  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of subjective recognition for oral health in HBsAg positive carriers based on the data of the $5^{th}$ National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Methods : A statistical package SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the relationship between oral health status and subjective oral health awareness based on data of the $5^{th}$ National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Results : The subjective poor oral health was found in those who had mastication and speaking discomfort and those having dental prosthesis. Conclusions : The respondents considered themselves to be in poor oral health when the subjective systemic health status and objective oral health status were worse.

자활사업 참여자의 주관적 건강인식 수준과 정서적 자활 관계 (Relation Between Emotional Self-Support and The Level of Subjective Health Recognition of Participators)

  • 본 연구에서는 자활사업 참여자의 주관적 건강인식 수준과 정서적 자활과의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 자활사업 참여자가 주관적으로 인지하는 건강상태는 사업 참여 동기나 일에 대한 태도에 중요한 영향을 미칠 수 있고 자활성과와도 연결될 수 있다. 그러므로 경제적 자활을 이루기 위한 과정적 측면으로서의 정서적 자활이 주관적 건강인식 수준과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 살펴보고, 동시에 이에 대한 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 원주시의 자활사업 참여자를 대상으로 하였으며 총 127부를 본 연구의 분석 자료로 사용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 주관적 건강인식 수준과 정서적 자활은 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타내고 있다. 둘째, 자활사업 참여기간은 주관적 건강인식이나 정서적 자활에 부(-)적 영향을 미치고 있으며, 참여자의 연령은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 제언으로는 복지수급에 따른 조건부과로 인해 비자발적으로 자활사업에 참여하는 조건부수급자들이 삶의 태도나 일에 대한 생각을 긍정적으로 인식할 수 있도록 참여자의 욕구와 수준에 맞는 정서적 심리적 프로그램을 강화한다면, 주관적 건강인식 수준과 더불어 정서적 자활수준도 향상될 것으로 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of agriculture on the career adaptation and career decision by measuring the job value and the subjective norm of agriculture. Conclusions based on the study results can be suggested as follows. First, career decision self-efficacy and subjective norm were significant variables in career adaptability of agriculture major college students. Therefore, the belief that one can plan and practice career goals and the affirmation of career plans and decisions in the vicinity are important factors in career adaptability. Second, Self-Realization and social recognition were significant variables in career decision self-efficacy of college students majoring in agriculture. In other words, it can be judged that social recognition such as honor and honor of others in a career choice has a positive effect on the career decision self-efficacy which is self-esteem in career selection. Lastly, An important variable for the subjective norms of agricultural college students was social recognition. This can be said that the positive perception of the surrounding people is very important as the value of social recognition is more important.

일 대학 보건의료전공학생의 건강행위특성과 골밀도와의 관련성 (Relationship between Health Behavior Factors and Bone Mineral Density among College Students in a Health-Related Department)

  • Purpose: The study investigated the relationship of health behavior with bone mineral density (BMD) for college students. Methods: A descriptive study was done using a convenient sampling of college students (n=116) enrolled in a health-related department. Height, weight, body mass index (BMI), health behaviors recognition of subjective health, smoking, drinking, exercise, food habits, intake of calcium, and family history of fracture were measured. BMD was measured at the right forearm using Hologic lunar duel-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA and multiple linear regression. Results: The prevalence of osteopenia and osteoporosis was 41.4% and 22.4%, respectively. Significant relationships were observed between BMD of right forearm and gender, BMI, subjective health recognition, drinking, and exercise (p<.05). Results of linear regression after adjusted BMD were increased concerning subjective health recognition and regular exercise (p<.05). Conclusions: Subjective health recognition and exercise carries positive effects on BMD. We recommend for college students that healthy behaviors like proper weight, smoking cessation, regular exercise, regular food habits, and health awareness are helpful to BMD.

