road environment. It is expected to be there.
In this paper, we propose a vector-based augmentation technique that can generate data required for crack detection and a ConvNet(Convolutional Neural Network) technique that can learn it. Detecting cracks quickly and accurately is an important technology to prevent building collapse and fall accidents in advance. In order to solve this problem with artificial intelligence, it is essential to obtain a large amount of data, but it is difficult to obtain a large amount of crack data because the situation for obtaining an actual crack image is mostly dangerous. This problem of database construction can be alleviated with elastic distortion, which increases the amount of data by applying deformation to a specific artificial part. In this paper, the improved crack pattern results are modeled using ConvNet. Rather than elastic distortion, our method can obtain results similar to the actual crack pattern. By designing the crack data augmentation based on a vector, rather than the pixel unit used in general data augmentation, excellent results can be obtained in terms of the amount of crack change. As a result, in this paper, even though a small number of crack data were used as input, a crack database can be efficiently constructed by generating various crack directions and patterns.

In particular research on which characteristics contribute to improvement for effect of information communication is negligible. Until now designers' interest was mainly focused on visual perfection of screen such as diversity and originality. Actually the aspect of recognition of design was mostly overlooked. But considering ultimate purpose of Information design is accurate communication of information thus there should be more endeavor for research on man's visual recognitive faculty and memory in order to Improve power of communication of information for the purpose of reducing confusion of user before its originality and diversity. For this reason this author in this treatise attempted to examine possible impact of multimedia in information design on recognition of user and communication based on theory of effectiveness of media and also attempted to identify how maximize its effect under different circumstances. Theories on effectiveness of media can be summed up as that well- advanced information of multimedia should be analysed from diverse standpoints on relevancy to tasks and recognitive relevancy rather than its simplification from the standpoint of richness of media. For optimal interface design unnecessary recognitive load should be eliminated and information should be structured by laking maximum advantage of working memory of limited quantity. Also there will be need for selection of proper media and suggestion of expressive method to enable building accurate and successful mental image. In this treatise this author attempted to contribute to designer's decision making in future through examining theories on effectiveness of media in connection with the question of which information technology should be used in order to heighten effect of information communication appropriate to information design.

Interest points are generally located at the pixels where height changes occur. So, interest points can be the significant pixels for DSM generation, and these have the important role to generate accurate and reliable matching results. Manual operation is widely used to extract the interest points and to match stereo satellite images using these for generating height information, but it causes economic and time consuming problems. Thus, a tie point extraction method using Harris-affine technique and SIFT(Scale Invariant Feature Transform) descriptors was suggested to analyze height information of buildings in this study. Interest points on buildings were extracted by Harris-affine technique, and tie points were collected efficiently by SIFT descriptors, which is invariant for scale. Searching window for each interest points was used, and direction of tie points pairs were considered for more efficient tie point extraction method. Tie point pairs estimated by proposed method was used to analyze height information of buildings. The result had RMSE values less than 2m comparing to the height information estimated by manual method.
