Building Information Modeling (BIM) comes to be implemented into architectural design, construction, and maintenance in Japan in order to convert design information thoughout a construction project. However, various problems are taking place in data transaction. It is not also clear about the role and the responsibility of the architects and the enginners in charge.There is a movement to establish a BIM manager as a general coordinator concerning BIM in Singapore and other countries, though it is not yet popular in Japan. This paper deals a BIM manager as a new profession in a construction project. The function and skills necessary to a BIM manager is analyzed, and the strategy of Japanese general contractors is discussed. General contractors from Japan are operating BIM in Singapore compatible with open system of supply chain. This style is different from the one in Japan even they belong to the same company. In this paper it is analyzed based on the survey in detail.

In response to climate change, the world is continuing efforts to reduce fossil fuels, expand renewable energy, and improve energy efficiency with the goal of achieving carbon neutrality. In particular, R&D is being made on the value chain covering the entire cycle of hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and utilization in order to shift the energy supply system to focus on hydrogen energy. Hydrogen-based energy sources can produce heat and electricity at the same time, so it is possible to utilize heat energy, which can increase overall efficiency. In this study, calculation of the optimal scale for hydrogen-based cogeneration and the composition of heat sources were reviewed. It refers to a method of the optimal heat source size according to the external heat supply and heat storage to be considered. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing a hydrogen-based energy supply model in the future.

본 논문은 GIS기법을 활용하여 서비스업의 새로운 형태인 프랜차이즈 방식의 패스트푸드점의 입지를 분석한 것이다. 패스트푸드 체인점을 이용하는 고객들의 행태조사와 서울시의 패스트푸드점의 분포를 통해 패스트푸드점의 입지요인을 계량적 기법을 적용하여 일차적으로 추출하였다. 수요적 측면에서 패스트푸드점의 입지에 영향을 주리라 예상되는 인구유인 시설물과 통행인구가 많은 결절지점, 그리고 고밀도 대단위 아파트 단지로 부터의 버퍼죤을 생성한 후 입지가능지구를 추출하였다. 한편 공급적인 측면에서 용도지구, 지가, 접근성 그리고 가시성 요인들을 고려하여 이미 추출된 입지가능지구로 부터 최종적인 후보입지지구를 선정하였다. 이렇게 패스트푸드점이 입지할 수 있는 가설적인 후보지구와 실제 패스트푸드점의 분포와를 비교하였다. 결론에서 본 연구의 제한점과 GIS 기법을 활용하여 입지를 분석에서 시급히 이루어져야 할 자료구축의 필요성을 논하였다.

The results of this study has been split into two components, On set of results addressed the strategy of developing a Agility for maintenance consumer. The other set of results addressed the strategy of illuminating the successful measurement and concepts formed during the maintenance problem solving process, especially in the context of the Logistics Information system by aggregation information space. This paper presented a classifiable elements of Agility & Measurement of logistics capability in the Korea market. These concepts are positioned in a framework to give a better understanding what the consequences are of the changing business environment. The developments towards more globalization which leads to centralization and mass individualization that has a tendency to go more in the decentralized solutions, seems to be in contradiction. we will focus a proposal of Logistics information system and demand management decisions that should be a prime concern of any profit maximizing firm, unready strategy of investment. and we will prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain, On the conclusion, we will show the variation which influences for capacity entities and alternative proposal to define a element which influnce for a cause and effect basically.[5]

Today, many manufacturing companies realize that collaboration is crucial for their survival. Especially, in the perspective of quality, the importance of collaboration is emphasized because economic loss increases exponentially while defective parts go through the process in supply chain. However, the manufacturing companies are facing two main difficulties in implementing collaborative relationships with their suppliers. First, it is difficult for the suppliers to produce reliable products due to their obsolete facilities. The problem gets worse for second- or third-tire vendors. Second, the companies experience the lack of universally understandable set of terminology and effective methodologies for knowledge representation. Ontology is one of the best approaches to expressing and processing a domain knowledge. In this paper, we propose the manufacturing ontology-based quality prediction framework to represent and share the knowledge of industrial environment and to predict product quality in manufacturing processes. In addition, we develop the ontology-based quality prediction system based on the proposed framework. We carried out a series of experiments for an injection molding process at an automotive part supplier. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed framework and system can be successfully applicable in manufacturing industry.

