강박스거더 지점부 다이아프램 맨홀의 보강방법에 따른 거동 (Behaviors According to the Reinforcing Method of the Support Diaphragm Manhole in Steel Box Girder Bridge)

  • 강박스거더교 다이아프램의 맨홀은 지금까지 경험적으로 설계하여, 강교제작에 과도한 비용을 유발시키는 한 요인이 되고 있다. 다이아프램 맨홀 제작의 경제성과 효율성을 제고시키기 위해서는 다이아프램 맨홀부의 정확한 거동분석을 통한 검토가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 강상자형교 지점부의 다이아프램 맨홀의 거동 분석을 위해 현장실측과 구조해석이 수행되었다. 여러 가지 맨홀 형상들에 대한 상세 구조해석을 통하여, 강박스거더교의 지점부 다이아프램 맨홀의 적절한 보강방법에 대하여 제안하였다.

  • A study is carried out to evaluate the stresses for steel box girder support diaphragm using finite elements method. This study includes the stress characteristic compared with experimental method for diaphragm design. The results from the finite elements method are compare with the results from experimental investigations and shown to give good agreement. The shear stresses were generally uniformed in the outer plane. increased rapidly above the bearing. The horizontal direct stresses were generally low except in the vicinity of the bearing and opening comer where a local increase in compressive stresses occured.

  • Recently, the box-girder bridge became quite popular because of the effectiveness of the box section against torsional deformation, and the finite element method has been one of the powerful and versatile method for obtaining the solution of box-girder bridge. The finite element method is used to solve a box girder which is built up with flat plates such as flanges, webs and diaphragm, and box girder is idealized by 8-nodes 2-dimensional isoparmetric finite element. To investigate the stress of diaphragm, substructure analysis is performed with two Parameters which are the location of support and slope of web.

  • The research was conducted to investigate the effects of intermediate diaphragm in concrete girder bridge. The analytical variables consisted of various types(reinforced concrete and steel) and locations of intermediate diaphragm, slab thickness, girder spacing etc. Finite element analyses of the bridge model assuming simply support condition. The Vertical load distribution was determined to be essentially independent of type and location of intermediate diaphragms. Also, it is found that the practical design of intermediate diaphragm may be revised.

  • 본 연구에서는 다이아프램이 설치된 하이브리드 로켓 모터에서 발생하는 큰 압력진동의 가진 요인을 분석하였다. 다이아프램 유 무와 다이아프램 직경, 산화제 유량, 연료 길이 등의 다양한 실험조건을 고려하여 하이브리드 로켓 모터 추진시험을 수행하였고, 하이브리드 로켓 모터 가시화 장치를 이용하여 다이아프램이 삽입된 연소기의 내부 연소장을 가시화 하였다. 이러한 실험을 통해 주요 연소실 압력 가진 요인은 hole-tone인 것으로 판단되고, hole-tone 모델로 예측한 주파수와 추진 시험을 통해 획득한 주요 압력진동 주파수가 잘 일치함을 확인하였다.

  • 사회적 환경에 따른 교량의 장대화와 단순화의 추세로 인해 구조적 시스템과 생명주기에서 교량 건설의 경제적 효율성이 증대되고 있다. 강교 제작의 경제성과 효율성을 위해 시공 전 상세한 구조해석이 실시되어져야 하며 특히 강상자형교에서는 지점부 다이아프램과 수직보강재가 초점이 되는 주요 부재중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 강상자형교를 시공하거나 확장, 보수하는 과정에서 일어나는 추가 사하중에 대하여 지점부의 다이아프램 거동 분석을 위해 실측과 구조해석을 통시에 수행하여 다이아프램부 응력 분배 거동을 분석하고 다이아프램 수각보강 재의 적절한 길이를 제안하고자 하였다.

Research on rib-to-diaphragm welded connection by means of hot spot stress approach

  • The cutout hole locating at the place of rib-to-diaphragm welded connection is adopted to minimize the restraint, which is caused by the floor-beam web to rib rotation at the support due to the unsymmetrical loads in orthotropic deck. In practice, an inevitable problem is that there is a large number of welding joint's cracks formed at the edge of cutout hole. In this study, a comparative experiment is carried out with two types of cutout hole, the circular arc transition and the vertical transition. The fatigue life estimation of specimens is investigated with the application of the structural hot spot stress approach by finite element analyses. The results are compared with the ones of the fatigue tests which are carried out on these full-scale specimens. Factors affecting the stress range are also studied.

상대압 용량성 압력센서의 제작 (Fabrication of Relative-type Capacitive Pressure Sensor)

  • This paper describes fabrication of relative type capacitive pressure sensor to be in great demand for many fields. The fabricated sensor consists of two parts` a sensing diaphragm and a pyrox glass cover. The sensor size is 4.5${\times}3.4mm$^{2})$ and 400$\mu$m thick. To improve the nonlinearity, this sensor is designed a rectangular silicon diaphragm with a center boss structure, and in order to improve the temperature characteristics of the sensor in a packaging process, the sensing element is mounted on the pyrex glass support. Some suggestions toward the design and fabrication of improved sensors have been presented. The zero pressure capacitance, Co of sensor is 26.57pF, and the change of capacitance, ${\Delta}$C is 1.55pF from 0Kgf/Cm$^{2}$ to 1Kgf/Cm$^{2}$ at room temperature. The nonlinearity of the sensor output with center boss diaphragm is 1.29%F.S., and thermal zero shift and thermal sensitivity shift is less than 1.43%F.S./$^{\circ}C$and 0.14% F.S./$^{\circ}C$, respectively.

이순신대교 앵커리지 설계-시공사례 (The Design and Construction of the Anchorage of Yi Sun-Sin Grand Bridge)

  • The Yi Sun-Sin grand bridge is the suspension bridge which connects Myodo and Gwangyang. It is over the main navigation channel of Gwangyang Harbor. South anchorage(AN1, Myodo side) of the bridge is designed as rock anchored type. It sustains using the resistance of the underground rock's mass in Myodo. As this type of anchorage can minimize the exposure of the structure, It is economically efficient and environmentally friendly. North anchorage (AN2, Gwangyang side) is designed as the gravity type. This anchorage is 68 meters in diameter and use its own weight to support. Instead of normal rectangular diaphragm wall, the circular shape diaphragm wall is adopted to the north anchorage. It doesn't need to use internal temporary facilities, so it can significantly improve the constructability of the structure.

선천성 횡격막 무발육증 수술치험 1례 (Congenital Agenesis of Left Diaphragm: Surgical Repair - Report of a Case -)

  • Agenesis of the hemidiaphragm is unusual congenital anomaly associated with a high mortality. A case of congenital agenesis of left diaphragm was experienced in 22-day old male patient who was dyspneic and cyanotic on admission. Emergency exploration through the left eight interspace thoracotomy showed complete agenesis of the left diaphragm. The stomach and transverse colon covered with peritoneal sac was partially herniated into left hemithorax. The left lung was slightly hypoplastic. This neonate had no intestinal malrotation. The defect was reconstructed using Dacron graft. Dacron patch was sutured with interrupted Ethibond to chest wall anteriorly, esophagus aorta and costomediastinal sinus medially, and the tenth rib posterolaterally. Postoperatively, Extubation was performed at 1st day, but some respiratory difficulty was noted. Severe dyspnea was occurred at postoperative 11th day and so reintubation was done. Intermittently ventilatory support and intravenous alimentation were continued for 9 days after that. Thereafter he had no respiratory problems at discharge.
