본 논문은 강원도지역의 e-비즈니스 수준을 업종별, 매출액별, 종업원 인원별로 전국과 비교하여 평가하였고, 전국 조사의 연구 프레임웍에 따라서 e-비즈니스의 현황과 문제점을 e-비즈니스 환경, 인프라, 프로세스, 수행인력, 효과로 나누어서 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 강원도 지역의 열악한 기업의 수준을 재확인할 수 있었으며, 강원도 지역의 e-비즈니스를 활성화하기 위해서는 정부, 강원도, 대기업과 중소기업의 각 추진 주체들의 역할 분담과 협력이 중요하다. 강원도와 각 시군의 지자체는 지역기업의 구심점으로서의 역할을 담당하여, 중앙정부의 지원정책을 내실있게 시행하여야 하며, 각 지자체의 특성을 고려하여 특색있는 e-비즈니스의 환경 조성을 위해 정책지원과 산학협력을 유도하여야 한다. 보다 구체적으로는 강원도 지역기업의 e-비즈니스 추진 인프라를 확충하고 전자상거래 교육 및 홍보활동을 강화하여야 하며, 현재 지역별로 운영되고 있는 전자상거래 지원센터에 대한 지원과 활용도를 높여야 할 것이다. 또한 강원도의 열악한 입지 구조상 소규모의 소호창업 활동이 적극적으로 지원하는 것이 바람직하다. 그리고 지역기업의 자체 기술력 향상을 위해 강원도의 전자상거래 관련 기술에 대한 정책적 비중이 제고되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 백화점을 대상으로 상품이미지, 점포환경이미지, 판매원서비스이미지, 촉진활동이미지, 물리적시설이미지, 사후서비스이미지 등 점포이미지 구성요인과 인지적만족, 감정적만족 및 충성도 간의 경로상의 관계를 검증하고 만족의 역할을 확인하였다. 분석결과, 선행연구에서 점포이미지가 충성도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치거나 혹은 만족을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미친다고 하였지만 본 연구에서는 점포이미지 구성요인에 따라서 인지적만족, 감정적만족, 충성도에 각기 다르게 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 즉 상품이미지와 물리적시설이미지는 인지적만족에, 판매원서비스이미지와 사후서비스이미지는 감정적만족에 그리고 촉진활동이미지는 두 변수 모두에게 영향을 주었으며, 점포환경이미지는 직접적으로 충성도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 판매원서비스이미지, 촉진활동이미지 및 사후서비스이미지 등 서비스와 관련된 점포이미지는 감정적만족를 매개하여 충성도를 구축하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 고객에게 점포이미지를 형성하여 충성도를 가져오기 위해서는 점포이미지 구성요소를 기능적속성과 심리적속성으로 분리하여 만족을 유도하여야 하며 궁극적으로 충성도를 형성하는 변수들을 중심으로 점포이미지를 형성해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the grandmothers' role performance toward their grandchildren in the elementary school between working and nonworking mother families. The subjects were 274 grandparent-grandchild pairs. The structured questionnaires, from both grandmothers and grandchildren were collected in 2001. Using statistical techniques such as factor analysis, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis, the major findings were as fellows: 1) The level of the grandmothers' role performance is moderate in general. However, the grandmothers in working mother families perform surrogate mother roles more strongly than the grandmothers in nonworking mother families.2) While contact between grandmother and grandchild is associated with the grandmother's role performance in working mother families, the grandmother's age and the closeness between grandmother and mother are related to the level of the grandmother's role performance in nonworking mother families. In conclusion, the grandmothers' role performance in working mother families was found to be more important in the supporting system than in nonworking mother families.

This paper presents a method to analyze the unbalance response of a high speed polygon mirror scanner motor supported by sintered bearing and flexible supporting structures by using the finite element method and the mode superposition method. The appropriate finite element equations for polygon mirror are described by rotating annular sector element using Kirchhoff plate theory and von Karman non-linear strain, and its rigid body motion is also considered. The rotating components except for the polygon mirror are modeled by Timoshenko beam element including the gyroscopic effect. The flexible supporting structures are modeled by using a 4-node tetrahedron element and 4-node shell element with rotational degrees of freedom. Finite element equations of each component of the polygon mirror scanner motor and the flexible supporting structures are consistently derived by satisfying the geometric compatibility in the internal boundary between each component. The rigid link constraints are also imposed at the interface area between sleeve and sintered bearing to describe the physical motion at this interface. A global matrix equation obtained by assembling the finite element equations of each substructure is transformed to a state-space matrix-vector equation, and both damped natural frequencies and modal damping ratios are calculated by solving the associated eigenvalue problem by using the restarted Arnoldi iteration method. Unbalance responses in time and frequency domain are performed by superposing the eigenvalues and eigenvectors from the free vibration analysis. The validity of the proposed method is verified by comparing the simulated unbalance response with the experimental results. This research also shows that the flexibility of supporting structures plays an important role in determining the unbalance response of the polygon mirror scanner motor.

