지역맞춤형 정책 수립을 위한 수도권 근교농촌의 유형화 및 특성 분석 (Regional Classification and Analysis of the Characteristics Suburban Rural Areas in the Capital Region for Promoting Area-specific Policies)

  • 수도권 근교농촌은 서울 및 대도시의 영향을 받으면서 다변화하고 있다. 전원적 가치를 추구하는 도시민들의 귀농귀촌에 따른 고급 전원주택단지로 변화하거나 도시에서 밀려난 공장들이 무분별하게 입지하는 등 일반농촌과는 다른 양상을 보이면서 다양한 문제들이 야기되고 있다. 그러나 수도권 근교농촌의 기능적 변화와 다양한 특성에도 불구하고 근교농촌의 다변화 특성을 파악하고, 이를 토대로 지속가능한 발전을 도모하기 위한 맞춤형 계획 및 정책을 마련하고 있지는 못하는 실정이다. 본 연구는 수도권 근교농촌을 대상으로 읍 면을 단위로 하여 근교농촌을 유형화하고 각 유형별 특성을 비교 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 군집분석을 통해 수도권 근교농촌은 전원 농촌관광형, 침상도시형, 농 공 혼재형, 일반농촌형의 네 가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 또한 각 유형별 특성과 문제점도 상이하게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 근교농촌 발전을 위해서는 각 유형별 특성에 맞는 맞춤형의 차별적인 정책 수립이 필요함을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

Preservation and Utilization of Suburban Green Lands in the Urbanization Process of Kunming

  • Suburban green lands play an indispensable role in maintaining norma! operation of the urban ecosystem. However, the suburban green lands are also the most fragile and easily disturbed places since they are close to the city edges. The suburban green lands of Kunming city show diversified forms, and it would be difficult to avoid taking part of those green areas in the rapidly expanding urban construction. To better preserve and utilize the suburban green lands of Kunming, it is vitally important to base ourselves on the practical situation of Kunming and take into full consideration the features of urban expansion and suburban green lands, so as to optimize the structures of suburban green lands, scientifically plan and readjust the remaining suburban green lands, and enhance the comprehensive efficiency of the daily dwindling suburban green lands in protecting and regulating the ecosystem, beautifying the environment and outputting economic benefits. Suburban green lands in some specialized areas must be put under strict protection.

겨울철 도시지역과 교외지역의 기온변화 특성 (Characteristics of Temperature Variation in Urban and Suburban Areas During Winter)

  • We investigated characteristics of temperature variation in urban and suburban areas(e.g., paddy field, upland, park, residential area) and urban heat island(UHI) during winter(December 2005 to February 2006). The daily maximum air temperature was not significantly different between suburban and urban areas, whereas the daily minimum air temperatures were significantly lower in the suburban areas than that in the residential area. The wind speed in the urban park(0.3 m/s) was much lower than that in the paddy fields(2.3 m/s), likely due to an urban canopy layer formed by high buildings. The UHI intensity was represented by differences in daily minimum temperatures between urban residential and paddy field areas. The UHI intensity($4.1^{\circ}C$) in winter was larger than that($2.6^{\circ}C$) in summer. This may be because a stable boundary layer develops in the winter, and thereby this inhibits diffusion of heat from surface.

코하우징 개념을 적용한 도시근교 주거단지에 대한 도시근교 거주자 선호 (Preference of Suburban Residents on the Suburban Residential Development Applied the Concept of Cohousing)

  • Nowadays, with the perception on residential environment to improve the quality of life, interests in suburban area as a housing area based on the good natural environment has risen, as this area can solve the various social issues and pollutions caused by the overcrowding in the urban area. In the North Western Europe where people have already experienced the industrialization and urbanity, cohousing which designate the modem neighborhood relationships pursuing the common interest has developed, by emphasizing the community activity based on the mutual cooperation while accepting the lives in suburban area. Thus, this study pays attention to 'cohousing' as an appropriate alternative of new suburban residential development and preference of residents of suburban residential development applied the concept of cohousing. For this study, literature reviews and survey on suburban area residents were carried out and general results were provided. Through the survey on the residents in suburban areas, request on new suburban residential development and preferences to cohousing were analyzed. Residents responded that suburban residential development should be planned reflecting the characteristics of the area and considerations on communities are the necessity. They also responded that residential development developed the low-rise housing with low population density. It shows that there will be broad potential consumers for suburban residential development applied cohousing technique in the future.

