This study was carried to devise comprehensive policies for systematically fostering the eligible farmers in Korea based on their vocational developing stages such as potential stage in juvenile days, preparing stage in agricultural schools and colleges, farm worker stage under farm manager, ownership farming stage and professional farm manager stage. Of course all of these developing stages are not necessary but desirable processing to be a good farmer. At least more than two stages are necessary to be a professional farm manager. In order to systematically foster the eligible farmers as many as demanded in Korea, appropriate policies in the every stage should be devised. As the result of this study, several programs were sugested as the appropriate policies such as development of school 4-H program in potential stage, scholarship program in preparing stage, supporting programs for the farmhouse-hold having a family's farm management agreement, development of the instalment savings program for the young farm workers and farmer's certificate program, etc.

The vast majority of the disaster prevention design research in Korea has focused on the macro-level interventions such as examining the existing systems and approaches, instituting revised policies, systematically establishing intervention programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of the interventions. However, little has focused on systematically challenging individuals' awareness using micro-level intervention. The present paper introduces approaches to micro-level intervention by infusing narrative-based simulation, and further suggests the implications on balancing the approaches of both micro-level and macro-level interventions.

The aim of this study is propriety review for underground facility surveying on development area of land for housing and efficient management. Because of integration information administration system construction of the nation and development of information technology, construction of Urban information system(UIS) to manage systematically city space is increasingly necessary We manage systematically attribute information for each lot in the development area of land lot housing that it Is connected with NGIS in order to drive gradual computerization of underground facilities and arrange the base of facility management. Review arrangement methods on development area of land for housing makes it to check safety accident of urban and to leading base of urban information. Thus, this study draw the most suitable way through analysis of driving methods and expectation effect from above facts.

The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze empirical studies on community facilities of apartment in Korea, to find out research streaming and understand social backgrounds. Since the last year when well-being trend was highly interesting, consumers have showed their concern about not only just interior of house but also exterior environment of their houses. This movement has evoked consumers' interests in level and sort of resident's community space. For this study, content analysis was conducted. Article of three registered academic institute published from 1986 to 2006 were units of analysis. Using keyword through library database systems, the articles were systematically selected. 20 cases were used for data analysis. For this study, content analysis was conducted.

In this study, the distribution characteristics of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were investigated on the seasonal basis across spring, summer, and fall during the year of 1998. According to this analysis, most VOC species investigated exhibited strong temporal trends. Over diurnal scale, there distribution characteristics were affected by seasonal factors strongly. While they showed high day/night ratio pattern during spring, the pattern was reversed during fall. When the seasonal mean values were compared between the two seasons, the spring values were systematically higher than their counterparts in most cases. In addition when our VOC measurement date were compared with those reported from elsewhere, we were able to conclude that the VOC levels in the study area are comparable to the level weakly impacted by the regional emissions of VOCs. Although our data are not sufficient enough to systematically explain the atmospheric distribution and behavior of VOCs, the findings of strong correlations among some of VOC species suggests strong need for investigating their interactions in the earth\`s atmosphere.

This paper proposes a new registry model for systematically referencing standards in e-Business field. We have many systems that provide standards and additional information. However, there are several problems such as inefficient standard information, dependency on a standard type, high standard information acquisition cost, no relations between standard information, and so on. In this paper, a new registry model and its prototype implementation are described. The proposed model is defined based on ISO/IEC 11179-Metadata registries, which is one of the international standards for interoperability between data. The proposed model provides an integrated- systematic standard information support, and also considers technology stack and business processes for e-Business systems. This paper develops a prototype for the proposed model and implementation result. Finally, to show the contribution of our proposal, this paper shows the comparative evaluation between previous systems and our proposal with various comparative items.

A renewable energy resource data has the characteristic that its measurement value changes every moment. So the amount of primitive data which is produced by the change of time arevast. Therefore researches are needed for the construction of history database which can save and manage vast amount of history information of renewable energy resource data systematically, the estimation system of renewable energy resources. In this paper, to solve these problems, the estimation method of renewable energy resources is suggested. The method makes it possible to estimate momently changing data of the past systematically.

User authentication is indispensable in computer login and internet banking. Usability as well as security is needed in user authentication software. To develop the software systematically, development process must be defined, and it can result in the improvement of software maturity. In this paper, a process needed to develop user authentication software systematically is proposed from experience of developing visual password input software. This process is composed of 6 phases and 15 activities. It is able to improve usability with its requirement analysis, planning, integration testing, and acceptance testing activity.

Evolutionary operation is a useful tool for improving full-scale manufacturing process by systematically changing the levels of the process variables without jeopardizing the product. This paper presents a system design for the evolutionary operation software called 'evolutionary optimizer'. Evolutionary optimizer consists of four modules: factorial design, many variables, mixture, and mean/dispersion. Context diagram, data flow diagram and entity-relationship modelling are used to systematically design the evolutionary optimizer system.
