  • IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem) is in the limelight as the Integrated wire and wireless Systems because of a sudden increase of smart mobile devices and growth of multimedia additional services such as IPTV. The structure of IMS is designed as a session control layer to provide various multimedia summative service using SIP based on IP communication network in order to carry out set-up, change and release by NGN of course, the existing voice services. But now It is broadly substituting in the IPTV, wire phone company and it is substituted in internet platform base on the soft-switch in currently. Especially, in currently, 4G LTE in a mobile communication company is rapidly growing in market. Therefore, in this study, we had designed and developed to the main prosser that can admit to 1000 user over and SIP gateway which can link the IMS Core that can link SIP Device which adopt the standard protocol on the SIP and to provide variable multimedia services.

Particle filter for Correction of GPS location data of a mobile robot (이동로봇의 GPS위치 정보 보정을 위한 파티클 필터 방법)

  • This paper proposes a method which corrects location data of GPS for navigation of outdoor mobile robot. The method uses a Bayesian filter approach called the particle filter(PF). The method iterates two procedures: prediction and correction. The prediction procedure calculates robot location based on translational and rotational velocity data given by the robot command. It incorporates uncertainty into the predicted robot location by adding uncertainty to translational and rotational velocity command. Using the sensor characteristics of the GPS, the belief that a particle assumes true location of the robot is calculated. The resampling from the particles based on the belief constitutes the correction procedure. Since usual GPS data includes abrupt and random noise, the robot motion command based on the GPS data suffers from sudden and unexpected change, resulting in jerky robot motion. The PF reduces corruption on the GPS data and prevents unexpected location error. The proposed method is used for navigation of a mobile robot in the 2011 Robot Outdoor Navigation Competition, which was held at Gwangju on the 16-th August 2011. The method restricted the robot location error below 0.5m along the navigation of 300m length.

  • Game producers provide their products and service to users. But the need and desire of users change in many ways as time goes. But game Co. Ltd is difficult because of the capital and the technical identities for providing characteristic products and service etc. Specially, the FPS game which is popular among users is developed by game Co. Ltd as the maximum reflects desire of users, but is similarly developed in other companies FPS game by similar desire. This cannot accept from desire of a certain prospective customer furthermore, decrease of a loyalty customer and a new customer, and a company is difficult of market activity. Therefore, this research is to find of user's psychological needs by FPS game user after gaming on reusing intention and switching intention factors influencing. As the result, the intention of satisfaction and re-use for FPS game is 84.9%, the conversion intention to special force game is 9.6% and the conversion intention to the game of Sudden attack is 5.5%. It shows that desire of the user for certain games is changing.

  • Recent huge losses of both life and property have occurred by unexpected natural disasters. We studied snow damages, an important natural disaster issue because it happens more frequently in recent years. This study tries to select vulnerable areas of snowfall in advance and then establish climate change adaptation policy for minimizing unexpected snowfall damage. Busan, where is our study area, has hilly in downtown areas so that topography characteristics of the roads such as slope, elevation and aspect are vulnerable to snowfall. The sudden snowfall in Busan causes traffic jam and causes some schools in hilly to close some schools. At this moment, the adaptation policy has to be established for infrastructure (such as roads) in advance, because prediction of anomaly climate due to global warming is so difficult beside the damage of natural disaster is huge. Therefore, the purpose of this study is contribute to selecting and assessing vulnerable zones of snow damage focusing topography characteristics of the roads and then evaluating the degree of risk of vulnerable zones.

Effects of Geometry and Imperfection of a Small-sized Groove on Stress Distributions in the Vicinity of the Joined Region of an ABS Part with a Thin Wall (기저부에 생성된 작은 홈 형상과 결함이 박벽이 포함된 ABS 재료로 제작된 제품의 결합 영역 응력 분포에 미치는 영향)

  • The geometry and the defect of the groove of the part provoke a sudden change of stress in a local region. The objective of this paper is to investigate the effects of the geometry and the imperfection of a small groove on stress distributions in the vicinity of the joined region for the ABS part with a thin wall using a three-dimensional finite element analysis (FEA). Several types of groove are designed to improve joining characteristics in the vicinity joined region. The imperfection model of the small-sized groove is obtained from observation of deposition characteristics of a fused deposition modeling process. Local stress distributions in the vicinity of the joined region are predicted by the FE model with refined meshes. The influence of the angle and the imperfection of the groove on appearance regions of the maximum stress and distributions of the defined principal stress for different loading conditions is examined using the results of FEAs. Finally, a proper design of the groove is proposed to improve joining characteristics between the substrate and the ABS part.

