  • In consideration of Dielectric loss and Temperature stability, 3-element system dopped with NiO, $Cr_2O_3$, well-known as Hardner and Stabilizer whose primary element is PZT was eximanated its structure, Temperature Coefficient of Capacitor, relative resistivity for Temperature Compensation condensor study. dopping with Nio, $Cr_2O_3$, Temperature Characteristic is developed, Dielectric loss largely represented useful1 small values in specimens dopped with NiO 0.2wt%, and specimence sintered at $110^{\circ}C$ dopped with $Cr_2O_3$, 0.1wt% also relative resistivity largely showed tendency of decrement According to dopping NiO more.

  • In this study, in order to develop low temperature sintering multilayer piezoelectric actuator, PMN-PNN-PZT system ceramics were fabricated using $Li_2CO_3-Bi_2O_3$-CuO as sintering aids and their piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics were investigated as a function of heating rate. At sintering temperature of $900^{\circ}C$, with increasing heating rate, electromechanical coupling factor(kp), mechanical quality factor(Qm) and dielectric constant $({\varepsilon}_r)$ were increased.

  • Pneumatic servo valve which is widely applied in industrial world is advanced technology compounded with electric, electronic and machine. And It is consist of Linear Force Motor. Spool Commutation Mechanism and Microprocessor. In this study, we accomplished test method of Linear Force motor test, Static characteristic test, Dynamic characteristic test for KS(Koran industrial standard) of Pneumatic servo valve. we accomplished study about the main item of Static characteristic test which is related to unload flow characteristic test. And Dynamic characteristic test was step input test and frequency response test. Specially about frequency response test, There was a difficulty resulting from the time delay problem caused by the basic compressibility of air. In order to solve the problem in this study. we proposed two methods. First, displacement of the servo valve spool was directly measured by using a laser sensor. Second, method of calculating control flow by measuring pressure and temperature of chamber.

Molybdenum 게이트를 적용한 저온 SLS 다결정 TFT′s 소자 제작과 특성분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Low Temperature Sequential Lateral Solidification(SLS) Poly-Si Thin Film Transistors(TFT′s) with Molybdenum Gate)

  • In this paper, we present the fabrication and the characteristic analysis of sequential lateral solidification(SLS) poly-Si thin film transistors(TFT's) with molybdenum gate for active matrix liquid displays (AMLCD's) pixel controlling devices. The molybdenum gate is applied for the purpose of low temperature processing. The maximum processing temperature is 55$0^{\circ}C$ at the dopant thermal annealing step. The SLS processed poly-Si film which is reduced grain and grain boundary effect, is applied for the purpose of electrical characteristics improvements of poly-Si TFT's. The fabricated low temperature SLS poly-Si TFT's had a varying the channel length and width from 10${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ to 2${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. And to analyze these devices, extract electrical characteristic parameters (field effect mobility, threshold voltage, subthreshold slope, on off current etc) from current-voltage transfer characteristics curve. The extract electrical characteristic of fabricated low temperature SLS poly-Si TFT's showed the mobility of 100~400cm$^2$/Vs, the off current of about 100pA, and the on/off current ratio of about $10^7$. Also, we observed that the change of grain boundary according to varying channel length is dominant for the change of electrical characteristics more than the change of grain boundary according to varying channel width. Hereby, we comprehend well the characteristics of SLS processed poly-Si TFT's witch is recrystallized to channel length direction.

