데이터마이닝 기법을 활용한 맞춤형 고혈압 사후관리 모형 개발 (A Development of a Tailored Follow up Management Model Using the Data Mining Technique on Hypertension)

  • 본 연구는 국민건강보험공단의 건강검진데이터, 자격 및 보험료 그리고 진료비 데이터를 활용하여 고혈압 관리를 위한 맞춤형 고혈압 사후관리모형(고혈압 진료예측모형 및 고혈압 진료순응도세분화모형)을 개발하고자 하였다. 모형 개발에는 데이터마이닝의 로지스틱 회귀모형, 의사결정나무 그리고 앙상블 모형을 활용하였다. 고혈압 진료예측모형에서는 3가지 모형 중 로지스틱 회귀모형이 가장 우수한 모형으로 채택되었으며, 고혈압 진료순응도세분화모형은 의사결정나무모형을 통해 개발되었다. 본 연구는 전국 규모의 수년간 축적된 자료를 데이터마이닝을 활용함으로써 고혈압의 진료 및 진료순응도에 이르는 고혈압 사후관리 프로세스 전반에 걸친 결과를 도출함으로써 우리나라 고혈압 사후관리체계 구축에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

맞춤형 암성통증관리 개별교육 및 코칭의 효과 (Effects of a Tailored Education and Coaching Program to Enhance Care of Cancer-related Pain)

  • Purpose: The study was to develop a tailored education and coaching program (TECP) for cancer patients, and to identify the effects of TECP on pain severity, daily living impairment, barriers on pain management, self-efficacy, and pain management satisfaction. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was used. Patients referred to an oncology nurse specialist from oncologists for pain management were randomly assigned to TECP (25) or usual education program (UEP, 22). The intervention was offered by educating the method of taking opioid medication, managing opioid-induced side effects, reducing pain misconceptions and enhancing self-efficacy for communicating with a medical team on cancer pain severity, and pain-related impairment. Patients completed questionnaires before the education program and on the next visit 3~4 weeks later. Data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 program using percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, x2 test and independent t-test. Results: At all levels, pain severity improved significantly in the experimental group-worst pain (8.16 to 3.80, p<.001), average pain (6.16 to 2.52 p=.008), and least pain (3.32 to 0.96, p=.038)-but not in the control group. Pain management satisfaction also showed significant differences (t=2.93, p=.005) between experimental (4.70±0.49) and control (4.17±0.73) groups. Interference with daily living, barriers to managing cancer pain, and self-efficacy for managing pain improved in both groups but there were no significant differences. Conclusion: The findings suggest that TECP should be considered for outpatients who need cancer pain management.

중소병원 간호사의 사건보고태도와 환자안전간호활동의 관계에서 환자안전관리 중요성 인식의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Perceptions Regarding the Importance of Patient Safety Management on the Relationship between Incident Reporting Attitudes and Patient Safety Care Activities for Nurses in Small- and Medium-sized General Hospitals)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of perceptions regarding the importance of patient safety management in the relationship between incident reporting attitudes and patient safety care activities for nurses in small-and medium-sized general hospitals. The objective was to provide a basis for planning tailored training programs aimed at improving patient safety care activities. Methods : This study was conducted with 187 participants in small- and medium-sized general hospitals in K city in South Korea from March 15 to March 31, 2019. The data collected from participants were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and a multiple regression using IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 software. Results : Patient safety care activities were found to be correlated with incident reporting attitudes (r=.27, p < .001) and perceptions of the importance of patient safety management (r=.59, p < .001). Further, perceptions of the importance of patient safety management had a complete mediating effect (${\beta}=.409$, p < .001) on the relationship between incident reporting attitudes and patient safety care activities. Conclusion : Based on the findings of this study, tailored training programs regarding patient safety care activities focused on boosting perceptions of the importance of patient safety management are highly recommended to improve nurses' patient safety care activities in small- and medium-sized general hospitals.

소규모 소매유통업체를 위한 ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of ASP Service Model for Small Retailers According to Their Characteristics)

  • The development of POS (Point of Sales) systems for small retailers according to their needs is considered to be important to improve their competitive advantages. However, their financial statuses hinder the adoption of the tailored POS systems. Viewing ASP as a viable solution to provide tailored POS systems for the small retailers, this study develops ASP POS service models for the small retailers. First, this study elicits ASP POS requirements of the small retailers in the following areas: merchandising, pricing, store design and display, customer service, advertising and promotion and personal selling. Then, the requirements are clustered and the clusters are analyzed based on the characteristics of the retailers. Then, ASP service models are proposed according to the needs and profiles of the retailers.

  • Software quality is classified by quality of process and product. In experience of Quality Management, it is known that quality level of product as it depends on goodness and badness of process and organization. As a result, improvement of software process has been important subject. According as this trends, ISO 12207 is publicated as standard of software life cycle process by ISO. For UML based object oriented development process, it is necessary that we should research detailed definition of activity and task of ISO 12207 process which is added, deleted or tailored in according to organization and project characteristics. In this thesis, by according with ISO 12207 software life cycle process, UML based object oriented development process is proposed. This process is composed of 7 steps and 19 activities including development phase, activity and product to improve quality of reliability. Usefulness of object oriented process for improvement of software quality is proved at three ways, which are comparative analysis of process characteristics, SPICE process evaluation and SPICE rick analysis.

