This study evaluated the hypolipidemic effects of Eleutherococcus senticosus combined with several oriental medicinal herbs. In addition, it addressed whether consuming a diet of healthy food along with a daily supplement of this composite could affect the health status of individuals suffering from diet-related disease such as obesity and hyperlipidemia. The effects of the combined medicinal herbal extracts(MHE) extracted with hot water on reducing serum lipids and improving blood parameters were examined in rats fed a high-fat diet for 5 weeks. Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups: basal diet only(BDG), high fat diet without MHE(FCG), high fat diet and 10% MHE(F10E) and high fat diet and 20% MHE(F20E). Serum lipid contents and blood variables were examined after the experimental period. The results of were as follows. The hematological data for the 4 groups were similar indicating no significant differences. There were moderate level of serum GOT activity in the F10E and F20E groups as compared to the FCG group. Total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride in serum and the atherogenic index were remarkably reduced in the MHE-supplemented groups as compared to the control group. However, F10E and F20E groups had significantly higher HDL-cholesterol levels than the control group. These results imply that combination of several medicinal herbal extracts could be used to reduce of serum lipid concentrations. The data from this study will be used as basic information with the field of functional food research to address how we can apply oriental medicinal resources to foods. Such research currently drawing considerable attention world-wide.

Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship courses, including my recent absence undergraduate entrepreneurship-friendly system is activated, the spread of technology startups to be scanning my college. However, the college is successful technology startups to take place in order to be solved many problems still exist. In this paper, we have a hard job and continuing high unemployment and social environment college students majoring in IT technology to enable the establishment of the control action for the establishment and analysis of influencing factors. In particular, IT college students majoring in technology startups will affect students' technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and Entrepreneur's motive, entrepreneurship environment outside the extraction and evaluation items such as IT skills to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship. In analysis result, IT major career college students interested in entrepreneurship as an alternative to the higher technology, technical skills and characteristics of entrepreneurs and start-motivated alternative to independence and had an impact on employment. In addition, the university was founded in tech startups according to the environment of entrepreneurship education has a lot of outside influence.

This paper aim to propose and suggest for government to reinvent and re-steering the policy on the 4th industrial revolution in Korea. To do it, this paper annalize the advanced country's policies and hard-data sets from many international research institutes. So this paper emphasized the concept and frame of socio-technical system approach by Geels. According to this approach, this paper can get a conclusion that Korea government has to focus on the roles to solve the big social dilemma with high-tech tools from the 4th industrial revolution. And this paper point out the necessary of increasing the diversity and multidisciplinary in 4th industrial revolution policy of Korean government. These findings of this paper recommend for Korea to redesigns the governance mechanism and legislation platform and to design the future readiness.

These days, due to increased income levels, lower birthrate, and increased marriage age, interest and investment in children has increased, and infant & children's clothes has become more upgraded, differentiated, and diversified. In accordance with the change of the infant & children's clothes market, Examine the research trends of the papers in the journals. Used 'KISS', 'DBpia', 'Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information', in the search system, and 137 papers were searched for by using key word, 'infant's clothes' and 'children's clothes'. The year of publication is limited to 2001 to 2017, and they are classified into 5-year units and again the papers were classified by year, by journal, by field of clothing research (Technical Design & Production, Fashion Marketing, Textile System, Fashion Design), and frequency and percentage were used as data analysis. The number of articles related to infant & children's clothes increased such as 39 in 2001~2005, 43 in 2006~2010, and 55 in 2011~2017. The distribution of articles by journals has been published mainly in the journal of the Korean Society of Clothing and Textiles, but as the journals were diversified, they were distributed evenly in other journals related to the apparel. In the presentations according to the research field by year, from 2001 to 2005, the ratio of apparel design and production was high, but since 2006, many papers related to fashion marketing and fashion design have been published. The research contents of the field of clothing research are as follows: 41 articles in design production field, focusing on dimensional system and pattern design, 40 articles in fashion design field, focusing on design development and design preferences, 46 articles in fashion marketing field, focusing on consumer behavior and marketing management. And 10 articles in apparel material system field, focusing on research on cloth science materials, but they are less well studied than others, but these studies should be actively pursued in the future.

In this study, a side collision accident reconstruction using database based on the deformed shape information from the collision test using model cars is suggested. A deformation index and angle index related to the deformed shape is developed to set the database for the collision accident reconstruction algorithm. Two small size RC cars are developed to carry out the side collision test. Several side collision tests according to the velocity and collision angles are performed for establishing the side collision database. A high speed camera with 1000fps is used to capture the motion of the car. A side collision accident reconstruction algorithm is developed and applied to find the collision conditions before the accident occurs. Two collision cases are tested to validate the database and the algorithm. The results obtained by the reconstruction algorithm show good match with original conditions with regard to the velocity and angle.