스타셰프의 쿡방 출연에 대한 조리사의 주관적 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Culinary Staffs' Subjective Perception of Star Chefs' Appearance in Cooking Broadcast)

  • 본 연구는 스타 셰프의 쿡방 출연에 대한 조리사의 주관적 인식에 관한 연구로 호텔 및 레스토랑에 조리사를 대상으로 주관적인 경향을 알아보기 위해 Q방법론을 적용하여 분석하였다. 이 논문의 연구 문제는 크게 3가지로, 연구문제 1 : 스타 셰프의 쿡방 출연에 관한 조리사의 주관적 인식의 수용 형태는 어떠한가?, 연구문제 2 : 스타 셰프의 쿡방 출연에 관한 조리사의 주관적 인식의 동질적 유형의 특성은 어떠한가?, 연구문제 3 : 스타 셰프의 쿡방 출연에 관한 조리사의 주관적 인식의 유형별 공통점과 차이점은 무엇인가? 이다. 이러한 연구문제를 기반으로 하여 유형 분석결과 4가지 유형으로 도출되었다. 구체적으로, 제 1유형(N=8) : 쿡방을 통한 전문지식 습득형 (Acquiring expertise through cooking broadcast type), 제 2유형 (N=10) : 새로운 방송 장르 인식형 (New Broadcast Genre Recognition Type), 제 3유형 (N=2) : 셰프의 직업현실 인지형(The profession of the chef reality recognition type), 제 4유형(N=2) : 셰프의 직업 이미지 상승효과형 (Profession image of chef Synergy type) 으로, 각 각 독특한 특징의 유형으로 분석되었다.

일부지역의 주관적인 구취에 대한 인식 및 구취 자가진단에 관한 연구 (The subjective recognition of oral malodor and oral malodor self test)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the appropriate management and implementation of the oral malodor prevention for the general people. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 420 subjects in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province from March to October, 2013. Except 19 copies, 401 copies were analyzed. The instrument of subjective oral malodor awareness and status was adapted from Yoon and Youn and partly modified. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics(4 questions), oral malodor awareness(3 questions), oral malodor related characteristics(3 questions), self-diagnostic test of oral malodor(5 questions), and subjective oral malodor and health status(3 questions). Self-diagnostic test of oral malodor was score as yes(1 point) and no(0 point). The subjective oral malodor and health status scoring was done by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach alpha was 0.713 in the self-diagnostic test of oral malodor. Results: The self-recognition rate of oral malodor was 0.8%. When the level of oral malodor increased to 1 point, the self-test of oral malodor increased as the rate of 0.033(p<0.05). Conclusions: There existed no close correlation between subjective recognition of oral malodor and oral malodor self-test. Therefore, oral malodor should be measured by an expert counseling to make an accurate diagnosis. It is important to establish the appropriate oral malodor prevention program for the general people.

사상체질 유형별 적응식품 섭취도와 건강 자각도와의 관계 연구 (The Relationship between the Intake of Food Conformable to Each Sasang Constitution and Recognition of Irregular Symptoms of Health Condition)

  • This study examine the relationship between the intake of food conformable to each Sasang constitution and the recognition of irregular symptoms of health condition. The study subjects were 362 university students nationwide, classified by heir Sasang constitution. In terms of the intakes of conformable food and the symptom recognition, the number of multiple subjective symptoms tended to rise as the Soeum type digested the conformable food. As for the kinds of food, the Soyang type showed a significant positive correlation between the intake of cucumber namul and the symptoms of eyes and skin, but a negative correlation between the intake of Chongak Kimchi and the symptoms of the digestive system The Soeum type showed a significant positive correlation between multiple subjective symptoms and the intake of Gatkimchi, fernbrake namul, naeng-i soup, naeng-i namul, Korean leek Kimchi, crown daisy namul, and curled mallow soup, a significant positive correlation between the symptom recognition of the respiratory system and the intake of fried flatfish, and chicken gomtang but a negative correlation between the symptom recognition of the eye and skin and the intake of boiled eel. The Taeum type presented the a sigmificant positive correlation between multiple subjective symptoms and the intake of spaghetti, a positive correlation between the symptoms of the respiratory system and the intake of tuna salad, a positive correlation between the symptoms of the eye and skin and the intake of mafa tofu, spaghetti, and tuna salad, a negative correlation between the symptoms of the mouth and anus and the intake of codfish jiri, and a negative correlation between the symptoms of the respiratory system and the intake of tuna salad.

