This study is intended to suggest1 the optimized data mining model for the efficient customer credit evaluation in the capital finance industry. To accomplish the research objective, various data mining models for the customer credit evaluation are compared and analyzed. Furthermore, existing models such as Multi-Layered Perceptrons, Multivariate Discrimination Analysis, Radial Basis Function, Decision Tree, and Logistic Regression are employed for analyzing the customer information in the capital finance market and the detailed data of capital financing transactions. Finally, the data from the integrated model utilizing a genetic algorithm is compared with those of each individual model mentioned above. The results reveals that the integrated model is superior to other existing models.

The objectives of this study were 1) to review the developmental process of agricultural extension services since 1960 in Korea, and 2) to suggest new paradigm of agricultural extension education in the 21st century. The study suggested major objectives of agricultural extension service in Korea should be focused on; 1) Agricultural technology transfer for environmentally friendly food production, 2) Diffusion of energy saving and safe farming technologies and upbringing export oriented agriculture, 3) Education and training of capable farmers for competitive world, and 4) Technological support for home improvement considering harmony of human, environment and life. To achieve major objectives of extension services the following strategies should be employed; 1) National administration and financing. 2) Farmer oriented services should be performed since extension education is originally two-way communication process to help farmers in better decision making, 3) Human resource development for extension educators to meet increasing demands of target population, and policy measures should be implemented to increase morale of extension educators, and 4) Role of public extension should be strengthened to meet needs of majority farmers and public interests in the knowledge based information society in the 21st century.

As information technology has a great impacts on contemporary business environment, global electronic trade is becoming a new paradigm in international trade transaction. The internet provides a fundamentally different environment for international marketing and trade, it also requires a different approach to international business. Now it is unrealistic to apply the same marketing strategies under global environment without making some modifications to be appropriate to the electronic edge. This paper attempts to investigate what kinds of factors influence the level of electronic trade utilization and performance, and suggests some strategies for usage of electronic trade for small-medium enterprises in Korea. According to the results of this research, the usage of electronic trade by small-medium enterprises is fundamentally important for the diffusion of electronic trade. Therefore it is suggested that the government needs to support small-medium enterprises by financing them to have system for electronic trade.

For a proper valuation of wind power project, it is necessary to consider volatilities of key parameters such as annual energy production, electricity sales price, and long term interest rate. Real option methodology allows to calculate option values of these parameters. Volatilities to be considered in wind project valuation are 1) annual energy production (AEP) estimation due to meteorological variation and estimation errors in wind speed distribution, 2) changes in system marginal price (SMP), and 3) interest rate fluctuation of project financing which provides refinancing option to be exercised during a loan tenor for commercial scale projects. Real option valuation turns out to be more than half of the sales value based on a case study for a FIT scheme wind project that was sold to a financial investor.

This study is intended to identify the factors affecting the successful information warehouse (IW) implementation through the technology acceptance model. As the IW has played an important role with the organizations, it has become a strategic management tool. However, because the building of an IWS requires a great amound of financing and a multi-period, managers should consider identifying the variables as a predictor of IWS success. The related research areas, such as TAM , TRA, and innovation diffusion theory, and previous research associated with the EWS success factors are reviewed in this paper. Based on the hypotheses presented , the study will empirically test the relationships between six external variable-user involvement, computer self-efficacy, OLAP characteristics, problem difficulty , user training and top management support-and system utilization via user's perceptions of ease of use, unusefulness. This study semmes to be a first attempt in this research area, and its results will provide general guidclines for IWS project managers to enhancement the like hood of system succes.

There is a rental housing policy in Korea to support low income citizen. However, the living condition of tenants through this rental program is not work for improving, unlike the initial purpose of providing rental housings. Rental housings, which were planned to improve the residential welfare and enhance self-reliance ability of low income groups and the elderly. It's not effective any more in terms of policy purpose. To solve this problem, plans are needed to support for the construction by Farm-Housing(FH) so that the residents of can support their self-reliance by promoting creating jobs and cooperation. This paper analyze and propose some solution in terms of legal system, financing and streamlining of planing process and permission to support FH program. The paper focus purpose to help identify a new area through such proposals and retain a power of leading technology by bridging the gap between the realistic aspect and ideal aspect.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경하의 CRM서비스가 고객들의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고자 그와 관련한 자료와 현황을 수집하여 분석하였고, 고객만족도와 고객반응유도모델, 정보기술수용모델을 통한 측정분석도구를 이용하여 각 변수들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 uCRM을 통한 고객관리가 고객들의 만족도와 태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 고찰함으로써 금융기관에서 효율적인 고객관리에 기여하고자 하였다.

Following the ratification of Vienna Convention for Ozone Layer Protection and Montreal Protocol, Indonesia will implement the phasing-out of to halon at end 1996. Questions are increasing especially from the users where halon has used for many years as the most effective fire extinguishing agent, concerning halon substitutes, alternative systems as well as the handling and utilization of the existing halon. Halon can still be used for critical and essential uses, however, such usage has been gradually eliminated, due to the emergence of halon-like replacement. A concept of halon banking system is proposed to considered, taking into account several aspects such as enforced regulation, institutional involvement technology as well as financing. This paper gives a general overview regarding phase-out implementation, alternative extinguishing systems and concept on halon banking system with special reference to Indonesian case.

With the 4th industrial revolution, many advanced information technologies are being applied to the area of construction engineering and project management. These applications are usually focusing on design, construction and operation stage and are producing many meaningful fruits. Even though these studies are very important for the development of the construction industry, this study insists that the other stage perspective such as construction business also should be emphasized. Because business phase has significant impacts on the success of a construction project as well as design, construction and operation phase. So, this study reviewed the intelligent-approach papers in planning and marketing, estimation and bid, contract and claim, and project financing fields. This study provides some insights such as values, difficulties, limitations and future directions of business intelligence application.

This paper introduces stochastic cash-flow modeling integrated with simulation based scheduling. The system makes use of CPM schedule data exported from commercial scheduling software, computes the best fit probability distribution functions (PDFs) of historical activity durations, assigns the PDFs identified to respective activities, simulates the schedule network, computes the deterministic and stochastic project cash-flows, plots the corresponding cash flow diagrams, and estimates the best fit PDFs of overdraft and net profit of a project. It analyzes the effect of different distributions of activity durations on the distribution of overdrafts and net profits, and improves reliability compared to deterministic cash flow analysis.
