When there is a missing value in the raw data, if ignore the missing values and proceed with the analysis, the accuracy decrease due to the decrease in the number of sample. The method of imputation and analyzing patterns and significant values can compensate for the problem of lower analysis quality and analysis accuracy as a result of bias rather than simply removing missing values. In this study, we proposed to study irregular data patterns and missing processing methods of data using machine learning techniques for the study of correction of missing values. we would like to propose a plan to replace the missing with data from a similar past point in time by finding the situation at the time when the missing data occurred. Unlike previous studies, data correction techniques present new algorithms using DNN and KNN-MLE techniques. As a result of the performance evaluation, the ANAE measurement value compared to the existing missing section correction algorithm confirmed a performance improvement of about 0.041 to 0.321.

Purpose - In this study, we try to measure the efficiency of the traditional market and university cooperation projects and present the direction of policy improvement for the near future by converging the system, which exerts to secure the competitiveness and revitalize its centered-city, and the recent policies that have new business and social Research Design, Data, and Methodology - In order to improve this situation, this study uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the effectiveness of the policy project and propose its evaluation results. Also, we want to derive the weight calculation for utilizing DEA by using AHP method. Results - This study's results were derived from the input and output variables, so instead of qualitative analysis, the conclusion was drawn out from the quantitative analysis. Through this quantitative analysis method, we had an opportunity to identify the characteristics of each site by each year. Conclusions - It is believed that the reliability of the results can be further improved if the qualitative part can be supplemented its unique characteristics of the model which only considers the simple quantitative aspect. Further studies should be undertaken as these sectors are expected to draw out fruitful research conclusion when these aspects were supplemented additionally, so continuous additional study is essential.

경제의 장기균형은 경제에 존재하는 모든 기업들이 '초과이윤 = 0'의 조건을 충족하는 상태이다. '다른 모든 변수들이 불변'(ceteris paribus)이라는 가정에 근거한 전통적 부분균형분석은 장기균형과 논리적으로 상충한다. '산업완결균형'(full industry equilibrium)은 전통적인 부분균형분석보다 포괄적인 부분균형의 틀 속에서 개별 산업의 장기균형을 다룬다. 산업완결균형에 대한 비교정태분석은 개별 기업/산업에 대하여 기존의 부분균형분석이 도출하는 결과들이 성립하지 않을 수 있음을 보인다. 본 논문은 산업완결균형의 배경과 의의를 소개한다. 이 과정에서 산업완결균형 분석과 1960-70년대의 자본논쟁이 갖는 유사점과 상이점을 논의하고, 산업완결균형 분석의 비판적 의의와 건설적 의의를 밝힌다.

Recently, due to the increase of power conversion devices and nonlinear loads with the development of information, communication and control technologies, the instantaneous minute interruption factors such as voltage & current harmonics, surge occurring frequency, instantaneous voltage variation, voltage unbalance, flicker etc. have greatly threatened the power quality, and the deterioration of electric power facilities and the functional error of controllers are increasing. As such an instantaneous minute interruption appears to be small and local, accurate evaluation with measurement is difficult and total analysis system is required through a wide range of power quality effect analysis such as the simultaneous measurement on various power supply phenomena and the analysis on the interrelation with system loads. Most of conventional power quality diagnosis equipments have beer developed and applied, which were able to measure the stability rate of frequency, the stability rate of voltage, the electricity-failure duration etc, However, they were insufficient to analyze the system present situation, understand the cause of the failure occurred by the problem of power quality and analyze out the phenomena. Accordingly, this study will address the development of the system for a wide range of power quality diagnosis over the present level, the system for supporting the determination such as the analysis on risk factors, failure mode and impact, the system for harmonic evaluation based on international standards(IEC 61000 Series) and the total power quality diagnosis network & system with the extension and openness as a local and national-scale broadband power quality diagnosis system.

Nursing, a behavior of caring, means a connection of patients and clients has done through the caring of clients. Nurses are always with patients. In fact, caring is very important and the core of nursing, the true meaning of caring was embedded in our custom and consciousness before the approach of academic research. As a result, the existence of caring has not seen and revealed. Therefore, there is a need to study and confirm that caring has been placed in nursing and, nurses are doing caring in practice. The purpose of this study is to present the basis of nursing theory and practice through careful analysis of presence being, an aspect of caring. The presence of nurse shows a personal and healing relationship between nurses and patients on the basis of the respect for the humanity, Also, the role of nurses is to help a patient to integrate one's physical, mental and spritual aspects. Thanks to role of nurse, the pratical nursing has the characteristic of art and becomes more aesthetic and artistic. As we have seen above, we define 'presence' as 'being there' and 'being with' a patient for the purpose of meeting the health care needs. The attributes for which presence would be most appropriate would include the following : (1) being with and being together (2) take attention (3) mutual openness (4) experience an empathy (5) have an intention (6) therapeutic interaction process A caring situation as a necessary condition must be presupposed and the factors in that situation are the nurse's intense attention to the patient and a humanistic philosophy of the institutions of the patient. In any nursing intervention skill, there is listening, touching, giving hope, reassurancing, comforting and so on ; as a result, some positive effects can be expected between nurse and patient.