  • There are a lot of sports when you left the victory and the defeat of the match the referee subjective judgment. In particular, TaeKwonDo pumse How accurate a given action? Is important. Objectively evaluate the subjective opinion of victory and defeat in a sporting event and the technology to keep as evidence is required. This study was implemented a system for recognizing Taekwondo executed through the number of motion recognition device. Step Sensor also used to detect a user's location. This study evaluated the rate matching the standard gesture data and the motion data. Through multiple gesture recognition equipment was more accurate assessment of the Taekwondo action.

중·장년, 노년의 주관적 건강상태에 미치는 영향요인: 제7기 국민건강영양조사(2018) 활용 (Influence Factors on Subjective Health Status of middle-aged and Elderly: Utilized of the 7th National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(2018))

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국인 대상의 국민건강영양조사(2018년) 자료 중 30세 이상의 인구를 대상으로 나이, 신체활동 (걷기, 근력운동), 주관적 체형 인식, 체중의 변화가 주관적 건강 상태와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상과 연구방법은 제7기 3차년도 국민건강영양조사 (2018년)를 이용한 이차분석연구이다. 나이, 1주일간 걷기 일수, 1주일간 근력운동 일수, 주관적 건강 상태, 주관적 체형 인식, 그리고 1년 동안 체중 변화 유무를 변수로 이용하여 주관적 건강 상태와의 상관성 분석을 SPSS를 활용하여 통계적 유의성 있는 결과를 활용하였다(p<.01). 7일(매일) 걷기를 한다는 응답율은 30-45세는 21.9%, 50-64세는 27.2% 그리고 65세 이상은 26.6%이며, 5일 근력운동을 한다는 응답율은 30-45세는 3.6%, 50-64세는 8.4% 그리고 65세 이상은 7.9%이다(p<.001). 주관적 건강 상태는 나이 (.091), 1주일간 걷기일수(.739), 1주일간 근력운동 일수 (.530), 주관적 체형인지(.256), 1년간 체중 변화(.303)에 대해서는 양의 상관관계가 있었다(p<.01). 본 연구에서는 주관적 건강 상태는 '나쁨'이라고 응답한 연령대는 65세 이상이 21.4%로 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로는 50-64세는 15.7%, 30-45세는 11.0% 순으로 나타났다. 이는 걷기, 근력운동을 함으로써 주관적 건강 상태가 좋아질 것으로 기대할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 연령에 따른 개인의 주관적 건강 상태 향상을 위한 건강 관련 프로그램을 마련하는데 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다.

일부 고등학생의 구강건강관리에 대한 인식도 조사 (A research on recognition of oral health care among some high school students)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to research subjective recognition of oral health, oral disease prevention, and knowledge of oral health among high school students to provide basic data necessary to develop an oral health education program for helping them prevent oral diseases and improve oral health in the future. Methods : Respondents' general characteristics and knowledge of oral health were estimated at frequency and percentage, and chi-square $(x^2)$ test was carried out to make a comparison for subjective recognition of oral health and oral disease prevention by general characteristics. ANOVA was used to get scores concerning knowledge of oral health care by general characteristics, and Pearson correlation was used to analyze correlation between recognition of oral health, oral disease prevention, and knowledge of oral health. Results : The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The percentage of those who had visited a dental clinic (hospital) within the previous one year (p<0.01) and had a regular oral examination (p<0.05) was higher in female students than in male ones, and percentage of those who had experienced oral health education (p<0.01) and who had regular oral examination (p<0.001) was highest in 11th graders. The percentage of those who used oral health products (p<0.01) and had pit and fissure sealing (p<0.01) was significantly higher among low-grade students, and the percentage of those who had scaling (p<0.01) was significantly higher among high-grade students. 2. Knowledge of oral health management was higher in female students (12.6) than in male ones (11.2) (p<0.001). Conclusions : A systematic oral health education program is necessary to help high school students improve recognition, prevention, and knowledge concerning oral health care, and continuous attention and efforts must be given to activate continuous oral health care implemented at the elementary level by inducing secondary school students to go on with it.
