The purpose of this study was to define the relationship between the leadership style of head nurses and the burnout level of nurses by taking into consideration the factors which influence the level of burnout and which show how burnout varies according to the leadership style of lead nurses. The subjects of the survey were 355 ward nurses and their 48 head nurses working in five university hospitals in Seoul. The nurses were surveyed by means of a questionnaire from Sept. 22 though Sept. 29, 1983. The Leadership Scale devised by Fleishman, and modified by Lee, and the Burnout Scale developed by Pines et al, and adapted to the Korean situation by Peek, were used as a basis of ;his survey This researcher subjected the questionnaire to a pre-test and to an internal reliability consistency test through item analysis. For the purpose of analysis of the data, the general characteristics were set at Mean and the general characteristics of head nurses in relation to the level of burnout of nurses was analysed by the Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The relation between head nurses' general characteristics 3nd leadership style, the relation between nurses' general characteristics and level of burnout and the level of burnout of nurses according to the different style of leadership of head nurses were analysed by ANOVA. A summary of the results of the study is as follows. 1. Hypothesis:“That the burnout level of the nurse will be different according to the leadership style of the head nurse”was supported. 2. Analysis of the relationship between the head nurse's general characteristics and the leadership style of the head nurse showed that the leadership style of the head nurse was not related to age and experience as head nurse. 3. Analysis of the relationship of nurses' burnout levels to general characteristics of nurses showed statistically significant differences in burnout levels according to working departments, expected working period and reasons for selecting nursing as a profession. Also, the burnout level of nurses was negatively related to the head nurse's age and experience as a head nurse.

Kolb의 학습유형검사(The Kolb Learning Style Inventory Version 3.1: LSI)를 번역하여 한글버전 학습유형검사 도구를 개발하였고, 검사지의 적합성요소인 내적일관성 신뢰도와 내적타당도를 596명의 K 대학 학생들의 학습유형 진단을 통해 검증하였다. K대학 학생들의 학습유형 요인의 값은 구체적 경험(CE)의 평균값이 27.75, 반성적 성찰(RO)의 평균값이 27.93, 추상적 개념화(AC)의 평균값은 31.95, 능동적 경험(AE)의 평균값이 32.37로 나타났다. 또한, K대학 학생들의 학습유형은 적용형(Accommodating)이 전체의 32.0%(191명), 확산형(Diverging)이 27.2%(162명), 동화형(Assimilating)은 전체의 26.5%(158명), 수렴형(Converging)은 14.3%(85명) 인 것으로 나타났다.

This study considers aesthetic characteristics by examining fashion style of fashion journalist Anna Wintour. Fashion journalists are specialists who work at fashion media. Especially, Anna Wintour is one of the most famous fashion journalist in the world and fashion icon, who has been editor-in chief of Vogue USA since 1988. For this study, Anna Witour's photograph was collected from 2010 to 2015 on web-sites. After collecting images, it analysed with 4criterions which were silhouette, color, fabric(pattern and texture) and hair style(and accessories) following advance researches analysis about fashion style. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, symbolism revealed that could express her identity through utilizing steady items such as blond bob hair, Chanel bold sunglasses, short round neckless and Manolo Blahnik's low-heeled slingback nude sandals. Especially, she gave consistency to her fashion style with fixed hair style and accessories which are similar in shape. Second, femininity, that reveal as an internal characteristic such as sensitivity and as an external characteristic like fluidity. Anna Wintour expressed femininity with elegant curvy silhouette, various of color and flower pattern. Particularly, she emphasized nature women's body shape with princess silhouette, slim silhouette. Third, analysis result indicated characteristic of authority with oversize silhouette, wide lapel details and glamorous genuine fur items. Furthermore, some of her fur items looked overwhelming which dyed in artificial color or printed with leopard pattern. These powerful items contained immanent meanings that are power and position which could express a role as an editor-in chief of Vogue USA.

본 연구에서는 기존의 동영상 합성 네트워크에 스타일 합성 네트워크를 접목시켜 동영상에 대한 스타일 합성의 한계점을 극복하고자 한다. 본 논문의 네트워크에서는 동영상 합성을 위해 스타일갠 학습을 통한 스타일 합성과 동영상 합성 네트워크를 통해 스타일 합성된 비디오를 생성하기 위해 네트워크를 학습시킨다. 인물의 시선이나 표정 등이 안정적으로 전이되기 어려운 점을 개선하기 위해 3차원 얼굴 복원기술을 적용하여 3차원 얼굴 정보를 이용하여 머리의 포즈와 시선, 표정 등의 중요한 특징을 제어한다. 더불어, 헤드투헤드++ 네트워크의 역동성, 입 모양, 이미지, 시선 처리에 대한 판별기를 각각 학습시켜 개연성과 일관성이 더욱 유지되는 안정적인 스타일 합성 비디오를 생성할 수 있다. 페이스 포렌식 데이터셋과 메트로폴리탄 얼굴 데이터셋을 이용하여 대상 얼굴의 일관된 움직임을 유지하면서 대상 비디오로 변환하여, 자기 얼굴에 대한 3차원 얼굴 정보를 이용한 비디오 합성을 통해 자연스러운 데이터를 생성하여 성능을 증가시킴을 확인했다.

