This study is intended to look into the effect of construction safety supervision system on risk control and reduction. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 114 companies in construction, ordering, contract and management. The overall findings were as follows. The effect of construction safety supervision system on risk control and reduction showed that factors of supervision system, supervision cost and supervision method had a positive effect on risk control and reduction. And their perception of the introduction of safety supervision system in construction sites according to process showed that there was a difference between them according to the field of ordering, contract and supervision. There was the biggest difference between owner and contractor in double supervision system, but no difference between them in the perception of risk reduction. These results show that all ordering, contract and supervision are positively needed for the introduction of construction safety supervision. This means that there is a difference between owner and contractor in the perception of process according to system operation. All companies agree to system improvement by the settlement of safety supervision system for the prevention of safety accidents and safe construction, but the systematic complement of safety supervision is the burden of contractor. And there is a big difference between owner and contractor in the perception of responsibility and concern for cost burden.

The matter of the calculation of the mutual access fee has become one of the hottest issues among service providers and attracted concerns from concerned regulatory authorities. It is essential to conclude a rational and systematic procedure for interconnection costs and charge between fixed and mobile networks. In this paper, I proposed the conversion factor scheme between circuit switched voice and packet switched data service in the domestic CDMA mobile system based on analysis of the rational GSM allocation method of common cost.
Purpose: Recently, the managing customer complaints properly has emerged as key source of competitive advantage in the large distribution industry. Effective customer complaint management helps firms minimize service failures and incense the capability to respond to customer's needs. Despite this importance, the in-depth prior study of a firm's service failures is very limited. Therefore, the actual service failure cases of large discount stores in Korea were analyzed in this study, and the types of service failures that occur at the service interface were identified. Method: Specifically, a total of 48,307 cases of customer complaints that have occurred in the past three years were collected from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2018. Using 7 dimensions of service marketing mix. we have classified and analyzed systematically the service failure cases collected. Results: Among the cases of service failures, 34,921 (72.3%) cases were involved with the product factor, followed by 6,152 (12.7%) cases with person factor and 5,392 (11.2%) cases with process factor. Conclusion: By linking the main causes of service failure with the service marketing mix variables, this research presented a more systematic analytic model and verified by applying it to large domestic distribution company. Understanding the main factors affecting customer complaints n the large distribution industry can provide managers useful information and insight who want to achieve an effective customer complaint management.
Compressed-water-type launching devices convert the force from compressed water into force-launching underwater structures, such as torpedos and autonomous underwater vehicles. In particular, the overpressure wave in the launching tube is a critical design factor for the launching device. This paper presents a simplified formula for simulating overpressure waves in the launching tube of a compressed-water-type launching device. Scaled model experiments were performed to obtain actual measurement data of overpressure waves in a launching tube with varying piston speeds to examine the practical applicability of the simplified formula. The main factor of the simplified formula was estimated using an optimization technique. The time history of the overpressure waves was satisfactorily simulated using the estimated factor values and showed consistency with the measurement data. In addition, the trend of change by the piston speed of the estimated factors was reviewed, and the practical applicability was demonstrated. A systematic study of the factors influencing the overpressure waves in launching tubes will be possible using experimental data for more various conditions and the proposed simplified formula.

The purpose of this study is to propose an objective and rational methodology for the selection of proposed sites far the National Trust(NT), which is the new alterative proposal far the conservation of natural environments destroyed by injudicious land development and economic growth. That is to enforce many analysis for the effective estimation of rare ecological and landscape resources and to propose a model based on estimation and united indicators. Using the estimative model, we apply it to the selection of the proposed site in micro scale and simultaneously offer the basic methodology of effective and systematic land conservation in macro scale. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The results of analysis for the reliability of estimative items and indicators, presented no problem in that the coefficient of reliability was over 0.7. 2) The correlation measure of the estimative indicator indicated that 'succession'and 'regenerating restorability' were highly correlative in the item of plants. Another three items showed a tendency to be alike. 3) The results of factor analysis on the characteristics of indicators, classified plants into four categories including a stable factor. The item of animals was classified as a stable and rare factor. The item of landscape was classified as a physical and mental factor and the environment as a pollutional and conditional factor. 4) The model of estimation created through factor analysis was valid for the approval of the regression model because significant probability was 0.00. When we consider the NT proposed site as a complex body that is composed of diverse natural and manmade resources, certainly the synthetic methodology of estimation is needed. If these studies are carried out, NT sites will be selected more rationally and effectively than at present. Consequently, they have the potential to play a core role of natural ecosystem conservation in Korea.

In the context of sustainability which is understood as equilibrium among three elements; human, space and time, the imbalance within the Seoul metropolitan area hinders its own area or the nation from development. Claims for the balanced development in the area are set up on the premise that there is a locational order of priority among the zones named 'overpopulation suppression', 'growth management' and 'conservation'. Based on the systematic consideration of competitiveness this study adopts the premise as a research hypothesis. Factor scales derived from the factor analysis, a kind of multivariate dependence analysis play an important role in this research process since they are measured by interval-ratio level and can be used for dependent variables in the statistical analysis. The hypothesis test carried out by means of the analysis of variance(ANOVA) concludes that the hypothesis assuming no difference in the competitiveness is rejected but the alternative hypothesis of the locational order mentioned above should be adjusted. Eigenvalues derived from the factor analysis could be used as weights for aggregate factor scales and the scales show that the priority is in the order of growth management - overpopulation suppression - conservation zones. This finding has also a significant implication that the countermeasures to cope with the lowering of the competitiveness resulted from the continuous and absolute restraints should be provided. And strategic approaches which are composed of key factors for each zone are deducted from in-depth review. (1) overpopulation suppression zone; health-welfare, educational base, public service factors, focusing on health-welfare one, (2) growth management zone; public service factor and (3) conservation zone; health-welfare, educational base factors, also focusing on health-welfare one.

