온라인 소비자들은 amazon.com과 같은 온라인 상점 플랫폼에 상품 평가(리뷰: review) 글을 남김으로써 대상 상품에 대한 의견을 표현한다. 이러한 상품 리뷰는 다른 소비자들의 구매 결정에도 큰 영향을 끼친다는 관점에서 볼 때, 매우 중요한 정보원이라고 할 수 있다. 사람들이 남긴 의견 정보(opinion)를 자동으로 추출하거나 분석하고자 하는 연구인 감성 분석(sentiment analysis)분야에서 과거에 진행된 대다수의 연구들은 크게는 문서 단위에서 작게는 상품의 요소(aspect) 단위로 사용자들이 남긴 의견이 긍정적 혹은 부정적 감정을 포함하고 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이렇게 소비자들이 남긴 의견이 대상 상품 혹은 상품의 요소를 긍정적 혹은 부정적으로 판단했는지 여부를 판단하는 것이 유용한 경우도 있겠으나, 본 연구에서는 소비자들이 '어떤 관점'에서 대상 상품 혹은 상품의 요소를 평가했는지를 자동으로 추출하는 방법에 초점을 두었다. 본 연구에서는 형용사의 대표적인 성질 중 하나가 자신이 수식하는 명사의 속성에 값을 부여하는 것임에 주목하여, 수식된 명사의 속성을 추출하고자 하였고 이를 위해 WordNet을 사용하였다. 제안하는 방법의 효과를 검증하기 위해 3명의 평가자를 활용하여 실험을 하였으며 그 결과는 본 연구 방향이 감성분석에 있어 새로운 가능성을 열기에 충분하다는 것을 보여주었다.

As sputter equipment becomes more complex, it becomes increasingly difficult to understand the parameters that affect the thickness uniformity of thin metal film deposited by sputter. To address this issue, we verified a deep learning model that can predict complex relationships. Specifically, we trained the model to predict the height of 36 magnets based on the thickness of the material, using Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), 1D-Convolutional Neural Network (1D-CNN), and 2D-Convolutional Neural Network (2D-CNN) algorithms. After evaluating each model, we found that the MLP model exhibited the best performance, especially when the dataset was constructed regardless of the thin film material. In conclusion, our study suggests that it is possible to predict the sputter equipment source using film thickness data through a deep learning model, which makes it easier to understand the relationship between film thickness and sputter equipment.

본 연구는 의료종사자의 생명의료윤리 의식, 좋은 죽음 인식과 자아존중감이 사전의료의향서에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 본 연구의 참여자는 Y시에 있는 3개 종합병원에 근무하는 의료종사자 292명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 4월 2일부터 4월 23일까지 실시하였고, 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 하였다. 다중 회귀분석 결과 사전의료의향서에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사전의료의향서 인식, 사전의료의향서 작성여부, 사전의료의향서 작성 시기, 좋은 죽음 인식이었으며 이들의 설명력은 23.5%(F=12.39, P=.000)로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 의료종사자의 좋은 죽음 인식에 대한 교육을 제공함으로써 사전의료의향서에 대한 올바른 태도확립을 위한 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate why advance organizers (AO) are effective in promoting comprehension and mental model formation in terms of cognitive load. Two experimental groups: a concept-map AO group and a key-word AO group and one control group were used. This study considered cognitive load in view of Baddeley's working memory model: central executive (CE), phonological loop (PL), and visuo-spatial sketch pad (VSSP). The present experiment directly examined cognitive load using dual task methodology. The results were as follows: central executive (CE) suppression task achievement for the concept map AO group was higher than the key word AO group and control group. Comprehension and mental model construction for the concept map AO group were higher than the other groups. These results indicated that the superiority of concept map AO owing to CE load decrement occurred with comprehension and mental model construction in learning. Thus, the available resources produced by CE load reduction may have been invested for comprehension and mental model construction of learning contents.

Rapid informatization and technology advance in the 21st century has invited a new paradigm and changed many things in human life pattern. The impact of mobility seen in this digital nomadism has brought about, when it comes to clothing, a change in its unique meaning, that is, the graftage of high technology onto present nomad's life style who live moving around all the time due to the expansion of mobile environment. As the fruits of this expansion of mobile environment and technology advance in wireless telecommunication, easy-to-carry smaller sized devices such as cell phones, PDA, and MP3 players represent the present times, while the future would be an 'era of wearing' in which kinds of electronic devices and systems are integrated into clothing. Thus in this study, concept of wearable computer seen in the 21st century's digital nomadism was reviewed, and figurativeness and anesthetic value of wearable computer were discussed in association with the change in high style image resulted from technology advance and change of life style. By drawing a justice from which, value of future fashion was also prospected.

