평생교육교수자의 교수역량 강화를 위한 핵심역량개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Core Competencies to Reinforce the Lifelong Education Instructors' Instructive Competencies)

  • The importance on the flow to the lifelong education system has been growing, as the eternal education is in a pivotal position according to the education system all over the world is changing rapidly. In particular, although consolidating instructor competencies for lifelong education have become the subject of conversation, there has not been any clear concept of lifelong education instructors nor of the competencies for those. So this research defined lifelong education instructors who work at various lifelong education facilities, especially those who focus on lectures, and the instructor competencies, and make analysis and deductions what types of competencies are necessary for effective and efficient teaching. For this, the researcher derived the concept of instructors and the instructor competencies for lifelong education through document analysis, and based on that, discovered the instructor competencies for lifelong education by experts review and survey. The result revealed that there were four types of instructor competencies for lifelong education, which were planning, managing, administrating, and supporting and encouraging students. There were searching needs of students, analyzing, and 13 other criteria for planning; managing human resources, materials management, and 7 other for managing; expertise in learning contents and 13 other for administrating; and giving feedback and 3 other for supporting and encouraging students.

전통적 교육이론에 따른 유아교육용 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 설계 방안 (Multimedia Contents Design for Early Childhood Education to Traditional Education Theory)

  • This study investigates design strategies for improving the educational quality of multimedia contents for early childhood education. It emphasizes both traditional education theory and developmental aspects in its exploration of interactive and educational qualitative multimedia contents for early children. Accordingly, for an effective early childhood education, it is necessary to experience of the playful learning for the conception of ideas and the understanding of the social life. Because this study 1) possibility of multimedia contents for early childhood education, 2) computer application method for early childhood education, 3) examines used in the designing of multimedia contents for early childhood education according to traditional education theory. Multimedia early childhood education system is possible to organize information such as test, image, sound and video based on hyperlink system. I use Microsoft's Ms-office and Asymetrix's ToolBook software that are useful for hyperlink and parameter. Multimedia contents and other pages are used by Dynamic Data Exchange(DDE). Therefore multimedia contents for early childhood education is a useful tool for students of early childhood education department, parents, and children.

우리나라 의사양성체제의 관점에서 본 의과대학 교육의 문제점과 개선방향 (Current Issues and Future Considerations in Undergraduate Medical Education from the Perspective of the Korean Medical Doctor Development System)

  • Observation of the current Korean medical education and training system shows that certain negative traits of unchangeable solidification engraft themselves so deeply into the overarching system that they are now hampering the state of the national health welfare. Focusing only on undergraduate medical education, we can point out some glaring side-effects that should be of concern to any stakeholder. For instance, a graduate can legally begin his career as an independent practitioner immediately after passing the licensing exam and return to the old stuck school-year system of 2-year-premedical and 4-year-medical programs where outcome-based and integrated curricula are incomplete and unsatisfactory. In terms of learning opportunities, the balance between patient care and public health, as well as that between in-hospital highly specialized practice and community-based general practice, has worsened. Every stakeholder should be aware of these considerations in order to obtain the insight to forge a new direction. Moreover, our medical schools must prepare our students to take on the global roles of patient care within the Fourth Industrial Revolution, health advocacy for the imminent super-aged society, and education and research in the bio-health industry, by building and applying the concept of academic medicine. We will need to invest more resources, including educational specialists, into the current undergraduate medical education system in order to produce proper outcomes, smart curriculum, innovative methods of teaching and learning, and valid and reliable monitoring and evaluation. The improved quality of undergraduate medical education is the starting point for the success of the national system for public health and medical care as a whole, and therefore its urgency and significance should be emphasized to the public. The medical society should go beyond fixing what is broken and usher in a new era of cooperation and collaboration that invites other health professionals, governmental partners, law-makers, opinion leaders, and the general public in its steps toward the future.

