Co-word Analysis을 통한 신기술 분야 도식화 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Emerging Technology Mapping Through Co-word Analysis)

  • In the highly competitive world, there has been a concomitant increase in the need for the research and planning methodology, which can perform an advanced assessment of technological opportunities and an early Perception of threats and possibilities of the emerging technology according to the nation's economic and social status. This research is aiming to provide indicators and visualization methods to measure the latest research trend and aspect underlying scientific and technological documents to researchers and policy planners using 'Co-word Analysis' Organic light emitting diodes(OLED) is an emerging technology in various fields of display and which has a highly prospective market value. In this paper, we presented an analysis on OLED. Co-word analysis was employed to reveal patterns and trends in the OLED fields by measuring the association strength of terms representatives of relevant publications or other texts produced in the OLED field. Data were collected from SCI and the critical keywords could De extracted from the author keywords. These extracted keywords were further standardized. In order to trace the dynamic changes in the OLED field, we presented a variety of technology mapping. The results showed that the OLED field has some established research theme and also rapidly transforms to embrace new themes.

전자.통신 분야에서 중소기업 규모에 따른 내.외부 혁신활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Innovation Activities on Innovation Performance according to the size of SMEs in the Field of Electronics and Communication Industry)

  • The Purpose of this study is to empirically examine the impact of various internal and external innovation activities of SMEs on their innovation performances in the field of electronics and communication industry. Drawing upon the literature review, internal and external innovation activities are defined and conceptualized, and independent, dependent and moderator variables are developed. We have used survey-based data for this study from the survey of technology innovation activities in manufacturing industry, which was conducted by the Science and Technology Policy Institute (STEPI) in 2010. The main result of this study shows that there were no significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on market performance according to the size of SMEs. On the other hands, we found that there were significant differences in the impact of innovation activities on technological innovation performance according to the size of SMEs. Therefore, in order to make high technological innovation performance, companies in the field of electronics and communication industry need to properly implement the internal and external innovation activities by considering their size.

Analysis of Bulk Concentration on Double-Layer Structure for Electrochemical Capacitors

  • Double-layer capacitors (DLCs) are developed with high surface electrodes to achieve a high capacitance value. In the present work, the initial bulk concentration of 1 mol/m3 and 3 mol /m3 are selected to show the consequential effects on the performance of a double-layer capacitor. A 1D model of COMSOL Multiphysics has been developed to analyze the electric field and potential in cell voltage, the electric displacement field and polarization induced by the field, and energy density in a double-layer structure. The electrostatics and the electric circuit modes in COMSOL are used to simulate the electrochemical processes in the double-layer structure. The analytical analysis of a double-layer capacitor with different initial bulk concentrations is investigated by using Poisson-Nernst-Plank equations. From the simulation results, the differential capacitance changes as a function of compact layer thickness and initial bulk concentration. The energy density varies with the differential capacitance and voltage window. The values of energy density are dominated by the interaction of ions in the solution and electrode surface.

A study on the Policy Instrument for Regional Innovation System Construction in the Mekong Delta Region

  • This study investigated the policy instruments pertinent to the establishment of a regional innovation system in the Mekong Delta that facilitates the development of a countermeasure towards various issues of industrial and technological nature. First, we conducted the research with regard to the status and environment of the region. Second, a field visiting survey was implemented to analyze the results of international efforts and regional capacity to solve the problems attendant upon introducing technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Third, we derived the key policy issues and challenges from the results of the field visiting survey and experts' conference with a deep focus on technological transfer and international cooperation to enhance the capability in the science and technology field. Fourth, we conducted the opinion survey of the experts from Korea and Vietnam to converge local opinions from both countries and analyzed the results. The range of research subjects is responding to climate change, managing water resources, coordinating energy and industrial structure, making a resilient Mekong regional ecosystem, smartification of local cities, and improving the life quality of citizens, and so on. The results of this study are expected to be the beginning of fundamental research in the mid to long-term view of the Mekong Delta region innovation system of Korea and Vietnam and to evaluate the master plan.

기술시스템 (Large Technological Systems) 이론구조를 활용한 경마방송 비교연구 (The Comparative Analysis of Gambling Media System in the Construction of a Large Technological System)

