The purpose of this research was to examine the construct known as job fit perceived by service employees in the foodservice industry. The model was tested using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0 based on the sample of 667 persons that showed a 95% usable response rate. The results of the empirical analysis showed as follows. First, in restaurants, the employees' job suitability factor brings about an indirect effect by organizational commitment and turnover intention. Second, employees' job satisfaction factor causes an indirect effect by organizational commitment. Third, employees' organizational commitment factor has relationships with turnover intention. That is, the higher organizational commitment, the lower turnover intention. By the same route analysis, job suitability has an effect on organizational commitment. Also, the research proved organizational immersion has an effect on turnover intention. In this respect, the research contributes to job performance of foodservice employees, emphasizing the necessity of educational programs for them.

It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability of protected horticulutre facilities to guide and/or plan new protected horticulture facilities in rural areas. In this study, as one of methodological approaches for objective and systematic evaluation of location suitability for protected horiculture, the evaluation model of location sutitability for protected horticulture was formulated using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) as a base technique. The evaluation model was made in three different selected regions ; suburban, plain, and mountainous, The results showed that there were significant differences in evaluation model of location suitability for protected horticulture among three regions.

In this study, the authors evaluate the suitability of the candidate routes selected by the route selection method, which is developed by the authors, by combination of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Analytic Hierarchy Process. To evaluate the suitability of the candidate routes, from the viewpoint of the residents, we have considered element factors such as, population, household, aging situation, elevation, gradient, housing density and the Control Point. The results of this study are expected to assess the suitability of the candidate routes of the hillside transportation for the residents and examine the application limit of the route selection method.

The aim of this study is to develop suitability site indicator of urban-rural return to fishing and to analysis priority of the indicators. The study is based on literature review, expert survey and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods. This study found 5 factors(natural environment, acceptance environment, social overhead capital, economy, fishing environment) and 21 detail variables. as a result of AHP, fisheries resources, acquisition convenience of fishing license, income(except fishing), attitude of local resident, one-person household income, high income fishing were showed high priority. This result indicate that economic foundation is most important factor for suitable site of the returning.

Influencer advertising, which has gained significant attention in academia and industry, is widely adopted as a digital marketing strategy. This study empirically analyzes the impact of perceived influencer channel attributes and ad attributes on the suitability of advertisements and their effects on consumers' positive and negative advertising behaviors. The research aims to identify various factors that can enhance the effectiveness of influencer advertising. The results reveal that among the influencer channel attributes, informativeness and intimacy have a positive impact on ad suitability, while ad clutter has a negative impact. Additionally, ad-influencer fit positively affect ad attention and negatively influences ad avoidance. Based on these findings, companies can enhance the effectiveness of influencer advertising by first selecting influencers who align well with the advertisement and emphasizing informativeness and emotional bonding to improve ad suitability. Moreover, the study suggests that influencer advertising strategies can be effective as long as they avoid excessive ad clutter, as it diminishes ad suitability. Marketing practitioners and advertising planners can utilize these insights to formulate more effective influencer advertising strategies.

본 연구는 공릉천에서 서식하는 어류와 저서무척추 동물을 대상으로 물리서식처 분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상 어류는 밀어와 피라미, 저서무척추 동물 종은 깔따구류와 줄날도래종을 선정하였다. 어류와 저서무척추 동물의 서식처 적합도 지수는 2010년 수생태계 건강성조사 및 평가사업을 통하여 구축된 생태모니터링 자료를 사용하였다. 복합서식처 적합도 지수의 계산은 가중치법을 이용하였으며, 저서무척추 동물의 경우 계층화분석법을 이용하여 산정된 가중치를 적용하였다. 흐름모의는 2차원 흐름모형인 River2D 모형을 사용하였다. 모의 대상하천의 갈수량, 저수량, 평수량, 풍수량에 대하여 어류와 저서무척추 동물의 복합서식처지수의 분포를 모의하였다. 모의결과 깔따구류와 줄날도래는 각각 소와 여울의 서식처를 선호하였으며, 피라미와 밀어는 여울의 서식처를 선호하는 것으로 모의되었다.

