  • 본 논문에서는 Zigbee Alliance의 표준에 따라 Application support sub-layer (APS)와 Zigbee device object (ZDO)를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 구현된 Zigbee는 Zigbee Alliance의 표준안 1.0을 만족하도록 설계되었다. 본 논문에서 설계되고 구현된 APS와 ZDO를 이용하여 Zigbee 네트워크를 구성하고 운영할 수 있다.

Overview of Hydrolysis : A Review Part II- Hydrolysis Application

  • Part 1 provides a theoretical introduction of the hydrolysis mechanism, while Part 2 introduces other types of reaction mechanisms after hydrolysis in elastomer and PA66 composites. We reviewed the condensation reaction, which occurs after hydrolysis in bi-functional alkoxy silane (TESPD & TESPT), and investigated its effects on the mechanical properties of the composites. We also reviewed activators such as zinc soap, which enhances the mechanical properties of silica-silane-filled elastomer composites. The interaction parameter of silica-silane-filled elastomer composites [αC (alpha C)] were also discussed. The effects of hydrolysis on the mechanical property changes in plastic composites were compared and reviewed.

반도체 몰딩 공정에서 발생하는 EMC 폐기물의 재활용을 통한 실리카 나노입자의 제조 및 반도체용 CMP 슬러리로의 응용 (Fabrication of Silica Nanoparticles by Recycling EMC Waste from Semiconductor Molding Process and Its Application to CMP Slurry)

  • 본 연구에서는 반도체 패키징의 몰딩 공정에서 발생하는 EMC 폐기물을 재활용하여 실리카 나노입자를 성공적으로 제조하였으며, 이를 CMP 공정용 슬러리의 연마재 물질로 응용하였다. 상세히는, EMC 폐기물을 암모니아 용액과 소니케이터를 활용하여 열과 에너지를 가하는 에칭 과정을 통해 실리카 나노입자를 제조하기 위한 실라놀 전구체를 추출하였다. 이후 실라놀 전구체를 활용하여 졸-겔법을 통해 약 100nm를 나타내는 균일한 구형의 실리카 나노입자(e-SiO2, experimentally synthesized SiO2)를 합성하였다. 제조한 e-SiO2는 물리화학적 분석을 통해 상용화된 실리카 입자(c-SiO2, commercially SiO2)와 동일한 형상과 구조를 지니고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 최종적으로, e-SiO2를 연마재로 사용하여 CMP 공정용 슬러리를 제조하여 실제적인 반도체 칩의 연마 성능을 확인하였다. 그 결과, 반도체 칩의 표면에 존재하던 스크래치가 성공적으로 제거되어 매끈한 표면으로 바뀌게 된 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 물질의 재활용법에 대한 설계를 통해 EMC 폐기물의 부가가치를 향상시키기 위하여 반도체 공정에서 대표적으로 활용되는 고부가가치 소재인 실리카 입자로 성공적으로 제조하고 이를 응용하는 방법에 대해 제시하였다.

Assessment of methane emission with application of rice straw in a paddy field

  • A flooded rice field is one of the significant sources of anthropogenic methane (CH4) with the intensity of the emissions dependent on management practices. Incorporation of rice straw, which is one of the organic amendments, induces the increase of methane emissions during the flooding season. In this study, we measured of methane emission according to applications of rice straw in different soil textures during a cultivation period in 2017 and 2018. The fallow treatments were non application of rice straw (NA), spring plowing after spring spreading of rice straw (SPSA), spring plowing after previous autumn spreading of rice straw (SPAA), and autumn plowing after previous autumn spreading of rice straw (APAA). The SPSA treatment emitted the highest total methane from loam soil in both 2017 (596.7 CH4 kg ha-1) and 2018 (795.4 CH4 kg ha-1). The same trend was observed in silt clay loam soil; the SPSA treatment still emitted the highest amount of methane in both 2017 (845.9 CH4 kg ha-1) and 2018 (1,071.7 CH4 kg ha-1). The lowest emission among the rice straw incorporated plots came from the APAA treatment for both soil texture types in all the seasons. The conversion factors of the SPAA were 0.79 and 0.65 from the loam and silt clay loam soils, respectively. Relatedly, the conversion factors of the APAA were 0.71 and 0.43 from the loam and silt clay loam soils, respectively. The above observations mean therefore that incorporation of rice straw early in the fallow reduces methane emissions in the main rice growing season.