  • 본 연구는 경마산업에서 중요한 요소 중의 하나인 경마방송을 살펴보고자 한다. 한국의 경마방송과 해외선진국과 비교했을 때 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 Hughes(1987)의 기술시스템(Large Technological Systems) 관점에서 분석함으로써 향후 경마산업의 한 전문분야에 비전을 제시할 수 있는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 크게 두 가지 관점에서 접근하는데, 우선 한국의 경마방송을 기술시스템 구조를 적용하여 연구 대상들을 개념화하고 두 번째로는 개념화를 기준으로 해외 비교대상들과 공통점과 차이점을 파악하고자 한다. 비교를 통해 한국 사례에서 방해가 되는 역돌출 요소는 무엇인지 분석하고 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 시행체 직접 운영에 의한 빠른 정책결정, 경쟁력 있는 콘텐츠 개발, 해외 개방정책 및 방송통신 융합흐름에 따른 미래 정책 개발 등 경마방송을 활용한 경마산업의 균형적인 발전을 위한 비전과 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • 전 세계적으로 한 국가의 가치사슬이 서로 협력 하에 이루어지고 이에 따라 특히 R&D 분야에서의 국제기술협력은 하나의 기업혁신 전략으로 정착되어가고 있다. 여기에 반해 우리나라의 국제기술협력 연구에 관한 노력은 매우 미흡하다고 할 수 있다. 유럽은 산업기술진보가 가까운 장래에 고용을 창출한다면 과학기술연구는 먼 장래의 고용을 창출한다는 관점에서, 현재의 과학기술연구 추세가 미래 유럽의 고용창출에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인식 아래 2020 발전전략을 발표하고 이 발전전략에 토대를 두고 EU회원국들은 기술협력 정책을 모색하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EU의 2020전략에 토대를 두고 우리 정부가 EU권과의 국제기술협력 분야에서의 정책적 방안을 찾는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 논문 연구의 결과로는 현재 우리정부가 추진하고 있는 EU FP정책에서 EU 2020발전전략에 토대를 두고 EU 8차 정책과 연관지어서 정책적 합의점을 도출하는 것으로 파악 되었다.

중소기업의 외부기관 협력과 신제품 매출 간의 관계: 기술혁신과 마케팅 역량의 역할 (The Relationship between Collaboration with External Institution and New Product Sales of SMEs: The Role of Technological Innovation and Marketing Capability)

  • 중소기업의 성장과 지속을 위한 중요한 요인인 신제품 매출에 대한 외부기관 협력의 영향과 변수 간에서 기술혁신의 매개효과 및 마케팅 역량의 조절효과, 마지막으로 마케팅 역량으로 조절된 기술혁신의 매개효과에 대한 실증연구이다. 회귀분석결과 중소기업의 R&D 분야에서 외부기관 협력이 신제품 매출에 유의한 영향을 주고, 외부기관 협력과 신제품 매출의 관계에서 기술혁신은 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기술혁신과 신제품 매출 간의 관계에서 마케팅 역량의 절역할은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 마케팅 역량이 낮은 기업의 경우에는 신제품 매출에 대한 기술혁신의 효과가 크게 나타나고, 반대로 마케팅 역량이 높은 기업의 경우에는 상대적으로 신제품 매출에 대한 기술혁신의 효과는 낮게 나타남을 의미한다. 마지막으로 기술혁신이 마케팅 역량으로 조절된 매개역할은 유의하지는 않은 것으로 나타났다.

Gene polymorphisms influencing yield, composition and technological properties of milk from Czech Simmental and Holstein cows

  • Objective: The aim of the study was to evaluate the influence of polymorphic loci and other factors on milk performance and the technological properties of milk. Methods: The analysis was performed on Simmental and Holstein cows in field conditions (n = 748). Milk yield in kg, fat and protein percentage and yield were evaluated. Technological properties were evaluated by milk fermentation ability, renneting, and an alcohol test. Polymorphisms in the acyl-CoA diacylgycerol transferase 1 (DGAT1), leptin (LEP), fatty acid synthase (FASN), stearoyl CoA desaturase 1 (SCD1), casein beta (CSN2), casein kappa (CSN3), and lactoglobulin beta genes were genotyped, and association analysis was performed. Results: The DGAT1 AA genotype was associated with higher milk, protein and fat yields (p<0.05). The MM genotype in the LEP gene was associated with a lower protein percentage and the W allele with a higher protein percentage (p<0.05). In cows with the FASN GG genotype, the protein percentage was higher, but the A allele was associated with higher milk, protein and fat yields than the G allele. The TT genotype in SCD1 was associated with the lowest milk, protein and fat yields and with the highest milk protein percentage (p<0.01). The T allele had higher values than the C allele (p<0.05) except for fat percentage. The genotype CSN3 AA was associated with a significantly heightened milk yield; BB was associated with a high protein percentage. The effect of the alleles on the technological properties was not significant. The CSN2 BB genotype was associated with the best alcohol test (p<0.01), and the renneting order was inverse. Milk from cows with the CSN2 A1A1 genotype was best in the milk fermentation ability. CSN3 significantly affected the technological properties. Conclusion: The findings revealed the potential of some polymorphic loci for use in dairy cattle breeding and for the management of milk quality. In field research, the pivotal role of farms in milk yield, composition and technological properties was confirmed.

A Role of Bio-production Robots in Precision Farming Model of Japan

  • Community-based precision farming is a new concept of agricultural systems, which leads to organize groups of wise farmers and technology platforms in Japan. The wisdom farmers create a rational farming system to manage hierarchical variability: variability in farmers' community as well as variability of within-field and between-field. The technology platform develops and provides three key-technologies: mapping technology, variable-rate technology, and decision support systems available for rural constraints. Advancement of bio-production robots leads precision farming to the next level, where two technological innovations: how to produce and manage information-oriented fields and information-added products, can be attained.

Recent technological innovations in include machinery for spatially -variable crop production , electronics for machine control and tractor-implement communications, low-emission and alternative fuel engines , flexible power transmission, and larger and more sophisticated equipment .
