KASS (korea augmentation satellite system)는 국제민간항공기구 (ICAO; international civil aviation organization)의 항공통신 관련 국제표준권고 (SARPs Annex 10)에 따른 항공용 서비스 성능이 보장되어야 하는 한국형 SBAS (satellite based augmentation system) 이다. 목표 서비스 성능의 보장을 위해서는 운영 시스템이 안정적으로 동작하고 유지, 관리되어야 하며 이를 위해 유지보수 체계가 확립되어야 한다. 유지보수 관점에서 KASS 하위시스템을 교체유닛 단위로 정의하고 유지보수 조직, 유지보수 절차를 정의하였다. 또한, 유지보수 수행을 위한 교체유닛 단위의 유지보수 임무를 산출하였으며 산출된 임무가 앞서 정의된 교체유닛 단위를 충분히 포괄하는지 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 산출된 유지보수 임무는 2023년 말 본격적인 항공용 서비스 제공 전, 실 운영 준비과정에서 검증될 것이며 지속해서 업데이트될 것이다.

프로젝트 수행시 명확한 업무 프로세스를 정립하고 이의 운영을 평가해 보는 것은 조직의 업무 효율성 향상을 위해 필요하다. 설계사무소 역시 프로젝트 규모의 대형화에 따라 효율적인 프로세스를 적용하여 높은 품질의 성과물을 산출하고 생산성 향상을 추구하는 것이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위한 한 방안으로 본 논문에서는 설계업무 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계를 제안한다. SW 개발업체의 역량 성숙도를 평가하기 위해 개발된 CMMI의 프로세스 평가체계를 벤치마킹하여, 설계 프로젝트에 있어서 업무 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 향후 설계 업무 수행 프로세스 성숙도 평가 체계가 확립된다면, 설계프로젝트의 역량을 높여 설계사무소에는 업무 효율성을, 발주자에게는 만족할만한 품질의 설계 성과물을 가져다 줄 수 있을 것이다.

ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization)는 GNSS (global navigation satellite system)를 이용하는 PBN (performance based navigation) 도입을 권고하였다. 우리나라도 PBN 로드맵을 수립하여 항공분야에서 GNSS를 이용할 수 있는 환경을 갖추려 시도하고 있으며, 2014년 10월 한국형 SBAS (satellite-based augmentation system) 개발을 위해 KASS (Korea augmentation satellite system) 사업을 본격적으로 착수하였다. 항공기가 GNSS를 이용하기 위해서는 수신기와 같은 항법장비를 탑재해야 한다. GNSS 항법장비는 항로, 이륙 도착, 접근 등 비행 단계에서 사용되기 때문에 장비의 규격은 다양하고 각각 별도로 그 기능과 성능을 규정하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 현재까지 제정된 항공용 GNSS 장비 표준안과 규정된 항법장비 및 인터페이스 규격에 대해 분석하여 정리하였다. KASS 개발 구축 시 비행시험 및 비행절차 개발 등 항공용 GNSS 탑재장비 등이 요구되는 곳에 활용성이 있을 것으로 기대한다.

A decrease in pass ratio of Korean exporting pears causes several negative effects including an increase in pesticide dependency. In this study, we attempted to establish the pest forecasting management system, composed of weekly field forecasting by pear farmers, meteorological data obtained by automatic weather station (AWS), newly designed internet web page ($\underline{http://pearpest.jnu.ac.kr/}$) as information collecting and providing ground, and information providing service. The weekly field forecasting information on major pear diseases and pests was collected from the forecasting team composed of five team leaders from each pear exporting complex. Further, an abridged weather information for the prediction of an infestation of major disease (pear scab) and pest (pear psylla and scale species) was obtained from an AWS installed at Bonghwang in Naju City. Such information was then promptly uploaded on the web page and also publicized to the pear famers specializing in export. We hope this pest forecasting management system increases the pass ratio of Korean exporting pears throughout establishment of famer-oriented forecasting, inspiring famers' effort for the prevention and forecasting of diseases and pests occurring at pear orchards.

Many public organizations have been adopting and operating various servers. These servers run on Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems that generally use less than 10% of their capacity. For migrating a public organization to cloud computing, we must first virtualize the server environment. This article proposes a strategy for server virtualization that the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) has done and describes the effects of a public organization migrating to cloud computing. The NIPA Computer Center planned an effective virtualization migration on various servers. This project of virtualization migration was conducted with the existing policy of separate x86 servers and Unix servers. There are three popular approaches to server virtualization: a virtual machine model, a paravirtual machine model, and virtualization at the operating system layer. We selected a VMware solution that uses the virtual machine model. We selected servers for virtualization in the following manner. Servers were chosen that had the highest rate of service usage and CPU usage and had been operating for five years or more. However, we excluded servers that require 80% or greater rates of CPU usage. After adopting the server virtualization technique, we consolidated 32 servers into 3 servers. Virtualization is a technology that can provide benefits in these areas: server consolidation and optimization, infrastructure cost reduction and improved operational flexibility, and implementation of a dual computing environment.

