제7차 초등학교 교육과정 교과서의 환경 관련 내용 분석 (The Analysis of Contents Related to Environmental Education in the Elementary School Textbooks of 7th Korea National Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the contents related to environmental education(EE) in the elementary school textbooks for the following areas: well-balanced EE, and development of EE curriculum/teachers' guide in elementary school level. For the purpose of this analysis, elementary school teachers, education administrators and EE specialists were involved. Eleven content areas of EE, namely: natural environment, artificial environment, population, industrialization, natural resources, pollution, environmental conservation, environment sanitation, environment ethics, environmentally sound and sustainable development(ESSD), and daily li(e as a consumer, were analyzed. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. There are total 1,140 contents related to EE in the elementary school textbooks of 7th Korea National Curriculum. 2. The textbooks of grade 6 contain the most number of EE contents, while the least number is in the textbooks of grade 3. 3. The subject that includes EE contents equally in its textbooks is social studies, and the subjects that relate a lot to EE are Korean language, science, and social studies respectively. 4. The content areas that are included a lot in textbooks are' natural environment', 'pollution', and' environmental conservation' respectively, while the contents of 'population','industrialization', 'ESSD' are included to a lesser degree. The content area most frequently mentioned in the textbooks is 'pollution', and the number of the contents are increasing along with the grade level. 5. Generally, the content areas of 'population', 'industrialization', and 'natural resources' are reflected in the textbooks to a lesser degree than others. 'Industrialization' is not included in the textbooks of grade 2, while 'population' is not included in ones of grade 4. According to the result, more concern about balanced EE in content areas is needed at the elementary school level. Similar studies tot K and secondary school levels are needed. The developmental study of EE guide book and teacher training for teaching EE using the book are also recommended.

집중하중을 받는 철근콘크리트 깊은 보의 전단거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Shear Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Deep Beams Subject to Concentrated Loads)

  • 집중하중을 받는 단순지지 철근콘크리트 깊은 보를 대상으로 콘크리트의 압축강도, 전단스팬비, 웨브 수직 및 수평 보강철근비를 변수로 하여 깊은 보의 구조거동과 전단강도를 실험적으로 조사하였으며, 각 변수의 영향을 고찰하고 규준식 및 제안식 등과 비교, 검토하였다. 42개의 시험체를 실험한 결과, 모든 시험체는 전단스팬 내에서 콘크리트의 과도한 균열 및 압괴에 의해 파괴되었고, 시험체의 초기강성은 압축강도에 관계없이 전단 스팬비가 작을수록 크게 나타났으며, 경사균열 발생 이후 보의 강성이 점진적으로 감소되었다. 전단스팬비가 증가함에 따라 경사균열 및 최대하중은 일정하게 감소하며, 콘크리트 압축강도가 증가할수록 최대하중은 증가하나 경사균열 하중은 거의 변화가 없었고, 전단스팬비의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축강도가 전단강도에 미치는 영향 또한 일정하게 감소하는 것으로 보인다. 웨브의 전단보강근 효과는 전단스팬비의 영향을 받으며, 전단스팬비가 작아지면 수평보강근의 효과가, 전단스팬비가 커지면 수직보강근의 효과가 상대적으로 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 실험결과와 비교하여, 이론식은 de Paiva의 제안식이, 규준식은 CIRIA guide가 실험결과에 가장 부합하는 것으로 나타났으며, 국내 규준식은 실험값에 비해 상당히 낮은 강도로 계산되고 있어 안전 측에 있는 것으로 판단된다.

중학교 "환경" 교과서의 내용조직 체계와 교수-학습 방법과의 연계성 (A Study on the Relation between the Content Organization System of Environment Textbooks for the Middle School and the Teaching & Learning Methods of the 7th Korean National Curriculum)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand and compare the characteristics of the content organization system of three Environment textbooks currently used, and to examine its connectivity with the teaching & teaming methods included in the Environment subject part of the 7th Korean National Curriculum. For the analysis three Environment textbooks for middle school and their teacher's guide books by three companies. published(A, B, and C) The result of the taxonomic analysis showed that three Environment books had different steps to get to the lesson class unit in the way that A of six steps, B of five steps and C of seven steps. The amount of main text was different In the domains of'Human and Environment','Environmental Problems and its Counter-plan'and'Environmental Conservation'of three textbooks each. All of three textbooks had the biggest percentage in sub-domains of'Living Environment to Keep'and'Global Environmental Problem'in 'Environmental Problems and its Counter-plan'domain. Considering teaching & loaming methods all of three textbooks contained many activities as 55 in A, 66 in H and 91 in C. Among 9 teaching 8E teaming methods and others listed in the Environment subject part of the 7th Korean National Curriculum, the investigation method is most frequently used in all of three textbooks. The drama, the paly and the case study were used rarely as teaching & teaming methods in activities In the consideration of the content amount regarding academic fields, it was revealed that three textbooks overemphasized the aspect of natural sciences comparing the aspect of human & social sciences aspect as a whole. Generally the appendix section of all three textbooks were well organized to support the teaching and teaming activities in main text.