학교 운영을 위한 웹기반 설문 시스템 (A Web-based Survey System for the School Operation)

  • 7차 교육 과정은 학교 운영에 학생, 교사, 학부모와 지역 사회의 요구를 적극 수렴하고 이를 반영할 것을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학교 운영을 효율적으로 하기 위한 웹 설문 시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 웹기반 설문 시스템은 관리자(조사자)와 응답자로 구분하여 설계하고 관리자는 인터넷만 연결되면 설문을 관리하고 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 문항별로 관련된 자료 데이터베이스를 제공하여 별도의 프로그램없이 본 시스템 내에서 실시간으로 설문 작성과 통계처리가 되도록 설계하였다. 본 시스템은 학교의 홈페이지에 한 메뉴로 활용하거나 단독 시스템으로 운영이 가능하여 학교 단위의 설문 조사를 쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있도록 해 준다.

대학 교과과정에서의 ERP교육 방안 (The Approach for ERP Courses into University Curriculum)

  • Based on investigating and analyzing the cases of advanced foreign universities that have already included ERP courses in their education systems, this study proposed the ways of incorporating ERP courses into Korean universities' curriculums in terms of the following three areas: 1) development of ERP courses, 2) establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, 3) continuous evaluation and improvement of ERP education implementation. As reasonable ERP courses, "Introduction to ERP" targeted to educating overall basic concepts in ERP system and business administration, "ERP System Implementation" for fostering business process design and system implementation skills, "ERP Programming" such as ABAP for the purpose of customizing ERP system, and "Strategic Use of ERP" dealing with ERP package selection and implementation methodologies of effective utilization of ERP systems were suggested. Regarding the establishment and maintenance of ERP education environment, single server architecture model that contained both database and application was proposed with the intention of set-up cost saving and maintenance efficiency. As for the evaluation and improvement on ERP education implementation, its methodologies were introduced through analyzing the advanced cases. Finally in addition to the above three areas, critical success factors for effectively launching ERP education in the universities were suggested through reviewing the previous case studies.

Neuro-Fuzzy Control of Inverted Pendulum System for Intelligent Control Education

  • This paper presents implementation of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method. Control performance of the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method for a popular inverted pendulum system is evaluated. The inverted pendulum system is designed and built as an education kit for educational purpose for engineering students. The educational kit is specially used for intelligent control education. Control purpose is to satisfy balancing angle and desired trajectory tracking performance. The adaptive neuro-fuzzy controller has the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy structure. Back-propagation algorithm is used for updating weights in the fuzzy control. Control performances of the inverted pendulum system by PID control method and the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method are compared. Control hardware of a DSP 2812 board is used to achieve the real-time control performance. Experimental studies are conducted to show successful control performances of the inverted pendulum system by the adaptive neuro-fuzzy control method.

  • 현재 추진하고 있는 교육부의 권한이 시·도교육청으로 배분되는 것을 환영하면서도 이것이 오히려 중앙 일개 기관에 집중되어 있던 권한을 현장에 더욱 가까운 지방 17개 기관으로 확대 증폭시키는 것이 되지 않을까 본인은 굉장히 우려하고 있다. 그간 학교교육을 저해하는 중요원인으로 교육부와 교육청이 공히 공동원인 제공자로 기능해 왔다. 교육부의 권한 이양은 기존 교육부의 기능과 역할의 양적 축소와 시·도 교육청 역할과 기능의 양적 확대로 귀결되는 순간 개악이 될 가능성이 높아진다. 학교자치에 대한 법적 장치도 마련되지 않은 현실에서 더욱이 수직적 관료행정 문화의 뿌리가 깊은 우리 교육계 풍토에서 학교자치 원칙을 강조하는 것은 말 뿐인 조치로 끝나거나 시늉내기 수준에서 멈춰버릴 가능성이 농후하다. 따라서 교육부의 권한을 넘겨받을 시·도교육청과 교육감의 권한을 견제할 수 있는 보다 안정적인 장치가 필요하다. 이는 학교자치가 법제화되어도 여전히 요구되는 제도이기도 하다. 따라서 독립적인 교육위원회 부활, 시·도 교육청에 지방교육위원회 설치, 주민참여제도(주민소환제, 주민직접발안제, 주민소송제, 주민투표제, 주민감사청구제도)의 활성화가 필요하다고 생각한다.

