본 논문에서는 3차원 영상 처리 시스템을 이용한 이동 물체 추적을 위한 경계선 추출 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 이동 물체의 검출은 입력 영상에서 차 영상 기법을 이용하였고, 이동 물체 검출을 위한 검출 윈도우는 처리시간을 줄이기 위하여 4개의 예상영역과 물체영역으로 구성하였으며, 크기는 이동 물체의 크기와 중심 좌표에 대한 예측 계수에 의해 정하였고, 추적 카메라는 직류 모터에 의해 X, Y 방향으로 이동하도록 하였다. 모형 자동차를 이용하여 알고리즘을 수행한 결과, 최대 추적 시간은 2초였고, 추적 에러는 물체 크기의 6% 이하였다.

이 연구의 목적은 공공도서관의 이용자 만족도를 증대하기 위한 경영개선의 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구와 도서관의 당면한 문제를 살펴보고, D광역시 Y구의 4개 도서관을 이용하는 이용자 800명을 대상으로 도서관에 대한 요구사항을 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 하였다. 연구 결과, 도서관 이용목적, 이용횟수, 요구하는 프로그램은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 도서관경영의 개선해야 할 방향과 이용자의 만족도를 향상할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

This research aimed 1) to analyze the relationship between consumer's emotional needs and elements of textile design in the 1st survey 2) to investigate textile design process presently conducted in the industry in the 2nd survey, and 3) to suggest a desirable direction to improve the textile design process based on a comparison of the results obtained from the two surveys. A description system and an emotion model on textile design were redeveloped as research devices in this study. In the 1st survey, total 600 respondents were sampled and asked to report their emotional response on 50 representative types of textile design, on a emotion measurement scale. The data set obtained from the 1st survey were statistically analyzed. In the 2nd survey, a depth interview was applied to qualitatively analyze the textile design process presently conducted in the industry. The results from the two surveys were compared.

Korean medical welfare facilities for the elderly provide the conveniences to care geriatric illness such as dementia and stroke. The medical welfare facility categorizes elderly care facilities, nursing homes, and geriatrics hospitals based on the Korean welfare of the aged act. The government makes an effort to secure feed rate and finances of medical welfare facilities. However, the qualitative improvement of facilities is inadequate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the conditions and problems of existing facilities using an environmental evaluation and to discuss the improvement direction related to the daycare centers for the elderly. The method of this study is literature review and field survey. Firstly, we analyzed the previous studies to develop the tool, evaluating the environment of day care centers for the old. Secondly, the items of environmental evaluation are deduced. Thirdly, we select the facilities to conduct field survey and analyze the results of field survey. Lastly, We discussed the problems and improvement directions through the results. It is judged that this study is an useful as the basic guideline to strengthen the minimum legal standards of day care center for the elderly due to the suggestion of insufficient environmental evaluation items.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in the trend of the study of elderly housing for the suggestion of the direction in Korea. This study was the first series about the study of elderly housing and analysed the 164 pieces of researches in Japan. The data were analysed classification with contents first, then examined the class in chronological order, and suggest the trend in the study of elderly housing in Japan. 1. The study of elderly facilities was reported the highest interest and was completed in the latter half of the 1980s except the payment elderly home in Japan. 2. Their second interest was the study of general elderly housing. Rural elderly facilities as a local elderly housing were researched frequently. 3. The study of housing for three generation was studied much in early 1980s, but decreased concerns these days. The study of housing for the elderly was studied the latter of 1980s and concerns were sustained. 4. Trend of the study of elderly housing was classified as follows; 1950s was the stage of unconsciousness, 1960s was the stage of sprout, 1970s was the stage of blossom, 1980s was the stage in full bloom and then the study was peak in 1986 and slowly decrease the concern. 5. In 1990s the study of elderly housing was moved into elderly facilities in a consumer's view and older people's life their family relation.

그린 IT의 중요성이 부각되면서 저전력의 소프트웨어 개발에 대한 요구사항이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발과정에서 사용되는 기존의 전력분석기법들을 살펴보고, 이들 기법이 제공하는 분석 접근방법의 특성을 추출하였다. 이들 특성을 분류하고 체계화하여 전력분석기법에 대한 특성 모델(characteristic model)을 제안하였다. 제안한 특성 모델을 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발단계와 매핑하여 단계별 전력분석의 주안점이 무엇인가를 살펴보고, 이들이 갖는 의미를 스파이더 다이어그램을 이용하여 해석하였다. 본 연구는 임베디드 소프트웨어의 전력분석 기법에 대한 이해를 높이고, 분석방법의 선택에 대한 가이드라인을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 향후 전력분석을 위한 적용 기술의 변화를 예측할 수 있도록 하는 장점을 제공할 것으로 보인다.

