  • To attract visitors, it is essential to make destinations understandable by developing appropriate destination image. However, managing destination image properly is very complicated in order to induce visitors. In this study, the perceived destination image of backpackers who stay in guesthouse located in Seoul is explored. The purpose of the study was to examine the image of Seoul as a tourism destination. To this end, Q methodology, a technique designed for the systematic study of subjectivity in terms of beliefs, opinions, and attitudes is employed. More specifically, the statements representing different destination images perceived by sampled backpacking visitors were Q-sorted. Results showed that four different clusters of sampled backpacking visitors present four different perceived images accordingly: Seoulizer, Patternaizer, Utilizer, and Socializer. The results of this study imply that backpackers provide idiosyncratic perceptions of destination image, which are different from those offered by general travelers who are less sensitive to travel budgets. In addition, for tourism management, based on this study's results, destination marketing planners are encouraged to perform knowledge management, develop more appropriate plans and customized marketing strategies according to different perceived destination images of backpackers.

The facility the periodical civil official becomes indispensability consequently with the law and the system and objectivity inspection which relates with a this and development of diagnosis technique were necessary. Currently the evaluation elements which relate with an inspection and diagnosis technique depended to the subjectivity of each facility quality, data statistics, diagnosis know-how, various circumstance and the technical expert and the evaluation item came to decide. But the evaluation score distribution of marks of each item depended plentifully in data analysis result and experience. The past method is weak in logically because the objection theoretical background and basis are insufficiency. Consequently in order to apply a data analysis result and an experience logically, it used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method from this research. It is visible with the fact that the application result reconfirmation and complement process will be necessary the technique which is suitable in the multi facility management. • Background: Mystery shopping is a method in which a company monitors quality of service and employee conduct and compliance with regulations using an evaluator posing as a customer. It is a typical tool of customer-centered bureaucratic control insofar as it provides overall and standardized evaluation of intangible elements of customer service as well as physical elements of service environments. The purpose of this study is to examine how mystery shopping is related to the health status of service workers in South Korea. Methods: Data from semistructured interviews with 15 workers were collected from January to April 2019 to obtain information on service worker experiences with mystery shopping. Data were analyzed using the constant comparison method. Results: Mystery shopping limits worker autonomy and stiffens the workplace environment by standardizing and monitoring labor processes for service workers. In addition, mystery shopping heightens work stress through increased labor intensity. Five mechanisms by which mystery shopping affects service worker health are identified and comprise (1) multifaceted and multilayered surveillance, (2) evaluator subjectivity and irrational requirements, (3) standardized rules combined with high pressure to achieve sales, (4) self-esteem degradation because of evaluator results, and (5) musculoskeletal disorders because of strict adherence to labor processes based on evaluator results. Conclusion: Mystery shopping as an evaluation method should be reconsidered not only in terms of health problems but also in terms of organizational efficiency and issues of human rights.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate wearing evaluation method in order to propose well fitted bodice pattern. For this study, the subjects were drawn from obese boys at the ages 9 to 11. Wearing evaluation had use of 3 bodice type and 3 evaluative method. The appearance evaluation was to evaluate subjects by professional group. The functional evaluation was to valued subjects by self-evaluation. The quantitative evaluation was to estimate subjects through Electomyograph. Wearing evaluation was done through questionnaire of 32 item in objectivity, 36 item in subjectivity, and 36 item in quantity. The data were analyzed by using ANOVA. From wearing evaluation, appearance and functional evaluation had significant most of them but quantitative evaluation had not significant. It was known that the human sense was more sensitive the quantitative mechanism. And its obtained by both functional evaluation and quantitative evaluation, respectively was found to be significantly correlated, Independent relation was observed in the results from both appearance evaluation and functional evaluation as well as from both functional evaluation and quantitative evaluation. Therefore, we propose that it is proper to evaluate the propriety of bodice pattern for obese boys of school year, mutually compromising both appearance evaluation and functional evaluation or both functional evaluation and quantitative evaluation.