This project is planned to grasp the present situation of traditional medicine part in our country and to study protection method about this by the intellectual property which is the international concerning point recently. Through this, we will be able to devise means to deal with protection method of traditional medicine being developed by WIPO now. Traditional medicine field In our country Is organized with specific condition separated into the part of institution and the part of non-institution. So, because of the closed peculiarity, we have experienced the difficulties to understand the real facts about traditional medicine. We cannot be indifferent to the matter anymore. Because the expectation of object people is high, we could expect the realization of research content. In 1 detail project, we investigated the situation of traditional medicine in our country through various collecting methods for excavation of oriental treatment technique and herb medicine which is worth protecting. With it, we sorted again into 56 kinds of 11 parts through analysis of validity in the way of oriental medicine. And we tried to link this up 2 detail project which is about legal and institutional guarantee concerning protection. furthermore, we tried to find approach ways for security of objectivity into 4 steps with the example of model disease. we could complete practical classification of traditional medicine in our country. In 2 detail project, we studied the protection method by the intellectual property through research result in 1 detail project. For this, we observed an outline of the intellectual property including a patent application analysis in folk traditional medicine part, and problems of traditional medicine protection and world trend by traditional knowledge protection tendency and the patent law In domestic traditional medicines, the aspects unprotectable with the patent law now were remained. So, we suggested supplementary plan. And we also suggested the freedom of utilization between traditional medicine possession countries (in-situ utilization) and the demand compensation payment for a third country (ex-situ utilization) in connection with international movement.

The correct estimation of the ionospheric delays is very important for the precise kinematic positioning especially in case of the long baseline. In case of triple frequency system, the ionospheric delays can be estimated from the measurements, but, in case of dual frequency system, the situation is not so simple. The precision of those supplied by the external information source such as IONEX is not sufficient. The high frequency component is neglected, and the precision of the low frequency component is not sufficient for the long baseline positioning. On the other hand, the high frequency component can be estimated from the phase range measurements. If the low frequency components are estimated by using the external information source or pseudo range measurements, a more reasonable estimation of the ionospheric delays may be possible. It has already been discussed by the author that the estimation of the low frequency components by using the external information source is not sufficient but fairly effective. The estimation using the pseudo range measurements is discussed in the present paper. The accuracy is not sufficient at present because of the errors in the pseudo range measurements. It is clarified that the bias errors in the pseudo range measurements are responsible for the poor accuracy of the ionospheric delays. However, if the accuracy of the pseudo range measurements is improved in future, the method would become very promising.

The cut lily is one of the most important exporting flowers in Korea, which value is 19.9 million dollars in 2013. However, Korean farmers and exporting firms recently have experiences a large decrease in lily export, and need to find the way to the increasing exportation. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the situation of production and consumption of the cut lily in the world and to present the implication for the acceleration of exportation of Korean cut lily. The results of studies present a few findings: First, Korean farmers and business firms need to study and benchmark the production and exportation system of Netherlands which is the best country in the world. Second, Colombia, Kenya, Ecuador and Ethiopia are also need to be studied for the upgrading Korean system of exportation of cut lily. Third, Korean farmers and business firms should continuously monitor the three main markets of cut lily (EU, U.S., and Japan), and develop strategies for the exportation of Korean cut lily. Forth, especially, Korean farmers and business firms should define the preference of cut lily in the main exporting markets (Japan, China, Russia), including breed and color of flower, and the main period of consumption, in order to develop the marketing strategy for Korean cut lily.

Purpose: This study is to identify the present situation of children's hospice and to find the developing strategies for child hospice system in Korea. Method: The data was collected from both literatures and the recent data provided by the government. The direction of future of children's hospice cared in Korea was predicted based on the literature analysis and the report and policy of government. Result: In Korea, the system of the child hospice is not processing. There are the importance differences between children and adult in that the characteristics and approach of the hospice care. All medical personnel and the people related to hospice care including children and their family should be recognized the necessity of the children's hospice care. The following strategies is needed for setting up the child hospice :the principles and standards, recognizing of the necessities, developing of educational program for the specialist and the systemic children's hospice program, and the organization of child hospice. Conclusion: Directions suggested from this study have the importance of child hospice to establish and develop well in Korea for both children with life-threatening disease and their families.

Metal stamping is widely used in the mass-production process of the automobile industry. During the stamping process, air may be trapped between the draw die and the panel. The high pressure of trapped air induces imperfections on the panel surface and creates a situation where an extremely high tonnage of punch is required. To prevent these problems, many air ventilation holes are drilled through the draw die and the punch. The present work has developed a simplified mathematical formulation for computing the pressure of the air pocket based on the ideal gas law and isentropic relation. The pressure of the air pocket was compared to the results by the commercial CFD code, Fluent, and experiments. The present work also used the Bisection method to calculate the optimum cross-sectional area of the air ventilation holes, which did not make the pressure of the air pocket exceed the prescribed maximum value.