Analysis of the Stock Market Network for Portfolio Recommendation (주식 포트폴리오 추천을 위한 주식 시장 네트워크 분석)

  • The stock market is constantly changing and sometimes a slump or a sudden rising in stocks happens without any special reason. So the stock market is recognized as a complex system and it is hard to predict the change on stock prices. In this paper we consider the stock market to a network consisting of stocks. We analyzed the dynamics of the Korean stock market network and evaluated the changing of the correlation between shares consisting of the time series data of 137 companies belong to KOSPI200. Our analysis shows that the stock prices tend to plummet when the correlation between stocks is very high. We propose a method for recommending the stock portfolio based on the analysis of the stock market network. To show the effectiveness of the recommended portfolio, we conducted the simulated stock investment and compared the recommended portfolio with the efficient portfolio proposed Markowitz. According to the experiment results, the rate of return of the portfolio is about 10.6% which is about 3.7% and 5.6% higher than the average rate of return of the efficient portfolio and KOSPI200 respectively.

  • A worm is a malware that propagates quickly from host to host without any human intervention. Need of early worm detection has changed research paradigm from signature based worm detection to the behavioral based detection. To increase effectiveness of proposed solution, in this paper we present mechanism of detection and prevention of worm in distributed fashion. Furthermore, to minimize the worm destruction; upon worm detection we propagate the possible attack aleγt to neighboring nodes in secure and organized manner. Considering worm behavior, our proposed mechanism detects worm cycles and infection chains to detect the sudden change in network performance. And our model neither needs to maintain a huge database of signatures nor needs to have too much computing power, that is why it is very light and simple. So, our proposed scheme is suitable for the ubiquitous environment. Simulation results illustrate better detection and prevention which leads to the reduction of infection rate.

  • The knowledge based economy requires more and more people to learn new knowledge and skills in a timely and effective manner. These needs and new technology such as computer and Internet are fueling a transition in e-learning. According to specialist's opinion, imagination experience studying is generalized, and learning environment that language barrier by studying, multi-language studying Machine that experience past things that disappear through simulation, and travel area, and experience future changed state disappears is forecasting to come. This is previewing finally that it may become future education that education and IT, element of entertainment is combined. Already, became story that argument for party satellite of e-Learning existence passes one season already. e-Learning is utilized already in all educations that we touch by effectiveness by corporation's competitive power improvement and implement of lifelong education in educational institutions through present e-Learning. It is obvious that when see from our viewpoint which is defining e-Learning by one industry and rear by application to education as well as one new growth power about these, e-Learning industry becomes very important means that can solve dilemma of growth real form. Only, special quality of digital industry that e-Learning is being same with other digital industry and repeat putting out a fire rapidly, and is repeating sudden change that these evolution is not gradual growth of accumulation and improvement of technology that is appearing consider need to. In the meantime, we need to observe about evolution of Information Technology. Because there is some scholars who e-Learning's concept foresees to evolve by u-Learning.(although, a person who see that these concept is not more in marketing terminology by some scholars' opinion is). This u-Learning's concept means e-Learning that take advantage of ubiquitous technology as Ubiquitous-Learning's curtailment speech. Ubiquitous, user means Information-Communication surrounding that can connect to network freely regardless of place without feeling network or computer. There is controversy about introduction time regarding these direction, but e-Learning is judged to evolve by u-Learning necessarily. Because keep in step and age that study all contents that learner wants under environment of 3A (any time, any whrer, any device) by individual order thoroughly is foreseen to come in ubiquitous learning environment that approach more festinately.

  • Construction companies do not take necessary steps for sudden change in the Construction market, In order to over come the problem, it is necessary to make Corporate Strategy through correct Market analysis. If construction companies want to secure continuance profits, they must prepare proper strategy to advance into plant market. This research performs both external and internal environment analysis, External environment analysis is for overseas construction market and advanced foreign companies, and internal environment analysis is the current status of domestic companies. The research identifies some of the Key points, growth in foreign plant market is huge, but domestic companies do not have abundant construction experience on the same field and also they lack in high value-added techniques. They are far behind the advanced companies; they don't have proper skills of Procurement, engineering and project management. This study suggests a strategy for domestic companies to take necessary step to advance into plant construction market.

  • The next generation mobile computing technology is recently attracting attention that smartphone and wearable device imbedded with various sensors are being deployed in the world. Existing activity and posture recognition research can be divided into two different ways considering feature of one's movement. While activity recognition focuses on catching distinct pattern according to continuous movement, posture recognition focuses on sudden change of posture and body orientation. There is a lack of research constructing a system mixing two separate patterns which could be applied in real world. In this paper, we propose a method to use both smartphone and wearable device to recognize activity and posture in the same time. To use smartphone and wearable sensor data together, we designed a pre-processing method and constructed recognition model mixing signal vector magnitude and orientation pattern features of vertical and horizontal. We considered cycling, fast/slow walking and running activities, and postures such as standing, sitting, and laying down. We confirmed the performance and validity by experiment, and proved the feasibility in real world.