  • 본 논문에서는, Light Emitting Diode-Identification(LED-ID) 통신 시스템에서 LED의 온도 특성에 따른 성능저하를 보상하여 QoS를 만족하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. LED-ID 통신 기술은 기존 조명의 기능을 수행하는 LED를 사용하여 통신의 기능까지 동시에 구현할 수 있는 효과적인 방법이다. 본 기술은 LED의 RGB(Red Green Blue)광원을 통하여 신호를 전송하는 방법으로, RGB의 혼합 비율에 따라서 조명의 색을 결정하고, 각 RGB신호의 BER성능이 결정된다. 그러나 지속적으로 LED를 사용할 경우에 발생하는 발열 특성으로 인해 각 소자의 온도가 증가하게 되고, 이러한 소자의 발열 온도 증가로 인한 시스템의 성능 저하가 발생 하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 이 논문에서는 LED의 지속적 사용에 따른 발열 온도 및 이로 인한 시스템의 성능저하를 분석하고, 발열 온도 특성에 따른 선택적 변조 및 부호화 기법을 적용하여 신호를 전송함으로써, 시스템의 성능 향상과 QoS를 만족하는 기법을 연구하였다.

개선된 보상특성을 갖는 증폭기용 온도보상회로 (Thermal Compensation Circuit with Improved Compensation Characteristic for Power Amplifier)

  • 본 논문에서는 증폭기의 온도에 따른 균일한 출력특성을 구현하기 위한 개선된 보상특성을 갖는 증폭기용 온도보상회로를 제안한다. 제안된 온도보상회로는 직렬로 연결된 2개의 브랜치라인(Branchline) 결합기와 결합기 사이에 위치한 2개의 다이오드로 구성된다. 그리고, 회로의 주변온도에 따라서 저항값이 반비례하는 특서을 갖는 써미스터(Thermistor)와 써미스터를 포함하는 오피엠프(Operational amplifier, OP-Amp.)회로로 다이오드의 동작 특성을 조정함으로써 기존의 온도보상회로에 비하여 보다 효율적인 보상특성을 갖도록 설계하였다.

  • In an controlled electric machine, the variations of motor parameters such as stator and rotor time constant are caused by the temperature rise, thus it is needed to calculate the accurate parameter through the dynamic characteristic analysis considering the temperature variation. In this paper, the dynamic characteristic analysis method of vector controlled LIM is proposed using coupled magnetic & thermal 2D FEM taking into account the movement.

회전강도가 Fire Whirl의 특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험연구 (An Experimental Study on the Effect of Rotation Strength on Fire Whirl Characteristics)

  • Rotational motion in the atmosphere around a fire may have a profound influence on the fire plume. This process underlies the occurrence of fire whirls. Fire whirls are rare but highly destructive phenomenon which were observed in a large forest, urban and building fires. The present study aims to investigate of the effect of rotation Strength on the fire whirl characteristics expeimentally. Experiments are performed for various sizes of fire source with different rotation strength. From the experimental observations, it is noted that the mean centerline temperature is gradually increased and mean radial temperature is decreased as increases rotation strength. The characteristic mean flame height of fire based on the visible observation is increased as increases of dimensionless swirl parameter, $\Omega/\alpha$, represented by swirl induced motion to buoyancy driven motion.

  • The thermal analysis method containing micro drilling characteristic is proposed for the first time. There are such problems in thermal analysis of micro hole drilling as the thermal modeling complexity of drilling process and the undesirable micro drilling characteristic. Especially, the undesirable micro drilling characteristic prevents our using conventional thermal modeling. To model the thermal behavior of the micro drilling process, the finite different method, where heat source vectors are distributed by the measured rhrust and torque, is proposed. This method agrees with thermal behavior of the real system. And, it enable to predict the temperature field near the drill during. The validity of this method is verified in comparing with experimental results.

  • An aerostatic stage has frictionless behavior, so it has a advantage of investigation into positioning characteristics. A one-dimensional aemstatic ceramic stage with ballscrew driven and laser scale feedback system is manufactured. aiming at investigating positioning characteristic of aerostatic stage, especially position error and repeatability, we analyze positioning behavior with other factors such as angular error, temperature. Experimemal results show that the aerostatic stage has a l0nm micro step response. Comparing experimental results and calculated abbe's error, we confirm that mean of position error is owing to angular error. And, also we confirm the temperature is dominant factor of repeatability in ten nm order.