Caring for patients with cancer is highly stimulating and rewarding, attracting health professionals to the field who enjoy the challenge of managing a complex illness. Health professionals often form close bonds with their patients as they confront ongoing disease or treatment impacts, which may be associated with multiple losses involving function and/or eventual loss of life. Ongoing exposure to patient loss, along with a challenging work setting, may pose significant stress and impact health professionals' well-being. The prevalence rates of burnout and compassion fatigue (CF) are significant, yet health professionals have little knowledge on these topics. A 6-week continuing education program consisting of weekly small-group video-conferencing sessions, case-based learning, and an online community of practice was delivered to health care providers providing oncology care. Program content included personal, organization and team-related risk and protective factors associated with CF, grief models, and strategies to mitigate against CF. Content analysis was completed as part of the program evaluation. In total, 189 participants (93% nurses) completed the program, which was associated with significant improvements in confidence and knowledge of CF and strategies to support self and team resilience. Qualitative themes and vignettes from experiences with the program are presented. Key themes included knowledge gaps, a lack of support related to CF and strategies to support resilience, organization-and team-based factors that can inhibit expression about the impacts of clinical work, the health professional as a "person" in caregiving, and the role of personal variables, self-skill practices, and recommendations for education and support for self and teams.

This paper suggests the establishment of construction arbitration tribunal in The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board or the construction arbitration institution under the Ministry of Construction for effective system of Construction Arbitration. Our conclusion tells that it is desirable to establish construction arbitration institution under the Ministry of Construction upon the result of analyzing some factors such as participation of construction workers, sophistication of construction field. In contrast, it is more desirable to establish the construction arbitration tribunal in The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board when we consider the feasibility, sophistication of ADR, organization, rules, arbitrator availability, internationalization Therefore, our final suggestion is to establish construction arbitration tribunal in The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board for effective system of Construction Arbitration. More detailed are as follows: . Establishment of the committee for resolution of construction disputes consisting of experts and specialists from construction-related institution, union, law firm and universities. 1 The committee manages finance, rules on construction arbitration and arbitrator members. 1 Establishment of intermediation team, construction arbitration team, housing arbitration team, real estate arbitration team under the construction arbitration tribunal . Establishment of a committee of arrangements consisting of experts and specialists from The Korean Association of Arbitration Studies, Korea Arbitrators Association, The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, The Construction Association of Korea in order to accomplish effective system for construction arbitration.

Today, the sports teams are in a highly competitive environment where they don't know what may happen in the near future. While the front-runner teams suffer a serious slump, the teams in lower ladder stacks victories. This recent phenomenon proves that no team can secure the sustainable competitive edge over others. This is the time when a complete change of the mindset about the short-term competitive edge is needed. Therefore, we conducted the case study to the short-term competitive edges by selecting OK Savings Bank Rush & Cash volleyball team(hereafter referred to as OK Savings Bank). Thus, we presented the Transient Advantage Wave which describes the five stages of Initiating-Promotion-Utilization-Reconstruction-Withdrawal as a framework for the case study. Finally, we organized the results of the analysis and based on this result, we discussed the significance and the limitation of the short-term competitive edge that the sports team should pursue. This study contributed to the changes in strategies & tactics of various sports teams by suggesting the new strategy called short-term competitive edges that teams should utilize in order to get the best results in the sports league that has the strong quality of Time-based system.

최근 조직내 구성원들의 긍정심리가 성과와 긍정적인 관계가 있다는 연구들이 보고되면서 많은 조직들이 구성원들의 정서를 긍정적으로 유지하고 발전시키려는 노력 해 오고 있다. 이러한 노력의 하나로 기업들은 그동안 개인적인 영역으로 생각되어오던 구성원들의 건강증진을 위한 조직의 체계적인 지원 및 제도 운영의 필요성을 제기하기 시작하였다. 또한 이러한 제도적 지원이 효과적으로 운영되기 위해 리더 역할을 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 리더들의 웰니스리더십과 성과 간의 관계를 검증해 보고 리더행동에 영향을 직접적으로 받는 건강지원조직분위기의 역할에 대해 실증해 보았다. 이를 위해 IT 제조기업을 대상으로 215부의 설문응답을 모아 위계적회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 리더의 웰니스리더십과 구성원들의 지각된 팀성과 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 관계를 확인하였다. 건강지원분위기는 웰니스리더십과 팀성과 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 이러한 실증연구결과를 토대로 경영학적 관점의 실무적 및 학문적 시사점을 논의 하였다.

본 연구에서는 자기효능감과 조직문화가 조직 내의 팀 성과에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 외부변수로는 자기효능감, 조직의 개방성, 공유문화, 경쟁문화를 선정하였으며 지식공유를 매개변수로 선정하였다. 종속변수로는 팀 성과를 선정하여 외생변수 및 매개변수가 종속변수에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 조사 하였다. 데이터는 국내 건설회사에 종사하는 임원진 100명을 대상으로 설문지조사를 통해 수집하였으며 수집된 데이터는 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 자기효능감, 공유문화, 경쟁문화는 지식공유 및 팀 성과에 직 간접적으로 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 조직의 개방성은 지식공유나 팀 성과에 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 지식관리 활동과 업무성과와의 구조적인 관계를 파악하여 효과적인 지식 공유를 위한 전략을 제시하는데 이용될 수 있다.
