This paper aims to develop an optimized inventory management method for safety critical Instrument and Control (I&C) components. In this regard, the paper focuses on estimating the consumption rate of I&C components using demand forecasting methods. The target component for this paper is the Foxboro SPEC-200 controller. This component was chosen because it has highest consumption rate among the safety critical I&C components in Korean OPR-1000 NPPs. Three analytical methods were chosen in order to develop the demand forecasting methods; Poisson, Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and Bootstrapping. The results show that the GLM gives better accuracy than the other analytical methods. This is because the GLM considers the maintenance level of the component by discriminating between corrective and preventive.

We investigate characteristics of J-aggregation as take advantage of LB technic. In order to confirm the applications possible for the molecular electronic device, the morphological properties of merocyanine dye were investigated by AFM. $\pi$-A curves investigated the surface pressure of the LB film from a liquid to a solid state ranged between 90 and 100 mN/m. We observed aggregation and it's characteristics by using visible reflection spectroscopy. We have observed morphology of merocyanine dye on gold surface by STM. focuses on results obtained in mercocyanide dye of J-aggregation. When LB films of merocyanine dye are mixed with arachidic acid, J-aggregate formation is exhibited. J-aggregate formation has been serving as typical systems in revealing the physical and structural aspects of nano-sized molecular aggregates constructed as muiltilayers.

인터넷 사용자의 폭발적 증가에 따라 전 세계적으로 인터넷 산업 발전을 위한 노력과 경쟁이 더욱 가속화되어 왔고, 최근 급부상하고 있는 인터넷 전화 서비스 기술은 현재의 인터넷 응용서비스 중 최고의 관심 분야로 떠오르고 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 인터넷 전화 서비스에 대한 고찰과 함께 현재의 인터넷 전화 서비스의 문제점을 파악하여, 기술적, 정책적, 요금 및 요금이외의 측면 등 다방면에서 바람직한 인터넷 전화 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

Epidural block is used for surgical analgesia, postoperative pain management, obstetric relief and management of chronic pain. Long-term pain control for chronic pain is achieved by development of epidural catheter placement technic. But long term placement of epidural catheteter has several problems, epidural hematoma, epidural absess and neural damage. We had successfully managed long-term placement of epidural catheter in patient with diabetic neuropathy who was susceptable to infection. The duration of epidural catheter placement was 416 days and specific complication was not occurred.

We introduce a technical approach for reducing three-dimensional infrared (IR) spectroscopic data generated by integral field spectroscopy or slit-scanning observations. The first part of data reduction using IRAF presents a guideline for processing spectral images from long-slit IR spectroscopy. Multichannel image reconstruction, Image Analysis and Display (MIRIAD) is used in the later part to construct and analyze the data cubes which contain spatial and kinematic information of the objects. This technic has been applied to a sample data set of diffuse 2.1218 ${\mu}m$ $H_2$ 1-0 S(1) emission features observed by slit-scanning around Sgr A East in the Galactic center. Details of image processing for the high-dispersion infrared data are described to suggest a sequence of contamination cleaning and distortion correction. Practical solutions for handling data cubes are presented for survey observations with various configurations of slit positioning.

A Technical Manual is the tool that offers a guidance to a maintenance engineer in order to exactly use and maintain of complicated weapon system. Because the modern weapon system are complex and functionality integrated, its quantity is massive. So We spend a lot of money on its publication and suspending recent information. To solve this problem, to reduce a risk of loss and use easily, this study develops the IETM(Interactive Electronic technical manual) which observes the CALS standard. This paper provide the development concept, environment, technic of IETM.

A linearization owing to Oseen originally is performed to study the recirculating Navier-Stokes flows at high Reynolds numbers. The procedure is generalized to produce higher order asymptotic expansion for the flow velocity. We call this the Oseen-type expansion of the given flow. As a concrete example, the velocity of a steady Navier-Stockes flow due to a swimming flexible sheet in two-dimensional infinite strip domain is calculated by an asymptotic expansion technic with two-parameters, the Reynolds number R and the perturbation parameter $\varepsilon$ first and then R secondly. The asymptotic result is up to second order in $\varepsilon$.

최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술의 발전함에 따라 센서기반 시스템이 IT 업계의 큰 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 센서기반시스템을 응용한 스마트 기상 측정 시스템은 기상관측의 중요 인자인 온도를 위치와 고도에 구애받지 않고 실시간으로 측정할 수 있다. 스마트 기상 측정 시스템은 GPS의 위치정보를 송신하는 제어부와 PC의 무선 수신부로 구성되었다. 제어부는 측정기구 본체로서 ATmega2560을 프로세서로 사용하여 온도센서와 GPS를 제어하고, 측정된 정보는 RF 모듈을 통해서 수신부에서 송신부인 PC로 보내서 데이터를 처리할 수 있도록 하였다.

본 논문에서는 저작권 보호를 위하여 칼라 영상에서의 하다마드 변환을 이용한 워터마킹 기법을 제안한다. 하다마드 변환은 간단한 행렬값으로 사용할 수 있고, 고속변환이 가능하여 영상적용에 용이한 변환이다. 제안한 알고리즘은 RGB 영상을 YIQ 영역으로 전환한 후, Y 영상을 $8{\times}8$의 크기를 갖는 블록으로 나누어서 $H_{3}$ 행렬값을 사용하여 하다마드 변환을 한 후, PN-Code를 이용하여 좌표를 결정하여 워터마킹 알고리즘에 의하여 워터마크를 삽입한다. 실험결과 압축이나 이미지 영상처리 공격에 대해서 강인하게 워터마크가 추출되었고, 추출된 워터마크의 왜곡정도가 양호하여 시각적으로인지가 가능하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the latest evidence for interventions involving adolescent newlyweds, and the feasibility of premarital coaching (PMC). Methods: A narrative literature review design carried out through related studies was used for the present literature review. A diverse search from several databases was performed to create a critical appraisal and to develop a more integrated model for the PMC program. Studies that empirical, written in English, peer-reviewed, and published during 2008~2017 were included. Results: Six articles were selected for the review. The principal findings identified three major themes including underage period as a high-risk for marriage, development tasks of the newly married spouse, parenting self-efficacy and the psycho-educational approach of PMC to enhance parenting knowledge, skills, and readiness. Conclusion: It was found that content of PMC as the preparation of underage married couples were formulated based on coaching technic, various spouse and parenting educations, and adjusted based on couples's preferences. Rigorous studies with measurement of long-term retentions are needed.