제주도 읍·면지역 고등학교의 배치유형에 따른 외부공간 구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Composition of Outdoor Space according to the Layout Type in the High School in Suburban Region of Jeju Island)

  • Dramatic increase of population migrating from suburban area to metropolitan area which started in 1990s resulted in the increase of aging population among this area. Centralized population also causes decreased number of students in suburban areas which in turn affects environmental facilities such as school and brings social issue. Additionally, compared to the alternative analysis and data regarding internal spatial arrangement of high school, there are not enough data or information on external spatial arrangement and how to construct such space. Therefore, the main purpose of this thesis is to provide fundamental data which can be used as a reference in improving educational environment of suburban high school by analyzing and investigating various factors including location, accessibility, facility status, and external spatial arrangement based on arrangement type of 8 normal high schools located across Jeju Island where the trend of decreasing number of students is prominent. Following is the result of such investigation. Despite the fact that high schools from suburban areas in Jeju Island possess diversity based on local characteristic, construction of external space is rather inconsistent as the plans regarding external space is not organized. Therefore, there is a need for preparing external spaces appropriate for each school based on the number of students and the characteristic of gymnasium.

미국 대도시지역들의 도심지역과 교외지역 성장간의 관계에 관한 연구 (The Relationship between the Growth of Central City and the Growth of Suburban Areas in U.S. Metropolitan Cities)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 미국 대도시지역들을 사례로 도심지역과 교외지역 성장간의 상관관계와 인과관계를 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 도시의 성장과 쇠퇴가 건설활동에서 반영된다는 점에 착안하여, 미국의 114개 대도시지역(MSAs)의 과거 11년간 건설 허가 자료를 가지고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 대도시 지역의 건설활동 동향에 있어 도심지역과 교외지역 간에는 정의 상관관계를 가지고 있으며, 특히 인구성장률이 높은 대도시지역일수록 상관관계가 높게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나, 이러한 도심과 교외지역 성장의 관계는 건설활동의 유형별로 상이한 인과관계 특성을 나타낸다 즉, 도심지역의 주택건설활동 추이에 따라 교외지역의 주택건설활동이 직접적인 영향을 받는다는 사실은 미국 대도시지역들의 공통적인 현상이나, 상업 및 업무시설의 건설활동에 있어서는 그 인과관계가 일관적인 패턴을 가지고 나타나지 않는다. 따라서, 도심지역의 성장과 쇠퇴의 영향이 교외지역에 직접적인 영향을 미친다고 단정하기는 어렵지만, 미국 대도시들의 도심지역 성장과 교외지역의 성장은 서로 밀접한 상관관계를 가지고 있다는 점은 명백하다고 할 수 있다.

도시근교농촌 아파트 단지의 시각적 영향 -용인시를 대상으로- (The Visual Impacts of the Apartment Complex in Suburban Rural Area -The Case of Young-In City-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect factors in suburban rural landscape and significant factors of apartment complex which are effective to the skyline of the sloped mountains. Also it is to propose the basic resources to preserve and improve the suburban rural landscape. The target site is Young-In, which shows the typical of rural development. Sides were take in young-In City along the roads and selected for 20 pieces. This study used questionnaire about the suburban rural landscape surveying of 45 students in Kyunghee Univ.. Also we found 2 dependent variables and 8 independent variables totally. Moreover, we have analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression method between the preference and physical factors, and between the vulnerability and perceptional factors. The results are as follows: 1) With the dependent variable of preference, the areas of "green space" and "agricultural productive lands" were highly influenced in the suburban rural landscape positively, but the areas of "apartment complex" and "other buildings" were negatively effected. 2) With the dependent variable vulnerability, the area "apartment complex" and cutting numbers of the "skyline of mountainous ridge" were proved as significantly positive factors, but the length of the "skyline of mountainous ridge" turned out to be a negative factor. Although this study has the difficulty to be generalized, it can be used for planning and designing of the apartment complex in suburban rural landscapes, and it will provide the basic guideline for preserving and managing of the suburban rural landscapes.uideline for preserving and managing of the suburban rural landscapes.