In this paper, we develop an efficient approach to solve a continuous review inventory system with a budget constraint when the semi-finished product and optional components are required to be assembled. We are, in particular, interested in a budget constraint that includes a service level. The service cost, such as labor and facility costs, tends to increase as the service level increase, and it makes the problem difficult to solve. Assuming that the reorder point for a semi-finished product is given, we show that the order quantity for the semi-finished product and the order quantity and reorder point for optional components can be determined by minimizing the total cost that includes setup cost, inventory holding cost, and shortage cost. The performance of the proposed approach is tested by numerical examples. By using sensitivity analysis, we conclude that, as the reorder point for semi-finished product increases, the order quantity for semi-finished product increases, whereas the order quantity and reorder point of optional components decreases.

In order to respond dynamic changes in the global distribution system, the City of Pyeongtaek hope to expand port facilities and its hinterlands. In specific, it plans to designate these areas as free economic zones(FEZ), synthesizing the whole procedures from the development proposals to the operation and management. This paper examines the proposed urban development strategies focused on Pyeongtaek port which still reveals critical weakness as a gateway port backed up by the Seoul Metropolitan Areas. In order to enhance the global competitiveness of Pyeongtaek port, theoretically it depends on Geo Coyle's ACTIFELD methods. In addition to the traditional quantitative data, Coyle's ACTIFELD methods emphasize qualitative approaches, all of which would facilitate structural and systemic analyses of complex social phenomena. Applying ACTIFELD methods, this paper proposes that the City of Pyeongtaek should focus on three alternatives. That is, Pyeongtaek's policy priority should be given to ts he port city based on the key concepts of Supply Chain Management(SCM), Co-opetition supporting city, and waterfront-initiated urban development.

The company of 4 core materials that are needed for photovoltaic generation is located in area around this university in Gunsan, Saemangeum. And also, it was almost completed the value chain about the production of Polysilicon, Ingot, Wafer, modules and the design, construction of generation system. The industry-academy-government has understood that because of the relative companies' production and investment, it leads to a supply and demand of manpower and thus will have field centered manpower education. This program will help the problem of lack of manpower in relative companies by establishing competitive major agreement like vocational education system. Also, the university and the participating company in joint have pushed ahead field business education to make the least of industrial-education's mismatch, the training of professional manpower connected with related industries to make the universities chemical characteristics, companies securing excellent manpower and contributed to the revitalization of the regional economy. In this paper, are aware that photovoltaic industry is a future strategic industry for the country, so we will train the immediately site adapting manpower for the area of photovoltaic material and system as our goal. This is shown results of education operation for 4 years.

전자상거래는 글로벌 생산과 분배 공급 체인을 통합하고 최대화하도록 기회를 제공한다. 고객 선호도와 요구 변화에 따라 신속한 대처 능력과 새로운 기술의 활용 능력은 가장 중요한 요소이다. 다양한 회사의 컴퓨터들은 상호 통신하면서 컴포넌트의 가격과 유용성을 결정하고, 주문과 확인을 수행하고, 배송 시간을 협상한다. 본 논문에서는 이동 에이전트인 자바 애글릿을 기반으로 상거래 시스템 구축을 기술한다. 구매자를 대신한 애글릿들과 판매자를 대신한 애글릿들은 상품 거래소 시장으로 보내진다. 시장에서 자율적으로 주문과 배송을 협상하고, 최종 매매 결과와 실행코드를 구매자 및 판매자에게 되돌려온다. 우리는 전통적인 소매 시장을 시뮬레이션 함으로써 전자상거래 시스템이 자바 애글릿 기술을 이용하여 적절히 구축될 수 있음을 보여준다.

Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.