쇼핑동기에 따른 편의점 소비자 세분화와 만족 (Segmentation of Convenience Store Consumers by Motivation, and Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study aims to explore the shopping motivations of consumers at South Korean convenience stores and create distinct consumer segments based on these motivations. Additionally, the research seeks to propose tailored marketing strategies for convenience stores by analyzing consumer demographics and satisfaction levels within each segment. Research design, data and methodology: Using factor analysis, we identify three primary shopping motivation factors: "social/leisure," "functional," and "convenience." Subsequently, we use cluster analysis to group convenience store consumers into three categories: the "convenience-seeking group," the "function/convenience-seeking group," and the "multipurpose-seeking group." To gain a deeper understanding of each consumer segment, we investigate how demographic factors relate to their levels of satisfaction. Results: These findings offer valuable insights for adapting to shifting consumer preferences and the increasingly competitive landscape of South Korean convenience stores, especially in the expanding services offered by online businesses. Conclusions: This research emphasizes the significance of developing marketing strategies tailored to address the distinctive needs and preferences of individual consumer segments. These strategies empower convenience stores to establish a competitive advantage in the market.

  • The purpose of the existing work is to inspect the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance. Business experts now appreciate how important knowledge management is for organizational performance. Earlier studies have investigated the research model with causal linkages, however, only a few of them have considered sample-selecting bias problems when analyzing the model of knowledge management on organizational performance. The number of 312 executives related to knowledge management from 312 enterprises that have been approved with quality management systems offered suitable responses for analyses. The data was employed to investigate the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance, considering sample-selecting bias. The empirical outcomes indicate that sample-selecting bias exists in the causal impact of knowledge management on organizational performance. The empirical findings are helpful to scholars of knowledge management as well as business executives by giving an insight into the casual effect of knowledge management on organizational performance with the intervention of sample-selecting bias. The acceptance of knowledge management should be tailored to improve competitive advantages that will lead to better organizational performance.

  • Despite the many advantages of peritoneal dialysis (PD) in children with end-stage renal disease, there exist redoubtable complications of PD that should be overcome. To prevent and manage these complications, a multidisciplinary team should provide support highly tailored for each child and family, based on the standardized practice guidelines for the management of pediatric PD. In this review, we summarize the clinical manifestations and management of several complications of PD.

4차산업혁명시대의 한국품질경영 제안 (Proposal of Korean Quality Management in the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • Purpose: This paper proposes Korean Quality Management that is appropriate for the 4th Industrial Revolution era. Methods: The author reviewed Quality, TQC, CWQC, and TQM. In addition, the author surveyed the actual condition of quality with a particular focus on Korean SMEs. Several research papers were examined and the author proposed Korean Quality Management for the Korean industrial environment. Results: The author identified and outlined the definition, purpose, system and characteristics of Korean Quality Management specifically tailored to the Korean industrial environment. Conclusion: There is still work to demonstrate the effectiveness of applying Korean Quality Management to Korean SMEs. It is expected that continuous improvement of Korean Quality Management will help quality competitiveness in Korean SMEs.

한국의 노동시장 활성화 정책 특성과 취업 성과: 취업지원서비스와 맞춤형 사회서비스 중심 정책의 비교 (Analysis of Labor Market Activation Policy and Its Employment Outcomes: the Effects of Employment and Tailored Social Service Provision)

  • 이 글은 한국의 노동시장 활성화 정책의 특성을 분석하고 취업 성과의 측면에서 주요 정책을 비교하는데 그 목적이 있다. 글로벌 금융위기를 전후로 우리나라에서도 기존의 공공부조 수급자뿐만 아니라 저소득 근로자 집단과 청년 미취업자 등을 대상으로 개별 집단 상담과 사례관리를 통해 맞춤형 취업지원서비스와 사회서비스를 제공하는 활성화 정책이 본격적으로 시행되고 있다. 이러한 활성화 정책은 한편으로는 공공부조 수급에 대한 반대급부로서 프로그램 참여 의무 및 급여 수급권과의 연계를 강화하는 등 참여자에 대한 요구 강화 측면이 두드러지지만, 다른 한편으로는 맞춤형 사례관리를 통해 취업장애요인을 제거하고 일반 노동시장으로의 진입을 촉진하기 위해 여러 가지 서비스 수단을 활용하는 역량 강화 측면도 포함하고 있다. 따라서 활성화 프로그램의 특성이 취업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 활성화 정책 프로그램 전달체계와 정책수단의 효과를 파악할 필요성이 제기된다. 본 논문에서는 취업지원서비스와 맞춤형 사회서비스 제공을 특징으로 하는 활성화 정책의 취업 성과를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 활성화 정책의 어떠한 프로그램 성격과 특징, 정책 수단이 공공부조 수급자와 저소득 근로자 집단의 노동시장 진입에 기여하는지 파악하였다. 더불어 기초생활보장제도 급여 수급자의 탈수급 결정 요인도 분석하였다. 회귀분석 결과에 따르면 취업지원 서비스를 집중적으로 제공하는 활성화 정책은 저소득 근로자 집단뿐만 아니라 자활 참여자 집단에 대해서도 취업을 촉진하는 데 기여하였다. 또한 취업의 질이라는 측면에서도 상대적으로 더 나은 성과를 보여주었다. 그러나 수급자의 탈수급을 유인하는데 있어서는 맞춤형 사회서비스를 집중적으로 제공하는 것이 더욱 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 활성화 정책의 프로그램 전달체계 및 서비스 수단의 개선 방안을 모색하는데 있어 중요한 이론적 정책적 함의를 갖는다.
