협력적 공급사슬관리가 참여기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 : 공급사슬 내 역량이전의 관점에서 (A Study on the Effects of Collaborative Supply Management on Buyer and Supplier Performance : From a View of Capabilities Transfer Throughout the Supply Chain)

  • Managers have come to realized that a large and increasing amount of sources for a corporate competitive advantage can be found in their company's supply chain. At a fundamental level, there is a similar consensus that building a collaborative supply management is a more effective way of managing firms' supply chains. This paper is an attempt to examine the effects of collaborative supply management by probing a mechanism which shows how competences and/or performance are transferred from suppliers to markets through the supply chains. Research hypotheses regarding the relationships between collaborative supply management, supplier Performance, buyer internal performance (new product development and operational performance), and buyer market performance were empirically validated by utilizing a structural equation modeling analysis. The research result Indicates the positive impacts of a collaborative supply chain on supply performance as well as buyer internal and market performance, which also well illustrate how the improved competence and/or performance of suppliers engendered from the supplier-buyer collaboration flows throughout the entire supply chain.

고객가치, 공급사슬통합 그리고 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Relationships among Customer Value, Supply Chain Integration, and Business Performance)

  • The goal of supply chain integration is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain for creating customer values. Supply chain integration can be classified into IT integration and structural integration. Also, structural integration can be collapsed into three dimensions: internal, supplier and customer integration. In this study, we investigate the relevance between customer value and supply chain integration. To explore the current study, we collected from 73 Korean firms. The results are as follows: First, customer value has a positively significant effect on IT integration. Second, customer value influences on customer integration but does not has an effect on internal and supplier integration. Third, IT integration improve internal, supplier and customer integration. Finally, each of structural integration positively influences firm performance. These results indicated that declaration of customer value is important factor in supply chain integration.

Review of Vendor Managed Inventory: Investigation on How It Improves Supply Chain Performance

  • Purpose - This study reviews the past studies that have researched Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) as a well-known supply chain collaboration program. The main goals of this study are to figure out how VMI brings significant benefits to the supply chain system and suggest additional areas that future studies would address to discover the true nature of VMI. Research design, data, methodology - This study conducts literature reviews on numerous studies that have researched VMI. The past studies are classified in terms of several main issues that have been commonly addressed by many researchers. This study also identifies three key collaborative features of VMI, which possibly explain why VMI improves the supply chain performance. Results - This study finds out that most past studies focused on a limited research issues about VMI. Many researchers have considered integrated decision making and information sharing to be key features that enables VMI to improve the supply chain performance. Conclusions - Based on the findings from the literature review, this study suggests that future studies on VMI take account of new research issues and pay attention to cost payment that researchers have rarely addressed.

  • 자동차 제조업은 에너지 소비가 많고, 오염물질을 많이 배출하는 전통적인 제조업으로 공급망의 디지털 전환을 통해 환경성과를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공급망의 디지털전환, 공급망 동적 역량 및 기업 환경성과를 바탕으로 13개의 가설을 제시하였다. 중국 7개 지역 자동차 제조기업의 경영자 및 종업원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 공급망의 디지털 전환이 공급망 동적 역량의 영향을 받아, 자동차 제조기업의 환경성과를 향상시키는 데에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Many companies make considerable efforts in implementing supply chain management systems to increase their competitiveness. In particular, there are significant investments in their ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and supply chain. However, considerable diversity exists in how well firms have been able to assimilate ICT and leverage the business value of it. In addition, studies on supply chains, particularly Real Time Enterprise (RTE) competence, which is cited for rapid information sharing and dynamic capabilities for each role in the supply chain, are insufficient. The purpose of this paper is to explore and evaluate effect of ICT utilization capabilities, including 'ICT internal cooperative capabilities' and 'ICT operational flexibility capabilities', on RTE capabilities (flexibility, visibility and prediction) and supply chain performance. To validate the research model proposed in the study, survey was conducted on companies using ICT along the supply chain of manufacturing industries. 216 data were used, SPSS and AMOS were used for the analysis methods. Study results showed that ICT internal collaboration capabilities affect agility, one of RTE capabilities, but not visibility and prediction, and ICT operational flexibility capabilities have affected all three RTE capacities. And, RTE capabilities had a huge impact on supply chain performance as expected. In this paper, it has been found that the ICT capabilities in manufacturing are an important factor in improving RTE capabilities that are important in the supply chain and improving the performance of the supply chain.