This paper shows a reasonable contract power conversion factor, that was made by the systematic and statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated contract power and peak power for the last 5 years of each customer for 461 general customers as to AMR. In this dissertation, it is necessary to analyze the key features and general trend from the investigated data. It made an analysis of the feature parameters, such as average, standard deviation, median, maximum, minimun and thus it was carried by the linear and nonlinear regression analysis. Therefore, this paper compared characteristics for a contract power conversion factor which is applied to estimate contract power with characteristics for a regression model for customers(office, store, hotel, hospital, wedding hall) which maximum utilization factor of transformer is more than 60[%].

Background and objective: Horticultural activity is one of the most basic elements of horticultural therapy, which brings about therapeutic effects for participants through various plant-related activities. The main objective of this study was to verify the results of previous research, which suggested six types of activities from the exploratory factor analysis. Methods: To meet the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was designed to determine the preferences for 6 types of the horticultural therapy activities. The survey was conducted on 703 people from March 7 to June 20, 2019. The data of 674 cases were used into the final analysis, excluding unreliable responses. Descriptive statistics, and reliability analysis were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, and confirmatory factor analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Amos 21. Results: First, horticultural therapy activities were classified into 6 types from the exploratory factor analysis, as conducted in previous research. The confirmatory factor analysis provided that the fit of the final model was satisfactory with χ2 = 1,300.590 (p < .001), RMR = .045, GFI = .876, RMSEA = .062, NFI = .914, TLI = .905, CFI = .914. Conclusion: This result revalidated that the mode with 6 types of horticultural therapy activities from previous research is appropriate criteria for the classification of horticultural activities. The model could be used to design more systematic horticultural therapy programs that meet the needs or circumstances of the subject, or that are suitable for necessary therapeutic intervention methods.

This study aims to find basic data for using the quantitative assessment of the sustainability and establishing the systematic index of the planning for local cities to consider the environmentally sound and sustainable development. The research designs to review professional responding to surveys preceded by separate questionnaires and interviews from book reviews, and suggests to make an assessment model of the sustainability for local cities. The research found consequently as follows. Firstly, the research survey items were decides totally 52, grouped 9 assessmental issues and distributed under 4 assessmental domains for the sustainability from the references of book reviews. Secondly, the research result concentrated on the followings from the professional responding to surveys. 1. A most influent factor is the distribution of animals and plants in a nature domain. The next influent factors are the ratio of mass-transportation systems, the numbers of the species of animals and plants, the acreage of conservative forestry, the numbers of reused water resources, and the usage number of water supply, orderly in the nature domain. 2. A most influent factor is the usage number of synthetic detergents in a pollution domain. The next influent factors are the volume of waste water, the number of registered vehicles, the degree of soil pollution, and the charge of development imposition, orderly in the pollution domain. 3. A most influent factor is the acreage of athletic facilities, in an urban domain. the next influent factors are the acreage of recreational facilities, the number and acreage of cultural assets, the number of cultural facilities, the acreage of landscape conservation area, the charge of cultural asset management, orderly in the urban domain. 4. A most influent factor is the number of waste disposal facilities in a participation domain. The next influent factors are the capacity of reused waste, the usage of synthetic detergents, the ratio of waste water disposal, orderly in the participation domain. 5. A most contributed influent domain to the assessment of the sustainability for local cities is the urban domain. The next influent domains are nature domain, participation domain, and pollution domain, orderly in the contribution of the assessment of the sustainability. But, the pollution domain is little relationship with the sustainability. Therefore, it is clear that the abundant greens and the improved level of culture are dominant influences on the sustainabiligy, as like improving the ratio of roadside trees, the acreage of parks, and enlarging the number of cultural facilities.

Objective: Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) inhibitors are used as a treatment in various immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs). Tuberculosis (TB) risk is reported in several meta-analyses in patients treated with TNF-alpha inhibitors. The purpose of this study is to collect, review, and evaluate the TB risk in TNF-alpha inhibitors according to IMIDs indications and between soluble-receptor TNF-alpha inhibitor and monoclonal-antibody TNF-alpha inhibitors. Methods: A systematic literature search on systematic reviews and meta-analyses was performed in PubMed, MEDLINE, Cochrane library, and EMBASE. We identified meta-analyses that evaluated TB infection risk of TNF-alpha inhibitors in IMIDs patients. Results: Thirteen meta-analyses including 41 study results were included in this umbrella review. IMIDs patients treated with TNF-alpha inhibitors had an increased risk of TB than control group (placebo with or without standard therapy patients) (relative risk ratio (RR) 2.057, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.697 to 2.495). Among them, RA patients with TNF-alpha inhibitors had a higher risk of TB than control group (RR 1.847, 95% CI 1.385 to 2.464), and non-RA patients with TNF-alpha inhibitors had an increased risk of TB (RR 2.236, 95% CI 1.284 to 3.894). In subgroup analysis on TB risk between soluble-receptor TNF-alpha inhibitor and monoclonal-antibody TNF-alpha inhibitors in RA patients, the analysis indicated that monoclonal-antibody TNF-alpha inhibitors had higher risk of TB than soluble-receptor TNF-alpha inhibitor (RR 2.880, 95% CI 1.730 to 4.792). Conclusion: This umbrella review confirms that the risk of TB is significantly increased in TNF-alpha inhibitor treated patients compared to control group.
