This study was carried out to examine that the SamJae Theory(三才思想) was applied for a philosophic background of medical ethics. SamJae theory is not the system of three categories, which is unlike to the meaning of the word 'Sam(三)', but it is the system of two categories with 天(陽) and 地(陰) which are dividing all creations and phenomenons in the universe into two. Nevertheless, the reason why we divide all the universal creations and phenomenons into three, 天, 地 and 人, and also why we give a name 'SamJae' to this theory using the word 'Sam' meaning three, is to emphasize the human free volition that comes from the independent human life in the universe composed of 天(陽) and 地(陰). In other word, the core concept of SamJae theory is not 天(陽) and 地(陰) but 人 which symbolize the independent free volition of human. Therefore, if we try to use SamJae theory as a philosophic background of medical ethics, we can establish a comprehensive theoretical system including the existing ethical theories such as utilitarianism.

It is very important problem that exactly distinguish constitution, in Sasang constitutional Medicine. But, it is careless that discuss the propriety of 'Sasang constitution unchangeability theory(四象體質 不變論)'. The foundation of Sasang constitution unchangeability theory is the sentence in DongUi SuSae BoWon Sa-dan theory(東醫壽世保元 四端論) : "The Organ system of Taeyang(太陽), Taeum(太陰), Soyang (少陽) and Soeum(少陰) is the variation of YinYang(陰陽), is firm nature and is unnecessary agreement. (太少陰陽之臟局 陰陽之變化也 天稟之已定 固無可論)". But, the foundation of Sasang constitution unchangeability theory contradict the theory that Organ system(臟腑) is made by deviation of emotions(joy, anger, sorrow and pleasure :喜怒哀樂) or temperament(性情). Because these emotions is revealed after birth(後天), the deviation of Organs system made by deviation of emotions is not innate, is acquired after birth. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the opinion that Sasang constitution is variable after birth. The conclusion of our study is that Sasang constitution can be variable after birth.

In this paper we discussed a new methodology for Urdu Character Recognition system using Dempster-Shafer theory which can powerfully estimate the similarity ratings between a recognized character and sampling characters in the character database. Recognition of character is done by five probability calculation methods such as (similarity, hamming, linear correlation, cross-correlation, nearest neighbor) with Dempster-Shafer theory of belief functions. The main objective of this paper is to Recognition of Urdu letters and numerals through five similarity and dissimilarity algorithms to find the similarity between the given image and the standard template in the character recognition system. In this paper we develop a method to combine the results of the different distance measurement methods using the Dempster-Shafer theory. This idea enables us to obtain a single precision result. It was observed that the combination of these results ultimately enhanced the success rate.

This paper reviews Grammatical Mapping theory, a recently proposed theoretical paradigm for understanding children's acquisition of syntax, and ventures to apply the theory to the acquisition of semantics. Particularly, we focused on the domain of space, and proposed how children might acquire a unique system of spatial words in their mother tongue. Based on our review of evidence, we propose that there may be universal semantic primitives that serve as foundations of word meanings. We also propose that children must learn their mother tongue's semantic category system of spatial relations, from real time data. Finally, we argue that children's learning of word meanings may involve creation of a theory that makes sense to the child, and that this process of theory creation is possibly guided by universal principles and parameters.

Recently, a Game Shut-down policy, partially limiting the time for the use of online game service, has been implemented in order to protect the youth from the excessive use of games by limiting their access to games in the late hours, based on the serious side effects of online games on the youth. However, the effectiveness of a Game Shut-down policy becomes a social issue. Thus, this study aims to investigate the alternative policies through the levels of the communications suggested by the theory of excellence, for the successful implementation of the policy. As a result of the study, the government and students, the recipient of those policies, need to strengthen their two-way communication in respect of the Game Shut-down policy, breaking from the existing views on the perception. The problem is that the current government's way of the communication for the Game Shut-down policy is one-way and it is aiming at achieving the objectives only. Thus, the communication in this manner will cause the side effect. 'the opportunistic violation of the system in the future', even if the students seemingly accept the system. Two-way communication will enhance the motivation for the voluntary acceptance of the system and lower the motivation for the opportunistic violation of the system. Thus, the government needs to strengthen two-way communication in the future.

