The application of LCC-techniques is being introduced at the on-going procurement programs of various techniques. LCC-techniques have the common characteristic that all are designed to motivate contractors to design, manufacture and deliver equipment with lower life cycle costs. You may believe that savings may be in the acquisition cost component of life cycle costs. However, primary emphasis is generally on reducing and controlling operating and support costs by transferring more responsibility to the contractor for equipment operating and support cost performance. It has been found that life cycle cost procurement provisions must be individually tailored to each program. In this study, the currently identified LCC procurement techniques including a variety of LCC incentive provisions are introduced. Moreover, verification method, a procedural issue and incentive to application of LCC-techniques are examined.

The purpose of this study is to examme the foreign and korean child care service. and to provide the political proposal for employ of working wives and enhancement of home welfare. Our society should support the child care service to be provided a variety of service by child care staff. and should promote the administration and direction in child care center and service. Most of all. societal support, administration and direction should be the same in home-based care and center-based care.

Access networks connected in B3G networks provide its property network service. Hence, though mobile users may utilize only a network service from an access network, they can also use variety of network services from several access networks for their service satisfaction. To support heterogeneous changeable network service in access networks, the mobile terminal must implement heterogeneous system techniques so that it is able to change the network service by ISHO (Inter-System Handover) In this paper, we present the ISHO condition by the policy-based framework in B3G networks. Also, we propose an ISHO scheme to control network resources for the QoS management of a mobile session between UMTS and WLAN access networks. To support the QoS management, the proposed scheme is that it will be implemented before the resource exhaustion occurs to effect network performances.

Video information is an important component of multimedia system such as Digital Library. World-Wide Web(WWW) and Video-On-Demand(VOD) service system. It can support various types of information because of including audio-visual, spatial-temporal and semantics information. In addition, it requires the ability of retrieving the specific scene of video instead of entire retrieval of video document. Therefore, so as to support a variety of retrieval, this paper models metadata using video document structure information that consists of hierarchical structure, and designs database schema that can manipulate video document.

In the field of computer graphics, rendering speed is one of the most important factors. Contemporary rendering is performed using 3D graphics systems with windowing system support. Since typical graphics systems, including OpenGL and the DirectX library, focus on the variety of graphics rendering features, the rendering process itself consists of many complicated operations. In contrast, early computer systems used direct manipulation of computer graphics hardware, and achieved simple and efficient graphics handling operations. We suggest an alternative method of accelerated 2D and 3D graphics output, based on directly accessing modern GPU hardware using the direct rendering manager (DRM) system. On the basis of this DRM support, we exchange the graphics instructions and graphics data directly, and achieve better performance than full 3D graphics systems. We present a prototype system for providing a set of simple 2D and 3D graphics primitives. Experimental results and their screen shots are included.

The purpose of this study is to understand the relation among health condition of physicalness, psychology and society, family support, and self-integration in age group of old people and to analysis if there are any mediated effect of family support in relationship between health condition and self-integration. For that, the survey was conducted people aged 65 or older living in B city. First, the levels of heath condition of physicalness, psychology and society, and self-integration in 'old people aged between 65 and 74' were high, the level was getting lower in the oldest aged. Second, for the aged groups between 65 and 74, and aged group between 75 and 84, health condition of society and psychology influenced meaningfully with a factor of self-integration, and for the people aged 85 or older, health condition of society and psychology influenced meaningfully. Third, all aged groups had the mediated effect of family support through self-integration in heath condition. Therefore, health promotion for the elderly age group according to a variety of family support intervention and self-integrated sense of improvement in the system by age category providing differentiated services and social assistance strategy is necessary.

For analyzing seismic performance of long-span bridge for multi-support excitation and preparing technically and efficiently for a variety of design demands, the new module on multiple excitation was built in a reliable non-linear analysis program(RCAHEST) by using Influence Line Method, and the study on structures was performed previously. Also, the result of the analysis through RCAHEST was compared and verified with commercial finite element analysis program SAP2000 by using the feature of Multi-Support Excitation. From these results, nonlinear time history analysis considering multi-support excitation was studied after designing FE model of Incheon cable-stayed bridge. It was proved that the maximum response of horizontal displacement decreased as the time delay was increasing at all nodes of bridge. And then the serviceability of analysis model was evaluated by performing ultimate analysis under changes in maximum acceleration of seismic load data.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the association of family support, self-efficacy, health literacy and perceived health status with health-promoting behavior (HPB) in married immigrant women. Methods: A cross-sectional based survey was conducted to collect data from married immigrant women living in Gyeongsang province. Questionnaires included Health promoting lifestyle profile II, General self - efficacy scale, Korean Health literacy assessment and perceived health status. Results: 157 subjects participated in the study (mean age, $30.47{\pm}6.83$). Their duration of living in Korea was $63.05{\pm}50.11$ months. Of the participants, 59.2% were Vietnamese. The level of HPB, perceived health status, health literacy, support of family and self-efficacy were $2.58{\pm}0.42$, $3.39{\pm}0.86$, $25.12{\pm}20.99$, $3.83{\pm}0.70$ and $3.61{\pm}0.53$ respectively. Factors affecting the HPB of the participants were support from family (${\beta}=.45$, p<.001) and self-efficacy (${\beta}=.16$, p<.05). The explanatory power of these two variables was 34.2%. Conclusion: This study suggests that the factors influencing the HPB of married immigrant women include support from family and self-efficacy. A variety of programs should be provided for families so that they can support those women to help them increase their HPB. It is recommended that more various programs be provided to increase their self- efficacy.

Background: The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of resilience and social support to analyze that call center consultants' emotional labor impacts on the burnout. Methods: A survey questionnaire was conducted to people who work at call center in Gwangju and Deagu. The data from 444 were analyzed. Results: The result from the hierarchical multiple regression is as follows. First, deep acting decreased burnout, but surface acting of emotional labor increased burnout. Also, frequency of emotion display, variety of emotion required to be expressed and attentiveness to required display rules increased burnout. Second, Resilience had moderating effect between deep acting and burnout. Third, the moderate effect of interaction of social support from leader with surface action was found at burnout. Also, moderating effect of social support from leader were shown in frequency of emotion display with burnout and attentiveness to required display rules with burnout. Fourth, social support from colleague did not have buffering effect on emotional labor and burnout. Conclusions: It is expected that the moderator variables identified in this study can be used for prevention and treatment of burnout caused by emotional labor.

The physical therapist's participation in community based rehabilitation(CBR) is necessary, in a variety of ways, to ensure the disabled quality service. Although CBR needs the Physical Therapist's help, participation is limited due to unstable CBR policy, and because there is a lack of financial support, skilled Physical Therapist's are usually not hired. Physical Therapist's themselves do not seem to completely understand this. The experts active participation is needed for effective rehabilitation service. Therefore, the trained Physical Therspist's participation is absoutely necessary is CBR policy if it is even to provide completely effective service.
