기술협력과 정보관리정책의 상관관계에 관한 고찰 -한.러 및 한.중 과학기술협력을 중심으로-

  • Korea has good mutual relations with Russia and China in many fields, not just in science and technology, but also in trade. That is, it stands on a point of time in which an epoch-making turning point for mutual interests could be realized depending on how to join Russia's high technology with Korea's industrial technology with capital, or how to connect Korean -Chinese mutual concern and each other's advanced technology. The purpose of this study is to present scientific and technical information management policy for efficient su n.0, pport for technical cooperation with Russia and China. Bearing this purpose in mind, the concept of technical cooperation along with scientific and technical information management policy was closely examined. The correlation between the progress of technology and the type of scientific and technical information was examined, while the flow of scientific and technical information accompanying technical cooperation was studied. The methodology adopted for this study includes document research, empirical analysis and fact-finding survey. For document research, the writer analyzed the contents of scientific and technical information managing operations and the types of information to be utilized in the course of technical cooperation by examining domestic and foreign documents on international technical cooperation. For empirical analysis, the contents of actual results of scientific and technical information managing operations for technical cooperation with Russia and China were put in order and analyzed, while contents of survey conducted by organizations related to these countries for technical cooperation were synthesized and examined for fact -finding survey.

  • The existing design materials by document type are restricted in searching and acquiring necessary design information because the materials consist of huge information and various document types. This study suggests a methodology to develop an electronic technical manual that can manage construction design materials by XML-base integrated information system. Electronic technical manual for design materials can provide visualized information through various multimedia tools such as multi-link, virtual reality and animation. Using an integrated electronic manual for construction project can prevent to miss necessary design information. The results of this study includes a data flow diagram to develop an interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) for construction design information. Finally the study suggests some scenarios for practical use and quantitative analysis of application effect analysis by AHP method.

  • In general, channel information of received DTV signal analyzed based on symbol timing clock with only In-phase information in DTV receiver. This paper presents technical requirements of channel analysis system for DTV reception signal. In order to meet such requirements and measure more accurate magnitude and phase of channel information, compensation method for the quadrature information from measured in-phase data is proposed. The proposed channel analysis system is implemented with a commercial DTV chipset and provides fast data analysis with good connectivity with field test vehicles. Computer simulation and laboratory test results are provided to figure out the performance of the proposed channel analysis system for DTV signal.

가치투자전략과 이동평균법의 결합효과 (An Analysis on Combination Effect of Value Investment Strategy and Moving Average Method)

  • In this paper we analyse performance of value strategy and moving average method among the non-financial listed companies whose fiscal year ends at December in the Korean Stock Exchange between 1996 and 2005. And we analyse combination investment performance of value investment and moving average method. After the analysis objective enterprises divide with the value stock and the growth stock, in accordance with moving average method we divide ascending stock and descending stock. And we compose 6 portfolios with combination of value stock, growth stock, ascending stock and descending stock. Using the difference of investment performance of these portfolios, when fundamental analysis and technical analysis method all considering we measure investment performance. The major findings of this research are as follows: First, the value strategy of buying value stocks and selling growth stocks were effective in the long-term investment. Second, using the moving average method, technical analysis were effective in the case of the short-term investment. Third, the portfolios combined fundamental analysis and technical analysis were more effective than investment performance of technical analysis.

  • In this paper, development of TIM Module for constructing PDM will be introduced. Technical information relevant product data influences cost, quality, precision and productivity. One of the very important feature of product data is organizing not by oneself but very closed to many technical information such as document, file, image and analysis sheet. To manage various technical information, several kinds of management system are used in multi level of production system. PDM and TIM systems are being developed for suitable purpose and are in need of Network technology, Information Technology, Database, sharing and distributing information. Developed TIM system is based on Web environment. By using this system, we can manage systematic technical information and reduce cost for constructing PDM system. And also we will put to practical use another technical information management system for mold plant.

국방정보기술표준 적용실태 조사 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Investigation and Analysis of Defense Information Technical Standard Application)

  • This study is aimed to investigate the application of DITA(Defense Information Technical stAndard) on the weapon information systems and defense management information systems in order not only to update the current DITA version 4.0, but also to develop SoS(System of systems) interoperability policy in the armed forces of Korea. For this study, 18 information systems were considered, their development products(System/Sub-system Specification, Technical architecture View, System Interoperability Test and Evaluation products) were reviewed and analysed. As a result of the investigation and analysis, it was found that the 44% of the DITA standard profiles were used for the development of the defense information systems. We conclude that DITA should be updated to be a minimal set so that all the defense information systems should be DITA-compliant. And it should be reviewed periodically to reflect the new information technology.