Rapid progress in modern medical technology has made it possible to sustain life and/or delay death using 'heroic' treatments. The availability of life-sustaining treatment brings several issues in end-of-life care such as 'dying with dignity' and an radical increase in health care costs. The use of Advance Directives(AD) have been widely heralded by health care providers, gerontologists, and advocacy groups as means of protecting patients' right to accept or refuse life-sustaining treatment in end-of-life care. The use of AD can not only improve patients' autonomy and quality of life but also bring efficiency in distributing health care resources. The proportion of older persons in Korean population has been increasing. Those 65 years of age or over were about 7 percent of the population. Death and dying is not limited to older persons, but it is more prevalent among them. In conjunction with an aging population and the increasing prevalence of death, the issues of death and dying will become crucial in near future in terms of 'dying with dignity', 'autonomy', and 'self-control'. This paper attempts to explode and establish the concept of advance directives (AD) based on literature review. Data sources are computer searches with the MEDLINE database. Due to the lack of prior study on AD for a Korean cases, studies abroad are reviewed. This paper suggests the need for future study on the possibility of the use of AD in Korea.

본 연구는 감마선 조사에 의해 유도된 apigenin 화합물(radiolysis products)이 인체유래 다양한 암세포에 처리했을 때의 항암 효과를 알아보기 위하여 실험을 진행하였다. Apigenin을 50 kGy로 조사할 경우 유도 화합물이 생성됨을 확인할 수 있었으며, radiolysis 화합물을 분획하여 인체유래 섬유육종세포(HS68)에 대한 독성을 평가한 결과 독성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다양한 암세포에 항암 활성을 평가한 결과 폐암(H1975)세포주의 경우 다른 암세포에 비해 효과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. Annexin V/PI 염색을 통해 감마선 조사된 apigenin 처리구에서 apoptosis의 발현을 확인할 수 있었으며, ROS(reactive oxygen species) 평가 결과에서도 농도 의존적으로 발현을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 방사선 구조 변환 연구를 통해 방사선을 이용한 새로운 신약 개발 가능성을 제시하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 사전연명의료의향서에 대한 지식, 태도 및 호스피스 인식정도에 관한 연구로 연명의료결정법 시행 이후 간호 대학생들의 연명의료의향서에 대한 지식정도를 확인하여 향후 윤리적 갈등상황에서 올바르고 현명한 문제해결 능력을 갖추고자 하며 적극적인 대처로 간호 전문직 향상에 기여하고자 시도되었다. 그리고, 사회적 합의를 바탕으로 제정된 일명 연명의료결정법 시행 이후, 연명의료의향서제도에 대한 지식을 간호 대학생들에게 확인하였다는데 의의가 있으며 본 연구결과로 간호 대학생들의 사전연명의료의향서에 대한 지식, 태도, 호스피스 인식정도가 서로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 본 연구를 기반으로 간호 대학생들이 향후 다양한 실무현장에서 임종환자 간호와 연명의료에 대한 두려움보다는 대상자에 대한 긍정적인 대처 능력을 향상시키는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study was intended to determine the maneuverability of the vessel CHARMBADA. When the rudder angle was at $10^{\circ}$, $20^{\circ}$ and $30^{\circ}$, the maximum advance by slow, half and full ahead were varied in the range of 523.6-131.3m, 528.8-177.2m and 530.6-219.7m, respectively. The maximum transfer was 799.9-181.3m, 792.1-232.8m and 807.7-316.9m, respectively. The turning circle ability was better during starboard turning. When the rudder angle was $10^{\circ}$, $20^{\circ}$ and $30^{\circ}$, variation in the maximum advances was 392.0m, 245.0m and 153.0m. The maximum transfer was 528.0m, 339.0m and 218.0m, respectively based on the regression equations. As the rudder angle became bigger, the maximum advance or maximum transfer became smaller by the exponential function. The advance inertia took 127sec, 145sec, 181sec each until the vessel speed was 7.0konts, 12.0konts, 17.0konts. The static inertia took 245sec, 269sec, 300sec each until the vessel speed was under 2.0konts and the advance distance was 114.4m, 181.2m, 197.0m each. Accordingly, the static inertia was inclined to increase to scale according to the increase in vessel speed. For the CHARMBADA, the smaller the rudder angle was, the much bigger the turning circle became due to adhesion to the skeg, thereby lowering the vessel's turning ability.
