The realization of the Internet and Electronic Commerce through the progress development of the information & communication has changed the transition of the financial settlement system all of the world. And Electronic Commerce has becoming the most important tools to decide the value from the real money, existing bills, coins to the Electronic Money. Electronic Money is very useful materials with Electronic Wallet at cyber times in the future. So that reason, I studied Electronic Money's present situation & after development direction in Korea. And the purpose of this paper is to introduce Electronic Money's modem definition and to analysis the common use situation, operation at home and abroad at Electronic Commerce times. In add to investigated advanced countries Electronic Money utilization and drawed out current events point. So I suggest to this like point, in honour of Electronic Money's common use in Korea. First to establish universality. Second, to make various terminals and the powerful networking structure. Third, to establish stability. Fourth, renovating the system goes side by side. Futhermore, to develop Electronic Money's, it is necessary to make skilled labour and to learn foreign advanced technology.

The situation frequently occurs in which the input torque capacity of the converter should be changed. It is known that the modification of the ou angles of the torque converter elements is suitable for such situation with diameter of flow path of the converter maintained. But so far it has been, predict correctly the converter characteristics as well as the effects of oulet torque capacity in the past numerical methods. In the present numeric introducing the interrow mixing planes, the torque capacity was satifactorily and it was shown that the torque capacity could be effectively changed by the oulet blade angles of pump and stator.

This research paper is to analyze the specific situation for the 157 failure cases of Seoul Metro power cable since 1990 and to consider the countermeasures. This is, also, to prevent accidents by analyzing the current state of each Line, the failure of causes, railroad tracks, installation year, opening year, and monthly failure conditions and by presenting the countermeasures. In addition, this research is to discuss the present installation situation of Seoul Metro power cable, the types of power cable, symptoms, causes and the countermeasures.

The information system fields of spatial applications have rapidly grown during the last decade in Korea. Spatial data has been produced for a variety of systems without common standards until national GIS Committee defined the data exchange formats among spatial databases in the middle of 1990's. It aimed at promoting data sharing between the different systems in similar application fields. However, a considerable number of databases built prior to the introduction of the standards are not yet standard compliant but still play the roles of the main producers/consumers in the data collection field such as early developed huge AM/FM systems maintained by governmental organizations. The strong autonomy of these databases keeps their own data models, formats and descriptions from being standardized, which leads the sharing to a more difficult stage. Sharing is another way of data acquisition with least efforts and time away from direct collection. A data clearinghouse is the core module which directs users to the relevant data resources. The contents of datasets should be described with predefined metadata standards for precise indexing. Moreover, a number of technical problems have to be resolved for the common use of data between heterogeneous spatial database systems. However, the technical issues can be covered by the present information technologies. The difficulties persist in the political/institutional issues. Institutional issues are derived from the diverse sources such as political background, governmental policies, related laws and/or regulations. The paper will firstly make an analysis of current situation in terms of Korean policies, laws and regulations, secondly abstract the institutional issues from the situation analysis, lastly present guidelines for promoting spatial data sharing in Korea.

This paper presents the design and analysis of the electromagnetic system such as jumping ring system. Also, we study the characteristics of dynamics for system with initial parameter. For the propose of system control,, first, we simulate the MATLAB tool solving coupled differential equations with electric parameter, inductance and mutual inductances. Therefore, we design a jumping ring system using design results, implement, and analyze the jumping ring system real situation. For the near time, we present a control process, and compare of real system and software technique.

본 연구는 광주지역 특성화고의 안정적 지원 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 광주지역 일반현황 및 지원현황을 분석하고 지원계획을 검토하였다. 광주시교육청은 타교육청에 비해 지역특성 및 산업계 수요에 다른 특성화 고교 및 산학협력, 특성화고교 및 산학협력 관련 지원, 우수교원 확보 지원, 단위학교 특성화 및 산학협력 지원 등을 제시하고 있다. 반면에, 특성화 고등학교 특성화가 학교 전체보다는 학과단위에 머물러 있는 것이나 현장실습을 위한 산업체와 연계 강화, 직업교육 활성화를 위한 재정확보 노력 및 성과 등에 대해서는 지속적인 제고와 개선을 위한 노력이 요구되며 이를 보완하기위해 광주광역시 특성화고의 향후 지원방안 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

현재 제작되어 있는 연속지적도면은 도곽접합 과정에서 발생하는 여러 문제점으로 인하여 다양한 활용이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 즉, 연속지적도면의 적정한 품질이 확보되지 못하여 활용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 현재 지적분야에서는 연속지적도의 품질을 확보하기 위한 별도의 사업을 계획하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 GIS와 현황을 정확하게 참조할 수 있는 수치정사사진을 이용하여 현재 제작되어있는 연속지적도면의 제작 오류를 분석하여 봄으로써 향후 연속지적도면이 보다 정확하게 제작될 수 있는 보완 방법을 제시하여보고자 하였다.
