Purpose: To synthesize and identify the studies that delineated the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in clinical nurses in Korea. Methods: Electronic databases were searched, including KmBase, KoreaMed. riss4u, National Assembly Digital Library and National Discovery for Science Leaders (NDSL) The search terms included nurse, satisfaction and empowerment. Only papers published in Korean were included. Results: Twelve studies, from 156 references screened, were included the final analysis. All studies were non-experimental and used correlational analysis. A significant positive relationship between structural or psychological empowerment and job satisfaction was found. Older nurses with longer clinical experience and higher education background were more likely to have high level of structural and psychological empowerment and job satisfaction. Conclusion: The study results indicate that to produce an empowering work environment, nurse managers have to create a supportive organizational culture, and provide access to resources and opportunity as well as to strengthen emotional support.

Caring is being rediscovered as a central and unifying concept of the nursing. Traditionally, nursing profession has emphasized spirit and activities of caring. But there is little efforts to study the caring phenomena scientifically and systematically in nursing, and then the concept of caring is still remained unclear and ambiguous. Changes of social, and health care environment are threatening the philosophy and practice of caring, so it is urgent to identify caring more scientifically and to rediscover the nature of nursing discipline. Knowledge of the caring is essential component for the development of nursing as a science and a profession. The first thing to study a concept is thought to be the analysis of the concept. So in this study, concept analysis of caring was performed to clarify the concept of caring as a basis for the study of caring afterward. The approach used for the concept analysis of caring was the approach presented by Walker and Avant. The defining(or critical) attributes of caring identified in this study were (1) a series of activities for helping others, (2) concern and devotion. (3) interpersonal relationship, and (4) scientific and systematic process. The identified antecedents of caring were (1) awareness of other's needs for help, and (2) moral and cognitive motivation for helping others. The identified consequences of caring were (1) healing, (2) satisfaction, and (3) growth. And the consequences of caring were revealed to both of the care giver and the care receiver. The empirical referents of caring could be the behaviors of interpersonal relationship through scientific and systematic process with concern and devotion for others.

Korea has been ranked at the top consecutively in UN e-Government Survey. This fact reflects consistent efforts by public institutes in Korea. However, there were some duplicate efforts and inefficiency in the investment into IS(information systems). In other words, management and decision making on e-government have yet to improved. Accordingly, governmental institutes have long been promoting policies for EA in order to carry out and manage effectively IT projects including the e-Government projects. EA is being regarded as a means to facilitate IT Governance for systematic management of IT projects, A major objective is to firmly establish the decision making process for IS investment through EA, since the each institute is a large organization with so complicated and specialized demand for IS. As a result, systematic decision making is becoming quite difficult. Thus, this study attempts to identify different types of IT investment decision making and to figure out the relationship between the decision types and the organizational performance of public institutes where EA was implemented.

Knowledge Management (KM) is the systematic, explicit, and deliberate building, renewal, and application of knowledge to maximize an enterprise's knowledge-related effectiveness and performance from its knowledge assets. KM applies systematic approaches to find, understand, and use knowledge to create new capabilities, solve problems, enable superior performance, and encourage innovation. The purpose of this research is to identify the relationship of KM capabilities (KM infrastructures and KM processes) and organizational effectiveness and performance. An empirical research of the relationship of knowledge management capabilities and organizational effectiveness and performance is conducted from the information systems and knowledge management literature in order to access the following questions: (1) Does the knowledge management infrastructure contribute to the organizational effectiveness and peformance? (2) Does the knowledge management process contribute to the organizational effectiveness and peformance? The research design employs a mail survey questionnaire for gathering data from 500 firms in a number of industries. From a mail survey of 61 top managers of knowledge management, the results of empirical analyses provide the following major findings: (1) While the external effectiveness of organization is influenced by the cultural infrastructure of knowledge management, the overall performance of organization is influenced by the structural infrastructure of knowledge management. (2) While the external effectiveness of organization is influenced by the application and protection processes of knowledge management, the overall performance of organization is influenced by the knowledge acquisition process of knowledge management.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of empowerment in nurses through a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. 23 studies were collected through a systematic process of using several databases such as NDSL, DBPIA, and KISS. Keywords included 'nurse', 'empowerment', and 'correlation' and the reviewed articles were published from 2002 to 2017. In order to estimate the effect size of correlation between empowerment, 3 variables (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and nursing performance) were considered. Using the R program, meta-analysis was calculated by using random effects model, and effect sizes on three types were estimated. As the result, it was found, first, the effect size of correlation between job satisfaction and empowerment is .50. Second, the effect size of correlation between organizational commitment and empowerment is .45. Third, for the nursing performance and empowerment relationship, the effect of correlation is 0.50. Also, Egger's regression test, fail-safe N, trim-and-fill test, and funnel plot were showed to evaluate the results. These results highlights the need for appropriate policies of the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and nursing performance in nurses.