본 연구는 Q방법론을 활용하여 고등교육기관인 대학에서 이루어지고 있는 장애학생의 취업지원에 관하여 다양한 이해관계를 가진 사람들이 갖는 주관적인 인식을 유형화하고, 이러한 인식 유형별 특성을 바탕으로 장애대학생 취업 지원을 위한 정책적 시사점을 찾고자 하는데 있다. 대학의 장애학생 취업지원에 관한 인식 연구 결과, 외부의존형(제1유형), 장애친화형(제2유형), 수요맞춤형(제3유형), 그리고 내부역할강조형(제4유형) 등 네 가지 유형으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 대학 차원의 장애학생 취업에 대한 관심과 의지를 바탕으로 취업지원센터를 비롯한 기존 대학 내 취업지원 체계를 장애학생의 수요에 맞는 장애친화적인 인프라로 재구축해야 하며, 여기에 더하여 장애학생을 채용하는 산업체와의 긴밀한 취업연계체계 구축과 정부 차원의 장애인 일자리 창출이라는 정책당국의 노력이 병행될 때 장애학생의 성공적인 노동시장 진입을 기대할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

마을공동체미디어는 마을의 구성 복원과 마을 주민의 소통을 위해 주민들이 주체가 되어 운영되는 공동체미디어이다. 공동체내의 소통구조 활성화와 마을 공동체의 발전을 위한 역할로써 마을 미디어에 대한 학계의 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이 연구는 다양한 형태로 운영되고 있는 마을미디어의 운영현황을 분석하고 운영주체들의 성격과 활동의 특성 등을 통해서 활성화 방안들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상으로는 광주광역시 마을미디어를 분석하였다. 연구방법은 마을미디어 활동가, 종사자, 자원봉사자들에 대한 심층인터뷰를 통해서 마을미디어의 특성과 문제점 및 애로점과 활성화 방안 등을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 광주광역시 마을미디어들은 공모사업을 통해서 재원을 마련하고 다양한 매체들을 활용하였고 주민참여를 확대하고자 하였으며 공간 확보는 활동에 영향을 미쳤다. 활성화 방안으로는 행정적 제도적 지원을 지적하였고 정책적인 관심과 활동가에 대한 제작실비의 지원을 제기하였다. 지속적인 교육의 필요성도 제시하였다. 마을미디어 활성화를 위해서는 관심의 전환과 지원의 필요성을 강조하였다.

In industries that are operating various enterprise systems, new systems are integrated and operated in accordance with each period. In particular, when a new system is to be integrated, one of the major considerations is the single sign-on part for integrating and operating the authentication. To implement this authority system using role-based access control method, an extension method for access control method is needed. Therefore, in this paper, we design an extended role-based access control model for interworking with legacy authority system and provide its APIs. The extended role-based access control model is a model in which external authority information, which holds authority information in the authority information, is added. And we describe operations that the REST Web APIs are based on these models. In this paper, the method is described in the back-end APIs and can be implemented as an operation of an extended role-based access control system based on the method.

Based on the stability criteria of ZMP (Zero Moment Point), this paper proposes an adjusting algorithm that modifies walking trajectory of a bipedal robot for stable walking by analyzing ZMP trajectory of it. In order to maintain walking balance of the bipedal robot, ZMP should be located within a supporting polygon that is determined by the foot supporting area with stability margin. Initially tilting imposed to the trajectory of the upper body is proposed to transfer ZMP of the given walking trajectory into the stable region for the minimum stability. A neural network method is also proposed for the stable walking trajectory of the biped robot. It uses backpropagation learning with angles and angular velocities of all joints with tilting to get the improved walking trajectory. By applying the optimized walking trajectory that is obtained with the neural network model, the ZMP trajectory of the bipedal robot is certainly located within a stable area of the supporting polygon. Experimental results show that the optimally learned trajectory with neural network gives more stability even though the tilting of the pelvic joint has a great role for walking stability.

The purpose of this study is to develop the order communication system for Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) which can support prescribing decisions and provide the toxicological information. The relative vulnerability of the infrastructure of TKM has made us start the study. We carried out the benchmarking for TKM charting solution firstly, and then designed the intelligent search and supporting method for prescription decisions. We developed of the medical herbs database and the web-based order communication program which can be used in medical field actually. This system supplies a various functions to oriental medical doctors such as management for prescription history, search for herb's effects, generating prescriptions, inventory management, alerting of toxicity and taboo, guideline for taking medicine, and so on. The design and implementation process has been described in this research. We expect that this system will play an important role in electronic medical record(EMR) or electronic health record(EHR) binding diagnosis and management functions.

The development of information technology got rid of much restriction on time and space, inviting earlier knowledge based society. The growing e-commerce based on internet alters the existing way of management in business groups and countries to one based on e-business. Especially, neighboring Far-East Asia countries are on the way of increasing their interest and efforts on e-commerce. Also they continue to give support to e-commerce and explore the way to North-East Asia e-Hub, on the government level. Against this backdrop, this study tried to review the current status and supporting system of e-commerce in 6 North-East Asia countries(South Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore), as a preliminary work for building the base of e-commerce and spurring the economic cooperation through e-commerce in North-East Asia region. I expect that this review would do the role of basic material for exploring and prospecting Korea's possibility as the North-East Asia e-Hub.