As the technical advances in portable computers and wireless communication technologies, mobile computing environment has been rapidly expanded. The mobile users on mobile host can access information via wireless communication from the distributed heterogeneous multidatabase system in which pre-existing independent local information systems are integrated into one logical system to support mobile applications. Hence, mobile transaction model should include not only the features for heterogeneous multidatabase systems but also the ones for mobile computing environment. In this paper, we proposed a mobile flex transaction model which extends the flexible transaction model that previously proposed for heterogeneous multidatabase systems is extended to support the requirements of mobile heterogeneous multidatabase systems. We also presented the execution control mechanism of the mobile flex transaction model. The proposed mobile flex transaction model allows the definition of location-dependent subtransactions, the effective support of hand-over, and the flexibility of transaction executions. Hence, the proposed mobile flex transaction model can be suit to mobile heterogeneous multidatabase systems that have low power capability, low bandwidth, and high communication failure possibility.

Purpose: Methods for increasing health-care service quality are considered for a women-centered hospital located on a local city. A walk-through audit is applied to uncover areas for improvement. Methods: A survey questionnaire with 25 questions is constructed based on a service blueprint for a walk-through audit, and a survey is conducted both to patients and service providers to assess a health-care service quality. Frequency analysis, statistical tests and customer-provider analysis are used to analyze surveyed data. Results: According to customer-provider analysis, 6 attributes belong to 'problem unawareness' zone in which they are rated high by service providers but low by patients, and another 6 attributes belong to 'problem awareness' zone in which they are rated low by both groups. These attributes are considered to be improved with priority. Conclusion: Both patient group and service provider group have lots of different perceptions on most attributes that are examined, and the hospital to be studied is, in general, competitive in technical quality and less competitive in functional quality.

With the continuous development and application of Internet technology, in recent years, new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, and AI are becoming more and more familiar to the general public. The development of a digital society has entered a new period of development. In this paper, we used on the 2018 annual data of 50 listed companies with blockchain concept stocks in China. Using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to study and analyze the input-output efficiency, it can be concluded that the input-output efficiency of 50 listed companies is very different. Inefficient companies are as high as 62%. Most companies have a large room for improvement in input-output efficiency due to uneconomical scale or inefficient technology. In order to better improve the company's input-output efficiency, one must improve the efficiency of resource utilization, optimize the company's research and development costs and the input and management of technical personnel; the second is to increase technological innovation and business innovation.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive research study to develop the Nurse's Humor Questionnaire, and then analyze humor's appreciation and use by Korean nurses. Method: The three stages used to develop the questionnaire were to make a conceptual framework, make an open questionnaire through the 2nd preliminary inquiry, and make a structured questionnaire based on collected statements through the developed open questionnaire. The subjects that carried out completely a structured questionnaire were 337 nurses. Result: 1) The final developed questionnaire consists of 6 domains and 67 items. The reliability of 'When feeling humor's expression'(${\alpha}=0.7079$), 'The barrier factors of humor's use'(${\alpha}=0.7895$), and 'Humor's values' (${\alpha}=0.8336$) was high. 2) The results related to Humor's values of nurses that showed significant differences were as follow: (1) age, marital status, and current position (2) a negative correlation between stress and humor's values (3) humor's sources: daily life and conversation (4) frequency of used humor (5) types of used humor: word humor, imitation, adequate situation and technical terms, and (6) when using humor's expression: tense atmosphere, awkward atmosphere and adequate situation. Conclusion: The developed tool can be used for understanding nurse's humor. This will help to develop the humor program as a nursing intervention for health promotion.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to present basic data on organizational changes in a Korean medicine hospital by performing organizational diagnosis and examining the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the hospital. Methods : The subjects were a total of 218 employees in four Korean medicine hospitals, and data were collected from 1st to 25th September 2015. Using SPSS 21.0, frequency analysis, technical statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results : The Korean medicine hospital tended to value relationships, the rewards for and attitudes towards change were low. The number of participants in this study with higher organizational diagnosis scores was high for job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and there was a strong positive correlation. It was seen that rewards, relationship, helpful mechanisms, and leadership among organizational diagnosis areas had an effect on job satisfaction, and helpful mechanisms, purposes, and leadership had an effect on organizational commitment. Conclusions : These findings will be useful because policies, research, and education are needed to facilitate organizational changes in Korean medicine hospitals.