복부비만에 활용되는 침치료에 대한 국내외 연구동향 (A Review of Clinical Studies on Acupuncture Application for Abdominal Obesity)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review current research trends and to provide basic data for the guideline of the acupuncture treatment for abdominal obesity in the clinic. Methods: Publications related to acupuncture treatment for abdominal obesity were retrieved from 9 databases (PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, Korean studies Information Service System, Research Information Sharing Service, DataBase Periodical Information Academic, National Discovery for Science Library). Extracted studies were analyzed in terms of publication year, study type, treatment method, acupoint and evaluation method. Results: There were 19 studies about acupuncture treatment applied to abdominal obesity. Electroacupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding therapy was the most frequently studied treatment method. ST25, CV12, SP15, CV6, CV4 was the most frequently used acupoint. Body weight, body mass index, waist circumference and waist-hip ratio was the most frequently used evaluation method. Conclusions: This review identified acupuncture application for abdominal obesity. However, well-designed and conducted clinical trials will be more needed to develop acupuncture treatment for abdominal obesity.

유기질비료의 사용이 작물의 생육, 토양화학성 및 토양탄소 축적량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of organic fertilizer application on soil carbon accumulation)

  • 유기질비료는 무기질비료와 달리 작물의 생산량뿐만 아니라 토양 비옥도 등을 향상시킨다고 알려져 있다. 그러나 유기질비료의 사용이 작물 생산성 및 토양특성뿐만 아니라 최근 이슈화 되고 있는 탄소 축적에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 연구가 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 배추 재배시 유기질비료를 밑거름으로 사용하고 이때 작물의 생산성 및 토양 화학성의 변화와 작물 재배 후 토양의 탄소축적량에 대해 평가하고자 하였다. 본 시험은 무처리, NPK처리구(N-P2O5-K2O : 32-7.8-12.8 kg 10a-1), 유기질비료 처리구로 설정하였으며, 유기질비료 처리구는 질소 밑거름 시비량(11 kg 10a-1)을 기준으로 50, 100 및 150%로 설정하였다. 배추의 생산량은 무처리구를 제외하고는 유의적인 차이가 없었으며 밑거름 비율에 따라서도 차이가 없었다. 토양의 화학성은 토양 유기물함량, 전기전도도 및 질산성질소의 함량은 유기질비료 사용에 따라 증가하는 경향이었으나 그 외 항목은 차이가 나지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 유기질비료 사용에 따른 토양 유기탄소축적은 무기질비료에 비해 유기질비료 처리구에서 증가하는 경향이었으며 밑거름 사용량에 따라서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이를 통해 농업에서 유기질비료의 밑거름 사용은 작물의 생산성뿐만 아니라 토양 유기탄소의 축적에 효과적이었으며 탄소중립을 위한 하나의 방법으로 판단된다.

  • With the rise of BIM application and green building assessment, studies on assessment of CO2 emissions from buildings using BIM are needed. In accordance with the requirements, this study aims at developing BIM Template database, as a part of development of CO2 assessment technology using BIM. Based on the research of construction materials, this study develops database by applying Procurement Agency Item Code to BIM Template. The results of this research makes it possible to assess CO2 emissions of materials with BIM Template and building data modeling implementation.

Densification and Thermo-Mechanical Properties of Al2O3-ZrO2(Y2O3) Composites

  • The microstructure of $ZrO_2$ toughened $Al_2O_3$ ceramics was carefully controlled so as to obtain dense and fine-grained ceramics, thereby improving the properties and reliability of the ceramics for capillary applications in semiconductor bonding technology. $Al_2O_3-ZrO_2(Y_2O_3)$ composite was produced via Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) technology, followed by Sinter-HIP process. Room temperature strength, hardness, Young's modulus, thermal expansion coefficient and toughness were determined, as well as surface strengthening induced by the fine grained homogenous microstructure and the thermal treatment. The changes in alumina/zirconia grain size, sintering condition and HIP treatment were found to be correlated.

Development of Complex Module Device for Odor Reduction in Sewage

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a module with higher removal efficiency and effectiveness by adapting two or more deodorization techniques for main cause of odor pollution exposed citizen living near water treatment facilities. Research design, data and methodology: To consider the standard, unity, electrical wire, compatibility of detachable device by installing two types of dry deodorization device within one module for easy replacement. Complex odor, H2S, NH3 were collected from sewage treatment facilities for evaluation of deodorization device. Results: Using the developed application in this study, removal efficiency of complex odor, H2S, NH3 were 93%, 100%, 82%, respectively. Conclusions: The H2S removal efficiency of deodorization device was higher than bio-filter system, which were currently used by sewage treatment. Further, the device should be considered for use in efficient odor removal system.