We get a theorem which shows the existence of at least four $2{\pi}$-periodic weak solutions for the bifurcation problem of the Hamiltonian system with the superquadratic nonlinearity. We obtain this result by using the variational method, the critical point theory induced from the limit relative category theory.

국가정보통신기반시설을 대상으로 하는 사이버공격이 꾸준히 증가함에 따라, 많은 국가들이 관련정책 및 법제도의 제정과 개정을 통해 국가정보통신기반시설의 보호를 강화하고 있다. 이에 본고는 국가정보통신기반시설 보호체계를 구축하고 있는 미국, 영국, 일본, 독일, 호주 등의 국가를 선정하여, 국가별 국가정보통신기반시설 보호정책의 추진체계를 비교·분석하고자 한다. 국가정보통신기반시설 보호체계를 사이버보안 체계와 비교하고 추진 구조를 분석하고 앨리슨 이론(Allison's theory)과 나카무라&스몰우드 이론(Nakamura & Smallwood's theory)을 수정한 정책모형이론에 근거하여 정책결정과 정책집행의 관점에서 국가별 추진체계모형을 분석하였다. 미국, 일본, 독일, 호주의 정책추진 모형은 정책결정과 정책집행이 모두 국가정보통신기반시설 보호 중심으로 체계화된 체계강화모형이며, 영국, 한국의 정책추진 모형은 보다 정책집행에 초점이 맞춰진 집행중심모형으로 나타났다.

본고는 상수역학(象數易學)과 수학(數學)의 관계에 관한 논문이다. 역학(易學)은 "주역"의 팔괘(八卦)의 상, 음양오행설(陰陽五行說), 자연과학적 지식을 바탕으로 형성된 경학(經學)의 한 학과이다. 한초(漢初)에서 청말(淸末)까지 역학의 발전과 전개에서 상수는 주요한 개념이자 이론으로 자리해왔다. 그리고 이러한 상수역학의 전개에는 수학적 표현체계가 잠재해 있었다. 본고는 진법(進法)과 잉여수(剩餘數), 배수(倍數)와 수열(數列), 구궁도(九宮圖)와 원주솔(圓周率), 비례식(比例式)의 수학적 지식이 상수역학 속에서 어떻게 표현되었는지를 고찰한다. 이들은 역대 역학가들이 "주역"의 연원문제, 괘 효사 해석문제, 우주론의 문제를 논하면서 이용했던 수학적 표현체계들이다. 상수역학은 수학뿐만 아니라 기타 자연과학 즉 천문학, 의학 등과 조응하면서 그 내용을 풍부히 했고, 그 사상을 다양화했다. 상수역학은 이렇게 자연과학의 발전궤적과 함께 자신의 사상과 표현체계를 달리해왔다. 본고는 상수역학이 자연과학과의 조응 속에서 전개 발전 되었다는 전제 속에서 역학의 수학적 표현체계를 개괄한다. 그리고 개괄한 사실들로부터 상수역학이 자연과학과의 조응 속에서 전개 발전한다는 전제를 논증한다.

It is proposed, for fuzzy combustion control system of refuse incinerator to find the relationship between inputs and outputs and to generate rules to control by using rough set theory. It is not easy to find out the corresponding inputs for each output and the control rules with incomplete or imprecise information consisting expert knowledge, process and manipulator values in the field, and operation manual for the given system. Most decision problems can be formulated employing decision table formalism. A decision table on fuzzy combustion control system for refuse incinerator is simplified and produces control(rules). The I/O realtions and the control rules found by rough set theory are compared with the previous result.

From the past until now, political and economic relations among countries have been one of the most important issues among analysts and numerous studies have tried to analyze these relations from different theoretical perspectives. The dynamic system of games has introduced a new modeling method in the game theory. In this study, we use behavioral models (level- k) along with the dynamic system in games to model rational agent behavior. As an application, we study Russia- Norway economic and political relations (1970-2019). The dynamic system in games along with behavioral games theory can be used to predict the players behavior in the future.