Economic deprivation of households remains a significant economic issue in the world. Researchers have shown great concern in identifying crucial factors to enhance poor households' socio-economic performance. Therefore, this paper aims to develop a new conceptual framework to investigate the influence of different microfinance services on households' socioeconomic performance using moderated mediation analysis of various crucial factors. Focus-group interviews with managements of the microfinance institution, i.e. Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM), and a systematic literature review were conducted for this purpose, and a new framework for the future study has been developed. The result from focus-group interviews and systematic literature review propose microfinance financial services, training programs, and business coaching as independent factors, whereas household socioeconomic performance as a dependent factor in the proposed model. Specifically, this study provides the direction to scholars to empirically test the direct relationship between financial services and household socioeconomic performance and the indirect relationship between training programs, business coaching, and household socioeconomic performance. Further, microfinance institutions' service efficiency is also included as a moderator that can strengthen microfinance services' effectiveness. The study also provides useful implications for policymakers, financial institutions, households, micro-enterprises, and researchers to better understand microfinance interventions and household economic mechanisms.

This study was attempted to systematically analysis the characteristics and effects of studies that applied animal assisted therapy to elementary students. Literature searches were conducted in 4 domestic academic databases(RISS, KISS, ScienceON, KMBASE). The characteristics of selected 26 studies were individually analyzed and described by publication year, research method, subject characteristics, intervention characteristics, and outcome variables, and the characteristics of the study were systematically summarized. The effect of the assisted therapy was divided into psychological-emotional effect, interpersonal effect, and other effect. Most of the psychological-emotional indicators and interpersonal relationship indicators were found to be effective, and inconsistent results were found for some indicators. It is expected that it can be used as a useful data when conducting assisted therapy studies targeting elementary school students in the future.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to consolidate research trends about the distribution of 'other customer perspective' on 'brand love' and 'brand anthropomorphism', as well as to identify prospective research topics and provide managers with suggestions. Design, data, and technique of research: The purpose of this article is to examine the distribution relationship between brand love and brand anthropomorphism using a systematic review and bibliographic mapping analysis (VOS viewer) using 23 documents from 2014 to 2023. Results: This will be a step in the correct path if brand managers can have a great interaction with their clients by using common anthropomorphism. Yet, a second challenge will be how to anthropomorphize the brand. Moreover, there is nothing simpler than discovering oneself in a brand when there are several pictures, life ethics, sentiments, and experiences that coincide. From a different perspective, the brand sometimes looks to be the ideal model for consumers to identify with, and even fall in love with since it makes them feel close to their significant other. Conclusion: The findings may help companies create a long-term brand strategy and anticipate additional consumer rewards and value. They may also enhance brand-customer theory.

본 연구는 화물 항공사의 이용 공항 변경 및 이전에 대한 유연성과 관련된 선행연구를 문헌연구 중심에서 철저하게 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 화물항공사의 이용 공항의 변경에 영향을 주는 다양한 선택적 요인 및 변수를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 궁극적으로는 국제무역 및 물류에서 항공화물 산업의 변화의 방향과의 상관관계를 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구주제와 관련된 많은 선행연구를 대상으로 systematic process analysis을 통한 개별 상관 요인에 대한 체계적인 분석을 시도하였다. 실시되었다. 세부적으로는 기존의 유사 연구의 분석을 통하여 24개의 요인을 도출하였으며, 이들 요인을 지리적 요인, 제한 요인, 낮은 수준의 품질요인, 높은 비용의 4가지 범주로 재분류 및 정리하였다. 선택되고 분류되어진 요인에 대한 분석을 통하여 화물항공사의 공항 변경의 제한적 요인들 가운데 지리적 요인이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 향후 지속적인 연구의 진행을 위하여 항공화물 항공사들에 대한 설문조사 등을 통한 실증분석 연구를 실시할 것이다.

글로벌 데이터를 사용하여 암 건강정보문해력과 암 조기진단 행위 사이의 관계를 체계적으로 평가하고자 하였다. PRISMA 리뷰 가이드라인에 따라 2021년 1월31일까지 PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, Cochrane Library 4개의 웹 데이터베이스에 발표된 원문을 검색하였으며, 참고문헌 목록을 통해 추가로 검색하였다. 18세 이상의 참여자, 암 건강정보문해력과 암 조기진단 행위를 포함하여 측정하였다. 포함 기준에 충족되는 17건의 원문은 암 건강정보문해력을 측정했고 암 조기진단 행위에는 유방 촬영술, 임상 유방암 검진, Papanicolaou 검사, 대장 내시경 검사, PSA 검진 등이 포함되었다. 그중에 11건의 원문에서 암 건강정보문해력과 암 조기진단 행위 사이는 통계적으로 높은 긍정적인 상관관계를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 추후 연구에서는 암 건강 지식에 대한 효과적인 중재프로그램과 가이드라인을 개발하는 것에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 연구결과를 근거로 암 조기진단율 과 공중 보건 향상을 위해서 암 건강정보문해력과 암 조기진단 행위에 관한 모든 영역으로 연구 범위를 확대하여야 한다.
