변전소 자동화를 위한 상태감시 시스템에 관한 연구 (Study on the Supervisory Monitoring System for Substation Automation)

  • This paper introduces the application of supervisory monitoring system for substation automation based on IEC 61850. The objective of proposed system is detection of such a malfunction or degradation of devices. The supervisory monitoring procedure consists of a two step - topology processor and state estimation. The topology processor using artificial intelligence is a preprocessing step of state estimation. Topology processor identifies the topology structure of switches in substation and detects an error of ON/OFF state data. The state estimation is an algorithm that minimizes an error between optimal estimation values and real values. The proposed system is applied to standard digital substation based on IEC 61850 for performance verification.

A Study of the Antecedents of Attitude towards Teleworking and the Moderating Effect of Self-identity

  • The present study aimed to examine the relationships between work-related support factors and attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity on that relationship. The present study collected data from 343 IT professionals in South Korea through a survey method and used hierarchical multiple regression analyses. In the results, first, the more supervisory or work-related supports participants perceive in teleworking platforms, the more favorable their attitudes towards teleworking. Second, the positive relationship between supervisory support and attitude towards teleworking is stronger for participants high rather than low in interdependent self-view. However, interdependent self-view was found to have no significance on the relationship between work colleague support and attitude towards teleworking. This study is the first to examine the integral model of work-related support factors of attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity in the teleworking process.

  • This paper presents a method to construct a supervisory monitoring system for railway signaling devices which can provide the real-time operation information of signalling devices to several maintenance depots. Spying technique has been applied to acquire the real-time data transmitted among railway signaling devices without interfering the railway signalling system function.

  • 2014년 카드사 개인정보유출 사고의 원인은 테스트시스템에서 원본 데이터가 사용되었기 때문이다. 금융감독원 전자금융감독규정과 금융회사 정보기술(IT)부문의 정보보호업무 모범규준에는 테스트시스템에서 고객을 식별하는 정보는 변환하여 사용하도록 규정하고 있다. 금융회사는 이 지침에 따라 고객식별정보를 변환한 데이터를 테스트시스템에 적재하여 사용한다. 하지만, 테스트 과정에서의 사용자 실수 또는 기술적, 관리적 보안의 미비 등으로 의도치 않게 실제 개인식별정보가 유입될 수 있으나, 이를 통제 및 관리하는 프로세스는 현재 연구된 바가 없고, 감독기관의 컴플라이언스 위반 가능성을 높이는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 테스트시스템의 변환 미확인 고객식별정보를 관리 및 통제함으로써 감독기관의 컴플라이언스 위반 가능성을 없애는 프로세스를 제시 및 실증하고, 그 효과성을 확인해 본다.

병원간호사의 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing Factors of the Organizational Commitment among Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The study aimed to identify influencing factors associated with the organizational commitment (OC) among hospital nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was utilized. The subjects of this study were 447 female nurses working for over 6 months in Seoul. The study was based on the data from a self-reported survey using structured questionnaires. The data were collected from September 10 to 30, 2009 and analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score of the OC was 2.45, slightly higher than the intermediate level. The mean score of the three-dimensional domain among the OC, affective commitment (AC) was 2.50, continuance commitment (CC) was 2.59, and normative commitment (NC) was 2.29. The influencing factors of nurses' AC were perceived organizational support (POS) (${\beta}$=.31, p<.001), supervisory trust, job burnout, nursing professionalism, and age, which accounted for 49.7%. The influencing factors of the CC were supervisory trust (${\beta}$=.20, p<.001), POS, and job burnout whereas the influencing factors of the NC were POS (${\beta}$=.40, p<.001), supervisory trust, nursing professionalism, and job burnout. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop supportive strategies that increase OC, which also improve the POS, nursing professionalism, and supervisory trust, and alleviate job burnout in hospital nurses.

과업갈등이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 : 커뮤니케이션 만족의 매개효과 (The Effect of Task-Conflict on Job Attitudes : The Mediating Effects of Communication)

  • 본 연구는 개인차원에서 과업갈등과 직무태도 간의 관계에서 커뮤니케이션 만족의 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 최근 급변하는 경쟁 환경과 다양해지는 인력다양성 상황에서 커뮤니케이션의 중요성은 날로 증대되고 있다. 조직 내에서 발생되는 커뮤니케이션에 대한 관심과 중요성 인식으로 인해 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 커뮤니케이션의 유형을 구분하여 커뮤니케이션의 긍정적인 메커니즘을 차별적으로 분석한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조직 내 커뮤니케이션의 대표적인 유형인 상사와의 커뮤니케이션과 동료와의 커뮤니케이션으로 구분하여 변수들 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 다양화된 인적구성은 조직에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기도 하지만 대표적으로 갈등을 유발하는 요인으로 작용한다. 과업갈등의 경우 구성원들 간에 업무수행 과정에서 필연적으로 수반된다. 과업갈등의 경우 선행연구들에서 지속적으로 부정적인 영향력을 미치고 있으므로 조직관리적 측면에서 이를 제거하거나 감소시키기 위한 방안을 모색해야 한다. 과업을 수행하거나 과업 수행 중에 발생하는 갈등의 상황에서 구성원들은 자연스럽게 커뮤니케이션 과정을 거치게 된다. 이런 과정 속에서 만족감을 인식한다면 과업갈등의 부정적 영향력을 감소시킬 수 있을 것이다. 이를 규명하기 위해서 국내기업에 종사하는 280명의 조직구성원들을 대상으로 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0 & AMOS 21.0 통계 패키지를 활용하였으며, 2개 이상의 매개효과를 효율적으로 검증하기 위해 팬텀변수를 활용한 다중매개효과 분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 과업갈등은 직무태도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 상사소통의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구방향을 모색하였다.

Wide-Area SCADA System with Distributed Security Framework

  • With the smart grid coming near, wide-area supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) becomes more and more important. However, traditional SCADA systems are not suitable for the openness and distribution requirements of smart grid. Distributed SCADA services should be openly composable and secure. Event-driven methodology makes service collaborations more real-time and flexible because of the space, time and control decoupling of event producer and consumer, which gives us an appropriate foundation. Our SCADA services are constructed and integrated based on distributed events in this paper. Unfortunately, an event-driven SCADA service does not know who consumes its events, and consumers do not know who produces the events either. In this environment, a SCADA service cannot directly control access because of anonymous and multicast interactions. In this paper, a distributed security framework is proposed to protect not only service operations but also data contents in smart grid environments. Finally, a security implementation scheme is given for SCADA services.

  • SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for remote monitoring, data acquisition and control are applied to major industrial infrastructures including power, water and railroad. Recently, there are many researches on key management scheme for secure communication due to change to the open network environment. These systems are located at far distances and are connected to the main control center through various types of communication methods. Due to the nature of these systems, they are becoming the significant targets of cyber attack. We propose an efficient key management scheme which is established on ID-based cryptosystem without an expensive computation on MTU (Master Terminal Unit), Sub-MTU, and RTU (Remote Terminal Unit). The proposed method is secure and effective in key management among multiple legitimate devices.