Land suitability assessment assesses development, farming, and conservation suitability, considering land's soil, location, and possibility for use. It also implement segmentation of management regions into production, conservation, and plan management area. It is evaluated as a very significant system in establishing a land use system of sustainable development and development after planning in the aspect that it can establish proper land use plan. This study developed a recommendation model for development in agent-based model that interacts with surrounding lands. It also tried to summarize the area characteristic analysis and the results of land suitability evaluation, targeting three ri's in Yesan-Gun, and analyze the model's applicability by selection results. In order to recommend area for development that considers the use of the surrounding lands, it calculated development possibility indices that considered the ratings of all the lands in the target areas for each parcel and simulated the model. As a result, selected three areas in target region were suitable areas for development in land suitability assessment. In detail, ratings of the recommended parcels were 3, 4, and 5 ratings. As a result of examining the land status, it showed that all the three areas were plan management areas, thus easy for development. It is judged that the model for recommending area for development suggested in this study can be used as important basic data for setting the direction for development when establishing a regional planning.

This study investigates the problems of fitness and motion suitability for Korean male military winter jackets (inner and outer) and provides data for new pattern development. We analyzed fitness and motion suitability by a questionnaire survey with 140 Korean male soldiers and a wearing evaluation with 7 subjects of central army male size. A survey of male soldiers indicated that the fitness and motion suitability satisfaction was over 3.0 (Likert scale) for both inner and outer jackets. There were opinions that the sleeve length was short for the inner jacket and the waist girth and hem girth was slightly large for the outer jacket. In the wearing evaluation results with subjects of central army male size, fitness of total length, sleeve length and collar height showed a score lower than 3.0 for the inner jacket and collar height on the outer jacket. The motion suitability result showed a low score (1.0-2.0) in an arm raising motion for the inner jacket and 2.0-3.0 at neck motion in the outer jacket. In conclusion, there is more dissatisfaction in inner jackets than outer jackets. For the inner jacket, sleeve is short, sleeve hem is narrow, collar height is a little high and the sleeve creeps up during arm motion. The waist girth and hem girth was slightly large and collar height was a little high for the outer jacket.

본 연구에서는 도시관리계획 중 도시계획시설의 설치를 위한 평가체계 II를 중심으로 토지적성평가 제도를 보다효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 개선방안을 강구하기 위하여 사례연구를 수행하고 평가수행과정에서 나타나는 문제점의 합리적인 기술적 제도적 개선방안을 강구하였는데, 적성평가 결과인 종합적성 값은 개발적성등급으로 평가되어 도시관리계획을 입안할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 현재의 토지적성평가 수행방식은 지역여건을 반영할 수 있다는 원칙은 있지만, 이에 대한 구체적인 평가방법이나 명확한 기준의 부재와 원자료의 전산화 및 전문인력이 부족한 상황으로, 지역적 특수상황을 반영할 수 있는 평가요인이 적성등급의 판정에 상당한 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인임을 감안하여 지역간 개발격차나 지역여건의 차이를 평가지표에 반영할 수 있는 실행적 방안의 마련이 필요하다.

본 연구에서는 강우 시 발생하는 초기 유출수의 오염부하를 저감할 수 있는 용도지구별 최적지를 분석하여, 용도지구를 재구성하고, 이에 따라 배출되는 오염물의 저감효과를 도시수문모형을 이용하여 모의하였다. 이를 위해 지표에 축적되어 있는 비점오염원의 양을 조사하였으며 대상지역의 강우유출수를 조사하였다. 조사된 결과를 이용하여 초기 유출수 오염저감을 위한 입지조건을 설정하고 각 인자별 적지를 분석하였다. 각 인자별 가중치 설정을 위해 AHP 분석을 실시하였으며 산출된 가중치와 입지조건별 적지 점수를 연산하여 최종 적지를 분석하고 도시수문모형을 통해 저감효과를 모의하였다. 적지분석 결과, 단독주택지와 아파트 지역은 현재 용도지구와 흡사한 지역에 적지가 분석되었다. 학교지역은 현재의 상업지역의 중심지가 적지로 분석되었고 공원지역은 소규모 공원의 적지가 추가되었다. 상업지역은 대상지의 가장 안쪽의 지역이 적지로 분석되었다. 용도지구 변경에 따른 저감효과 모의 결과, 초기유출수의 BOD 농도가 최대 91.2%에서 최저 0.09% 감소하였다. SS의 농도는 최대 72.74%에서 최저 0.31% 감소하였다.