협동학습 교수.학습과정안 개발 및 협동학습이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과 - 가정과 중2 식생활 단원을 중심으로 - (Development of Cooperative Learning Lesson Plan and the Effect of Cooperative Learning on Students` Self-esteem - Focused on the Food and Nutrition Section of Middle School Home Economics -)

  • The purpose of this study were to develop cooperative learning lesson plan for middle school home economics class and to identify the effect of cooperative learning on students\` self-esteem. The content of lesson was chosen from the food and nutrition section of home economics textbooks for middle school. The main structure of the lesson plan stems from $\boxDr$Lesson Plan Guide of Structuring Cooperative Learning Lesson Plan for Teachers$\boxUl$ by D. Johnson. R Johnson and E. Holubec. Various kinds of references including media reading materials cooperative group activity reports and cooperative group activity checking lists were newly developed according to the content of lesson. Eight hour lesson plans were developed and applied to 2nd grade middle school students and pre-test and post-test were taken to test the effect of Johnson\`s cooperative learning method on students\` self-esteem. Students at a Middle School located in Seoul were divided into two grouts, the three classes as experimental group and the other three classes as control group. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA using SPSS/WIN program. As a result, the hypothesis that the degree of self-esteem of the experimental group is higher than that of control group was adopted (P.(001). Among the sub-factors of self -esteem. the global self-esteem and the social-peer self-esteem scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(p.(001 each). but the school-academic self-esteem score was not different (p> .05) According to the post-experiment free-style report. student as a dynamic subject could get initiatives and interests in home economics class more effectively by cooperative learning. Therefore, it could be said that cooperative learning has positive effect on the promotion of students\` self-esteem and is considered to be a good teaching method of home economics subject.

독서자료 분석제공이 독서활동에 미치는 영향 - 독서캠프 프로그램의 독서후 독서활동을 중심으로 - (A Study of the Effects of Reading Activity with Information Guide on the Analytical Reading Material)

  • 독서후의 독서활동을 활성화하기 위하여 초등학교 5학년부터 중학교2학년까지 4개 학년을 대상으로 과제도서를 각 학년별로 한 권씩 선정하여 읽히면서 독서활동을 전개하였다. 독서활동은 4박5일 동안 독서캠프 활동을 할 때 과제도서에 대한 분석식 독서자료를 작성 제공하여 활용하는 독서활동 프로그램을 적용하였다. 독서감상문 쓰기, 독서발표, 독서토론, 독서감상 만화 그리기 4분야 영역의 결과는 독서감상문 쓰기가 가장 도움이 컸다는 결과가 나타났으며, 다음으로 독서토론 활동 분야가 높았다. 그리고 독서발표 분야에서 좋은 반응을 얻었으나, 독서감상 만화 그리기 분야는 크게 도움이 되지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

신증동국여지승람의 항목체재와 '제영'에 대한 고찰 (A Study on Item Systems of Shinjung Tongguk Yoji Sungnam and Cheyong)

  • 신증동국여지승람의 항목체재는 모두 26개로 구성되어 있으며 그 중심 주제는 행정 군사 지리이다. 이는 본서가 범상한 지리서라기보다는 국가의 행정지침서나 군사요무를 위한 편람으로서의 역할을 담당한 포괄적인 정보자료였음을 시사해 주는 것이다. 특히 본서는 여타 지리지가 구비치 못한 '제영' 항목을 설정하여 인문적인 면을 보강하므로서 지리지의 격조를 한층 드높인 자료로 평가된다. 제영의 詩文은 충청 경상 전라도에 많이 등재되어 있으며 이 삼남지방에 게재된 것이 전체의 과반수를 넘고 있다. 이들 시문의 영탄대상은 산 강 성 릉묘 등이며 주로 자연지리적 현상이나 기념비적인 사적들이다.

