Defocused CO$_2$ laser beam irradiation strengthening of 60kgf/$\textrm{mm}^2$ grade steel sheet was investigated to obtain the tensile strength similar to that of fully penetrated one by the focused beam. The melted line width by the defocused beam was 3∼4 times larger compared to that of the focused beam. However, the increase of tensile strength with 1 line irradiation by the defocused beam was similar to that of 2~3 lines by the focused beam. The increase(37.6%) of bending strength with 1 line by the defocused beam was higher than the increase(12.9%) of tensile strength. Also, the effect of cooling gas to strengthening was observed.

본 논문에서는 Vue.js와 Spring Boot 프레임워크를 사용하여 사용자 편의성을 제공하기 위해 Gird System, Data Table, Chart 등의 기능을 활용하여 축구 데이터를 표현한 웹 응용서비스를 개발하였다. Rapid API의 Open REST API 중 하나인 API-FOOTBALL에 액세스하여 국내에서 쉽게 찾아보기 어려운 세계 축구 리그의 순위표, 일정, 팀 및 선수의 세부 정보 데이터를 활용하였다.

This study is aimed to investigate the application of DITA(Defense Information Technical stAndard) on the weapon information systems and defense management information systems in order not only to update the current DITA version 4.0, but also to develop SoS(System of systems) interoperability policy in the armed forces of Korea. For this study, 18 information systems were considered, their development products(System/Sub-system Specification, Technical architecture View, System Interoperability Test and Evaluation products) were reviewed and analysed. As a result of the investigation and analysis, it was found that the 44% of the DITA standard profiles were used for the development of the defense information systems. We conclude that DITA should be updated to be a minimal set so that all the defense information systems should be DITA-compliant. And it should be reviewed periodically to reflect the new information technology.

본 논문에서는 GPS 기능을 활용하여 고독한 현대인들을 위한 함께 식사할 수 있는 모임 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 어플리케이션 사용은 크게 식사 모임의 주최자가 단체 그룹 방을 개설하고, 위치에 따라 함께 식사할 일반 사용자가 해당 그룹 방에 접속하는 방식이다. 그룹 방 입장 후 참여한 사용자는 주최자가 회원가입 시 입력한 카카오톡 SNS ID를 참고하여 식사를 원할 경우 주최자에게 메신저를 발송한다. 또한 그룹 방내에 참여한 사용자들은 GPS 기능을 활용해 수집된 사용자 위치 정보를 바탕으로 사용자 서로간의 위치 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 모임이 진행되는 날의 날씨 정보 제공을 위하여 날씨 API 기능도 함께 활용하여 정보를 제공한다. 이 어플리케이션의 구현으로 최근 1인 가구의 증가로 혼자 식사를 해결하는 혼밥족과 식사 상대가 없어 혼자 식사를 해결하는 현대인들의 외로운 식사 고민을 해결하고자 한다.

In this paper an Investigation into the actual condition of electrical equipments installation & management and check the problem of application to IEC60364 in korea construction by the electrical installation technical regulation. building equipments by the electrical installation technical regulation are almost same TT system but the electrical installation technical regulation does not contact with protective conductor(PE conductor). This study derive a problem and resent the solving method of problem causing does not fully understand of IEC60364, mix electrical installation technical regulation and IEC60364 by the actual condition of electrical equipments installation & management in korea.

Multiple Antenna Technologies such as Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) and Beamforming provide the increase of channel capacity and the reliability of wireless link. To obtain these advantages, WiBro, Mobile WiMAX and $4^{th}$ Generation System are employing multiple antenna technologies. There exist, however, many technical issues in considering the application of the technologies or the providing of services using them. In this paper, various technical topics are discussed and simple solutions are proposed. Beamforming has several technical issues which include coverage imbalance, difficulties in providing Multicast-Broadcast Service (MBS). In Addition, network planning is a critical point from a cell extension and initial network entry point of view. In case of MIMO, network deployment is discussed in that cellular data network such as WiBro has many repeaters. MIMO mode selection for maximizing the cell capacity is also covered.

Intelligent Robot is considered as one of the Next Generation Growth Engine in many countries. The application fields are expected to be widen from 80's robotics for manufacturing to many applications such as military, space, medical, personal, etc. To reduce the R&D investment risk Technical Roadmap is prepared by Japan, Europe and Korea. In this paper, the technical Roadmap of the countries was analysed to get the idea of future of Robotics. Robotics is considered as one of solutions of future aged society. Robot can assist and company with elderly people in the near future. On the other hand, Robot is considered as a core technology of manufacturing competitive power. Industrial competitiveness also would be dependent on robot technology. Special Service robot has many application areas and each country has different target based on the situation. With the comparison of technical roadmap, we have suggested some ideas to improve Korea's roadmap.

본 논문에서는 대용량 푸시 전송을 위한 효율적인 아키텍처를 제안한다. MINA 프레임워크 상에서 XMPP 프로토콜을 이용한 푸시 전송은 세션이 연결된 환경에서 실시간 메시지를 전달하는 기술로 최근 푸시 전송 서버에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 하지만 웹 어플리케이션에서 전송함에 있어 WAS위에 푸시 모듈이 위치함으로 서버의 메모리 사용량이 오버로드 되는 부담을 안고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 아키텍처는 서버를 이중화 하여 WAS와 MINA를 분리시켜 하나의 서버가 감당해야 하는 메모리 사용량을 감소 시키도록 하며 멀티큐와 프록시를 사용하여 대량의 푸시 전송시의 메시지 큐의 병목형상을 해결하고자 한다.

This paper analyze technical review entry criteria and review process based on system property, and review checklist to conform technical review is also showed. The execution of review is determined according to the preparation of review item and identification for risk element. Risk level should be mitigated before technical review by appropriate plan. This paper described the entering condition of technical review for developmental phase, and tailoring consideration for technical review condition. Described technical review entry criteria, review process, and tailoring consideration is applied to development of test equipment for ground ant-air missile system. Applied system specific technical review process, tailored entry condition for test equipment for ground ant-air missile system and review check list is showed and the effectiveness of described system specific technical review process is presented.

The BIM libraries and technical contents in order to develop common technical standards that reflect the contents for a BIM design support should be based. It is essential to redress the technological burden on design office requirements. The technical contents consisted of Material Information, Standard Details and Cost Information are made by system of standard classification. By connecting BIM libraries with each of information including the contents, it derives the consistent BIM data application through the integrated model. In addition, we look forward to introducing and applying BIM more easily through securing common technical contents which remove the pressure of engineering developments of each individual architectural design office and prevent overlapping investments.