SK커뮤니케이션즈가 운영하는 온라인 교육 사이트 이투스(www.etoos.com)가 웹2.0 시대에 맞춰 수강생들의 참여 공간을 늘리고, 온라인을 통해 '학습'과 '재미'를 강화한 개방형 홈페이지로 2007년 초 전면 개편되는 등 기존의 e-Learning 콘텐츠 회사들이 웹2.0 기반의 비즈니스 모델을 통해 콘텐츠 차별화를 꾀하려는 움직임이 매우 활발하다. 본 연구에서는 웹2.0 시대를 맞은 e-Learning 콘텐츠의 현황을 대표적인 중고등 교육 e-Learning 콘텐츠를 중심으로 분석해 보고, 차세대 e-Learning의 발전 방향을 효과적인 피드백이 제공되는 학습자 중심의 콘텐츠 개발과 웹2.0의 본질에 입각한 집단 지성을 이끌어내는 데서 찾고, 'e-Learning 콘텐츠 내의 virtual 개인 과외 선생님 community 형성에 관한 프로젝트'를 제안해 본 것이다.

방송과 통신의 융합으로 일컬어지는 인터넷 방송은 기존 매스미디어의 수동적인 사용자에게 자발적이고 적극적으로 참여하여 서로 상호 작용하는 사용자 형태로 바뀌는 커뮤니케이션 환경 변화의 대표적인 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 현재 운영되고 있는 대부분의 인터넷 방송은 생방송과 녹화방송 모두가 단 방향으로 진행되고 있어, 학습자는 방송의 내용을 일방적으로 들어야만 한다. 따라서, 학습자는 면대 변 수업에서 생길 수 있는 많은 상호작용과 피드백을 방송 도중에는 전혀 받을 수 없게 되며, 교수자는 학습자의 집중을 보장할 수 없으며, 학습자의 학습 위치를 파악하기 어렵게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인터넷 방송 교육에서 방송과 학습자간의 실시간 커뮤니케이션 환경을 부여하고, 학습자의 학습 위치를 고정시켜 학습 충실도와 집중도를 높이기 위한 목적으로 실시간 상호작용 인터넷 방송 시스템을 설계하고, 이를 개발하였다.

This study analyzes the tendency for studies of children's manners in Korea. This research provides basic information for future research on the study of children's manners. I reviewed previous research during Mar.10~Apr. 30., 2009, and published articles that used terms such as 'ye-jul', 'yua ye-jul', 'jun-tong ye-jul', and 'yua-dare kyo yuk' as key-words provided by the National Assembly Library and Academic Information Center, and the terms were used for contents analysis. In the past, parents usually taught manners to their children at home, but now, most children learn etiquette at kindergarten and day care centers. A greater portion of the studies dealing with children's manners has been published since 2001. The experimental method was used for most of this research. Based on the results, I have made suggestion regarding the direction of future studies of children's manners. Research should investigate the value of children's manners and philosophy in future research. Based on the personal characteristics of each child and their understanding of the ecological environment, studies of children's manners require an interdisciplinary research approach or ecological research approach. These studies should continue to research in cooperation with kindergartens and day care centers. In addition, further research should focus on an effective teaching method or instructional media research of children's manners.

A skid-steering method which applied to the various mobile robot platforms currently shows its effectiveness in the specified field areas and purposes. This system contains however, several problems of its intrinsic properties such as slippages occurred by different moving direction between vehicle's driving and wheel's rotary and difficulties of driving performance control and so on. This paper deals with the suggestion of suitable control algorithm for 6WD/6WS skid steering wheeled vehicle and verified its feasibility by analyzing the behavior of 6WD/6WS skid-steered wheeled vehicle model and by applying the engineering analytical method to the considered mobile platform. The Performance of vehicle model is evaluated by using slip mode control to follow the steering input and, as a future work, this control algorithm could be applied to real 6WD/6WS in-wheel drive type vehicle finally.