중학교 가정 교과 중 식습관 단원에 실천적 문제 해결과정을 적용한 수업연구 (A Study of Teaching based on Practical Problems Solving of the area of Food Habits in Middle School Home Economics)

  • The purpose of this study is (1) to develop the teaching plan based on Practical Problems solving on the area of food habits in home economics class and (2) to investigate the participation of teaching, the attitude of teaching method and food life. The subject of this study was two classes consisted off 66 students(male 26. female 40, 33 for each class) who are the first grade of middle school. The comparison group was taught by lecturing. while the experiment group by cooperative learning. The period of this experiment was three weeks: from June 7th to Jun 23th. 1999. The experiment was conducted through 5 classes. First of all students identify the problem of food habits and seek and evaluate information. Students evaluate actions and reflect on decision and evaluate action. The statistical method for the study was a paired T-test. The results of this study are as follows: 1. After experiment, the participation of teaching(p<.05) and the attitude of teaching method(p<.01) in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference. Therefore the students in the class based on the practical problems solving took an active part in teaching 2. The practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in doing guide the positive attitude of teaching. 3. Through the experiment the attitude of food life in the experiment group showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05) Therefore the practical problems solving is more effective than the lecturing in changing positive attitude of food life.

Review on Application of Biosystem Modeling: Introducing 3 Model-based Approaches in Studying Ca Metabolism

  • Purpose: This review aims at introducing 3 modeling approaches classified into 3 categories based on the purpose (estimation or prediction), structure (linear or non-linear) and phase (steady-state or dynamic-state); 1) statistical approaches, 2) kinetic modeling and 3) mechanistic modeling. We hope that this review can be a useful guide in the model-based approach of calcium metabolism as well as illustrates an application of engineering tools in studying biosystems. Background: The meaning of biosystems has been expanded, including agricultural/food system as well as biological systems like genes, cells and metabolisms. This expansion has required a useful tool for assessing the biosystems and modeling has arisen as a method that satisfies the current inquiry. To suit for the flow of the era, examining the system which is a little bit far from the traditional biosystems may be interesting issue, which can enlarge our insights and provide new ideas for prospective biosystem-researches. Herein, calcium metabolic models reviewed as an example of application of modeling approaches into the biosystems. Review: Calcium is an essential nutrient widely involved in animal and human metabolism including bone mineralization and signaling pathways. For this reason, the calcium metabolic system has been studied in various research fields of academia and industries. To study calcium metabolism, model-based system analyses have been utilized according to the purpose, subject characteristics, metabolic sites of interest, and experimental design. Either individual metabolic pathways or a whole homeostasis has been modeled in a number of studies.

종가의 음식관광자원 가능성 연구 - 충재 권벌종가 팸투어 참가자 대상으로 - (Study on Feasibility as Culinary Tourism Resources of Head Families (Jongga) - With a Chungjae Gwonbeol Jongga Familiarization Tour Participants -)

  • The main objective of this study was to investigate how Jongga and its cuisine is perceived by Koreans and foreign tourists and develop Jongga culinary culture for culinary tourism. Chungjae Jongga was chosen since it is one of the most famous Jongga in South Korea. In-depth personal interviews were performed with Koreans and foreign tourists. Interviews were performed to provide deeper insights into comments and subject matters. Most tourists selected "having lunch at Jongga" as the most distinctive part of the tour. To develop the experience at Jongga as a culinary destination, questionnaires were created to study eight areas: satisfaction, expectations as a tourist at Jongga, most impressive part of tour, preference of food serving style, length of stay, price range, things to be improved, and role of food guide. This study will help Jongga to improve food as a culinary tourist's attraction and ultimately heighten the value of Jongga. Perceptions toward Jongga and its cuisine were generally positive, but the quality of service and lack of organization in establishments were perceived to be negative factors.

도로교통에 있어서 운전자 주시특성분석과 그 적용성에 관한 연구 (Study on Analysis of Driver's Visual Characteristics in Road Traffic and its Applications)

  • The Subject of this research work is to study the driver's vision and eye-movement ch-aracteristics under the diffrent condiction of road traffic and driving. The analysis of this investigation was conducted spatially or temporaly into three parts'eye-mark distribution, viewing-time percentage and fixation duration. This dissertation focuses on analysis of dr-iver's visual characteristics to improve road circumstamces. In this study driver's ch-aracteristics are measured with eye-mark recorder and analyzed statistically The main features of this study are : 1st Duration distribution of fixation point is significant in 87% at 5% of the significant level in Gamma Distribution. The average of fixation duration by road are 0.33sec on streets 0.45sec on Roads and 0.86sec on highways. The average of fixation duration by visual objects are 0.4sec on road surface 0.26sec on road shoulder 0.49sec on traffic sign 0.37sec on warning sign and 0.67sex on gwide sign. 2st Moving anglrs of a fixation point are fit in the Exponential Distribution. The average moving angle is appeared to be 3.85。 on streets 2.81。 on roads 2.73。 on highway and 5 。 on intersecyion. 3st As a result of examining alignment of guide and warning sign in traffic signs cxisting foundation methods are less affected by lane than by apeed of a vehicle.