24 GHz 이하 도심/부도심의 클러터 손실 측정 및 분석 (Measurement and Analysis of Clutter Loss in Urban/Suburban below 24 GHz)

  • 최근 국립전파연구원에서는 5G 이동통신 도심/부도심 지역에서 빌딩에 의한 클러터 손실을 예측하기 위해 3, 6, 10, 18, 24 GHz 대역에서 전파측정을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 송신안테나 높이가 85 m일 때, 도심과 부도심환경에서 주파수에 따라 측정된 클러터 손실을 비교하며, ITU-R P.2108 예측모델과의 오차를 평가하였다. 도심이나 부도심 지역에서 주파수가 높을수록 클러터 손실이 크게 나타나며, 도심 지역에서의 클러터 손실은 부도심 지역보다 더욱 강한 클러터 손실을 보이지만, ITU-R P.2108 예측 모델보다 낮은 클러터 손실을 얻어졌다. 결론적으로 측정된 데이터로부터 송신 안테나가 85 m로 높은 경우 도심/부도심 지역에서 클러터 손실에 대한 데이터를 예측모델에 반영하여 클러터 손실 예측모델을 좀 더 개선시켜 나갈 필요가 있다.

도시근교 단지형주거단지 특성분석 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 - 화순 잠정햇살마을 중심으로 (A Study on The analysis of Characteristic and Improvement Measures for The Suburban Housing Complexes -Focused on Hwa-soon Jam Jeong Haesal district)

  • Demand of new suburban residential development and a variety of new types for housing have intensified by urban Citizens overused of poor urban residential environment. Income growth and improvement of living standards for the quality of the living environment are increasing demands of creating a more comfortable living environment. Thus, according to changes in social conditions, the development of urban area while accommodating additional development pressure adequately, particularly residential development in order to promote the efficient development of suburban areas are planned for the rational development direction. This study suggests the following improvement measures by analyzing the characteristics of the Suburban Housing Complexes built recently. In order to create a more pleasant Suburban Housing Complexes First, the accessibility of the traffic conditions, education and public facilities is good Second, the construction plans reflected needs of the consumers should be made Third, necessary facilities for activation of the urban-rural exchanges must be equipped.

수도권 주변 소나무의 조직피해와 생장억제 (histological Damage and Growth Inhibition of Pinus densiflora around the Metropolitan Area of Seoul)

  • Histological damage and growth inhibition of Pinus densiflora were analysed in different areas around the Metropolitan area of Seoul urban (heavily polluted), suburban (lightly polluted), and rural(unpolluted) areas. Soil properties of each area were also investigated. Contact angles of water droplet on needle leaves growing in polluted areas were lower than that in unpolluted area. Transpiration rates of needle leaves growing in polluted areas were more rapid than that in unpolluted area. These results represented that needle leaves growing in polluted areas were more susceptible to water deficit than that growing in unpolluted area was. Growths of annual ring of Pinus densiflora growing in polluted areas were lower than that in unpolluted area. On the other hand, soil pH in polluted areas was lower than that in unpolluted area. That is, the former was more acidified than that the latter was. Ca and Mg contents in polluted areas were lower than that in unpolluted area, while Al contents in polluted areas were higher than that in unpolluted area. These soil properties revealed that the effects of acid precipitates in urban and suburban areas were severer than that in rural area.
