Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

The objective of this study was to conduct a systematic review and network meta-analysis to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of various types of acupuncture for menopausal hot flashes (HF). Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were retrieved from 8 electronic databases, and the risk of bias was evaluated for the included studies. Pairwise meta-analysis and network meta-analysis were performed using Review Manager and R software for indirect comparison and ranking, respectively. In total, 23 RCTs (2,302 patients) were eligible for systematic review, of which 10 were included in network meta-analysis. Network meta-analysis showed manual acupuncture (MA) had the highest probability of reducing HF frequency and severity, followed by sham acupuncture (SA), electroacupuncture, usual care, or no treatment; furthermore, warm acupuncture significantly improved menopause-specific quality of life compared with MA or electroacupuncture. Compared with hormone replacement therapy, acupuncture had less efficacy in reducing HF frequency but enhanced menopause-specific quality of life. There was no significant difference between MA and SA in mitigating HF. The existing evidence showed that MA could be used for alleviating menopausal HF. However, it is recommended that more high-quality RCTs should be performed.

네트워크 슬라이싱 (network slicing)은 네트워크 인프라를 여러 개로 분할하는 기술을 의미한다. 네트워크 슬라이싱은 네트워크 분할에 들어가는 물리적 자원을 최소화하면서, 유연한 네트워크 구성을 가능하게 한다. 이러한 이유로 최근 네트워크 슬라이싱 기술은 대규모 네트워크 환경의 효율적인 관리를 위해 5G 환경에 적합한 형태로 개발 및 도입되었다. 하지만, 5G 환경에서의 네트워크 슬라이싱 연구에 대한 체계적인 분석이 이루어지고 있지 않아 해당 기술에 대한 체계적인 분석이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는, 5G 네트워크 환경에서의 네트워크 슬라이싱 기술에 대한 비교 분석을 수행함으로써 해당 기술에 대한 통찰을 제공한다. 본 연구의 비교 분석에서는 체계적인 절차를 통해 5G 환경에서의 네트워크 슬라이싱에 대한 13개의 문헌을 식별하고 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 5G 네트워크를 대상으로 자주 사용되는 3가지 네트워크 슬라이싱 기술인 RAN(radio access network) 슬라이싱, CN(core network) 슬라이싱, E2E(end-to-end) 슬라이딩은 확인하였으며, 이러한 기술은 주로 네트워크 서비스 품질 향상과 네트워크 격리를 달성하기 위해 연구되고 있음을 확인했다. 본 비교 분석 연구 결과는 앞으로의 네트워크 슬라이싱 연구 방향과 활용방안으로서 6G 기술 연구에도 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 판단한다.

Traditional East Asian Medicine (TEAM) prescriptions typically consist of several herbs based on the assumption that the herbs operate synergistically and/or cooperate on several related pathways simultaneously. This is a general concept that is widely accepted in TEAM, but it has not been tested systematically. To check this assumption statistically, we have text mined traditional Korean medicine text the Inje-ji(仁濟志, Collections of benevolent savings), a text that contains more than 5000 herb-cocktail prescriptions. We created herb-pairing network based on herb-herb pairing specificity and performed a systematic network analysis. Herbs were shown to be used selectively with other herbs and not randomly. Moreover, herb pairs were more specifically associated with symptoms than were single herbs. Single herbs and combinations of herbs specifically used for diabetes mellitus were successfully identified. As conclusion, herb-pairings in TEAM are not randomly constructed; instead, each herb was selectively used with other herbs. In terms of statistical significance, herb pairs were more specifically associated with symptoms than were single herbs alone. Collectively, these results suggest that it may be important to understand the interactions among multiple ingredients contained in herb pairs rather than trying to identify a single compound to resolve symptoms.

사회문제의 복잡성과 심각성이 증가함에 따라 지속가능한 방식으로 사회문제를 해결하고자 하는 기업가정신인 사회적 기업가정신에 관한 연구가 급격히 증가했다. 본 연구에서는 경영학 분야의 사회적 기업가정신 연구 동향을 파악하기 위해 체계적 접근 방법인 계량서지학 및 인용 네트워크 분석, 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. SCOPUS 데이터베이스를 활용해 해외의 저명한 경영학 분야 학술지에 게재된 사회적 기업가정신 논문 883편의 키워드를 수집하여 연구 흐름을 파악하였고, 키워드 간의 연결 관계와 시간의 흐름에 따른 변화를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 사회적 기업가정신 연구에 대한 경영학자들의 관심을 파악하고, 연관 개념의 이해를 통한 연구 주제 설정 및 연구 분야 확장에 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

An efficient multi-objective optimization method is presented making use of neural network and a systematic satisficing trade-off method (STOM), in order to simultaneously improve both maneuverability and durability of tire. Objective functions are defined as follows: the sidewall-carcass tension distribution for the former performance while the belt-edge strain energy density for the latter. A back-propagation neural network model approximates the objective functions to reduce the total CPU time required for the sensitivity analysis using finite difference scheme. The satisficing trade-off process between the objective functions showing the remarkably conflicting trends each other is systematically carried out according to our aspiration-level adjustment procedure. The optimization procedure presented is illustrated through the optimum design simulation of a representative automobile tire. The assessment of its numerical merit as well as the optimization results is also presented.

최근, 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)의 도입과 더불어 이를 다양한 목적을 충족시키는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 많은 연구가 진행됨에 따라 연구 경향을 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 하지만 연구의 양이 방대하여 많은 양의 관련 연구 문헌을 조사하는 것은 상당히 어려운 작업이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 중 트위터를 중심으로 관련 연구들을 체계적으로 분석하여 연구의 경향성을 밝힌다. 특히 체계적인 문헌 조사와 분석을 위해 SLR(Systematic Literature Review) 기법을 이용한다. 그리고 국내 연구를 중심으로 243편을 조사 하였다. 다양한 분야의 학문을 살펴보기 위하여 학술 분류 KDC와 기본 연구자들의 관점 그리고 트위터 데이터의 직접 사용 등을 분석차원으로 구성하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 다양한 학문에서 트위터를 분석 하고 있으며 그 방법 또한 단순 설문을 넘어 트위터 데이터를 직접 사용하는 연구가 많았다.

모바일 애플리케이션 서비스 시장의 폭발적으로 성장함에 따라 애플리케이션 서비스를 고객과 개발자 관점에서 분류하는 것이 필요한 실정이다. 그러나 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 체계적 분류에 관한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 네트워크 모듈성 분석을 통하여 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 분류하고 하위 카테고리를 제안하고자 한다. 구글플레이(GooglePlay)를 통해 총 1,607개의 헬스케어 관련 애플리케이션 서비스를 수집한 후 각 애플리케이션 서비스의 설명(description) 텍스트를 활용하여 유사도를 측정하고 이를 바탕으로 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 모듈성 분석을 수행하여 전체 네트워크의 커뮤니티를 탐지한 후, 각 클러스터를 기반으로 서비스 분류법을 도출한다. 이번 연구는 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스를 체계적으로 탐색하고자 하는 고객과 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스의 트렌드를 분석하고자 하는 개발자 모두에게 도움이 되는 서비스 분류에 대한 체계적인 접근방식이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Design factors such as design objects establishment, analysis, synthesis, production, test and evaluation should be educated in a systematic way. Also design ability to reflect practical restrictive conditions such as industrial standards, economic feasibility, environmental impact, aesthetics, safety and reliability, ethical impacts and social impacts should be cultivated. In this paper, we explain the meaning of these terms and propose a systematic engineering design education framework satisfying Korean engineering education accreditation criteria. We also present a simple implementation in information network engineering.