GMDSS 도입에 따른 전파통신교육의 개선방안 (A Study on Rational Methods for Education of Radiocommunication complying with the Acceptance of GMDSS)

  • GMDSS(Global Maritime Distress and Safety system) is a new communication system for the distress and safety at sea which is utilizing the recent advancements in satellite communication and positioning system, digital communication system, computer and microelectronic technology, etc., and will completely substitute the current communication system by 1999. Although the improvements of education for producing qualified Radio Operators as well as the establi-shments of policy for accepting the system are required, the educational institutions and relating administ-rations have not yet prepared the rational and concrete schemes on the educational methods and accepting procedures for the system. In this study, as the result of analyzing the GMDSS, courses of training and relating data, the authors suggested principles for improving the course and contents of education and rational schemes for balan-cing the demand and supply of Radio Operators. The authors expect not only the consequences of this study can be utilized as reference materials for the instruction to ratio communication in the organs of education but also that the following effects can be obtained by the study. 1. Security of distress and safety communication system at sea by the establishment of relating regula-tions. 2. Rationalization of the management of radio communication at sea and improvement of the communi-cation system on the vessel. 3. Upgrading the quality of Radio Operators and presenting schemes for current qualified persons. 4. Activation of industry producing radio instruments. 5. Balance of the demand and supply of Radio Operators and development of shipping industry.

웹 기반 가상학습 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Development of a Web-based education system)

  • 가상학습을 지원하는 시스템은 경제적인 면과 운용의 편의성 및 효율성, 기능성을 고려하여 개발되어야한다. 또한 구성주의적 접근을 통한 시스템의 설계는 구성요소간 상호작용의 증대를 통해 사용자와 관리자의 편의성을 높일 수 있다. 가상학습 시스템 개발에서 편의성과 안정성, 경제성리 확보는 중요한 요소이며 이를 위해 가상학습의 각 구성요소의 관점을 고려한 체계적인 설계가 요구되며 다양한 설치 및 개발 환경에서 플랫폼에 독립적인 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 구성주의적 관점 중에서 상호작용에 중점을 둔 접근을 통해 플랫폼에 독립적인 가상학습 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 편의성 및 효율성을 분석하고 검증하였다. 개발한 시스템은 구성요소간의 상호작용과 객체를 기반으로 모듈로 설계하였고 APM을 기반으로 플랫폼 독립적인 개발을 통하여 이식성과 경제성을 향상시켜 가상학습 시스템의 개발 및 운영에 대한 비용과 노력의 절감을 가져올 수 있도록 하였다.

수평적사고력 함양을 위한 웹 토론학습시스템 개발 (A Development of Web Based Debate Learning System for Lateral Thinking Cultivation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 효과적인 토론학습을 위한 여섯색깔사고모자 기반의 웹 토론학습시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 구체적인 연구과제는 첫째, 여섯색깔사고모자 기법을 적용한 웹 기반 토론학습시스템을 위한 설계전략 도출, 둘째, 웹 토론학습시스템의 개발 모형 도출, 셋째, 여섯색깔사고모자 기반의 웹 토론학습 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구의 연구방법은 교육공학전문가와 현장교육전문가로 구성된 포커스그룹인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 삼각검증법과 팀 구성원 상호점검을 통하여 최종 시스템이 수정 개발되었다. 본 연구의 결과 개발된 시스템은 1) 역동적인 상호작용 제공 2) 토론의 시공간의 한계 극복 3) 실생활과 관련된 주제를 통한 발전된 토론 과정의 구축 4) 다양하고 효과적인 토론 진행을 위한 과정 설계 등에 유용한 시스템이 될 것이다.