  • 본 논문에서는 정보보안에 대한 글로벌 연구 트렌드에 대한 분석을 다룬다. 정보를 이용하는 모든 분야에서 보안을 필요로 하기 때문에, 새롭게 생성되거나 급격하게 발전하는 분야를 발굴하는 것이 정보보안의 방향을 설정하는 것이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안과 관련한 기술들을 파악하고, 이들을 트렌드 관점에서 해석함으로써 향후를 전망해보고자 한다. 현재의 수준은 거시적 관점에서의 분석을 위한 초기 연구로써, 기술들 사이의 연도별 공기정보를 이용하여 2001년부터 2014년까지의 연관성을 측정하고, 상위 연관 기술 자체의 트렌드와 상호 비교하여 그 의미를 분석하였다. 결론적으로는 안드로이드 플랫폼, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 모바일 분야, 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 정보보안에 유망한 기술 분야라 할 수 있다.

기술정보검색사의 직무분석 및 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A study on the Job Analysis and Curriculum Development of Technical Information Searcher with DACUM)

  • 산업사회에서 지식기반사회로의 전환에 따라 각종 산업체에서는 업무수행에 필요한 기술정보를 신속 정확하게 수집 분석하여 경영활동에 반영하기 위한 기술정보 관리의 필요성이 점증하고 있다. 이러한 시대의 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 기술정보를 효율적으로 수집 관리할 수 있는 기술정보 전문인력의 양성이 전제되어야 하며, 이를 위한 교육과정도 산업체에서 요구하는 현장 위주의 실무교육과도 연계되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 최근에 각광을 받고 있는 DACUM법을 적용하여 기술정보검색사에 대한 직무를 분석하고, 직무분석을 통해서 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 기술정보 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 교육과정을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 얻어진 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술정보검색사의 직무영역은 이용자 정보요구 분석, 정보원 선정, 정보검색, 정보분석 및 가공, 검색결과 평가, 정보제공 및 활용의 6개 직무로 구성되며, 6개의 직무는 다시 40개의 작업으로 세분된다. 둘째, 기술정보검색사의 직무에서는 정보원 선정이 가장 중요하다. 셋째, 기술정보검색 사를 양성하기 위한 기관의 주요 교육내용은 데이터베이스 설계 및 구축, OA응용프로그램 활용, PC통신 활용, 동향정보 파악, 인터넷 분류 및 활용, 인터뷰기법, 정보가공, 정보검색, 정보분류, 정보원의 이해와 활용, 지적재산권, 홈페이지의 설계 및 구축 등이다.

DEA/Window를 이용한 국립대학도서관의 효율성 추세변화 분석 (Trends in the Efficiency of Korean National University Libraries : A DEA/Window Analysis Approach)

  • 최근까지 DEA를 이용한 대학도서관 효율성 평가에 관한 선행연구들은 대부분 특정 시점의 횡단면 분석 위주였으며, 효율성 추세변화 분석과 같은 종단면 분석은 거의 수행되지 못하고 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우선 선행연구들처럼 DEA를 이용하여 특정 시점(2008년) 기준 하에서 국립대학도서관의 상대적 효율 수준을 분석하고, 다음으로 DEA Window 분석 기법을 적용하여 최근 5년(2004년-2008년)간 상대적 효율 수준의 추세변화를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 특정시점 하에서 상대적 효율은 기술 효율성 측면에서 비효율적이었으며, 이는 상대적으로 규모의 비효율에 기인하는 것으로 나타나 선행연구 결과들을 재확인하였다. 둘째, 이러한 기술 효율성의 비효율은 전반적으로 최근 5년간 지속적인 개선이 있었으나 이는 상대적으로 순수 기술 효율성의 개선에 따른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 국립대학도서관의 기술 효율성을 개선하기 위해서는 규모의 비효율을 개선하는 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

자료포괄분석과 생산성지수분석을 이용한 국내 SI기업의 효율성 분석 (Analyzing the Technical Efficiency of Korean System Integration Firms Using DEA and Malmquist Productivity Analysis)

  • This paper analyzes the technical efficiencies of 40 Korean system integration firms using data envelopment analysis (DEA) and Malmquist productivity indices. Technical efficiencies on average had been decreased over the five year period and the efficiency difference between best practice firms and catch-up firms had been increased during this period, meaning that the industry structure has become matured and the possibilities for catch-up firms to be efficient are not remained so much. The differences in efficiency by the differences in ownership structures are statistically significant. It implies that the efficiencies of group-affiliated firms have come from benefits such as the captive market umbrellas, not from their own management competencies. In addition, the technical efficiency is highly correlated with captive market sales, information productivity, sales per employees, rates of value added, returns on invested capital, and EBITDA.