공급사슬 회복탄력성 선행요인과 공급사슬 회복 탄력성, 기업 경영성과 간의 관계 (The Relationship between the Preceding Factors of Supply Chain Resilience, Supply Chain Resilience, and Business Performance)

  • 본 연구는 공급사슬 회복탄력성 선행요인들과 공급사슬 회복탄력성, 기업 경영성과 간의 관계에 대하여 분석하는 것이다. 공급사슬 회복탄력성의 선행요인으로 공급사슬통합, 위험관리활동, 가시성을 선정하였으며, 이들 요인들이 공급사슬 회복탄력성으로서 민첩성과 강건성에 미치는 영향, 민첩성과 강건성 요인이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 우리나라의 제조 기업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 총 124부의 설문지를 연구에 활용하였다. 연구가설의 검정결과 공급사슬통합, 위험관리활동, 가시성은 민첩성과 강건성에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 그리고 민첩성은 기업 경영성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미친다. 그러나 강건성은 기업 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 유의하지는 않았다. 이러한 연구가설 검정을 통해 중소 제조 기업들이 공급사슬 회복탄력성을 확보하기 위해서는 공급사슬통합, 위험관리활동, 가시성 역량을 확보할 필요성이 있다. 또한 민첩성과 가시성 역량은 기업 경영성과로 연결될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 공급사슬 회복탄력성의 선행요인들과 공급사슬 회복탄력성, 기업 경영성과 간의 전체적인 관계 구조에 대하여 제시하였다.

공급사 의존도가 관계성과에 미치는 영향: 공급사슬 관계와 의사소통 관행을 중심으로 (The Effect of Supplier Dependence on Relationship Performance: Focusing on Supply Chain Relationships and Communication Practices)

  • 본 연구는 국내 제조 부품기업을 중심으로 공급사 의존도가 공급사슬 관계, 의사소통 관행, 관계성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구가설 검증은 SPSS와 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 수집된 자료를 구조분석모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공급사 의존도는 공급사슬 관계형성과 의사소통 관행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 공급사슬 관계와 의사소통 관행은 관계성과에 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 공급사슬관리에서 공급사슬 관계와 의사소통 관행은 공급사 의존도를 통하여 공급사슬관리의 관계성과를 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 객관적으로 보여준 결과라 할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구결과는 공급사슬 프로세스에서 공급자-구매자의 협력적 활동을 통해 공급사슬관리의 효율성 및 수행활동을 위한 운영방안 모색에 활용될 수 있다.

매출 공유 계약의 공급망 품질 개선 효과 (Effect of a Revenue-Sharing Contract on Quality Enhancement in a Supply Chain)

  • This study investigates a buyer-supplier supply chain, in which a buyer delegates the production process to a supplier as in many practices. The consumer's buying intention and overall supply chain performance are affected not only by the buyer's decision on sales price but also by the supplier's decision on product quality. Therefore, the buyer has a motivation to control the supplier's quality investment. Among various incentive schemes that the buyer can adopt in practice, we consider a revenue-sharing contract and investigate its unique characteristics. By comparison with a typical wholesale price contract, we reveal that the revenue-sharing contract can enhance supply chain's overall performance, including quality, demand, and profits of not only overall supply chain but also each player. We contribute to the academia and the supply chain practice by providing important guidelines in adopting incentive schemes and effectively managing product quality in a supply chain.

공급망 성과 개선을 위한 조직간 원가관리의 활용 (The Application of IOCM for the Improvement of Supply-Chain Performance)

  • This study empirically investigated the relationships among inter-organizational cost management (IOCM), cooperation with suppliers, information exchange between partners, inter-organizational learning, control integration, and the supply-chain performance of a firm. The results showed that the adoption of IOCM positively affects the collaboration between buyers and suppliers, which also leads to the increased information flow between them. According to the results of this study, it was found that inter-organizational information flow causes inter-organizational learning, and this learning contributes to the improved supply-chain performance. In this study, the positive effects of the cooperation with suppliers through IOCM on the control integration in supply-chains were not empirically confirmed. However, the impact of IOCM on control integration was significant and positive. Finally, the fact that the enhanced control integration can improve the supply-chain performance of a firm was empirically demonstrated.

Evaluating the Performance of Revenue Sharing Contract in Three Stage Supply Chain System

  • Purpose: Focusing on the complex supply chain operations beyond the simple dyadic relationship, this study evaluates the performance of the revenue sharing contract in three stage supply chain system. Research design, data, and methodology: The optimization model is developed to describe the supply chain system where one manufacturer, one wholesaler, and one retailer exist and pursue the maximum level of their own profits. In the numerical examples of the proposed supply chain model, two types of the revenue sharing contract, pairwise and spanning methods, are tested and their performances are compared with the traditional system. Results: The numerical analysis reveals that both types of the revenue sharing contract outperform the traditional system. All supply chain members can achieve the improved profits only when they determine the proper combination of revenue share ratios and price discount rates. Conclusions: This study finds out that both pairwise and spanning revenue sharing contracts can make the positive outcome that is acceptable to all members in three stage supply chain system. When the proper contract content is agreed among the supply chain members, the revenue sharing contract has the potential to be the practically feasible collaboration program for the multiple stage supply chain system.