기계학습 알고리즘은 소나 및 레이더를 포함한 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있다. 최근 개발된 GAN(Generative Adversarial Networks)의 변형인 Cycle-Consistency Generative Adversarial Network(CycleGAN)은 쌍을 이루지 않은 이미지-이미지 변환에 대해 검증된 네트워크이다. 본 논문에서는 높은 품질로 수중 선박 엔진음을 변환시킬 수 있는 변형된 CycleGAN을 제안한다. 제안된 네트워크는 수중 음향을 기존영역에서 목표영역으로 변환시키는 생성자 모델과 데이터를 참과 거짓으로 구분하는 개선된 식별자 그리고 변환된 수환 일관성(Cycle Consistency) 손실함수로 구성된다. 제안된 CycleGAN의 정량 및 정성분석은 공개적으로 사용 가능한 수중 데이터 ShipsEar을 사용하여 기존 알고리즘들과 Mel-cepstral분포, 구조적 유사 지수, 최소 거리 비교, 평균 의견 점수를 평가 및 비교함으로써 수행되었고, 분석결과는 제안된 네트워크의 유효성을 입증하였다.

In most biological laboratory, sequences from sequence machine are stored into file disks as simple files. It will be hard work to store and manage the sequence data with consistency and integrity such as storing redundant files. It is required needed to develop a system which integrated and managed genome data with consistency and integrity for accurate sequence analysis. There fore, in this paper, we not only store gene and protein sequence data through sequencing but also manage them. We also make a integrate schema for transforming the file formats and design database system using it. As integrated schema is designed as a BSML, it is possible to apply a style language of XSL. From this, we can transfer among heterogeneous sequence formats.

The relationship-orientation is an important concept for understanding both of marketing theory and practice. However, not many research have focused on how to develop the relationship-orientation of end users. Therefore, the objective of this research is to confirm the key factors relevant to the relationship-orientation. This research studies(1) the transaction style of individuals, and (2) social influences on the relationship-orientation. Customers want to reduce the number of choice sets because of transaction style, including (1) efficiency of decision making, (2) simplification of information processing, (3) avoidance of future perceived risk, and (4) pursuit of cognitive consistency. Customers are influenced by social factors such as family members, reference groups, and opinion leaders. The following conclusions were drawn based on results of research analysis: (1) efficiency of decision making and avoidance of future perceived risk affect the relationship-orientation, and (2) influences of family members and opinion leaders to the focal relationship affect the relationship-orientation of individuals.

GUI는 매우 감성적인 분야로서 객관적인 평가 및 정량화가 어려웠다. 이러한 어려움으로 인해 GUI에 대한 성과 측정이 이루어지지 못함으로써 각 기업에서 GUI및 GUI 개발이 제대로 된 평가를 받지 못하는 상황이 많이 발생하였다. 본 사례에서는 상품과 서비스의 품질 관리를 위한 6시그마 의 통계적 기법을 GUI일관성 평가에 도입하여 GUI의 비일관적인 요소를 불량률로 산출함으로써 GUI의 수준을 측정하고 정량화하는 방안에 대해 모색해 보았다.

The purpose of this research is to develop and validate an instrument that can be used to measure critical aspects of a parent's attitude and behavior that influence child development and adaptation. This instrument is named Parenting Style Inventory and self-reporting assessment of parent for preschoolers. We reported findings from 578 preschooler's care-givers. Five factors were extracted from 55 items developed for preschooler version and finally 29 items were selected. Subscales were empathy, respect, parental authority, coerciveness, perfectionism. Internal consistency of these subscales were .77, .86, .70, .74, .68 relatively. Empathy, respect and authoritative scales were regarded as the basic dimensions of parent's behavior. For clinical validation, we divided the preschooler care-giver sample into 8 groups according to scores of the basic dimensions and compared the 8 groups with parenting stress and parenting self-efficacy scores. The results indicated that three basic factors would have different effects on parental experiences and satisfaction. We suggested the clinical implication and limitation of this instrument.

Objective: It aimed at proposing the Korean Journal of Child Studies' strategy to be promoted to international journal based on the style and format of scholarly journals and journal metrics. Methods: The review of the journal in not only print version, but also an online version was done from the perspective of style and format. The total citation and impact factor were manually calculated from Web of Science Core Collection. Results: More professional level manuscript editing is required for maintaining the consistency of the style and format. The verso page and back matters should be improved to international level. Journal homepage should be reconstructed by adopting digital standards for the journal, including journal article tag suite, CrossMark, FundRef, ORCID, and text and data mining. To become an international journal, transformation into English journal and deposition to PubMed Central is mandatory. Conclusion: Since the editor's and society members' performance is top-notch, it will be possible to promote the journal up to international level soon. Society should guarantee the term of editor for enough time and support her with full cost and complete consent.
